You know how Kusuo X-Ray ability is always on 23/7 and he can look at his friends, family or even people for a certain amount of time??

Yeah, I have a headcanon that he takes pictures. Like he takes pictures of his friends, family, even like in the middle of the day where he's alone in the city, he just takes a picture and analysis the shit out of everyone. That's just how he sees people's faces, although taking pictures is somewhat exhausting and a bit time consuming, he takes what he has.

There’s something I wanted to make note of since I don’t think most people noticed this.

In one of the cutscenes in Galaxy 1 (the purple coins mission in the gate), Mario finds Rosalina on the starting planet and she says this:

Some people seem to think that she’s referring specifically to the starting planet itself; even the Mariowiki says that she is.

But we know from Rosalina’s storybook that the planet she visits every 100 years is her home planet. And we know because of how the game opens that that planet is the Mushroom Planet.

So what is she talking about then? Well, it isn’t actually visible except for in the very final cutscene obtained by beating Bowser again after collecting every single Power Star, but look!

The Mushroom Planet is actually right next to the starting planet!! When Rosie is talking about visiting “this planet” every 100 years, she’s talking about the one that she and Mario can see from the starting planet: the Mushroom Planet!! It’s really easy to miss this since this final cutscene is the only time the Mushroom Planet is actually clearly visible. Every other time you’re on the starting planet, it’s there but it’s reeeeally dark so you can barely even recognize it.

So basically, the starting planet seems to linger just outside the atmosphere of the Mushroom Planet (perhaps it orbits it like a moon?). That also explains how Mario ends up on the starting planet after being attacked by Kamek in the beginning of the game. It is called the “gateway to the starry skies” because the gate on it connects to the gate on the Comet Observatory no matter where it is in space, “the starry skies”.

Headcanon (or. How I Made Sense of the S2 Finale):

After Izzy's death, Stede underestimated the grief of the crew and tried to act like everything was business as usual.

After an especially insensitive comment, Frenchie chewed out Stede for coming up with such a stupid plan that cost Izzy his life.

Ed tried to come to Stede's defense, but Frenchie finally stood up to Ed and dressed him down entirely, telling him he didn't get a say because of all the abuse he put Izzy through in life.

The crew were so impressed that they unanimously voted for Ed and Stede to leave the ship and Frenchie to become captain

The reason behind the Other Set of the Hamatos never coming back to Earth after the events of the S4 space arc is simple, albeit horrifying.

Some AU headcanon/ideas

Gary is a skilled cook, and if given a pack of quick ramen, he'll turn it into a restaurant-grade meal. So no worries if he will go "We have food at home" mode, food will be decent at least.

Gary doesn't like the smell of alcoholic drinks due to his trauma related to his mother, as the smell sickens him. He also doesn't like

Gary prefers a cold shower and a cool bedroom because he heats up very easily when he sleeps. He doesn't like getting too hot and he wakes up when he feels like it is getting hot.

As a teen, he was much thinner to the point you could faintly see his cheekbones, as how Ratchet remembers. As a young adult he started working out and eat more. Before army he got a little bit of muscle, but after returning he was more buffer and he realized he was bisexual. Now, Gary loves eating his own home-made food, sometimes stress-eats anything that gets in his way.

Gary likes to work out - he hits the gym at least once a week, loves to stretch and he loves to swim as well. Plus, Gary is a huge fan of walking, hates going up the hills though.

Ratchet jokes at Avocato that Gary at one point had more muscles to try and get them together.

Gary is decent at crocheting, made scarves and hats for his siblings. He is very good at sewing and can fix your shirt very quickly.

Gary will force anyone who walks by the kitchen to help him cook, so stay away from the kitchen when he is cooking something seemingly complex.

Gary does not snore and he does so when he is sick. He has to wake up Avocato each time when that bozo snores. He also shuffles around in his sleep a lot, and being cuddled he doesn't move around.

