Comic Con Movie Buzz (Superman/Batman, Avengers 2, and More)

For those of you who haven't gotten a chance to check out Comic Con news we got some big announcements this year in media. Warner Brothers announced that they are doing aSUPERMAN/BATMAN movie. This will be the sequel to Snyder's Man of Steel film and will be directed by him. Personally I think they should establish a new Batman movie. Maybe Warner Brothers is trying to rush a Justice League movie to compete with Marvel.      Speaking of Marvel, they announced the title for the second Avengers film. Ultron is a cool villain, but I am a little disappointed because we have to wait to see Thanos on the big screen again, unless they squeeze him into this as well, but I doubt it. This will have nothing to do with the recent event that was done by Brian Michael Bendis and Hank Pym will not be involved.ComicBookMovie.com interviewed director Joss Whedon.  "We're doing our own version of the origin story for Ultron. In the origin story, there was Hank Pym, so a lot of people assumed that he will be in the mix. He's not. We're basically taking the things from the comics for the movies that we need and can use. A lot of stuff has to fall by the wayside."   This kind of disappoints me because Hank is one of my favorite characters and Ultron being one of his greatest sins is core to his character. Although Hawkeye fans will be happy.  "A lot of the movie has to do with their place not just in America, but the world. Part of the fun for me, definitely this time around, is writing Hawkeye. He did get possessed pretty early by a bad guy and had to walk around all scowly for most of the movie so now it's nice to actually have the character there and see him interact with the other guys."
