Story time!

Fox was having a shity day, and then he was having a great day.

The usual bullshit, politicians, riots, criminal activity, syndicates after his head. He hadn’t slept in 30 hours. He was out of fucks to give.

Palpatine knocked a pen off his desk and asked Fox to pick it up. Fox went blind with rage and shot him on the spot.

Corrie guards standing outside the room poke their heads in, and see what happened. They congratulate Fox and gently chide him for not giving them more advanced notice as they respectfully arrest him.

Fox is in prison for about 27 minutes while they fake his death via stabbing by inmates he had arrested previously. He gets the CT number and armor of an ARC captain and is sent back to work, as per protocol.

Fox decides that this is an excellent time to take a team and go take out the leader of the Black Sun syndicate because they’ve been a pain in the ass for a while now. So he loads up a slug thrower and goes to kill Maul.

Somehow, news of what happened got around rather quickly and many people came to the marshal commanders office demanding an explanation.

Thorn, newly promoted, was not having a good time.

“Fox has been arrested” he explained patiently “he’s dead now tho so don’t worry about it”

“What does our decommissioned batchmate have to do with this?” Cody and Wolffe demand “we’re here about Fletcher”

Thorn forgot about Fletcher.

Well, he didn’t forget. How could anyone forget Marshal Commander CC-1010 Fletcher- oh wait.

Thorn realizes he has Fucked Up. He does not offer further explanation. He just sits down in the shortly little chair behind the shitty little desk in the shitty little office full of generals and commanders staring at him suspiciously and Thorn banged his head on the desk. Maybe if he knocked himself out he wouldn’t have to deal with this.

The universe decides to mock him further. Fives and Dogma, who are supposed to be dead, stick their heads through the door and somehow miss the huge crowd of people.

“Fox just got back and he gave us Maul’s head before heading up to blackmail a senator after dealing with that riot, what do you want us to do with it?”

I could say I bought this because I was curious, but that would be a lie. I really just want my fics to be as accurate as possible so I decided to invest in this bad boy:

I have read through it and wanted to share specs re the clones that my fellow fic writers might find useful!

Tech, is in fact, listed as 6’4”

Crosshair is ALSO 6’4

Hunter is listed as 5’11. I have seen 5’10 mentioned a lot. But let’s give our boy that 1”

Rex is referred to as CC-7567. I’ve been operating under the assumption he was a CT not sure of anyone else?

Rex and Cody are both listed as being born on Kamino in 32 BSBW4 (BBY)

The clones are not Mandos, they are not some Mando subculture, they do not want to BE Mandos, they would not BECOME Mandos in a better world, they only have the most insignificant and inconsequential of connections to Mandos at all to begin with. You can take away everything that is "Mando" about the clones in high canon and still retain everything about them that makes these characters who they are, you don't lose any of their most important relationships or character traits by doing so, so the Mando stuff clearly isn't that meaningful to understanding them at all. Watch me rip it ALL away without shame or regret. Bite me.

I have GOT to talk about my "once silly turned seriously fucked" clone ocs

Their names are Moss(CT-3055) and Toss(CT-7055). They're tube twins who have worked together the entire war

They served under many generals and eventually landed with Master Rishi(a Jedi OC of mine that is subject to change) and Padawan Koinio(also subject to change!!!!!) And they had a great time!!!!

Toss was the commander of the squad, always on top of things and by-the-book. Moss would throw bombs in armfuls to see what would happen. They got along great- their armour was a royal purple because they loved their generals and that was Koinio's favourite colour.

Moss had a head injury and he damaged his inhibitor chip. When order 66 came through, his chip malfunctioned and it didn't click.

It clicked for Toss.

Toss killed Koinio because she tried to protect her master. Koinio was only 14 years old. Young for a padawan, that's what she was always told.

Toss gunned her down in a second, and Moss had to stop his twin from killing him, too.

Moss had to run before he could even bury them. He took Master Rishi's cloak and hid. Hid until he got off planet, away from them, and he kept hiding.

He joined up with pirates, that didn't go well, he's hiding on a remote planet now, trying to stay out of trouble and learn how to dye his hair and stop seeing his brother every time he looks in a mirror.

In the case where the enhancement fluid that gives certain commanders the ability to size shift to great heights, leaked into other tubes of the CTs, not all of the CTs in the batch would end up with the modification.

