Are you self-training today?    Rindou  Yes, I wanted to practice dancing with my performance outfit on.    MC  Oh, it’s the costume for the 3rd Anniversary performance. It’s nice to see Rindou-san like this again.  But, you have a different air with you somehow...    Rindou  Ah, perhaps it’s because of my glasses?    MC  Ah, you’re right! You don’t normally wear glasses when you’re performing on stage, don’t you?    Rindou  Yes, the glasses were prepared as part of the costume this time.  I usually just wear these in private, so it’ll be the first time I swear these with my costume.  So I wanted to see how difficult it would be to move with them on.    MC  It would be difficult if they fell while you’re dancing.    Rindou  Haha, I’ll make sure that doesn’t happen.  The glasses that I usually use have large lenses with black rims.  This time, the glasses have an under rim and slender design.  The design of the glasses is also quite unique, so the impression it gives may be different.    MC  Now that you say that you’re right...The performance glasses look quite good on you.    Rindou  Thank you very much.  Ah, look at the time.  After this, I’m going to take an advertisement photo for the commemorative event. It’s probably melting at this point.    Rindou  Uhm...Ice Wine isn’t literally iced wine.  It’s only called that way because it’s made from grapes which have been frozen.    Un’ei  Eh? I never knew that! I always thought it was supposed to be like ice cream~.    Rindou  Since it’s a very sweet wine, it’ll pair nicely with ice cream.  MC-san, you can try it if you’d like.    MC  (sips) Wah, it’s really good.    Un’ei  Now, let’s please go back and take that picture! Rindou-san, you’re free to take any pose you want!    Rindou  Eh, freestyle? There’s nothing specific I need to do?    Un’ei  It only needs to be overflowing with Rindou-san's charm!    MC  (He’s just passing the responsibility on to him, huh...)    Rindou  Please, give me a moment to think on it...  What kind of pose do you think suits me?    MC  Hmm...  Since you don't normally wear glasses, how about highlighting that area?��   Rindou  I see, well then... [BSTS] Nekome 3rd Anniversary 4* Card Story

(note: for the 3rd anni shows saki gets to choose both the centre and the singer for each show)

chapter 1 -office-

unei: Boss got mad at me saying that the advertisements I made for our 3rd anniversary show weren’t good enough…

nekome: Yikes, my condolences.

unei: I really gave it my best effort too. What would be a better way to advertise ourselves?

saki: A way to advertise… Hm I’m not sure.

nekome: Ah, I have an idea! How about we create a mascot character in celebration of our 3rd anniversary?

unei: Mascot character you say?

nekome: Y’know, like how each prefecture of Japan has a mascot, something like that. If Starless had one don’t you think it would be a hit?

saki: Hmm, I’m not sure.

nekome: If we were to create one I wonder what the design should be. I mean it would have to be a whale right? Like the one that crushed me. Ah but, maybe that wouldn’t work out, since it’d be all bones I wouldn’t be able to wear it well.

saki: Wear it?

nekome: When it comes to mascots, it’s best to up their appeal by making them a wearable suit, no? I guess you could say I’m pretty good at moving around in them, I used to do it a lot at a past job after all.

saki: That’s amazing!

nekome: Doing shows was fun but having to hand out balloons and such in summer whilst in costume was exhausting~ Oh, that’s it, I just remembered what made me think of mascots suddenly. On the train earlier today I saw a group of high school kids having fun. They were holding onto balloons they must’ve got from a nearby amusement park. Seeing that I got all nostalgic remembering the time I used to hand them out. It must’ve stuck somewhere in my head and come out again now like a word association game.

saki: I see…

unei: THAT’S IT!!

saki: Uwah!?

nekome: Oh so you think it’s a good idea too then Unei-kun? What kind of mascot do you—

unei: Handing out balloons sounds like a great idea! If we give out ones with our logo on them I’m sure the guests will like it, and it doubles as advertising for the store! Thanks so much, I’ll go order some balloons right away!

nekome: …Huh? That’s the part he was into?

female customer 1: Nekome is the centre today!

female customer 2: I’ve seen him perform plenty of times now but aren’t his long arms and legs so sexy? I may have already become a fan!

saki: (Everyone’s cheering so loudly, it seems tonight is another success.)

