Sometimes you have to sit down and think about how Naoko Takeuchi really changed the face of storytelling with Sailor Moon. She really created characters that overcame time, localizations, and barriers to become beloved and fleshed out, reinterpreted throughout the years via dedicated fans.
Sailor Moon is a story that just gives and gives and gives and it feels like people will continue to rediscover the story and retell it in their own ways and it’s beautiful and touching and epic and I think I need to sit down for a moment.

MxN Week Day 7: Hair
@senshixshitennouweeks
“We should have known they’d get up to something like this.”
Makoto sighed.
Really, she didn’t like saddling Chibiusa’s guardians with poor opinions, but they did tend to be… mischievous.
But she hadn’t expected their sheer diabolical inspiration.
“For the record,” Makoto said, “I don’t believe Hotaru would ever be a part of this?”
“Suit yourself,” Nephrite replied.
She’d been sitting on a couch in one of the many lounges in the Crystal Palace with her husband, his arm around her shoulder as the two of them read together; her a culinary magazine, him a book he had to read as part of a bet he lost to Zoisite.
Really, it was so cozy to be snuggled up against his broad chest.
Especially when, ever so often, Nephrite would lean over and kiss the crown of her head before returning to reading.
Could anyone blame her for just dozing off right then and there?
Nephrite, probably could. Especially since waking up they found that their hair had been braided together.
"How can you even tell it was them?"
Nephrite pointed at the largest plait that hung between them.
"This is the exact kind of braid Cerecere uses when she's braiding Lady's hair."
There was a resemblance, Makoto had to admit, but... would those sweet little girls really do something like this?
"We're gonna need some help to get the braids in the back, aren't we?" Nephrite said.
"Probably," she replied.
All the two good do was struggle their way to their feet and try to find someone to help untangle their hair.

Baby Lady's New Outfit
Neo-Queen Serenity: Mamo-chan! What are you doing with Small Lady?
King Endymion: Just putting Small Lady in the outfit I bought. TA-DA!
Neo-Queen Serenity: AHHHHHH! I-It's the...the...the...
King Endymion: It looks just like the outfit wore when we met. I honestly can't believe there's still being made.
Neo-Queen Serenity: Damnit I must've missed a store.
King Endymion: What was that, Usako?
Neo-Queen Serenity: Nothing, Mamo-chan but I gotta go call the girls. *on phone with Rei* Come over quckly! And bring fire! Lots and lots of fire!
Rei: It's the green jacket, isn't it?
Neo-Queen Serenity: It's the green jacket!

Artist: Madoka Oomori of the circle Pale Lilac (she was the former assistant of Naoko Takeuchi, hence why their styles are so similar and why her doujinshi can be considered semi-official!)
