oh thanks!!! I actually found the recipe on insta hahah and me and my sibling have both not stopped making them since, they're SO good. and also: super simple!! I'll give you the recipe for the way I usually make them. you only need:

Udon

Scallions

Gojuchang

Garlic

Soy sauce

Bacon (optional, if wanted)

Sesame

Egg

just fry your scallions and garlic (and bacon) in sesame oil, then add the udons together with a splash of soy sauce a good spoonful of gojuchang (adjust this depending on portion size as well as your spice tolerance, you can dilute it with water a bit if u have to), stir until the noodles are coated in the sauce you have created like a wizard, sprinkle sesame all over, fry an egg and lovingly place it on top like a blanket, et voilá

This is one of the fluffiest things I’ve ever written. Enjoy.

Modern au Sprace go on a camping trip.

“Camping was a stupid idea,” Race said loudly.

“It was your idea.”

“Yeah, but you’re the one who actually brought us out here.”

“Because you don’t have a car, Race.”

Race huffed. He looked around at the trees, up at the sky that was quickly getting darker, and complained, “There’s nothing to do out here.”

Spot looked up from the cooler full of canned drinks that he was digging through. “I’m pretty sure that’s supposed to be part of the point. Go hiking or something.”

“It’s almost dark already, anyway. Maybe tomorrow.”

“Then get the sleeping bags out of the car. I’m gonna get some of these rocks out of the way.” In hindsight, they had probably picked the rockiest place they could possibly find as their campsite. Spot eventually ended up with a decent sized pile of stones and a relatively flat patch of ground, which would be fine.

It was not fine.

In hindsight, Spot should have expected Race to absolutely hate the whole sleeping under the stars thing. It had been a stupid idea.

“The ground’s too hard.”

“Yeah, it’s the ground, Race. What were you expecting?”

Race looked over at him. Their sleeping bags were side by side, separated by just a few inches.

Spot sighed. “Fine, you can use me as a pillow.” Seeming very pleased with himself, Race moved closer and put his head on Spot’s shoulder, who rolled his eyes. “Can’t take you anywhere.”

oh my god i'm so happy you asked. you chop half an iceberg lettuce, 1/2 of a cucumber (i throw out the very seedy gel-like middle part because it drowns my salad), one big bell pepper (red, preferably). then you put canned tuna on top, and you toast a can of chickpeas with some nice olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika and cumin. the dressing is sriracha, kewpie mayo thinned with a bit of olive oil, lots of salt and pepper, oregano, bit of paprika and garlic powder. if you don't eat meat/fish, i think it'd be really good without the tuna too -- it's soooo bright and crunchy and i love the flavours!