Gary's first crush was a male character from a cartoon, then he liked some girls and boys too, and at last his first partner was a guy, named Pablo. I would say he is biromantic asexual (the sex scene in S3 is not canon /j)

Gary is a hugger, will snuggle up with almost anyone. He loves to cuddle with cats, and cats too, love him, even if their following can scare Gary.

this took about 22 hours (admittedly several of which were spent trying things and having it not work and redoing it LOL)

#boueibu #my art #how i draw #it took about 9 hours to get to the first stage where all the characters are colored in #and 13 hours to get from there to the final LOL #that was my marathon over the last 3 days #the most time is always spent on the last details #also admittedly i kept redrawing akoya's hair bc i don't know what it was but the angle here was just difficult to work with somehow #bc it's boxed in awkwardly by the edge on one side and kinchan's arm on the other #i had to make it flow within that space or it would go too far off the page or across kinchan's arm #and i kept rearranging the flowers so many times OTL #i had to drop arima's arm and the flowers on the right side into shadow so that the petals in the corner would pop out in contrast #kinchan's original pose was even more awkward LOLL but i changed it to give it more motion #also cuz the angle of his arm wasn't connecting super well with akoya's after i moved him closer #my reason for sharing process tbh is that making something is an experience and showing it allows me to feel like im sharing that...?#(instead of spending 22 hours alone that no one ever knows about LOL)#that and i keep getting mesmerized by my own gifs #and im not even mentioning all the video i took of myself posing out in the sun for reference LOL #ANYWAY i started thinking maybe akoya was so happy it caused all these flowers to pop up around him #remembers that old hc people talked about where flowers bloom if akoya is happy..!!#though i think they're just in a flower field...!!!

Galactic Gaming Dynamic Explanation

Here is a post that I promised explaining this crossover duo I have created.

Filled with info such as similarities/differences, why they would go along with making a great and fun dynamic ---------------------------------- Now before I get into this I want to clarify something bcuz clearly not everyone likes it when ppl like me have fun w/ these things Yes I understand that Eddie Long and Gary Goodspeed are NOT CANON brothers

But I like to HEADCANON that they are brothers / best friends as I do so for MULTIPLE reasons. While I do not owe anyone reasoning for hcing characters as brothers

I will give them anyways before letting my Autism take over me as hopefully it will make some ppl who may try to invalidate what I have to say shut up and let me enjoy this so here is why I hc them as bros.

1. It's fun

2. I genuinely think it would work and that its cool/cute

3. The ways their characters are written would actually make a really cool dynamic

4. Its non problematic

5. It brings me comfort/happiness

6. Bcuz I can

So now that explanation is out of the way lets get into this detailed thread fueled by my Autism

So before I get into my many hcs for what kind of brothers they would be and what things they may do together I want to bring up their similarities/differences.

Bcuz those play a very big role into the hcs I have come up with for them As for the number of their similarities there is LITERALLY at least 21 And that doesn't even go into personal hc territory I have for them individually

----------------------------------

SIMILARITIES

------

1. Loyalty is a HUGE part of their characters. Especially when it comes to their loved ones

2. They both have a burning hatred for an AI Eddie hates Captain Whaler Gary hates KVN

3. Both have an AI they are best friends with and is apart of their crew/team Eddie is friends with Spunc Gary is friends with H.U.E.

4. They are both down HORRENDOUSLY bad for their love interests Eddie is down bad for Ruby Gary is down bad for Quinn

5. Both are leaders of their crew/team Eddie is the leader of Alpha Team Gary is the leader of Team Squad

6. They both rebelled against their governments/tried to take down the government Eddie rebelled against the CIA/Energy Division Gary rebelled against the Infinity Guard

7. They are both criminals

8. They have both murdered people

9. Both have CANON soft spots for kids Eddie is heavily implied to have a soft spot for kids despite kids not really ever being shown in the series Gary has a soft spot for kids especially kids who have had similar traumatic experiences to him and has adopted 5 due to that

10. Both to some extent/one way or another are shown to have a fatherly side

11. Both went "Greasy" at some point

12. Both were homeless at some part of their life

13. Both are often referred to as dilfs by their fanbases

14. They are both dumbasses (in their own ways)

15. They both enjoy playing video games

16. Both are voice acted by a their show creator + based off their actor to some degrees

17. Both can be oblivious to moves made by their love interests

18. Both have suffered through severe depression

19. Similar round head shape

20. Similar stubby nose

21. Both are joked to be himbos by their fanbases

Now that we have discussed their similarities, I want to explain what affect this would have on their dynamic

Their similarities would allow them to get along fairly well as they have very similar priorities and a lot in common that they could bond over/relate to and bcuz of this it in the least would lead to in the very least a strong bond of friendship

Which throughout their series they are both seen to heavily value their bonds with others so its very likely they'd also value their bond with each other.

