Harry, Kid, and Tyler go see ‘The Effect’ together and gets inspiration for hs4

Harry couldn’t tell you how many times he’s seen ‘The Effect’. He feels like if he were to be put in a life or death situation where in order to stay alive, he would have to recite Taylor’s play he could do it easily.

Whenever Harry goes to see Taylor perform, he usually goes alone. He likes to not have any distractions while watching his girl in her element, but there’s a part of him that also loves to show off his talented girlfriend to others he loves.

……..

Harry was in the studio with Kid and Tyler. They were finishing up a song that was going to be on HS4.

“And finally we are…done” Tyler blows out a breath of air after doing the last finishing touches.

“And now 10 more to go” Kid says with a laugh.

Harry groans. He feels like the making of this album is never ending and not to mention he has been going through a brain rot recently.

“Ahh I can’t write songs anymore!!!” Harry says as he closes his journal.

Kid, used to his dramatics says “What are you talking about Harry? We just finished a song that I know is going to be a hit”.

“Yeah I know, but we’ve been working on this album for so longgg! I don’t have any ideas and we’re not even close to done” Harry pouts and folds his arms.

“Well harry maybe you just need some new inspiration. What are you planning on doing after this session?” Tyler asks.

Harry’s face brightens up when he remembers, “Oh i’m seeing Taylor’s play”.

“Ok perfect. Have you thought about writing a song about that before or finding inspiration from her being on stage? Tyler asks.

Yeah, I’m sure you could think of something when seeing her on stage and we can help with that too” Kid says.

Harry’s eyebrow raises, “you know that might not be such a bad idea and we all know three heads are better than one, so yeah why not? And now you get to see how great she is in this play!” Harry smiles.

They then decide to cut the session short and to meet up at the national theatre in a few hours.

………..

When they arrive at the theatre, Kid and Tyler go and find their seats, while Harry, like always, goes to see Taylor and wish her luck before she heads to stage.

Once he gets to the backstage area, he knocks on her dressing room.

He hears a “Come innn!” And as he opens the door his eyes catch Taylor sitting at her vanity perfecting her hair.

“Hey baby” she says with a smile.

Harry walks over and kisses her lips and says, “Hi love. You ready for stage”?

“Yeah in just a bit” she says.

“Well I just wanted to wish you luck and to tell you that you are going to be great out there”. He says as he looks at her through her mirror.

Taylor, finishes her hair and turns around to face him. “Thank you H ” she says with a shy smile.

Even though he tells her this every show, she doesn’t think she will ever react differently to his encouraging words.

“Also, I brought Kid and Tyler with me. Hope ya don’t mind” Harry says as he grabs her waste to pull her close.

Taylor puts her arms over his shoulders. “No that’s fine. Tell them I said hi and thanks for coming”. Harry nods and goes to kiss her again, but they are interrupted by a knock at the door from a crew member. “Taylor you’re on in five!”.

“Ok be out in a sec!” she says and then resumes her kiss with harry. She wanted her kisses before going on stage they were like her good luck charm.

Once their lips part, Harry reminds her that she’s going to do great and to remember to breathe. She nods and kisses his cheek. “Thank you baby, I will. See you back here right?”

“Yep, I’ll meet you back here when you get off stage” Harry says with a soft smile.

After they left the dressing room, they went separate ways and as soon as harry makes it to his seat next to Kid and Tyler the lights start to dim.

“Took ya long enough” kid says with a laugh.

Harry jokingly rolls his eyes “oh shut up”.

The play then begins and Taylor, Paapa, and the rest of her costars are having an amazing performance. As the play progresses, Harry just can’t stop thinking about how much he loves seeing Taylor in her element and seeing her come out on stage better and more confident each time.

And although ideas were flowing in his head, Harry kept feeling this sense of proudness knowing that his friends get to see how talented Taylor is.

……

After an hour and a half, the play then comes to an end and Harry smiles and asks his friends “isn’t she just amazing”?

“She was phenomenal. I see why you go so often” kid says.

“Yeah, so good” Tyler adds. “and also, I have some ideas for the next song floating in my head right now” kid says.

“Yeah, so do I”, Harry says. “I don’t know why I never thought to have her and her play be the muse for a song before?”

“Neither do we,” kid says. “I could even see a few different songs we could create from this.

Harry smiles at that.

“Kid and I are going to head to the studio and start working. Meet us there bright and early and we’ll start discussing our ideas, okay?” Tyler says as they start to get up.

“Ok yeah, I’ll see you guys tomorrow! Thanks for coming” Harry says to them.

….

After they bid their goodbyes, Harry starts to make his way to Tay’s Dressing room.

Taylor had just finished putting her hair into a small ponytail, when she hears a knock at the door who she already knows is Harry. “Come innn” she says.

Harry enters with a big smile and walks over to her. “You were so amazing T”.

“Thanks baby!” she says with a shy smile and hugs him.

Harry starts smothering her in kisses, leading Taylor to laugh. She loves when he does that.

When he finally pulls away, he asks her “how do you feel?”

She pursed her lips in thought, making Harry have to resist from kissing her. “I feel good! really good” she says.

“Well, I’m glad. You should be” he says softly.

She kisses him at that, but pulls away when she remembers that Kid and Tyler came to her play too.

“Where did Kid and Tyler go? Did they already leave?” She asked.

“Yeah, they did. They wanted to head to the studio and begin working”.

Taylor raises her eyebrows, “working on what?”

Harry traces circles into her hip. “Oh just a song where you and your play are the inspiration” he says with a smirk.

“And you’re just now telling me about this?” Taylor says with a fake offended look.

T, it’s all still so new. it’s really nothing to tell at the moment” he says.

“Well, when it’s finished, I can hear it first right?” Taylor says as her excitement starts to bubble from the thought of Harry writing a song about her.

Harry notices her excitement and smiles as he kisses her cheek. “Of course you will baby”.

Taylor then kisses him deeply and after a few mins, Harry pulls away with a loss of breath and dilated eyes.

“Why don’t we start heading home hmm? Traffics about to be hell and I want to continue this as soon as possible” he says with a smirk.

Taylor laughs and shakes her head at his innuendo. “I have to change first, but you can start lugging my bags to the car and I’ll meet you there in a few ok?

“Okay I will, but hurry because I’ll miss you too much” he says as he pats her bottom and heads over to her luggage.

“I’ll literally be 5 mins harry” Taylor says.

“And that will be five minutes too long away from you” he says jokingly as he heads out the door.

Taylor rolls her eyes and laughs at his antics that she doesn’t think she’ll ever get sick of.
