Hello. I hate to do this, but our situation has gotten pretty dire and we're not able to do this by ourselves.

Our cat has stomatitis and diabetes. At first, the diabetes caused the most problems, but due to this pre-existing issue, he rapidly developed the stomatitis. It's likely genetic. It got bad so quickly that we weren't able to do anything to prevent it, if we could've done anything at all in the first place. The diabetes is being managed luckily, but the treatment needed for the stomatitis requires a lot of money all at once.

The veterinarian said that the illness has progressed to a point where he needs to get all of his teeth pulled. This will require about 1100 dollars in American money. We live paycheck to paycheck, so getting all of that money at once is not feasible. We've made a Gofundme to see if we can raise any money. 50 dollars has already been thrown in by our friends and family. We have to circulate the Gofundme outside of them now because they've done all that they can.

He can't eat solid food, so we have to blend up wet cat food and add some water in, but he's getting to a point where he can't eat that either. He's in a lot of pain, so he's been very grumpy (understandably so) and his quality of life is severely diminished. We've exhausted all of our options, and we've had to make this Gofundme to rely on the help of strangers.

If you could spare a couple of dollars or a reblog, that would be very appreciated. I know a lot of people on this hellsite are broke like us, but we don't really have any other options. Alternatively, if anyone has any information on how to find cheaper treatments or any other ways to try and raise some money, please feel free to leave a comment and/or send an ask.

🏳️‍🌈~I genuinely hate to keep making these posts but.....I'm a disabled & mentally ill trans guy and i need financial help

🏳️‍🌈~My chances of getting social security/disability were sabotaged by a staff in my group home.....they lied about helping me finish & sending in the application....another staff found it and it was sent in too late

🏳️‍🌈~I'm in the process of waiting for an appointment with social secuirty to reapply

🏳️‍🌈~My group home is supposed to take 75% of my income but at least leave me with $200 a month - because of that I only get $200 a month amd that about covers my bills (I'm also not eligible for food stamps because i live in a group home)

🏳️‍🌈~I am unable to work right now - in the last few years my mental illness has gotten much worse making it impossible to hold down a job while staying out of the hospital