DIFFERENCES

------

1. Gary is VERY dramatic meanwhile Eddie is VERY petty

2. Gary's dumbassery often comes from his dramaticness and goofiness meanwhile Eddie's dumbassery often comes from how far he'll go for even the smallest things and often just being called an idiot just from ppl who hate him in general

3. Eddie is often more serious than goofy/silly Gary is often more goofy/silly than serious

4. Eddie is the more competitive/try hard brother. Gary doesnt feel the need for the competition unless he's pushed into that point at most times but he's still willing to be competitive. It's just his brother is SUPER competitive compared to him.

5. Gary has lost a limb / is an amputee

Eddie so far has all his limbs and isnt considered physically disabled bcuz of losing one

6. Eddie is Asian Gary is White So they're not even the same race

7. They exist in different universes

8. Their shows aren't even owned by the same companies / networks

----------------------------------

Now that I have explained their differences allow me to explain how these things could affect their dynamic

So as for Eddie's pettiness and Gary's dramaticness which alone are already fucking hilarious / hysterical Could you imagine what kind of funny sibling rivalries / fights we could get if those things were put TOGETHER IT WOULD BE AMAZING TOP TIER COMEDY.

And as for them not being the same race which would make it extremely unlikely that they could ever be biologically related even from jokes This means they could be honorary brothers and in my opinion that would make their dynamic even more special Bcuz that would’ve meant that even tho they were not bio family They still FOUND family in each other, they still manage to be someone who is very special in the other's life, that their bond is even stronger than than a blood/dna bond. Blood never stopped them from being family. And from what is seen in their shows they both heavily value their found families.

Also I forgot to mention this along side the whole petty and drama thing but Just IMAGINE the way these two could absolutely press each others buttons and piss the other off like you would not believe and in a way nobody else can. And stack Eddie's pettiness and Gary's dramaticness on top of the whole competition thing. Omg that shit would be fucking amazing. Bcuz one minute they'd be super close and affectionate with the other And then the next minute they are fighting like siblings you have NEVER seen before It would be so amazing.

And now that I have described what effect their differences would have on their dynamic I would like to share some of the main hc ideas I have for them that i think would be apart of the dynamic

1. They infodump to each other about their interests Even if they dont understand what their brother is on about, they nod along and pretend to know what the other is talking about anyways

2. Gary is at least 10 years older than Eddie

3. Gary annoys Eddie more often than Eddie annoys Gary

------

4. Both are very affectionate brothers Gary is often the more affectionate brother Though there are times where Eddie is more affectionate than Gary

------

5. They occasionally cause chaos together

------

6. They are probably drinking buddies Eddie often needs his brother to babysit his drunk ass Gary very rarely needs Eddie to babysit him when drunk

------

7. They are one of each other's closest best friends

------

8. They can tend to be a pretty protective brother over the other

------

9. Gary often has to try and make sure Eddie holds back on his pettiness towards others

------

10. Eddie likes to tease Gary for how dramatic he is

------

11. Eddie looked up to Gary a lot when they were younger He still thinks highly of his brother ofc but when they were younger Eddie idolized Gary

12. Gary often carried around Eddie when they were kids as Eddie was clingy towards him

----------------------------------

And those are all of the hcs I can remember rn or havent explained in detail already with the similarity and differences explanations And I think by now you can starts to get the picture and the vision of what I am saying But yeah this is why I think Galactic Gaming are brothers And why their dynamic would work so well I hope you guys enjoyed reading this thread and maybe this has helped explained why I’m so crazy about these bros And maybe when I post more of them now this could help you guys enjoy it a bit more if you were confused 😅
