Ace Trappola:

Ace will never deny free food, happily taking it when you offered it up to him. He doesn’t think that it’s a special thing until he makes fun of the little pathetic sandwich Deuce is eating, the scowl on Deuce’s face telling him that he should just be lucky that someone who was good in the kitchen had a thing for him. For Deuce to pick that up when Ace had never even considered leaves him a little flabbergasted but then he takes a look down at his food, his cheeks heating up as he thinks about it being specially made for him. He doesn’t know what to say or if you expect something from him in response, but you did notice he was much more nervous the next time you approached him.

Cater Diamond:

The bento is so picture perfect that Cater can’t help but snap a few pics. He gets plenty of MagiCam comments from people complimenting how pretty the food looks, some others branching off to question whether Cater’s significant other had been the one to make it. He didn’t pay much attention to the post after it was up as he was too busy enjoying the lunch you made him, pleased that you added the perfect amount of spice to his meals. There’s no polite or smooth way to say ‘please make me lunch every day for the rest of our lives’ so Cater offers to be your taste tester anytime you were in the mood to cook.

Deuce Spade:

Deuce is a little stunned and thinks for half a second you might not be talking to him, but the strong eye contact as you hold out the bento to him tells him otherwise. He’s having a flurry of emotions rush through him as the only person who had ever made him lunch like this was his mother; he knew Ace would laugh in his face for that one but it was true. This was a special moment for him and he savored every bite, making sure to have a long list of compliments for you when he finally saw you again. There was a part of him that felt guilty as he wanted to do something like this for you, deciding to ask Trey if he could teach him how to make a return treat for you to enjoy.

Malleus Draconia:

You don’t think you’ve ever seen Malleus smile so much, it was a cute expression that suited him much more than the intimidating aura that normally surrounded him. You were glad you were brave enough to strike up a friendship with Malleus to begin with, and now that you could just hand him presents like it was nothing… You felt some personal growth. Malleus would find anything you made for him delectable and ignored Sebek’s worries that it might be poisoned, trusting in you completely. After he finished the lunch he knew he had to plan a way to return the favor, not hearing it when you tell him no payback was necessary as you had cooked for him because you wanted to.

Riddle Rosehearts:

Riddle is a little surprised to see a bento appear in front of him, especially one that catered to his specific taste. You had worked extra hard on making him lunch due to his harsh nature, knowing he would only appreciate a well-made meal. Even as he takes his first bite he’s still reeling that you made him something special, with his favorite foods and even a little dessert packed away safely in the corner. He’s completely overwhelmed with an unknown feeling in his chest and he can only mumble out his thanks, already considering what he can do to give you a proper thank you.

So Much For You

Pairing: Eddie Munson x Reader

Resume: Eddie has been uncomfortable with the amount of PDA he would get from Y/N, and things go south when she gets extra needy out of nowhere.

Word Count: 1891

Warnings: angst, a bit of language, miscommunication, mean Eddie, SFW

Eddie meet Y/N when she got in her first year of high school, he saw the quiet girl entering the cafeteria and proceeding to sit alone and couldn't have any of that. He was her first friend in Hawkins High and introduced her to all of his friends.

They got along great, and that made her happy, she was new in town and didn't really knew anyone. Through the years, she got a certain popularity after getting into the cheer squad, but that didn't change her relationship with the boys. Although now she knew a lot o people, she stuck to her first friends group. Later, her list of friends expanded to Steve, Robin, Jonathan and Nancy, after getting got up in the Upside Down mess in the summer she worked on Scoop's Ahoy.

Y/N pinned over Eddie since day one, but never made the move, she thought that he was intimidating with that blatant honesty of his. They only became a couple a few months after Y/N and her former girlfriend broke up.

Eddie didn't realize his feelings until he was burning with rage and jealousy seeing her being someone else's. When she and Layla broke up, he took some time to pic up her pieces like the good friend he was, but the minute he felt she could be open to love again, he tried his shoot.

And it did pay off. Now, they're we're just four months away from graduating together and have been in a relationship for six months.

Eddie wasn't really good at expressing or even understanding his own feelings, between the lack of love of his parents, and the cruel treatment he would get outside his trailer, there wasn't a way of understanding what affection means, how it shows itself, how to take it, and mostly, how to give it back.

Wayne was an amazing uncle, but he himself didn't have that much affection growing up and didn't know how to pass it to his nephew, this was a lesson he couldn't teach Eddie, even though he wanted it dearly.

