To Experience

I've always been a curious person. How much further can I take it? How much longer until it's over? Before all is inevitably lost, my risks being all for nothing?

It’s my own peril, most of the time. I'd dive into a volcano head-first, for the experience. To see. To experience.

You're not the same, I know. You're more grounded, curious as me, but pain is a much realer threat to you than it is to me. Isn't it?

I never did quite know, nor figure out, the answer to that. There's so much about you that I don't know. That I haven't dared ask.

All I really know is that your teeth are sharp, and your wings are nothing like mine. I'd do anything for you. We wouldn't be here now, if that weren't the case though, right?

It sure wouldn't be as amicable, at least. What a picture to describe as amicable.

I'd smile at you, reach up and rest my hand at your cheek, if I could. If I had any strength left. A mystery you remain, and I remain not.

Prompt # 3 -Favorite Episode -Episode 6

I remember watching the end of episode 5 and just being absolutely feral to see this episode and then iQiyi wouldn’t play during the day for some reason. I had to wait until work that night.

I don’t even know what I was expecting, The Defiant Ones or something, but instead, I got gorgeous scenery, a goofy buddy episode, the sweetest rom-com, actual communication, gentle apologies, and Gift of the Magi levels of attempted mutual sacrifices.

By the end of this, including the special episode, I was completely head over heels for Kinn and Porsche as a couple, so yeah, favorite episode.