-after show, restaurant area-

nekome: Found you Saki-chan~ Thanks for choosing me as tonight’s centre.

saki: Good work Nekome-san. The performance was enchanting.

nekome: I’m glad, this means I lived up to your expectations hm? I’d really love to hear your in-depth impressions on the show but sadly I’m going to be a bit busy after this.

saki: Are you needed for something?

nekome: Remember the other day? When Unei-kun was all “let’s hand out balloons~”? Turns out he was serious about that, a massive delivery of balloons with Starless’ logo got delivered backstage. And then, I’m the one that ended up getting entrusted with handing them out. So that’s the situation.

saki: That’s… Do your best.

nekome: Well, I’m used to it because of my old part time job so it’s fine. It’s actually quite difficult to hand out balloons y’know, if you don’t hold on to them correctly the strings will end up all tangled. You have to be careful handing them off to each person too. There’s a surprising amount of tricks to it.

saki: I see…

nekome: Oop, I should get going. It was planned I’d give them out to the guests as they’re leaving. If you’d like I’ll give one to you to take home with you too Saki-chan.

-time pass, starless lobby-

(saki is watching nekome from afar)

nekome: Thanks for coming to watch tonight’s show, here, please take a balloon.

female customer 3: Aw, a Starless balloon! How cute~

nekome: I think the colour of this balloon suits you, here you can take it home with you.

saki: (It appears Nekome-san has ended up turning himself into the mascot character…)

There are tons of reasons why I highly recommend watching/listening to this musical: the score (it's got everything), the plot, the costumes, the set design, the choreography, the lighting, ... It's cheesy to say such things, I know, but this show genuinely changed my life. It's unique, and unless you're a fan of very niche productions, I promise you that you've never seen anything quite like The Great Comet.

The Broadway production closed on Broadway on 3rd September 2017, so this will be an anniversary stream!

A tragic story of which Tadashi Yamaguchi helplessly fell in love with his long time bestfriend, Kei Tsukishima.

In which, Yamaguchi suffered again and again.

Tsukishima got a girlfriend and yamaguchi would support him in every way; in their anniversaries, birthdays, and even when they are arguing, yamaguchi will try anything to solve tsukishima's problem.

He believed that even if it's just staying by his side, he can make tsukishima happy.

Not a while, they broke up. Tsukishima suffered and shut himself out of the world but yamaguchi tried to comfort him but tsukki won't let him.

At their volleyball game at Tokyo, Tsukishima met a certain guy named Kuroo Tetsurō, the Captain Ball of Nekoma Highschool Volleyball Team.

"Shut up, Yamaguchi."

The same old voice that i adored very much. I let out a little chuckle as i stopped talking and walked by his side. I glanced at him and smiled a bit, I stared at his pokerface more like frowning. He seems to be bored at everything and laid back but tsukishima isn't just like that. He shows passion and works hard when there's no one looking but still humble that's why I...

Fell in love with him. Those moon-like ambiance around him. Surrounded by darkness but still shining solemnly. He has short blond hair, pale skin, thin eyebrows, and and a pair of golden-brown eyes. I'm drowning with those color of his.

"Ah, Yamaguchi." He called out my name, my head unconsciously tilted as a response.

"Hm?"

"I got a girlfriend" He said casually but with a small smile on his face.

Ha?

Smiling while processing what the hell did he said?

"Pardon?? Come a-again?" My voice cracked to some extent while averting my eyes

He glanced at me, with a perplexed look.

"I told you, i just got a girlfriend." He said louder and clearer than before. I don't know anymore if my smile looked fake but I did my best to smile at him.

