Brock and Maxim Wedding Ring HC

So, there is something I was researching for, and I’d like to share it.

So I had a thought that after Brock and Maxim are both engaged (which will happen, no contest), they would both wear a ring with a gem that has a color signifies the other, like Brock would wear the blue ring and Max would wear the green one. So I looked into some gemstones that I think would look nice (and already have rings for), and I found 2 that fit perfectly, Emerald and Larimar.

I then went to gemstone7.com to see what the meanings of each gemstone were for love, and this just made me feel like crying

Brock’s ring is going to make me cry, considering how his teenage years used to be 🥺🥺

Also another quick one! I think Brock would either take Maxim’s last name or combine their last names together, since he is very aware that his name is a pun. He loves his family, but he doesn’t want his full name to stick with him, since he has some bad experiences with being bullied for his full name when younger. So it would either be something like Brock Torres or Brock Florres. Or just something like Brock Floret-Torres. I’m not sure, what do you think?

He still has to live with his first and middle names being Brock Lee though

“Never understood the need for animals,” the Doctor said, looking over at the floppy-eared creature who was nibbling on his magazines on the TARDIS floor. “Nasty little critters that just eat and shit all day.” 

You look down at your black rabbit, Texta, and blink. She was nibbling away happily and minding her own business. You arched a brow at the Doctor. 

“Seems awfully closed-minded of you, Doctor,” you said thoughtfully, picking Texta up and patting her softly. Her little nose twitched cutely as she sniffed at the Doctor’s outstretched hand. The man in question grimaced. “What about the emotional benefits of having a pet?” 

The Doctor dropped his hand from Texta’s nose and pouted his lips as if in thought. He leaned forward to analyse Texta’s eyes- or whatever he could see behind them. 

“She’s eating my magazines,” he deflected. “Look at them- oh, I’m going to have to go back and get more now.” He picked up one of the nibbled copies and made a face that was equal parts frustration and devastation. 

“This was signed by the Rolling Stones,” he practically whined, throwing the thing onto the floor irritably. “You’re lucky this one’s here to keep me from throwing you out the TARDIS doors mid-flight,” he warned your rabbit, gesturing to yourself as her saviour. You cooed and pressed kisses onto her head, telling her how you’d never let the nasty man throw her out. 

Texta blinked softly, completely unaware of the crimes she had committed here. You put her back in her little pen and gathered up the magazines, putting them into two piles. One for damaged and one for undamaged. The Doctor watched you do it, hands on his face as the pile of damaged magazines grew. 

“In my defence, you gave them to her,” you said when you noticed the look on his horrified face. 

“To read,” he protested, snatching the pile of undamaged magazines from your hands. “Rabbits are famous for their reading. She didn’t say she was going to gobble them up like a starved unicorn, did she?!” 

Your mouth opened and closed a few times, unsure how to process that sentence. 

“Sorry- like a what?” 

“You heard me,” he glowered. “You know I don’t like to repeat myself.” 

That was true. The Doctor was definitely a go-through-it-once-only kind of person. But that made sense, given how he was. You picked up the magazine on the top of the damaged pile and checked the inside cover for the publishing date. 

“Alright then,” you said, determined to re-complete his collection. “First stop- a magazine stand in 1971, then- wherever the Stones are.”

I AM A GLITCHY LITTLE ROBOT AND HAPPY ABOUT IT!!!

I just discovered the Human Domestication Guide universe in the last two days thanks to a friend linking me this lovely piece by Fluxom, In Sleep We Fell. I accidentally started doing some self-reflection through the lens of the domestication process while reading another longer lovely piece by Fluxom, Abscission, and like... I'm feeling extremely happy???

Like a lot happier than I've felt in uh..... ever. I realized how mean I've been being to myself and tried to just let myself do all the silly autistic things I usually stop myself from doing. I realized the only reason I was telling people that I was self-conscious about my tics when they said they found them cute is that I thought that I should be, that no one could find my weird noises and twitches adorable, that I had to not randomly sing or make fun mouth sounds when I was at home just because I somehow thought people could hear them through my walls.

