Kakyoin X Reader "His Earings" (One Shot)

As a flaming homosexual, Kakyoin has always made me look in the other direction. It's like the joke about how you're gay but you're straight for that one guy/girl. That's how I felt when I first saw Kakyoin. So at the time that I was falling for this man I wrote a little something something. Enjoy :)

Warnings: Fluff, and some flirting.

Word Count: 517

This is during crusaders and you get put in a room with Kakyoin because he’s one of the guys who definitely drinks his respect women’s juice. Also, Polnareff wanted to room with Jotaro that night.

Kakyoin was sleeping in one of the beds and you were up because you couldn’t sleep. You try to find ways to entertain yourself until you realize Kakyoin took off his earrings and they were sitting on his nightstand.

You take the opportunity to try them on As you did you smile in the mirror, happy with the view and making weird faces imitating Kakyoin. Like, “Polnareff, stop fooling around we need to defeat the stand user.” Or “This restaurant is really nice I’m going to be super extra and get something that screams I’m fancy.”

Now finally getting tired you go back into the room and grab your other pairs of pj’s because the ones you were wearing were too hot from fooling around. Coming back from the bathroom with your new outfit you flop down on your bed and finally fall asleep.

The next morning Kakyoin is the first one to wake up and starts getting ready.

(because he actually takes the longest to get ready, too busy trying to get that right curl in the hair.)

Then he realizes he can’t find his earrings.

Looking around everywhere, he eventually spotted you sound asleep and saw that you still had his earrings on.

Smiling to himself out of cuteness, he chuckles a bit.

“Well, that's a sight I will enjoy.”

Letting it be, he chills in one of the chairs reading his book.

When you wake up you head to the restroom to get ready.

Kakyoin follows you and leans on the door frame with one hand on his hip like the sassy boi he is.

Rubbing your eyes with your head down, you finally look up when he says.

“Good morning ‘Kakyoin’, how’d you sleep?”

Jumping at the sudden comment you look at yourself and at Kakyoin through the mirror.

Finally realizing that you still had on his earring you turn back to him flushed and embarrassed.

“My bad I was just messing around. A-and-”

He Cuts you off by lifting up your chin gently but enough for you to meet his eyes. Then smiles his sweet smile as he tilts your face side to side so that he can get a good look at the earring on you.

“You don’t need to apologize silly, besides...”

He then turned you back around to the mirror so that you could see yourself and him standing behind you with his hands around your arms.

And one of them lifts up to lightly touch one of the earrings and proceeds to get real close to your ear.

“I think they look lovely on you, it even makes the blush on your cheeks cuter.”

As he whispered those words you then shut down with more heat rising to your face and shiver at the sound of his voice messing with you.

He even let you wear them during breakfast with the other guys.

Random thought: Has that really been living in your head rent-free?

Me: yeah why?

Random thought: Well I’m just concerned. I mean you thought about the same thing with Polnareff and you drew yourself wearing the earring, bought them, and wrote about it. Are you okay?

Me: Yes I am, I'm just a hopeless romantic :)

This is Project Ask the Crusaders of Stardust! An ask blog dedicated to the main cast of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Crusaders. What can you and can you not expect from this blog? For one we will not have a set schedule for posting. "We" is right, we're two people running this blog. Namely @starplatimoon (Mod Moon) and @kuttblueberry (Mod Blueberry). We're very passionate about these guys and the story of part 3, and we have our own AU and RP we will pull inspiration from when it comes to moving the story forward on this ask blog. So expect the unexpected when it comes to what may happen... We will both be drawing and writing for this blog, but one of us may have more responsibility for writing certain characters than the other. Specifically, Mod Blueberry writes more for Joseph, Avdol, and Kakyoin while Mod Moon writes more for Jotaro and Polnareff. It's just the way we like to do it. This blog is fully a collaboration! We'll be putting credit where credit is due at the end of posts, we may forget sometimes or simply choose not to, however. There may be room for ships such as Avpol and Noritaro to develop down the line. And while that may be the case, we don't want this blog to revolve around ships, but the character's general dynamics and story! And to just goof off and have fun. That too. While the blog is "sponsored by the SPWF" and you're welcome to commit to the bit, you really don't have to pretend to be a newbie SPWF employee. Treat this like you would any other ask blog, there are no rules in that regard. But we will be touching on actual rules for a TOS at the end of this post that we implore you to check out before interacting with this blog or sending asks! And lastly, roleplay-themed asks and magic anons (AKA stand users) are allowed but we might not indulge in it regularly. But there may be events in the future that touch on more fun ways to interact with us, whether that be "a sudden influx of stand users!" or whatever. We do what we want.