"Eh? The hell are you crying?"

"Ha?" I touched my cheeks and there's tears, pouring down one by one.

"Gomen, tsukki" I said while wiping off my tears

"I seem to be really happy that you already got your girlfriend now you won't be sad or lonely anymore. I thought you will never have a girlfriend" I uttered continuously and laughed at the end. He stared at me sternly with a mix of vexation i guess

"You. You think i will never have a girlfriend? Ha. Are you looking down on me? You should look out for yourself more." He mocked with a condescending smirk plastered on his face but i just laughed at him and tapped his shoulders

"Congrats, tsukki. Good job. I would be glad if you'll introduce her to me." I smiled then he just nodded his head and I stopped walking to reach out my phone

"Ah! Tsukki, my mother wants me to stop at the hypermarket right now. You can go on without me" I said as i hurriedly ran off away from him. I heard him calling out my name but I just waved my hands, ain't looking back.

Panting and in front of the market, I looked at my phone again.

No new messages

Gomen, tsukki. I lied.

I went straight to the bathroom and entered a cubicle as i sat on the corner, hugging my knees.

What can i do? This is the only thing I can do. To cry my heart out.

"Goodmorning, Tsukki"

I started my day with a warm casual greet to tsukki. We are about to go to our school, same scenario walking with him. He just nodded and wore his headphone and walked straight.

"Ah tsukki, can you help me with my science project later?" I asked but no response. Ah! I forgot, he's wearing his headphone

I tapped his shoulder and drew myself closer to him.

"Tsukki?"

I gasped when he held my hands to stop my tapping from his shoulders

"What do you thing you're doin?" He asked sternly as he crunches his brows.

I took back my hand and scratched the back of my head while averting my eyes, then bashfullness started to swirl inside of me. He touched my hands.

"I a-asked you if you could help me with my science project later"

He shifted a part of his headphone so he can listen to me and stared at me, I can feel the heatness gushing on my cheeks.

"Oh. I can't. I promised Hanami, my girlfriend, that we would hang out after school." He said emphasizing the word 'girlfriend' with a smug look in his face.

I just chuckled and looked away.

"Right girlfriend. I wish I had one too. I'm lonely. Don't you forget me." I joked following with a bitter chuckle

"Oh please. Shut up, Yamaguchi" He let out a small laugh as he put both his hands in his pocket.

"So when is your project's deadline?" He asked.

"Tomorrow. I don't what to do." A tired sigh came out of my mouth and my lips are almost pouting.

"Fine. Just hang out with us, you'll meet my girlfriend and I'll help you with your project. What a drag but hitting two birds with one stone." He smirked a little.

"W-wh-what?!" I clamoured out of shock.

"Why are you even shouting? You told me, you want to meet her." He said irritatedly

"I know but it's so sudden." I looked at the ground, hiding my face.

He looked confused but he just shrugged it off.

"So see ya later. I gotta go to the second floor first. Meet me on the gate after school." And then he left me dumbfounded before I say anything.

After School

Walking back and forth, chest filled with nervousness.

What should I do? What should I do? I feel so embarrassed

What should I say to her? Thanks to you, you ruined my lovelife?

What if tsukki wants to be with her alone?

What if he finds me really annoying?

"Yamaguchi." A familiar voice called my name as I turn around and tried to smile but it vanished as I saw him with her girlfriend, holding hands.

"Tsukki." I smiled once again and waved my hand to his girlfriend.

"So this is Hanami, a 2nd year. My girlfriend." A short introduction from tsukki, she smiled and bowed her head. A girl with a long silky straight dark brown hair, a soft features embodiment. She's also quite tall but cute. Tsukishima's ideal type.

I smiled and bowed my head as well.

"I'm Yamaguchi, 3rd year and tsukki's childhood friend. You really are beautiful." I said consciously and smiled to her sweetly.

