STAR & SKY: CONNECTIONS
Featuring Series: MY ONLY 12%
Star & Sky Connection: Director SIWAJ SAWATMANEEKUL (NEW)
In Episode 4 See-iw realized he's in love with his best friend Cake. See-iw is a very reserved sheltered young man. He isn't outgoing so he sticks to only a select group of people. His Family. His Two Friends and his best friend Cake.
On this episode he opens up to a new boy named Sand. They became close quick.
His sister invites him to watch a movie on DVD called LOVE OF SIAM. The movie depicts the love between two boys. After seeing the two boys kiss See-iw realizes these are the feelings he has for his best friend Cake.
It hits him hard. This for me made so much sense. When you already feel different or bullied and you don't really know who you are and it's displayed right in front of you adding to all your other crosses to bear. Something else that makes you different. It's hard but it's something you have to accept.
As usual KATSAMONNAT NAMWIROTE aka EARTH shines when it comes to an emotional scene. WELL DONE, EARTH!!!

Greta Gerwig made a film that was critically acclaimed, culturally impactful, hilarious, unique, visually exceptional, perfectly cast and acted, left people laughing, crying and thinking AND made a billion dollars at the box office.

I don’t know who might need to hear this announcement in this Virtual Chili’s tonight, but:
The goal of your first draft isn’t to make the story GOOD.
It’s to get the story TOLD.

thinking about how ballister's sword was given to him by ambrosius to aid him in becoming a knight and possibly as a token of friendship or love... and the director yoinked that shit and replaced it with a tool of destruction that almost cost ballister his life and resulted in ambrosius cutting off the arm he was going to wield that gift with
also let's not forget the director would've also killed ambrosius with ballister's actual sword if nimona hadn't gotten there first. she literally would've used something he gave ballister out of love to murder him.
man like. there's a 'g' turned to a 'b' carved on that sword. that's their names put together. that's their history together. that's nearly their whole lives spent together. loving each other. taken away and used as a weapon against both of them. this movie's great. i love this movie

i honestly do have pretty high hopes for the next season of dr who but the fact that theyre trying to market it as a rebrand while simultaneously leaning as heavily on nostalgia as possible is both funny and aggravating

i love that noah has a matching mirage jacket now but after multiple rewatches, i just noticed that noah and mirage are just mirrors of how they first met each other
so in their first scene together, noah is seen wearing a colour block windbreaker while mirage is in his classic blue and silver striped paint
but in their last scene together, it seems that their colours have swapped. noah is wearing a blue and grey striped windbreaker while mirage is essentially a colour blocked car
kinda indicating that they have build such a strong connection together that they’re starting to reflect each other subconsciously, which is a sign of comfort and emotional intimacy when bringing it into the context of a romantic relationship