Well, guess what, past and future me?

I'm sorry for the way I treated you. I've been so focused on being kind to others that I forgot to be kind to myself. I love me, and I'll do my best to keep it that way. And if I slip up now and again, that's fine.

A mistake is not the same thing as failure.

「sakasaki natsume x reine // natsurei」 ↳ for @riddlese !!

With a pencil tucked between his digits, Natsume unremittingly sketched in his artbook—riveted on finishing up this assignment for his class that obscured him from participating in certain afterschool activities until completed.

Natsume had purposefully neglected this project, as he did with most of his schoolwork, but the neglect spiralled out of control until his beloved Reine instructed him to stay behind in hopes of motivation springing into him.

Of course they had more power over him than any other faculty member.

However, as Natsume sat in the vacant classroom, an inundation of ideas pooled through his fingertips and he couldn’t help but ceaselessly rifle through each and every differing idea. Until he had finally settled on the quintessential design.

He was also so absorbed in drawing that he didn't hear the clamor of the door being slid open——

"Natsume-chan, how is everything?" Tsumugi’s airy voice deluged the atmosphere, successfully rousing Natsume from his bout of concentration.

And when said second-year scrutinized Tsumugi peering down at his work splayed on the table, he couldn't help but abashedly seize it all up and occlude his senior from further seeing what was etched there. 

"Moja-megane⋯ you surprised me," Natsume heaved a sigh, "what are you doing here?"

An insouciant chortle flowed from Tsumugi’s lips as he simpered, and he simply answered, used to Natsume’s derisive comments, "Reine-chan sent me. I happened to see them when I was coming back, and they asked that I check up on you."

"Ah, is that so?" Natsume questioned whimsically, a burst of warmth permeating across his chest at the notion of Reine thinking about him while he’s not there.

There was a pause, a lull in the conversation as a gentle silence persisted. Yet Tsumugi was the first to rupture it. 

"That picture you’re drawing⋯ is it for art class? The one where you’re suppose to draw ‘the one sight you want to see no matter what’? I remember doing it last year, too," Tsumugi hummed, recollecting how he sketched little natsume-chan fine.

Abundant heat flooded Natsume’s cheeks as he realized Tsumugi had fully spotted and commented on his drawing. "It’s a bit embarrassing, so would you mind not telling anyone?" Natsume asked coolly, albeit it was the best veneer he could formulate without outright hissing. "I'm not actually submitting what I'm doing right now."

"You're not? That's a shame. It's a cute outfit," Tsumugi complimented earnestly, that plaudit only further suffusing a hot sensation through Natsume's veins, "and it really suits Reine-chan."

After saying his piece, Tsumugi sauntered back over to the door. "I'll see you at practice tomorrow then, Natsume-chan~" And he was off.

Upon confirming that Tsumugi had actually left, Natsume settled his artbook down onto the desk and stared at his drawing.

"That unkempt bastard sure is observant when you don’t want him to be," Natsume whispered to himself, reflecting on how said male shrewdly pieced everything together in a matter of moments.

"But⋯ I wonder if little bunny would really like this style." As Natsume added a few more finishing details, he took a step back and discerned the completed picture. 

With their hair pinned up by bow-shaped clips, Reine stood in ivory wedding attire—florets clinging to the fabric and magnifying their pulchritudinous appeal.

"I knew I'd end up just drawing Reine, but I really can't submit this⋯" Natsume sighed once more, cheeks glowing with rosy hues as he doodled in a speech bubble that made them say 'I do, Natsume♡'.

Hey i have a recommendation for a visual novel, but since the studio has been working on other bigger projects for a while now it seems like it may never actually be finished but here's the description on the itch.io page anyway, it's called Floret Bond and it's by GB-Patch:

Floret Bond is a free fantasy otome Visual Novel/Crafting Sim that’s super cute, lighthearted, and all about developing a polyamorous relationship between the female main character and the two male leads.

Right now only a demo is available. The demo is 8,000 words long and currently doesn't include the crafting gameplay elements or voice acting.