As seen in the case of Rex’s batch, only he and Howzer have the ability to size shift.

The Kaminoans did some experimenting with the batches of affected CTs but didn’t start looking into it more until the war had started. As it turned out, in batches that had been introduced to the fluid, they were more able to enhance the dormant mutation even as fully grown troopers.

Echo and Fives didn’t remember the sixth member of their squad very well because he’d been taken away when they were young and was never seen again. It had happened after he’d miraculously shot up to ten feet in height during a training, injuring droidbait. When they returned to Kamino for ARC training, they were also placed into an experimental group of other CTs that had been introduced to the fluid.

The two remaining members of the domino squad were one of the first successes the Kaminoans saw, and they made one hell of a team once they completed ARC training. If there is one thing that will terrify a seppie, it’s a ARC that can grow up to 30 feet tall at will.

There are two Real Fucked Up Things that I think should be acknowledged in the latest Bad Batch.

1.) Crosshair’s situation at the end — pleading helplessly for an uncaring superior to do the right thing only to get rebuked in a way that ends in senseless death — is almost the same thing that one stormtrooper who served under Crosshair went through, calling him out for ordering the execution of civilians only to get domed for rocking the boat. Crosshair’s growth in season two is because his demotion after Kamino forced him to endure the same sort of physical and emotional abuse, manipulation, and cruelty from the Imperial officer corps that he gladly put his stormtroopers through in season one in the name of “Imperial progress”. It’s not just that he saw how the Empire views the regs and conscripts as little more then battle droids made of meat instead of metal, it’s that he’s now forced to see that the Empire also views him and anyone he may get attached to in the same way.

2.) The crates contain mere stormtrooper equipment yet are treated as hyper-high-value stuff. Stormtrooper armor and gear has long been infamous for being absolute useless shit. It’s mass-produced garbage that’s churned out as cheaply and efficiently as can be so it can be slapped on legions of troopers who will be thrown onto the frontlines soon as possible. Treating something like that as so valuable and important that the people guarding it aren’t allowed to use it in extreme emergencies, that it has to be mint-sealed-in-box, that people are sent on certain death missions to get it back, that failing to keep it safe is treated as some unforgivable offense… it highlights how the Empire is so mechanical and industrialized in attitude and so unconcerned with anything other then it’s elites (the officer corps, the moffs, the nobles, the inquisitors, Palpatine and his inner circle, etc.) and their comfort that it values shitty ceramic armor and crappy malfunctional blasters more then it does the people wearing them.

Commander ghoul info dump

Finally decided to get some basic info of him in order so let's go

His number is CC-1313 and the original choosen name is Jenot (polish for Racoon Dog)

Wolffe, Fox and him were an inseparable trio during growing up on Kamino. Wolf was actually the youngest and most chaotic, while Fox was the smug big brother always comming around the corner with shit ideas and Jenot was the on-board feral sibling in the middle.

Served as the Commander under Pong Krell in leading the 331st battalion until it was absoluty wiped out during an assault attack by the separatist.

During it his face was gravely injured, jaw ripped off and eyes blinded due to an explosion

Only clone of the 331st who would survive the battlefield and wouldnt be killed afterwards for being "damaged equipment beyond repair " due to the fact that Jedi General Uros Ka (oc) -who had been the general operating with them on the battlefield under Krells command-had kept him alive during the aftermath

Heavy survivors guilt, especially since he was only not disposed of because a jedi had "chosen" him. Had witnessed the killing of his other heavily injured brothers through GAR protocols

Also heavy PTSD and revenge desires

Let him get back into the range of Pong Krell and this bastard shoots without Order 66

Basically a soldier who hates the system he's fighting for and isn't shy to voice it

Adapted the name Ghoul after some shinies on Kamino called him that behind his back.

Known as the clone who had come back from the dead.

Seventeen is gone. General Kenobi is gone. Skywalker is empty. And Fordo will do what he must—he’s not just the Alpha vod’ika, he isn’t dependent on Seventeen—but he also isn’t stupid.

The Prime always said that Fordo’s honesty with himself was one of his strengths.

That’s right, it is. You must know your own limits if you are to help your brothers.

Fordo is at his limit.

He can lead his men. He can fight the Separatists. He can fight the planet. He can maintain a front for the Jabiimi.

But he can’t maintain optimal performance doing all of it by himself. He cannot afford to push past his breaking point—too many of his vod’e are counting on him.
