“It just takes nurture, doesn't it?” She murmured softly. But as her hand curled around a vine, she noticed its dead edges. “But I haven’t been giving you anything, haven’t I? You’ve had to settle for eating jagged glass."
“I’ve become like her,” The thought was enough to make her sick. She turned away from the ivy, and let herself breathe, before walking to prepare dinner.

from melodies of the sky, draft 2, a poetic contemporary story about the beauty in life.
I had the pleasure of meeting @motswolo , who because of @imsiriuslyreading planted the seed in my head to do this scene from The Cadence of Part-time Poets.
I was scared to death to do this... but I guess it just happened, it came out, and I guess that's the most sincere thing that can happen.
here's a saimota piece I did for @maizonoapologist for the kaito gift exchange!!! <333
there's a part two to this gift as well cause I thought about a saihoshimota au where shuichi and ryoma are fishermen and kaito's a mermaid, and doodled a bit about it heheh
The Cadence of Part Time Poets by @motswolo coverssssss
I went through a few ideas but I wanted them to look a bit like 1970s paperback covers which are often quite simple geometric patterns, but also work with the internal illustrations. I also wanted the patterns to link to the story and I spent a long time trying to tesselate specific guitars and it wasn't happening so they're all variations on records (so circles basically but I think it works). They also look a lot like the patterns on the Bakerloo line seats but like London is a location so it's relevant right???
Still on the fence about using illustrations on the back - should I change it so it's just more pattern?
I think it might be all done 😭.
I've just counted and I think I've done 75 illustrations 😱, including 48 different album covers (although I will confess sometimes I only draw the bit you can see if they're in a pile).
Thanks @motswolo for letting me draw your ideas and writing such an incredible fic that is so well described and researched and also for answering all my guitar questions 💛
Can't promise there won't be any more popping up tbh but this is it for now!
This is a joke... Kinda in no way shape or form do I genuinely believe Scott is nearly as good as Utena, but it's a joke because of the themes being bla bla bla something about maturity, growing up, making up for past mistakes, pulling out swords from chests, fighting against the ex's I mean Duelist
NOOOOO CROWLEY DEAN CANT FIX YOU YOU HAVE TO COME TO TERMS WITH YOUR LOST SENSE OF HUMANITY ON YOUR OWN. YOU HAVE TO TELL HIM YOU CARE ABOUT HIM OR HE'S JUST GOING TO THINK YOURE USING HIM AND RESENT YOU FOR BRINGING HIM BACK AS A DEMON NOOOOOOOO
