Warnings: smut, praise, mommy/mami kink, strap(reader receiving), oral, frenemies to lovers, manhandling, wrestler!Reader, charlotte flair and nia jax (sorry if y’all like them), smut with a slight plot?!?!? No wayyyy!!! anddd I think that’s it
Hope you enjoyyyy
You guys were the underdogs. The whole WWE universe knew it. Even though you and Rhea were crowd favorites, the combined strength of a tag team consisting of the Charlotte flair and Nia freakin Jax? Even you were a bit unsettled about the odds. You let out a shaky breath admittedly nervous, struggling to lace your sports bra’s corset-like ties, you groan, angered, but it quick turns into a gasp when a pair of large hands trail down your back.
Whipping around, you’re relieved albeit a bit pissed, to see Rhea smirking down at you. “Don’t you have anywhere better to be?” You roll your eyes but nonetheless a small smile tugs at the corner of your lips. Rhea chuckles, a sound that annoyingly makes your smile grow wider. “Not when you look like that.” She purrs. You grimace waving her off even though a blush dusts your cheeks at her flirtatious words.
“Ripley, I will pin you myself in that ring.” You growl back— you’re only half serious. You look her up and down before shaking your head you return to your vanity. “Nahh you hate Flair and Jax too much to do that.” Rhea rasps, her muscular arms wrapping around your waist to shake you playfully. She places her head in the crook of your neck before pulling away. You can’t help but notice the longing twinge in your stomach as she lets go.
“Damn straight I do,” you chide cheekily, “And if you’d be a doll and let me get ready— maybe we’d win!” You give her arm a teasing shove. “Not with that puny strength we won’t.” Rhea tilts her head up grinning at your indignation. You tsk, preceding to lean closer to the vanity glass to apply your signature makeup. You’re concentrated until you look up making eye contact with Rhea through the mirror. You both look away. Rhea’s gaze focuses on the top of her studded combat boots while yours falls upon your makeup bag.
This is how your relationship was with her. You’d flirt, fight, then shyly not talk to each other. It would drive you wild. The glances. The stares. The insults. The glares. You loved to hate-love her. Irrelevant to how much  you protested to even harboring a smidgen of a crush on her, your friends would give you absolute hell for it.
In fact, the last conversation you had with one of them— Liv Morgan, came to mind in your fazed out state. “Rhea’s only ever like that if she likes someone, she’s just really bad at… well… being nice.”  You give a small glance to the woman once more. She was infuriating… yet you couldn’t deny she was quite literally the most gorgeous, determined, and strong person you’d ever met. You shake your hand another small secretive smirk gracing your lips as you continue to busy yourself with your makeup. So here you sat, the woman of your thoughts standing tall and brooding behind you.
You didn’t know how you felt about Rhea Ripley anymore.
“You… need help with the ties?” Rhea’s low voice breaks the silence— and your swirling musings. You nod words failing you and soon feel her hands once more trail gently over the expanse of your skin. You suck in a breath as the corset sinches you in. Your breath stays held as Rhea’s hand stays at the arch of your back. Looking over your shoulder, you make eye contact with the raven haired woman. As Rhea parts her obsidian lips a deafening knock is heard on the other side of the dressing room door. “Ripley!! you’re on in 5!” Rhea and your stage name is shouted through the door at you, the noise stuns you back to the present moment once more.
Rhea’s demeanor stiffens and her hands finally drop from your waist. You swear you see a flicker of unease settle on her strong features before it’s wiped away by her signature cocky glare. Your expression nearly mirrors hers as you nudge her shoulder a Cheshire Cat grin taking over your features. “Save it for when we win love.” The term of endearment is cooed at you while a remix of your and Rhea’s theme plays signaling your entrance. And as she wrapped her arm around your waist to lead you into the ring you find yourself leaning into her muscular form unafraid of the task to come.
Later, back in your shared hotel, you were sulking. Although you had won— much to Rhea’s teasing delight, (So much delight in fact that she had picked you up kissing you on the cheek as you clung to her beaming towards the cameras). You were deathly sore from the fight. You had taken quite a few blows from the formidable force that was Nia Jax. You murmur softly arching your back at the sharp pain. A gruff deep chuckle sounds behind you. “That bad huh?” you sigh nodding, eyes widening when you take in Rhea’s post-game appearance; Her hair fluffed out and still damp from her shower, low waisted sweatpants precariously hanging on her hips. “You look rough.” You say lying right through your teeth. With a warm realization, you found yourself wanting…her.