Y/N was Hawkins resident sweetheart, everybody who knew her, loved her, and those who didn't, couldn't bring themselves to dislike her either. She was completely smitten with Eddie and did everything possible to make him as happy as she could.

Her love language is touch, she will get overwhelmed when someone she doesn't know do as much as brush her arms, but will absolutely have to be touching someone she loves anytime she could, even if it would be just touching thighs when sitting together.

Her ex always told her how tiring was to have Y/N all over her all the time, and how she was too much to deal with. So, when she fell for Eddie, she became very aware of how touchy she could be, and tried to hold that part of herself back.

Eddie, however, knew about her past relationship, and the insecurities her toxic ex have planted in her mind, most of them about the way she acts for being neurodivergent. He reassured her that he loved her for who she is, all of her, and said that she was free to be herself around him.

But now, he kinda regretted part of that. He didn't have a problem with the way she barely could maintain eye contact to save her life, or how exhausted she would be for anything after a whole day of masking the signs of her autism, or how they could never have a conversation when they were at his gigs or at parties because she couldn't handle to have any conversation with that much cacophony. But God, did he have a problem with the PDA.

The only thing he didn't know how to handle was the amount of attention she pours onto him. He feels overwhelmed, the lingering touches make his skin burn, and his mind gets foggy, leaving his thoughts a mess.

It bothers him, how he can't think straight when she's so near him, and the feeling that something is still missing leaves him restless. Eddie doesn't know how to suppress those feelings, or how to indulge to them, leaving him lost, and for so, distressed.

So when he sees her walking up to him in the hallway, a big smile on her face and arms open to hug him, he feels annoyed.

- Hi, babe - she says looking up.

- Hi, gorgeous - He replies, gently removing himself from the hug, missing the way her body deflates.

Y/N it's not oblivious about the way her boyfriend has been getting distant. The way he releases her hands way too fast when walking up to classes, or how he never saves her spot next to him in the cafeteria anymore.

They walk together in the direction of the parking lot, and she chooses to leave a small gap between them, to which Eddie leaves a small relieved sigh.

The couple had a movie night in his trailer scheduled for today, so they headed to the van, Y/N let out a sigh of her own when he doesn't open the door for her.

That night passed by uneventfully, Eddie cuddles her for the movie but that's it, the moment the movie is over, he's driving her back to her place with a small kiss on her lips.

The day after, Y/N doesn't go to school, and that should have made Eddie worried, but deep down, he feels relieved. On the way home, he thinks about stopping by her house, check-up up on her, but decides against it, selfishly, wanting time for himself. I can call her when I get to the trailer, he thinks.

Except he forgets about it and just remembers when he sees her in the school the next day. She was upset, she didn't show up to school and it was like her boyfriend didn't even notice.

Y/N opted for not saying anything though, she didn't want to fight with Eddie, not feeling well enough for the stress that would come from it. So she just smiled and said it was okay when he lamed apologized.

After that day, Y/N seemed to want to be clinging to Eddie all of the time. They didn't have time to see each other on the weekends because she got some college stuff to look at that month, and all the other free time she had, she was spending in Eddie's neck, and he couldn't stand it anymore.

So, when they were together in his trailer in one of the many movie nights they were having later, it all comes crashing down.

It started when she brought up plans for the next weekend.

- So, I was thinking, the next weekend it's the only free one I'm going to have until graduation, so I planned a little time together for us, I found a really cool cabin we can go to for the weekend - she says looking at him from her spot on the couch, slightly close to him.

- More than we already do? And you didn't even ask me if I was free? Or if I wanted it? - he snaps at her, and she flinches, not expecting the outburst.

- Well, for the next few months I will have less time to be with you, I thought you would like to, don't know, do something romantic?

- In a fucking cabin!? Doing what?

- There's a lake, boats, it's more like a hotel, a bunch of cool stuff - she says pleading with her eyes, she didn't want to give up the weekend, even with his reaction. She had something important to tell him and planned the weekend to do it. She couldn't let it pass.

- Please, baby - she said getting on his lap - It will be fun, I promise.

Eddie get her out of his lap and started pacing around the room, all becoming too much.

- You can't do that!! Go around making plans without consulting me, taking all of my time! - She was petrified, and he was getting louder by the minute.

