An Invitation to the Ball?

(I would like to extend my sincerest apologies for my frantic thoughts of late. I have been under a small amount of pressure lately, and it has been chewing on me with its gnashing of teeth. I owe you all an apology, and I am truly sorry for darkening my page by spiraling down the rabbit hole within the cesspools of my crisis of existentialism)

On a more uplifting note, I would like to play a little game with you.

This is truly a way of me helping myself out by releasing a little bit of pressure. My days seemed to slip away from me and now I find myself ill-prepared to serenade others with my skills as a musician at, you guessed it, a Bridgerton-Inspired ball.

I am currently putting together an instrumental playlist to accompany me as I do this solo. It would seriously spur me on to imagine all of my beautiful participants from around the world spin within the arms of their blorbos.

No rules, no boundaries. You can have the same blorbo as another participant. Can have the same style of dance! It can be from any fandom, any song you like: I am on the prowl for more accompaniment music on Spotify as I type. I have the playlist from the series already, but I would love to hear your thoughts on the matter.

This is going to be fun.

So I must talk about this sooner or later.

Hello everybody.

There's something I've been meaning to tell you.

Last month, during the rollout of "The Stars Shift Every Million Years" EP, I sent the album for review to my friends, a few of them being musicians with more experience and advertisement agency friends. While the reviews were lukewarm, they offered to help me in future projects, becoming a group of advisors.

While it means better production and overall sound, it also means that my output will become slower, and due to recent analysis and back-and-forth decisions, I decided to put more attention to my side-projects.

Don't get it wrong, I still will make music under the jioni name, I won't be as active as I used to be anymore. Please understand that this doesn't mean I will stop being part of the fandom; I've made my closest friends in this fandom, and it's been the community I call home for years. I won't retire my music made under "Jioni was here" from Spotify and Bandcamp; it will stay there for the foreseeable future.

And as for my new main project? Well, you will find them out soon. I know most of you won't follow me through this new path. But I'm still going to be thankful for your support.

honestly about time i made an actual intro post for my MAIN lmao 💀

i did have an “about me” thing on my blog but screw that, i’m doing a 2024 edition

Hey everyone! You may call me Sairi :)

On this side of the internet, I’m mainly an artist and fanfic writer, but I also do a lot more than that.

When I’m not doing things for fandoms I’m in, I’m a musician. A music producer, specifically, but I recently started getting into songwriting. I also like to play MK11 and Minecraft when I can, which is fairly often.

You’ll find a lot of things on this blog, but currently I’m into: Salt Raiders, Mortal Kombat, Star Wars, and the MCYTber Ashswag in particular. (may edit this as i go on in life)

I’m just someone on the internet who happened to have too much time to grow creatively. I hope we can get along :D

OH and another thing: my ask box is always open!!

This is also probably a bit unnecessary, which is why I put it under the cut, but I have youtube and twitch channels! My YT is Sairi Taikutsu and my twitch username is taikutsu_peep. I don’t post or stream as often as before due to school and life in general, so until I can get myself to stream or work on videos, they’re basically dead for the time being 😔

Got some more songs that will appear in "The Faithfulness of the Universe"! This obviously is for a character, but I like to think it works as a general song if needed too!

At the very least, I think it's a pretty nice song to hear in its entirety, so I can't wait to show it within the full game itself!

Honestly this wasn't a song I planned for the game or the development from the start, which is why it's still slightly WIP, but I decided that there were a few sections where an entirely new song that haven't appeared in the demo nor already got made later on would fit best, so voila! Another song! :D

But really, more songs never hurt anyone! :3
