🗣️Pay attention
The only lives that matter to people like him are Israeli lives. John Kirby and Israel couldn't care less about the more than 32,000 innocent, noncombatant Palestinian civilians that Israel has murdered in Gaza 🇵🇸

UNITED STATES SECURITY ADVISOR CLAIMS "ISRAEL" HAS NOT VIOLATED ANY INTERNATIONAL LAWS DURING GENOCIDE IN GAZA
📹 A press conference held today by the U.S. National Security Communications Advisor, Rear Admiral John Kirby, who tells reporters "we have not found any evidence that the Israelis have so far violated international humanitarian law" during the occupation's siege, bombardment, blockade and invasion of the Gaza Strip over the previous 6-months.
This comes just one day after the Zionist entity admitted to killing 7 foreign aid workers, including citizens of Palestine, Poland, Australia, Britain and a dual citizen of the U.S. and Canada, in a targeted airstrike on three armored vehicles they were traveling in after delivering humanitarian aid to a warehouse in Deir al-Balah, in the central Gaza Strip.
The claim rings truly hollow as South Africa's case against "Israel" continues to move forward at the International Court of Justice (ICJ) at The Hague, in the Netherlands, which continues to order provisional measures against the Zionist entity.

Okay, following up on that news I saw earlier. I first was alerted to it by the BBC Global News Podcast and Al Jazeera News Updates. For easier reference and more detail, however, I will be referring to this article from AP News for details, which itself references this article that cites the Washington Post.
Things of note:
This seems to have been caused by the recent incident where over 115 Palestinians were killed, and over 750 injured, by the IDF during a reported stampede by starving civilians trying to get to aid trucks.
The air drops will begin "in the coming days," and will start with MREs (military rations).
There will be multiple rounds, according to John Kirby.
The process will be done in conjunction with Jordan, which shares the longest of Israel's borders, the Eastern. (That part isn't in the article but I don't know how many people actually know where Jordan is.)
The US admits that it doesn't... know what it's doing? And is basically going to learn on the job. Not super promising but better than nothing. Most of the concern seems to be that the extreme crowding will increase the risk of injury; I assume dropping large pallets of supplies is easier when there's a lot of empty space, and smaller, less dangerous packages mean dropping less at a time since more space is needed in the planes for the parachutes.
Planes airdropping supplies is in itself MUCH LESS efficient than truck deliveries for this reason.
They're also hoping to set up a "maritime corridor" but there's no real word on how that's going to be achieved other than the ceasefire talks.
The U.S. has been pushing Israel to speed the flow of humanitarian assistance into Gaza and to open a third crossing into the territory, but Friday’s violence showed the challenges no matter the circumstances. “The loss of life is heartbreaking,” Biden said Friday as he announced his decision to order airdrops. “People are so desperate.”
Additionally, the second article has more details on the concerns that kept airdrops from being implemented earlier:
“Aid flowing to Gaza is nowhere nearly enough,” Biden said. “Now, it’s nowhere nearly enough. Innocent lives are on the line and children’s lives are on the line. We won’t stand by until we get more aid in there. We should be getting hundreds of trucks in, not just several.” The White House, State Department and Pentagon had been weighing the merits of U.S. military airdrops of assistance for several months, but had held off due to concerns that the method is inefficient, has no way of ensuring the aid gets to civilians in need and cannot make up for overland aid deliveries. [...] “It’s not the kind of thing you want to do in a heartbeat. you want to think it through carefully,” Kirby said. He added, “There’s few military operations that are more complicated than humanitarian assistance airdrops”
The second article also discusses how domestic conflicts, namely Speaker Johnson's refusal to address foreign crises until "taking care of America's needs" (paraphrase), have been delaying much of what could have been done before now.

"The Israeli plans to create a buffer zone in Gaza are not going down very well in Washington, given that the White House has been opposed to a buffer zone for some time. As far back as December, the White House made it known that this is something it did not agree with. That was reiterated by the national security council spokesperson John Kirby, who said that he does not want to see territory in Gaza diminished in any way. This is yet another example of the growing rift between the White House and the Israeli government. But there is also some concern, even here in the United States, that there may be some shifting of the position within the Biden administration. Even as Kirby was saying the Biden administration doesn’t support this buffer zone, secretary of state Antony Blinken said on the same day that there may be some room for a “transitional arrangement”.
Why are Biden and his lackeys still alive

White House Spokesperson John Kirby responding to questions by reporters. He states that the US position against South Africa’s case remains unchanged, misrepresents the ICJ’s decision, and defends the US’ approach to dealing with Israel’s atrocities in Gaza.