- You're always doing it, always on my neck, always on my house. Do you know how long have been since I was able to enjoy my fucking music in this trailer without you rambling around!? I feel like I'm not able to breathe with you around, always touching me! - He pauses for a minute, and she gets up from the couch, trying to get to him, but he walks away from her.

- I can't stand you all over me all the time, it's suffocating, I don't have time for myself. I don't do a fucking thing apart from being your fucking boyfriend, it's exhausting! - He screams, hands in his hair, red-faced and feeling confused, above it all, because he didn't know why he was saying half of those things.

She wanted to scream that this was bullshit, he has his deals, his gigs, his rehearsals with the band, the hellfire, but then she thought... she was in all of those. Of course, she didn't demand attention, but she was there. She thought that it was something that he appreciated, she was used to tagging along with him even when they were just friends. Hell, they have the same group of friends, nothing apart. And even though she knows that it's not her fault, they were in the same groups before they became a couple. She just couldn't help to feel like she was overstepping, becoming too much. He didn't like being my boyfriend anymore?

- Oh... - she says, quietly - I-I guess you're right... - she continues, a confused frown on her face that he wishes he could kiss until it disappears, but he remained in his place - I'm sorry, Eddie. I didn't do it on purpose, I didn't realize... - now the tears started to shine in her eyes, and Eddie´s heart squeezes. - What do you want to do? Do you wanna... break up?

At the sight of the tears streaming down her face, and the sound of her quiet voice asking if he wanted to break up, Eddie finally leaves his trance and walks up to her, holding her face in his hands.

- No, babe, that's not it, I swear to you - he says looking deeply into her eyes - I love you, I really do, it's just... - you don't like the way I love you, she completed in her mind - it's just too much, sometimes...

He regretted saying that the moment it leaves his mouth, but he can see the damage it's already done. He didn't bother to apologize, tho.

- We can work things out - she says cleaning her tears from her face, and stepping out of his hands. He feels his heart drop at the act but says nothing.

They spend the night working on how to go from there, how to take the relationship in a way they both can be comfortable, and they find it.

Eddie sleeps with her in his arms after he apologized for screaming, and feeling with weight less on his back because now things were going to be better.

They opted to cancel that weekend, and she convinces herself that he can be told the news when it becomes necessary. For now, she was going to enjoy being with him for as most as she could.

Twisted Wonderland: Confessions

Author Notes:

• I guess you can also could these as them asking the Mc out as well as confessions some of them are just confessions.

• I tried to make this gender neutral as much as I could. The point being is tried. But I’m definitely never writing gender neutral ever again especially for smut as that would literally break my brain.

• Also one of them is based off of a true event that happened to me! I won’t say which but if you can guess which one correctly then I’ll…write you whoever you want from this list for the next smut I write after said correct guess even a x male reader (I’ll try) and of course if it lines up with my rules. Riddle, bit his lip as he thought about his plan again as he looked down at the rose bouquet in his hands he knocked on the door to ramshackle and waited. The door opened, and he hid the bouquet behind his back quickly as he cleared his throat. “Sorry to disturb you, but I wanted- No needed to inform you that y-you have bloomed in my heart like a bush of roses and I wanted to ask i-if you’ll be mine…” he said, presenting the bouquet, his face flushed as he waited for a response. “…o-of course if you don’t feel the same, I-I understand.“ he said, his face flushed so red almost as much as his hair while his heart thumped wildly in his chest.

Trey-

Trey smiled softly to hide his nervousness, as he presented a small box to the prefect of Ramshackle dorm, his heart thumping in his chest. “This is for you, I was wondering if you’d be the sugar to my spice.” He says grinning to hide the pain of the bad pick up line and the Prefect opened the small box that contained a cupcake with a small clover inside a heart made of icing on top of it.

Cater-

Cater smiled as he hugged the ramshackle dorm, prefect close to him with the guise of getting some cute pics for a magicam. “So cute, could you be mine.” he said quickly, regretting that it was so cheesy, and he wanted it to sound better, but it was too late his face flushed. “You don’t have to answer…” he sighed but still waiting for a reply.

Deuce-

“I know we’ve only known each other for a short time, but you make me happy, and I was wondering if you’d go out with me!?” He said in a loud voice, as soon as those words were out of his mouth his face turned red, and he gulped as he looked at the ground, afraid to look up as his heart pounded, and sweat drip down his neck.