"Enough. Let's go." Tsukishima uttered and started walking off.

At the Cafe

We started to talked about random things or how did they get to know each other and stuffs.

We ordered some coffees and bread. After a while, Hanami seems bored.

While we, tsukishima and I are making some progress on my project, she just sat and tapped on his phone.

"Waa. Senpai senpai. Look, BST is coming to Japan. I badly want to go thereee." She clamoured joyfully while clinging on tsukishima's arm. He smiled a bit and patted his head

"Yeah but I'm currently working on my thesis, I can't buy tickets on weekends." He said with a sorry face but not much pleading.

"But-" Hanami's pout really disheartened tsukishima but I can't let his grade to be ruined.

I raised my hand and smiled with nervousness.

"Since I think i can finish this project before weekend so I can buy you guys ticket." I smiled as i offered them help.

"waaaaa yamaguchiii senpaiii, life savior!" Hanami's held my hand because of excitement. I just chuckled and I saw tsukishima mouthed to me the word 'thank you' and smiled.

"haha, no problem" I said while averting my eyes.

They talked and talked. They really seem happy. Tsukishima seemed happy.

I need to be happy for him as well but the throbbing pain inside of me really neglects my emotion.

Seeing them happy, makes me really sad.

I should be the first one to be happy for him because i am his bestfriend. Gomen, tsukki for feeling this way.

They looked at me, and i gave them a smile.

It's alright. Tsukki's happy.

That time of the year...

Not sure why December seems to be the month I stan my favorite boy groups lol. Today marks the exact 4 year anniversary that I became a Monbebe.

4 years with Monsta X

This has been both a great year with Monsta X and a horrible year. I still can't believe Wonho is gone... I try to stay hopeful but I'm not sure theres any hope to have... Nevertheless, I'll still be here for my boys. May their haters perish lol

This month also marks my 3rd anniversary with BTS. I tried to stay away from them for a long time because I feared the great powers that are Army lol. But it took only until the December after BST came out and I was gone. That song will always be a favorite. This has been as always a great year for my boys. The MMA's were amazing and I'm excited to watch the MAMA's when I can.

May all kpop groups flourish in 2020,in the tough desert heat that the kpop world is. May we have no more deaths please and no injuries or illnesses. Good luck all!

Ahoy Matey! Tomorrow, Tuesday the 21st, at 2pm Eastern US time, we’re going live with the Pirates of Pugmire Kickstarter!

So, as you might imagine, we’re pretty busy and excited over here. This is the first major sourcebook for Pugmire and Monarchies of Mau that we’re doing to expand on the lands (waters) outside of the main dog and cat areas, plus it will contain playable Lizard and Bird character info, and a three-part adventure chronicle.

Very much the sort of additions to the first main books that are a load of fun for us to create – and we think to play! – and then you add in PIRATES!, and gunpowder and alchemical weapons, and new classes for the dogs and cats, and treasure chests, and sailing the Acid Sea, and, and, and…

What I’m saying is, it was a blast to work with Eddy on pulling this all together using his simplified 5e rules, and we hope folks will check it out!

In fact, Eddy recorded design podcast installments all during the process, and combined them into last Friday’s Onyx Pathcast. He goes into our thinking at each step along the way; examining the thinking behind why we went with a Pirate theme for that part of the Realm of Pugmire, how the Birds and Reptiles came to be the uplifted pets for this book rather than say, Mice and Rats, and how an adventure chronicle needs to be designed so it works for beginning and experienced players alike.

As we’ve done with our past bunch of Kickstarters, backers will get text sections throughout the KS and be able to have pretty much the full text before the KS is done. This helps us in two ways.

One, having the text done before the KS means the chances of mis-timing the delivery of the project drop really far down – since so many of our previous KS delivery issues were getting the writing done and ready for layout.

