happy birthday to our lovely henry!🎊
he’s promised charlotte that by his birthday next year he will have invented a contraption which not only keeps the rain away and doesn’t turn inside out in the wind but it will also provide warmth to use on those cold, wet days whilst waiting for spring!

As a stan of minor TID couples I just wanna say that I still have some faith left, WE'RE STRONG! YOU'RE NOT ALONE, LET'S UNITE Y'ALL!
Did you know that Charlotte and Henry don't even have their own separate art? Gabrily only has a tarot card and Sophideon are the only ones who have a proper one

I still feel like crying/laughing out of incredulity when I remember Henry and Charlotte were straight up partaking in sexual activities™️, calling each other by sweet petnames, defending each other and complimenting each other constantly, and yet these absolute dumbasses were like:
"They don't love me tho :( They just married me so they could do their dream job in peace".
They're so smart, they're so stupid. Crying everyday about them, they're such an underrated couple.

Henry asking Charlotte, “Really? You love me, too, Lottie?” is something that replays in my mind CONSTANTLY.

The fact that Henry Branwell and Charlotte Fairchild had sex before actually confessing their feelings for one another will never not be batshit crazy to me.
Like okay, I don't know if you like me or not, I'm positive that you don't, and we've been miscommunicating about it since before we got married, but while we're at it, let's make a frickin' baby.

Why does Cassie alway have the science geeks go through the most painful events 😭
Henry Fairchild - become paralyzed from the wait down
Christopher Lightwood - death
Grace Blackthorn - her whole childhood
Ty Blackthorn - failed attempt to resurrect Livvy + his whole situation with Kit

I feel like Tiberius Blackthorn is going to be the Henry Branwell and Christopher Lightwood of his generation

if I had a nickel for everytime Charlotte revealed she was pregnant at the end of the last book of the series, I would have two nickels. which isn't a lot but it's weird that it happened twice.

Yes I know the miscommunication trope was largely present in TLH but nothing will beat Charlotte and Henry being MARRIED for FIVE YEARS and thinking that the other didn't love them and only married them for political reasons even though they just wanted to be with the other

Can't stop thinking about how much Matthew actually reminds me of his mother.
Both him and Charlotte can barely hide their true feelings, both can't pretend to be nice (Matthew around Alastair, Charlotte around Benedict or Aloysius).
Both can't hide their romantic feelings (the way it was obvious for everyone that she adores Henry and that Matthew is mostly focused on Daisy.)
Both become unspoken leaders at some point (Matthew in the academy and Charlotte...in general.)
Both weren't taken seriously (Charlotte because of her height and the fact that she's a woman; Matthew because everyone saw him as an unserious drunk teenager).
Both were considered "easily forgiving" and "too soft" until it was proven wrong. (Charlotte and Jessamine scene; Matthew being really harsh in both Alastair and Grace's situation).