Ace-

He smirked as he flashed his hand of cards. “Queen of hearts and a seven of clubs. Guess that means I win. Have I won over your heart as well? I know my heart is yours~” He said, then realised what he had said, and his face flushed in the blink of an eye. “Uhhh..” he was stunned, unsure of what to say.

Leona-

The sneer on the man’s face as he watched the prefect of Ramshackle dorm talk with a classmate as said classmate clearly had ulterior motives the classmate reached out a hand towards the prefect. Leona quickly walked over to the prefect and flicked the classmates hand away glaring at them and putting an arm around the prefect’s shoulders before saying. “Don’t touch what’s not yours.” The classmate froze and nodded before backing up and dashing away. “What’s not yours?” The prefect turned and looked at Leona and he gave a smirk at the confused look. “Only if you want to be.”

Ruggie-

He sighed as he sat down to have a break from running errands. “Here have this! You look like you need it.” The Ramshackle dorm prefect asked handing him a bottle of water and a paper bag. He grinned taking them. “Thanks, gotta love free food!” He said and opened the paper bag revealing donuts. His eyes widened as he grabbed one and took a bite. “Aaaaaa, I’d marry you if you’d bring me donuts everyday!” He said smiling before he realised what he had said and his face flushed while his ears fell flat as he looked down if he was standing his tail would be between his legs.

Jack-

The Prefect smiled at the small cactus that Jack had been growing. “It’s so cute!” Jack smirked. “You’re cuter.” He said bluntly then froze as he realised he said that. “I-I didn’t mean to say that!” He said looking away his face flushed his ears drooped a bit as his tail came to a complete stop. “You find me cute?” The prefect smiled up at him. He nodded to embarrassed to say anything. “I think you cute too~” they said a smirk coming to their lips as they watched his tail sway quickly.

Azul-

Azul smiled smugly as he looked around Monstro Lounge happy that the special he was promoting was going well. His eyes drifted to the entrance as he spotted a familiar student had entered the lounge. He cleared his throat before speaking. “Welcome! Come in and enjoy our special just for this week.” He said handing a small pamphlet to the Ramshackle dorm prefect. “Thank you.” They said taking the small sheet of paper their hand slightly grazing his gloved hand. “Oh wow everything looks so cute and delicious.” The prefect said smiling up at him. “…you look delicious.” He said softly. “What?” The Prefect looked up at him confused. “I-I meant cute! You look cute!!” He says his face flushed with embarrassment as he covers his mouth trying to hide his embarrassment. He cleared his throat once more as he tried to calm his fast beating heart as he avoided their gaze. “I think you’re cute too.” They smiled at him.

Jade-

The Prefect of Ramshackle Dorm sighed as once again Grim had started a fight with some students and fled leaving said Prefect to deal with the angered students as they apologised and tried to calm down the angered students but said students were about to turn ugly until they felt hands clap onto their shoulders with a heavy weight. “I do hope you are not thinking of hurting my sweet angel fish~” a voice said the grip on the angered students shoulders unchanging as the two students turned around the face of one the Leech brothers. “S-sorry!” The two students said in illusion as they ducked out of his grasp and fled. Jade gave a malicious closed eyed smile as he watched them run. “Your…angel fish?” The Prefect asked confused. Jade turned back to the Prefect his gaze and smile turning soft. “Well only if you want to be of course.” He said hopeful that his feelings are reciprocated.

Floyd-

“Hey Jade, Hey, Floydie~!” The Ramshackle dorm Prefect said with a smile and a wave as Jade and Floyd were passing in the hallway. Floyd stopped his face showing confusion. “Eh? Floydie?” He asked more than said in a deeper voice then usual. “Well you call me, Shrimpy I thought its only fair I give you a nickname too.” They said. “If you don’t like it I won’t call you it again.” Jade smirked as he watched his brother turning the cogs in his head. “Okaay, well I’ll see you later.” The Prefect said waving goodbye to the two of them and walked away. “You better go get your Shrimpy, Floyd.” Jade said with a smirk. Floyd shot into action as he strode down the hallway after “his” Shrimpy putting an arm around their shoulders and pulling them to him as he gave them a toothy grin. “Will you be my, Shrimpy?” He said his eyes gleaming.

