Honestly, Danny is having such a good time right now. He gets to travel with Ellie, explore space, just have fun. Plus his secondary protector-instincts are having soothed despite him not technically doing any hero-ing anymore. Really his sister had the right idea when she decided she wanted to become a doctor, this is honestly a blast.

And if someone does end up passing away, well, Ellie is always happy to help soothe their spirit and guide them to the Realms where they can reach their respective afterlife. Or become a ghost. 

They are completely oblivious to the fact that there are now legends and entire temples dedicated to them now. Apparently accidental ascension is in fact a thing, as Dan later laughs at them about.

Who did that!!! #Okay it was qi deviation and he did it to stop himself from killing his brother. He did it to himself. #JGY sadly has the worst alibi ever though. Both the strongest motivation and also uhhh presence at the scene. #Not to nitpick but as someone who loves murder mysteries - I do feel like even *one* other suspect would have made it stronger. #I get that he tried to make it look like an inevitable Qi Deviation and that it *is* something within the family legacy. #And a big part of NHS figuring it all out comes down to his own perceptiveness and intelligence. #If you weren't close enough to JGY and NMJ of course it looks like an accident. #Sadly 'guy who plays the 'poor little meow meow card'' is also weak to 'guy who plays the 'poor little meow meow card''. #NHS was the better subtle manipulator at the end. That's probably the strongest mystery part of MDZS. Himmel is such a profound character and no amount of articulation can tell y’all how much I ADORE him. He knows damn well that he and Frieren were never meant to be, and that it would be beyond his lifetime if she ever reciprocates—but he’s so wholehearted, honest, and unapologetic in the way he loves and cares. He doesn’t let the knowledge of no reciprocation deter him from showing her that she’s loved in all these different, beautiful little ways; he does it all so that if/when the day comes that Frieren DOES realize her feelings, she’ll also doubly see that he’s loved her just as much all this time.

New headcannon of Captain Marvel having all the gods on his side.

I'm talking the wind doesn't move against him, doesn't matter if there is a torrential down pour or the wind is moving north at 80 mph, If Cap moves to look North. The wind will change to south so his cape flutters and his hair flows around his eyes. If he wants someone to hear his voice the wind will take it, if it is a private conversation the wind will muffle him.

If there is a big fight that was hard won the clouds will lightly part to make a spotlight shine on their champion.

Animals will visit and bring gifts. Stars will wink at him. Plants reach towards him. Artists gain inspiration through him.

The gods love Billy Batson, the wind will pick up spare change and interesting articles to bring to him. The rain will fall lightly on him, and his subway never floods. There always manages to be clean water in a canteen, or a helpful critter that leads him to food. Lightning will punctuate his anger and flash violently behind him, blinding those he is angry at, giving him time to run.
