The first image is what they look like during act one, right before they plug the city in.

The second image is when Light meets Joe, about 19 years after Emily’s murder.

The third image is when Megaman goes to seek vengeance, about 45 years after Joe.

I’ve got a few sketch’s of the versions in between as well as a concept for act 3. But the act 3 designs might change when the albums released so there is that.