Kalim-

Kalim smiled as he spotted the Ramshackle Dorm Prefect as he slowed his magic carpet to stop next to them. “Hey, you want a lift?” He asked his smile glimmering as bright as a diamond. “That would be great thanks.” The prefect said returning his smile. He smiled and took their hand pulling them onto the magic carpet. He grins and gently places his hand on their shoulder. “So where to my diamond!” He says quickly then realises what he had just said. “Your diamond?” The prefect asked. “Only if you want to be of course.” He says removing his hand his face flushed as he avoids their gaze.

Jamil-

Jamil sighed as wiped sweat from his brow his eyes drifted to the Ramshackle dorm prefect who had come to watch the basketball club play a practice game. They smiled as they walked over to him waving. “Here.” They smiled handing him a bottle of water. He smiled softly. “Thanks.” He said softly taking the bottle his hand brushing against theirs. “..sorry.” He said averting his gaze. “It’s alright, you looked really good out there.” They smiled. “..you look good..” Jamil said bluntly taking a sip of water before he realised what he had said coughing slightly as his face flushed from the embarrassment. “You alright?” The prefect asked patting his back gently.

Vil-

Vil eyed the Ramshackle Dorm Prefect as they tried to disarm a situation caused by Grim who had fled and left the prefect to deal with it. The prefect sighed in relief as the situation was resolved their shoulders hanging low as they wiped their eyes in frustration. He walked over the prefect and taking their hands in his. “Come now don’t cry, dear you have to keep your chin up and not let them phase you.” The prefect blinked in confusion wondering how long he had been there. “Now come along.” He said pulling them with him the grip on his hand firm but gentle at the same time. “W-wait where are we going!?” They asked quickly. “On a date, my dear. I was planning to ask you in a more mature way but after seeing that display I had to throw away my original plan.” He said his cheeks slightly flushed as he realised he was still holding their hand.

Rook-

Rook smiled as he waltzed over to the Ramshackle dorm prefect was sitting in the dinning hall eating silently their face plain as they listened to Rook take about beauty or something along the lines. “Oh mon trickster you light a candle in my heart the way you eat your sandwich…blah blah something French blah blah…” The prefect had stopped listening a while ago. They wiped their hands after finishing their sandwich as well as their mouth. Rook gently took their hands in his smiling softly. “Mon Trickster, would you be mon amour?” He asks his eyes sparkling. “What?” They asked confused.

Epel-

“Hey, Epel what’s up?” The prefect asked as they opened the door to their dorm seeing Epel standing there with his eyes to the ground. “…would…you….” He mumbled softly his face flushing as he fiddled with his hands. “I’m sorry?” The prefect asked confused unable to heard what he had said. He sighed loudly his shoulders slumping as we looked up at the prefect. “I really like you would you go out with me!!” He said his face and ears flushed as he looked at them his heart pounding.

Idia-

Idia sighed grumbling to himself as Ortho had made him come outside with him to test something he had built but he was also happy he got to see the ramshackle dorm prefect from where he was a safe distance away so it didn’t look like he was being creepy. He grumbled some more as he looked away from the prefect and typed on his tablet as he watch Ortho enjoy himself. “Hey, Idia what-“ he screamed and quickly covered his face with his hands as it flushed his hair turning orange slightly in embarrassment and surprise all at once. “Sorry didn’t mean to spook you, I thought you saw me.” The prefect chuckled awkwardly. He mumbled something incoherent. Before Ortho shouted. “CERBERUS!!” He yelled excitedly. Idia’s eyes widened in panic as he looked over at Ortho who was giving him a thumbs up. The Prefect questioned why Ortho shouted out Cerberus and why Ace and Deuce had joined him in yelling it again. Jack signed next to the Prefect after Idia had mumbled something and was typing something on his tablet his hands shaking at every tap as he had to retype it serval times. Jack sighed once more. “He likes you and wants to ask you out, so say yes or whatever.” He said bluntly and walked away. Idia froze panic written all over his face. “Really?” The Prefect asked shocked. Malleus smiled as he saw the Ramshackle dorm Prefect outside of said dorm they waved to him as they walked up to him. “Hey, Horton how are you?” They smiled up at him. His eyes softened at their smile. “I wish I could gaze at your smile forever.” The Prefect blinked a few times confused. “If only you could be mine forevermore.” He said gently taking their hands in his. The Prefect’s cheeks flushed at the comment and bit their bottom lip before saying anything. “A-are you asking me to go out with you? Like romantically?” He smirked and nodded. “Of course, have been for a while but you never seemed to answer my questions.”

