Reposting some info from Twitter to here about my 🦸 Hero Series AU with Natsuki aka Darkmoon !

This is Oracle's theme.

Since Oracle is one of Darkmoon's cherished creations, I'm one of his strongest yet whenever we headout to battle I'm always by his side.

Since his creations, when defeated, are reverted to their normal original state. I think he has this small yet strong lingering fear in the back of his mind, if he sends me out to battle the heroes and I'm defeated he might lose me. Who knows if he finds my doll state and attempts to bring me back, would I still have the same memories that we cherished? Would I still be the same Oracle that stayed by his side and guided him when he thought he nearly lost his way? So I think this theme would fit Oracle really well.

It's has a strong, melancholy melody, and yet it has a shimmer of lingering hope. If Oracle wins a battle, xe will be able to return to Darkmoon but if Oracle doesn't ?

So I think it fits xem perfectly.

"Bit hard to breathe right now!" Rex gasped, sucking in desperate gulps of air as he clutched his side, sticky red running between his fingers. "Jesus, this hurts so bad!"

Invincible stood over his partner, struggling to keep the massive chunk of concrete over his head. "Oh, really? I hadn't noticed! You should probably get that checked out, honey!" he joked, knees buckling under the immense strain of the rubble.

"What a way you have with words!" the hero laughed woozily, his face visibly paling under his cowl and goggles. "Oh, what's that noise?" he added.

Mark's head tilted in confusion. "Noise? What noise are you hearin... the hell?" he asked, interrupted as the debris was suddenly lifted off his hands. He looked up at where it had gone to, only for a shocked look to cross his face. "Holy shit..."

"Ok, I've gotta be hallucinating from the blood loss, 'cause that guy is fucking huge!" Rex stated. The person above them was indeed huge, at least seven or eight stories tall, having to kneel down to even get somewhat close to their level. The huge chunk of building comfortably fit into his gargantuan palm, tossed aside like a small child would do to an unwanted toy. They were dressed in bright shades of blue and orange, clearly their costume. The massive hand that had lifted the rubble away came to rest next to the couple, a towering, closed fist pressed into the ground.

"You must be those famous American heroes, oui?" his loud French voice boomed over them. "Well, not to worry! Once we've dealt with those Order bâtards, we’ll get you to a hospital!”. A roar sounded off, drawing the giant’s attention. “Oh? Ah, excuse-moi, messieurs!” he excused himself, drawing up to his full height before walking away, his massive footfalls shaking the ground as he left. 

Before either of them could fully process what was going on, the familiar figure of Frontline popped up. “Hey, kids! Jesus, Rex, what happened to you?!” he greeted warmly, mirth turning to shock as he glimpsed his injured son. 

“Oh, don’t worry, dad! It’s just shrapnel!” the hero hand-waved away. “Hey, uh, who’s the big guy? Is he one of your... new crew?”

“Oh, you mean Luc?” the older hero replied, not flinching as a large chunk of rubble smashed into his face. The debris shattered into small pieces and threw up a small cloud of dust on impact but left Kyle’s face completely unblemished. “Yeah, he’s one of the new members on Breakthrough. I told him to help clear the rubble, but he seems to be...” the hero added, voice trailing off as two gigantic figures crashed into a nearby building, “...fightin’ Walking Dread instead. That’s, uh... that’s not good”

No sooner had he said that than a woman clad in red flew past with a yell of ‘ Scheißeeee!’, smashing into a post as she sailed past the three of them. “Who was the hell was that?!” Invincible exclaimed, his shocked gaze still fixed on the dent she had left. 

“That’s... yep, that’s Gerda” Kyle said to himself out loud, followed by a small groan of embarrassment. “I should go. Catch you kids later!” he told the pair, before jogging away and into the battle nearby. 

Mark and Rex both exchanged glances. Rex spoke first, groggily telling his boyfriend “Ok, this might not be a good time to mention this, but I... think I see a light in front of me”

“That’s the sun, honey” Invincible answered without missing a beat. 

“Wait... oh yeah. Idiot” the hero chuckled at his own stupidity. “But seriously, please get me to a hospital, I am so close to death right now”
