I am not good enough. I just keep failing. Nobody loves me. Why does no one understand me? God, where are you?   All these thoughts have a certain origin, but you probably think that they come from you. The truth is that such thoughts are NOT from you, but from the accuser the devil. Satan goes around as a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour. If you are a follower of Jesus Christ, you should not be surprised to experience opposition in your life. Nevertheless, these thoughts are not nice and you can overcome them!

#Postpartum days have their ups and downs, but the best advice I have heard and would pass on? Be kind to yourself. Healing takes time, and your body that has just been through so much is worth every ounce of love and attention it needs. . Paul says, fix your thoughts. "And now, dear brothers and sisters, one final thing. Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise." Philippians 4:8 (NLT)

You are what you think! Positive thoughts really do heal your brain and negative thoughts damage your brain (they've done the scans). When Paul said, "Be transformed by the renewing of your mind," (Romans 12:2), it is not just spiritually possible but actually physically possible! According to Dr. Caroline Leaf, “It has been found that 12 minutes of daily focused prayer over an 8 week period can change the brain to such an extent that it can be measured on a brain scan...As well as changing the brain, another study implies that intentional prayer can even change physical matter. Researchers found that intentional thought for 30 seconds affected laser light.”

Fix your mind on the beautiful things, the Godly things, keep praying and your brain and your life will change!
