One of her eyes juts from her head, distended from the impact of the baseball bat. The other eye is missing altogether, along with chunks of her scalp and patches of red hair. He’s willing to bet that if he were to grab for Stiles’s weapon, he’d find all the viscera caked in there amongst the barbed wire, the nails, the shards of glass, but his limbs appear to be on permanent vacation. Only a handful of minutes ago, Derek was sure he was going to die. Now she's dead. Not just dead, slaughtered. It's overkill at the highest level, and Stiles doesn't even seem bothered. Derek can’t look away. or; Derek is kidnapped. Stiles takes it rather personally.

Anyways, I don't have many for my guy Bronte since I admittedly haven't paid much attention to him while reading (shameful, I know), but I've got a few up my sleave.

-He's Demisexual (IDK, just have that vibe)

-After some brutal teasing from Kenric (R.I.P.) for being short his face went red and he yelled "I'm twice the elf you'll ever be!" before standing up and revealing just how short he really is and storming off

-When Oralie first joined the counsel he was the one showing her around wherever the hell the Counsel hangs out and they had some epic bonding that no one else knows about.

-Oralie and Bronte are besties (but everyone knows this)

-(THIS ONE IS MY FAVORITE) Before Atlantis sank and the elves went bye-bye Bronte spent a lot of time with humans and gained tons of respect for them, but after the Whole Vespera Shanangagines happened he started hating "violent" humans. Then in Nightfall when the stuff about Vespera was revealed my guy had a bit of a crisis

-I think my last headcannon ties into the fact that Bronte was out for Sophie's blood but was later excited about meeting Amy. Bronte hatted Sophie for growing up with humans but loved Amy for the same reason because he grew as a person and let himself go back to his earlier and more trusting days

-He also hated Sophie because of how obviously powerful she is. And with her shyness, it could have come off as pride or even boredom. With Amy, she was in awe of the elvin world and was ready to explore. He respected that.

I caved in to @sm-baby’s peace to piece, here are my two boys who I love very much now!

The guy on the left is Silas! A very stoic, conserved bishop who won’t tolerate any nonsense. He has the sort of demeanor you’d expect from an overbearingly strict religious leader, pretty confined, overly devoted, not really an “out of the box” type of guy.

The man decked out in pink is his brother, Amos! He’s much more charismatic than his better half, not necessarily energetic but adept and secure in his own skin. He can be somewhat arrogant at time, which his brother despises, but it can’t really be helped.

They get along for the most part, only seeing each other every so often due to their conflicting positions.