Don't spam the same question/message, we will get to you. And if we don't, it's probably because you broke one of the other rules OR it's already been answered in one form or another. (Although we may revisit similar themes, time will tell).

trope: modern au, band au, celebrity au, possible love triangle?

warnings: 18+, minors, ageless and blank blogs DNI, mentions of smoking & alcohol and possibly drugs too, smut themed, addressing issues like divorce, abuse, and others, jotaro and kakyoin are aged up

synopsis: the stardust crusaders were a popular band ruling the soft rock genre for many years. many girls fawned over the men, especially over the singer-musician, jotaro kujo. the catch? he didn't have the best personality. he was always bratty, rude, and shooed women away. even his grandfather and manager, joseph joestar, was concerned about the future of the band, until you, kakyoin's childhood friend, opted in to be a singer for the band. you could say that this wouldn't be the first time you two saw each other without your thighs clenching.

notes: okay, finally i'm here!! see, i thought i'm writing two collab entries in a similar au, i figured why not add a third part, and make it a small fic series. plus, i've written smut for kuroo and nanami so far, so i should most definitely write for this boyfie of mine. i'd been toying with the idea of a musician!jotaro since his voice actor, daisuke ono, is a singer, so i hope i do justice to his characterization <33 also, this header was made by me (look i have a watermark too), so please don't steal that.

kakyoin has been my header for like years and at this point he’s not even a character to me he’s just hanging out on top of my blog. also he serves as a warning sign that at any point i might relapse and post jojo again and that you sign up for that by following me.

🍯 - What flavors or scents do you associate with your F/O? Or, what flavors/scents would they associate with you?

((I'm gonna answer both of these questions because I CAN MWAHAHA 😈))

⭐ For Jotaro, Madison would initially associate the smell of cigarette smoke when they first met (anyone would, really skjdfskhf). As their relationship develops over time, Madison finds that Jotaro would be into 'clean' smells — something that's not too strong but is pleasant enough when you're up close. Kinda like how you smell right after you get out of the shower. Scents like mint, tobacco, and lavender associates Jotaro best.

🍒 For Kakyoin, you could say that he'd be associated with scents that are non-traditional for men and incline more towards rich and floral. Madison once gifted him a perfume with a main rose fragrance blended with bright citrus, light jasmine, and a hint of patchouli. He wears it almost everywhere and sports a small smirk whenever Madison comments that he "smells just as attractive as he looks."

🎀 With Madison, the 2 boys find that the scent they would associate with her differs depending on the occasion. If they're just staying in or are out together for something very casual Madison would be sporting something preppy and refreshing like rose, lychee, magnolia, and amber. If, say, they'll be going out for a fancy dinner or a similar event she would then sport something luxurious and alluring. Think of scents like oak moss as a base blended with passionfruit, jasmine, and peony.

🍃 - What’s your favorite season to go on walks with your F/O? Why?

This probably sounds cliche as heCK but it's got to be Fall or Winter! The chill of the season would give Madison an excuse to hold hands or scooch a liiil bit closer with the 2 and say that she needs to warm herself up which…is partially true! 🙃 The girl just loves physical contact from having her pinkies intertwine with Jotaro and Noriaki's to either of the boys holding her by the waist while they walk — she'll take anything in and just be really content while they walk around to wherever they need to go.

Some extra tidbit I wanna add while not necessarily related to the question is that Madison also loves going on walks with the 2 during Fall/Winter because she loves to see them dress up in these big and comfy coats that seem to hug their bodies just right and…she just finds it cute for some reason! dunno, maybe she's just looking forward to seeing them without all those bulky layers of clothing and cuddle with them in the comfort of their living quarters when they get there skksjkld
