For those who I've known and followed for up to a decade (!) on this platform, you know I've alluded to caregiving I've done fulltime during that entire duration. My mother passed away on Monday.

I'm in a fog, but getting support from local friends and family. Parasocial relationships are different, but I really feel like you are friends who have helped me through so many ups and downs during this, that you had *no idea* you did...with funny posts at the right time, fan stuff, that takes my mind off the heavier things and so on... Thank you, SO MUCH. You didn't mean it to mean that much, but it did... So, this is your reminder to stay good on these platforms. Remember there are people on the other end of these avatars and analyses of characters. You guys made me smile, laugh out loud for real and shocked me in a good way with the content I see going across my tumblr page. Now, I'm very much lost, but I wanted to make sure yall know what you mean to me. I'm still lurking and I'll continue to post, so continue to stay golden.
