This year Vernon and I made a pact to improve ourselves and our situation. We realize that we didn't have a plan or a course of action to achieve our Dreams and Goals. We have been just staring at them and talking about them, yet we didn't take any steps forward those goals or dreams. That had to change, we decided to hold hands🤝, link arms, and kneel down 🙏and ask the Lord for strength, bravery, and the stamina to go down the narrow path. Every day it's been hard, we have set boundaries, our mindset has changed, our hearts changed, and our intent is changed. Our actions have meaning and purpose. The only way we can handle this journey is Self Development. Every morning we find a place in our home🏠 where we feel calm and has a beautiful setting. We pray, read God's Word, listen to podcasts, and work on our self development plans that we have with each other. 3 Quick Tips on Staying Hydrated. From the time I wake up until i go to bed it seems that I'm always busy. If you are like me, you don't really think or drinking water. Here are some quick tips to help stay hydrated. 1. Put fruit, lime juice or some sort of natural flavor in it. 2. Drink 1 full glass of water when you wake up. 3. Set an alarm every 2 to 3 hours to remind yourself to drink water. I am super bad at staying hydrated, while I focus on my little rascals. My favorite way to drink my water is to add some collagen or berry greens to at least one cup or water bottle.