Lilia-

Lilia smirked smugly as he saw the Prefect sit down at one of the tables in the dinning hall. He quickly magically popped over to them quickly placing his hands on their shoulder firmly. “RAHH!” He said quickly chuckling afterwards after the prefect jumped dropping their cutlery onto the table. “L-Lilia l, you spooked me!” He chuckled once more “Hee, sorry my dear but I just had to come over to greet you.” He. Said patting their shoulders gently. “I just couldn’t help it since I’m so smitten with you.” He said smiling at their flushed cheeks.

Silver-

Silver blinked a few times before opening his eyes completely his eyes slightly blurry still trying to focus on the Ramshackle dorm Prefect’s face. “Wish I could…wake up next..to you everyday..” he murmured before falling back to sleep leaving the Prefect with flushed cheeks as well as panicking as he had fallen asleep in the middle of a hallway. “..your so cute…” he mumbled which didn’t help the situation.

Sebek-

Sebek frowned as he saw the Ramshackle dorm Prefect with the usual group of first years as they all walked over to him. The Prefect apologised for being late for their study group before Grim complained about not wanting to study and being hungry. The rest of the group rolled their eyes as they walked over to one of the tables. The Prefect stopped a moment to fix their shoe before being hit in the head by a book. “Ouch! Who threw that?” They asked looking around seeing no one as they looked around and down at the magazine. The title of the book said. “Ways to show affection to your crush?” The Prefect said picking the book up and walking over to the table. “Haha! Sorry, I was aiming at Sebek with the book.” Ace said with a smirk. The Prefect blinked. “Why?” The asked before gasping. “Oh my god, Sebek you have a crush on someone!? Aw, who is it?” They asked curious. His eyes widened in shock as his cheeks flushed the others around the table smirked and snickered even Jack. “I-I…you.” He mumbled softly his voice only above a whisper the quietest his voice as ever been. “Pardon?” They Prefect asked trying to heard over the other boys laughter. “You.” He said his voice still quiet but firm his eyes gazing into theirs before quickly looking away his face flushing once more. The Prefect blinked a few times before their face also flushed slightly.

gonna just d r o p some extremely rough sketches here bc my sketchbook I’ve had on the go since 2020 is almost filled up and once it is I probably won’t go revisiting any of the sketches in it, so I may as well share some of them here

I’m incapable of shutting up abt my art so ramblings under the cut

1-3 - mattie sketches :) the last ones are recent and the 1st is one of the first drawings I did of her, back in 2021. idk I just think it’s important y’all know she’s been on her tide mouse shenanigans since the beginning

4 - I think I drew this back in last march and meant to move it to digital and clean it up there but things got busy and I never did :( they’re based on @randomwords247’s wonderful mermaid designs bc I love them

5 - unrelated to the last one, but while I was working on one of my little mermaid au drawings I tried to think how I’d approach the sequel if I got that far & ended up w. this. something something mermaids having human familiars being frowned upon

6 - I think. this is a drawing of @blaithnne’s pony!lauren that I never finished oops

7 - forgot I had this!! year before last me and @bubblekidaesthetics were planning to cosplay these two at comic con, and I got super hyped and doodled this. we did do this cosplay and it was awesome <3

8 - slightly more recent design stuff for freyja, still based on hilda-fanblog/rhombus’ design ofc but figuring out if I wanted my take on her to change anything like how many legs she has lol. also some pony!mountain king doodles on the next page

9-10- something something centaur au. somewhere in my notes app is a whole list of hilda chars and horse types/colours bc I started researching them and got so carried away. johanna’s supposed to be a bay and hilda was gonna be a shetland I think…? (the hilda one is a lot more recent and I think it shows lol). rip to dee who had to watch me talk abt this au so much and barely actually draw it

How Noctie chooses her poses

Following a conversation in the comments with @greenplumbboblover and @kimmiessimmies, here is an overview of how I have sorted out all the TS3 poses that I've gathered in the past 12+ years. This has been super useful for me to find the exact pose that I need.

I never use the list from the Pose Player for a very good reason: I have THOUSANDS of poses. It's simply not feasible to wait for the list to load and scroll through it endlessly with its tiny thumbnails.

So instead, I use Photoshop Lightroom (🏴‍☠️) to neatly sort out all the poses previews. I currently have 7,471 previews. Most of them show more than one pose, so I'd say that I roughly have at least 50,000 different poses in my library. Hence the need for efficiency.