NSC Spokesperson John Kirby: There is no evidence that Israel deliberately struck and killed WCK aid workers in Gaza. Furthermore, to date, the US has found no instances where Israel has violated international humanitarian law in its war with Hamas.

Executing your own troops must do wonders for morale. No wonder Russia is losing.
Those comparisons of Putin to Stalin and Hitler are not really hyperbole.
“We have information that the Russian military has been actually executing soldiers who refuse to follow orders,” U.S. National Security Council spokesman John Kirby said at a press briefing in Washington on Thursday. “We also have information that Russian commanders are threatening to execute entire units if they seek to retreat from Ukrainian artillery fire,” he added. “It’s reprehensible to think … that you would execute your own soldiers because they didn’t want to follow orders,” Kirby said. “And now threatening to execute entire units. It’s barbaric.” [ ... ]
Kirby said Moscow appears to have resumed the “human wave tactics” of throwing hundreds of poorly trained soldiers at the Ukrainian lines, which the Kremlin first used in the winter offensive last year. “Russia’s renewed offensive is a sobering reminder that President Putin has not given up his aspirations to take all of Ukraine. As long as Russia continues its brutal assault, we have to support Ukraine,” Kirby said.
If Russian troops know that Putin's Mafia-style enforcers are probably going to shoot them, they have plenty of incentive to shoot the pro-régime henchmen first. 💡
It's Day 614 of Putin's 3-day "special operation" in Ukraine. It's getting increasingly difficult for Russia's dictator to find people who will voluntarily fight for his cherished goal of restoring the decrepit Soviet Union in all but name. Just yesterday you may have seen a post here about how kids in Russia are being militarized.
The best advice we can give to Russian males of military age is GET OUT.

Neighboring Mongolia and Kazakhstan are supposed to be beautiful in the autumn. It's the perfect time for a vacation.
Putin has ruined Russia for at least a generation; it's gradually turning into a large version of North Korea. Even if the war ends tomorrow there is little future for anybody in Russia – except maybe in Putin's secret police.
Leaving Russia may be difficult but staying there could become catastrophic.

Originally, Kirby's Western name was going to be 'Tinkle Popo'. This was later changed as Nintendo was concerned the games would sell worse because of it.
Instead, their name was changed to Kirby in honour of John Kirby who helped Nintendo in a legal battle against Universal over the belief DK was too similar to King Kong.

President Joe Biden received an icy reception outside a fundraiser in Philadelphia. While Biden spoke to donors about "American possibilities" inside the Hilton Philadelphia at Penn's Landing, outside, hundreds of pro-Palestinian protesters shouted their support for a ceasefire between Israel and Hamas, according to White House pool reports. Others yelled "shame" as Biden and his motorcade departed for Philadelphia International Airport en route back to Washington, D.C. "Some protesters held up a big sign that said 'Genocide Joe & Netan-Nazi,'" according to press pool reports from the Monday event. ... The White House has downplayed the anger directed at Biden over his response to the Israel-Hamas war, including outside former first lady Rosalynn Carter's memorial service last month in Georgia. We're not worried about nicknames and bumper stickers," National Security Council spokesman John Kirby said. "It’s First Amendment, free speech." "But this word 'genocide' is getting thrown around in a pretty inappropriate way by lots of different folks," he continued. "Israel is trying to defend itself against a genocidal terrorist threat. So, when we're going to start — if we're going to start using that word, fine, let's use it appropriately."
Fuck you, John Kirby.
I'm skeptical the International Criminal Court will have any consequences for Western officials. But one can only hope, and I hope Biden and Kirby share a cell.

Russia says 40 killed and more than 100 wounded in attack on Moscow concert hall
MOSCOW (AP) — Several assailants burst into a large concert hall in Moscow on Friday and sprayed the crowd with gunfire, killing at least 40 people, injuring more than 100 others and setting fire to the venue in a brazen attack just days after President Vladimir Putin cemented his grip on power in a highly orchestrated electoral landslide. It wasn’t immediately clear what happened to the…
