"clothes aren't gendered" absolutely includes no clothes being inherently masc or fem, not just male or female.
and before someone twists my words again, you can call your own clothes whatever you want, just stop insisting that stuff like dresses is inherently fem. calling clothes masc or fem is still gendering them.

here are all the symbols that have been proposed for maveriques at some point:
Tumblr media
the comet symbol was proposed as planet symbols (at the time of its proposal) were associated with binary gender, but it still keeps the pattern of celestial objects. it never really picked up as it was also already being used as a general nonbinary symbol. now it has pretty much fallen out of use entirely. the problem with the comet symbol is that when the unicode character is inserted somewhere, it turns into an emoji and looks nothing like the picture.
Tumblr media
the earth symbol was briefly considered for maveriques because it's a planet symbol, but it was quickly discarded after some sources stated its use as an intersex symbol. i don't know if nowadays it's actually used as an intersex symbol. i've never seen it and have seen other symbols for intersexness instead. the earth symbol has the same problem as the comet symbol.
Tumblr media
the sun symbol was proposed due to the colours of the maverique flag, as well as maveriques' "burning inner conviction" about their gender. it follows the pattern of using celestial objects while not using a planet. the symbol isn't used much for maveriques though, as in many cultures the sun is associated with masculinity. especially after solarian was coined, the sun became even more associated with masculinity in nonbinary spaces. nowadays, this sun symbol is sometimes used as a disabled symbol.
Tumblr media
the pluto symbol was suggested because it follows a pre-established pattern of gender symbols (celestial objects closest to the sun) and it doesn't look like the venus and mars symbols, setting it apart from binary gender symbols. this symbol never really picked up.
Tumblr media
this symbol was designed on a tumblr blog that no longer exists. the meaning of the symbol is explained like this: "the line in the center of the circle represents the binary and the filled in circle represents maveriques not being any part of it. the lines going sideways and extending in both directions is to show that no one is the same yet the people who identify as maverique have this identity in common." while the meaning is explained, it's still unclear. despite that, this seems to be the most commonly used maverique symbol. because this is not a symbol that already existed, there's no unicode character.
Tumblr media
this symbol was created by me a few months ago. the circle is a common component of gender symbols nowadays. the two small circles on the left and right symbolise the gender binary. the bigger circle in the middle symbolises maveriques, not "touching" the gender binary. there's no unicode character for this, because it's not a pre-existing symbol.

Normalize names, presentation, and pronouns not being inherently gendered. Normalize identity and expression being unique to the individual.

Exoangi
"An androgynous/androgyne exobinary identity; an androgyne/androgynous gendered folk relating to having experiences of genders that are completely outside of or independent of the binary.
(example experiences can include: nymangis, some interpretations of epicene gender identity, frannchlens, people who have multigenders/centrigenders of androgynous genders and abinary genders, etc)"
A flag requested by @epiceneandroid, who also defined the term for me, made by combining my Exobinary flag ( used for eyestrain reasons ) and this Androgyne flag. Free to use by anyone anywhere as always!

Pinned Post
This is a blog for anonbinary people to talk about our experiences.
main @entropy-sea-system
this blog is mainly run by Firelight, I'm 25 (system is bodily 21), and use ey/em and some neopronouns. I'm genderqueer, alexigender, and genderflor, and id as some xenogenders, and anonbinary is one of my labels!!
The header and pfp are alternate anonbinary flags I and my headmate Rift made !!
This blog is sfw (mainly bc we would have no way of knowing ages of anons and are not comfortable with minors sending in nsfw asks) - which means no detailed talk of sexual acts (sexual attraction mentions that don't mention sex acts are not really nsfw, those are fine, also mentioning questioning regarding transition goals or dysphoria influencing sexual orientation or attraction is fine, we will tag it accordingly as genitalia mention or dysphoria if it applies, we also tag vent submissions as vent if anyone wants to filter these tags)
What is Anonbinary?
Anonbinary is a gender identity which means your gender is not binary or labelled as nonbinary.
One who is anonbinary may identify as genders other than binary genders and nonbinary, or may not identify with any genders at all. One may be fluid between anonbinary and genders that happen to be in the binary or nonbinary.
We will block rather than having a full dni list, sometimes we block for reasons unrelated to discourse also. That being said, this space is safe for all neurodivergent people, ppl who id w mogai labels, ppl w 'contradictory' labels (gaybian, mspec gay and lesbian, lesboy, turigirl, etc.), all system types. And if you disagree this page won't be one you want to be on anyway.

Agengen Pride Flag
Tumblr media
Agengen or agendergender (agengender or agendergen): someone who consider their agender identity to be a gender.
Many agender folks consider their identity as not a gender (specially genderless individuals), therefore other agender people can see their agenderness as another gender as well, along with other gender identities. Sometimes it's a null gender, but doesn't have to be. It's similar to gendergender it's agin (agingender).

I've been having trouble trying to keep track of everything (like with the different gender qualities, -in terms, flags, words in general). It's already been happening with the nonbinary / midbinary / abinary / atrinary posts I've been making lately, there's just so many link (all over the place too, some archived, some not, meaning they can just break anytime). It's quite confusing even for me, making the posts, I can only imagine it's confusing to follow along too.
So I'm making a big compilation list of all these terms/words/flags/etc. along with wayback links, and a google drive of images (since wayback machine doesn't archive images).
It's going to be a bit of work, but honestly I kind of need it to keep track of everything. And I'm posting it, because I know I would have been immensely aided by such a compilation (even if such a post already exists, I haven't been able to find it).