(My version of Lightroom is in French.) I have added tags to each of those pics. You can see them in the upper right corner. For example, "calling, lying, phone, sitting on sofa" for the selected pic.

When I need a pose, I type the tag that I'm looking for in the text box above.

In this example, I typed "worried". I'll get a selection of 204 pictures, to go through, and select those that are the most appropriate for my scene.

Those that I think I could use, I put in a quick collection. I will use that collection throughout the whole scene, so the collection is a temporary mishmash of poses, depending on what I have in mind and how the characters should move. I delete everything from the collection once I'm done shooting the scene.

I often do this process of choosing the poses before launching the game (or while it's loading), so that I don't have to waste too much time once I'm in-game. When I'm actually shooting, I go through my collection to select the appropriate pose (sometimes, I even sort them out in the order in which I'm supposed to use them). When the code is written on the pic itself, I just memorize it and simply type it back in game.

Sometimes the pose name is not on the pic itself, and so I have to look it up inside the .package file. It's an additional step, but it comes with a benefit: I can just copy/paste the code from the file. So for example, I don't know the code for the pose below, it's not shown on the pic. But the picture name can be seen at the bottom ("Red Mechanics Of Emotions Melancholy").

So I quickly go to my poses folder via a shortcut in my file explorer, and look it up. That requires for the .package file and the picture to have the same name. This is something that I make sure of doing every time I download a new pose.

I open the .package file with s3pe, look for the thumbnail of the pose I need (that sometimes takes some time...). Last one in this case.

Then finally look up and copy/paste the code from the XML. (and then paste it back in game, as you'd have guessed)

I also do it that way when the pose code is overly complicated and my brain refuses to memorize it.

Voilà!

(and yes, I do that for every single pose that I use in my story)

I'm sure there are more efficient ways to do things. I'm just sharing my process in case it could help some people and also for @greenplumbboblover to understand why I don't use the Pose Player list. I chose to do that because my poor brain couldn't keep up with all the poses I had. I ended up always using the same ones, as well as wasted a lot of time going through all of them.

There is a prerequisite to my process however, and that is to take the time to properly tag ALL of my gazillions of pics. That took me months, no kidding. But it was also extremely rewarding once it was done. Now, I make sure to tag every new picture I import into Lightroom, and it only takes 2 minutes.

Another thing that I do is that I save tags, not only in Lightroom, but also in the pic metadata. (again, the example is in French, but it basically says "save metadata in the file")

That means that even if I ever use a different software, or if I have to reinstall Lightroom or whatever, the tags are saved in the file properties.

It only works for JPGs though. It doesn't work on PNGs, which is a bit of a bummer. I should take the time to convert all the PNGs to JPGs, but I haven't gotten around to do it yet.

Please note that some of the poses that I have are no longer available. I don't know which ones exactly, I've had some for over 12 years and can't even remember where I downloaded them initially. :/

Ok I've heard this "nuance" thing too many times now. The very clear difference between tkk and jikk was in that bb. Jk wasn't aware that jm hadn't shaved his hair yet. A couple should be aware of these things right? Also whenever we see them gather in the solo era, jk and tae are the only ones who don't greet each other like the rest of them do as if they are meeting after some amount of time. Jk's love for that nj song bcs it reminds him of their snow boarding trip, tae including bam in his farewell pics, jk singing love songs to tae, them being present in e/o lives,etc,..I can go on and on here yk. Now I don't understand korean but it wouldn't take a genius to know that these signs don't exactly point to a platonic relationship, and I didn't even touch their very obvious body language signs.

Jikkrs have used this k jikkr thing for forever. Also, this list is about fanfics. And I am actually not surprised that jikk is at top. Have you not heard of all the weird theories jikkrs come up with regarding any jikk interaction? They all sound like they've been picked up straight from ff. No wonder there are so many ff written about them.

There's another reason why jikk is popular - the amount of exposure. That ship is promoted incessantly. Obviously there will be many people who believe what is right infront of their eyes. Isn't a big portion of fd still of the opinion that tkk aren't friends?

Why I liked it: This fic is a perfect description of what I would imagine it being like to wake up in the omegaverse. Charles is understandably confused and seeing it all through his eyes is hilarious at the start but quickly turns more concering when diving in to the struggles Charles faces as the only omega in F1. The relationship between Lewis and Charles, with Lewis acting as the unofficial guide to omegaverse, is very sweet and it is impressive to see the author take a rare pair like charles/max/george and actually make it work.