Second, this gives backers a chance to see just where we’re going with the book and to pledge accordingly. The raw text isn’t as easy to read as the finished layout, but it is all there. We want folks to pledge to help a project they want to see get into stores, not get stuck with a book they actually don’t like.

While we’re focusing on the Pirates of Pugmire kickstarter right now, we’ve got so many projects coming at you in the next few months, and some surprises we haven’t even talked about yet. In our Monday Meeting today, we were just jumping from game line to game line with releases, Advance PDFs, Backer PDFs, ongoing projects, and getting new creators involved.

We’re putting the last touches on the StoryPath Community Content site for Scion, for example, which doesn’t show up on our project progress report, but which is going to be a pretty great place for any Scion creators waiting to jump in with their ideas for projects.

Speaking of Scion, and how to play it – which we were, right? – Matthew, Eddy, and Dixie are going to be broadcasting a Scion Actual Play session via Google Hangouts Wednesday night. The Terrible Trio of Terrificness have been itching for a chance to play together, and this is the start of that event!

We’ll have links later to the play, and it’ll be recorded and probably divided up for YouTube and Pathcast releases, but try and drop in to the Hangout as they play: it should be a blast, and informative if you are still working on how to get started with Scion. Learn along with the gang!

As we find ways to enable our community to more easily play our games, the Onyx Dice Rolling App is now live! Our dev team has been doing updates since we launched based on the excellent use-case comments by our community, and this thing is both rolling and rocking!

Here’s an update from the App devs:

We’ve been having trouble fixing the android bug that messes up the resolution for newer phones. I think we have a fix for that.  It was also brought up that the store display is wrong on most tablet devices, so that is getting fixed too. That should all be soon!

menou: Uhmm… which one was that again? Oh well, I’ll just go onto the next one.

unei: The next? …Ah, this one’s good too though! I’ll take lots of shots!

saki: (I was wondering what was going on, it appears Menou-san is having his photoshoot.)

saki: (The atmosphere of each pose he makes is so different, almost like he becomes a different person. Yet… all of them look familiar…)

menou: …Hm? So you’ve been watching me from over there have you?

saki: Excuse me, I was curious as to what was going on.

menou: Come over here, I’ll be more motivated with someone else watching me.

(saki steps closer)

menou: Say, how did my poses look from your perspective?

saki: Well… I thought that they all had a different vibe, and that you really did seem like a different person each time.

menou: Ahaha, correct answer. Since I had the chance I was trying to remember and reproduce some of the roles I’ve played recently.

saki: So that was the case, I did get the feeling there was something familiar about each one.

menou: As expected, you understood. Hey I’ll strike each pose again, so try and guess which role they’re supposed to be.

saki: Huh!?

unei: That sounds interesting! I’ll try and guess too~!

menou: I’ll say a line as a hint too. Here I go~

menou (smirking): —Ivan, as long as you have that willingness, the gates of heaven will always be open.

unei: I remember hearing the name Ivan before… but which show was it from again?

saki: They were all such wonderful shows, I’d love to see them again one day.

menou: Yeah, while imitating them I starting wishing I could perform them again too.

unei: I couldn’t get a single one right~ Even though I’m the one that made arrangements for every single show… Menou-san, please give me one more chance! I’ll definitely get it right this time!

menou: Huh~? Mm…… yawn.

unei: Ah, I got it, I got it! You’re a cat from Trick or Truth!

menou: Nn~ This is well… a tired man, I guess.

saki: (Was there even a role like that…?)

unei: Eeh, you can’t do that yet~! I haven’t finished taking the photos!

menou: Oh right, we were doing a photoshoot.

unei: Please do those poses of your previous roles one more time! I’m sure it’ll help you shine in the 3rd anniversary show!

menou: Don’t wanna. You didn’t even get any of them correct Unei-kun… yawn.

saki: Menou-san, please do your best in the shoot for just a little longer!

menou: Mm… I wonder what’s suddenly made me so sleepy. Oh, it must be because of this.
