Blood Orange & Lemon Bars 🍊 🍋 I adapted this recipe from @smittenkitchen to utilise all the citrus I had languishing on my kitchen counter. The addition of the blood orange juice sweetens the recipe, so I brûléed the sugar topping to give it a little more complexity and ever-so-slight bitterness. I do think I prefer the straight lemon that we’re all used to, but for someone like my husband who can’t handle as much sour, these were perfect.