“Look, I don’t know what Alex or George did to get you this upset, but I’m sure whatever it was, they didn’t really mean it. You know how alphas can get.” “ Alphas?! ” Charles yelled and Lando winced. “No, seriously, did you hit your head? What’s going on, Charles? Do you need me to call Pierre? Lewis? I can call Carlos or, or Yuki too if you need–” “Why would I need you to call any of them!?” Charles snapped, feeling himself start to panic. Why were they all acting like this? Why were George and Alex called alphas and he was called an omega? Why did the idea of that rankle at his nerves? Why did the thought of Lando calling any of those people actually bring him comfort? “Charles– I think– maybe you should sit down–” Lando said, a worried look on his face. “No! I’m fine! Don’t call anyone, just… just be quiet!” Charles yelled and ran his fingers through his hair, scratching at the base of his neck irritably. Lando stayed silent, though his phone was still in his hand, almost like a threat. Okay , Charles thought, this was real, and this was not a prank.

Logan/Oscar

Logan is a newly signed alpha F1 driver with money to burn. Oscar is an OnlyFans streamer, omega and dom, who critiques and humilates alpha dick pics in a bored drawl. Logan discovers he really likes being humiliated by Oscar. Oscar's characterisation, at least his online persona as perceived by Logan, is so spot on here. He sounds almost bored as he makes his way through the freely submitted photos, and is far too creative to pick on their size. That understated way Oscar has of expressing himself is perfect for this sort of story.

“Everyone’s favorite, the January dick humiliation stream is also on Friday, and my submissions for it open tonight. For the low, low cost of €150, you can hear me tell you what you already know; That your dick isn’t satisfying and that your knot would leave me looking for someone better.” Oscar’s final pronouncement got Logan’s attention immediately.

Charles/Max

Max has been taking suppressants for years, to the point where it's become dangerous for him and he must experience a rut. Charles notices and takes care of him. Over the course of the narrative, partially told in flashbacks, we learn the reason why Max has been suppressing his ruts for so long. The mutual respect and affection between Charles and Max, even though they have not been a couple for years, is a shining example of how to write exes. Max is especially miserable, but he always respected Charles's decision and gave him his space. The reason for Charles's decision is revealed late in the story, and the entire perspective shifts. This story really benefits from repeat readings (as I just discovered when I re-read it for this review).

“You were the only one who knew that I was an omega,” Charles says, running a hand through his hair, screwing his eyes shut. “If I was to—get over you. I couldn’t let you have that. I just couldn’t. And the alphas I dated. I couldn’t let you be the only one who— I had to—I had to get over you somehow.”

Esteban/Fernando

AU, historical fantasy setting. Omega Esteban's father has sent him off to be married to an alpha he has never met (Max Verstappen). His escort on the long journey is an alpha named Fernando Alonso. What I liked about it: This fic hits a lot of my favourite romance tropes including bodyguard trope, and it also really interrogates the social position of omegas, especially high society ones like Esteban and the stifling constraints on their freedom, including reproductive freedom. The supporting cast of other drivers is fantastic, including secondary pairings Yuki/Pierre and Valtteri/Guanyu (that last pairing has turned out to be a runaway favourite among fans of the fic.

The liquid inside these is coloured green. Green, like the shade of moss in autumn. It does not bubble when Yuki shakes them, but the light hitting them through the cracks of the carriage makes it seem as if the potion inside is crafted from jewels themselves. “What purpose have these?” Esteban asks, and he takes them from Yuki’s hands with a soft smile. Yuki once more stares out of the window, as if he is done with the conversation, as if he has no more words to speak between the pair of them. “They are made for Omegas to take, especially Omegas such as yourself. A sip before you lay with any Alpha, just a sip, do not be greedy, and you will not fall pregnant with his pup.” Yuki said. There’s a smile which seems to tug on the corners of Yuki's mouth, even when his eyes are still fixated on the world passing them by. “What you would ask for is strength, but you do not need such a thing, for you have that enough. What you need is the ability to control your own faith. Even the most powerful witch cannot re-write the stars, but this should suffice for you.” Esteban is silent. Stunned as he looks at the vials in his hands one final time before he tucks them away in the satchel he had borrowed from Fernando. “Thank you.” he whispers finally, taking no note of the breaking of his own voice. Yuki shrugs, a mischievous smile now blooming on his features. “It was what you needed, and that is exactly what I provided.”