“Not as rough as you.” Rhea retorts, except there’s not any malice behind it. Her blue eyes soften as the soft smile she has come to love graces your features. “You don’t mean that.” You say it as a statement because you know she doesn’t. “I don’t.” Comes her uncharacteristically warm reply. Your cheeks heat at the sincerity.
“You did good,” You muse, you don’t miss the way Rhea’s breath hitches as your hand comes to soothe a blooming bruise on her cheekbone. “In the ring I mean.” You giggle clarifying, as Rhea closes her eyes at the sensation of your smaller hand on her. “We actually make a rather good team when we’re not fighting.” Rhea mumbles, practically leaning on you with a tiredness that matched your own.
It was intolerable being this close to her, you thought. But as your gaze fluttered over her features once more, you realize that it isn’t. It isn’t intolerable being this close to Rhea, quite the opposite actually.
It was entirely too tolerable being this close to her.
The calm silence that hangs in the room speaks volumes. But your steady voice breaks it. “I think I’ve liked you for a while now.” You confess lowly, shrinking in, self conscious when Rhea stiffens.
You relax, however, as her lips meet yours. You whine into the kiss when Rhea’s body presses against yours. There was a possessiveness to her actions that already had you shivering in anticipation. You pull away out of breath. Rhea kissed like she fought. In charge, and demanding.
You loved it.
“I think I like you too.” Rhea’s voice has a gravelly timbre to it and it sends you reeling. You don’t register her jest until her thumb swipes across your bottom lip. Her hands find their way to your lower back and you don’t hesitate to jump into Rhea’s arms as she pulls you toward the messy hotel bed.
She practically throws you onto it. You shriek laughing, as Rhea hauls herself atop you, pressing her nose to yours.
Another giggle sprawls out of you when her shaggy hair falls to your neck. “Rhea…” The way you say her name has Rhea shuddering. Your voice was already deliciously pitched and breathy. She couldn’t wait to ruin you she thought as her smirk deepened at your keens.
“I’m not stopping if you’re going to say my name like that again.” Her mouth is near your ear, you shudder when you hear the unspoken meaning behind them. You wanted her. And you wanted her to know that. Arching your back, you lock your legs around her, hands coming up to softly grip both sides of her face. “Then don’t stop.”
The next kiss that Rhea places on your skin, is much lower than before. She looks up at you questioningly as she slowly lifts the hem of your oversized shirt. You nod quickly needing nothing more than to feel your skin on hers.
Your eyes roll when her second set of kisses run over your chest focusing on the soft underside of your perky boobs. “Mmm—baby-“ the pet name falls off your tongue before you can stop yourself. Rhea seems to like it however as she huffs out a husky groan of your name.
“What do you need darling?” the sharpness of her accent shocks you, and needily, your hands weave themselves into Rhea’s raven hair. She laughs softly as you give it an experimental tug. “Go ahead sweetheart, mommy likes it rough.” Her gruff words come as a surprise to you. And at the use of her nickname, you find yourself clenching around nothing.
You choke out her name one more time as her nimble fingers ghost beneath the waistband of your shorts. “So wet for me…” Rhea’s voice trails off in badly suppressed arousal as she pulls her hand back from your now dripping pussy. Your face heats when she holds your gaze licking your arousal off her slender fingers. She moans at the taste of you, arms coming to hold your now shaking legs open.
Rhea’s eyes darken as her tongue slips into your fluttering hole. You can’t help the whining slurred moans that fall past your lips as she continues to ravage you in ways you didn’t think possible.
“M-mommy-fuck- please!” Your warbled mewls have Rhea shaking her head into your pussy and with a lustful discovery, you come to see her hips start to grind into the bed as she continues to pleasure you.
“You’re--mm-such a good girl for me.” There’s a choppiness to her voice that wasn’t there before and you whimper when you learn that her other hand had snaked down to play with herself.
Rhea growls as your legs attempt to close at the overwhelming sensation. “I can’t make you cum if you do that sweetheart.” Your lip trembles as she forces open your legs with ease. The casual display of strength has your clit throbbing with a renewed need. “Rhea—mommy- I wanna cum.” Your voice is quiet, nearly inaudible, but Rhea’s keen ears hear you. Her middle finger comes to trace around your clit and that’s all it takes for your eyes to cross and your back to arch as you come harder than you ever have. You’re vaguely aware of the praises that Rhea is cooing to you as you come down from your high, a stupefied smile wobbling on your face. You smile coyly when she comes up to lay next to you. Giving her lips an appreciative kiss before trailing your hands over her torso.
“I want this off.” You say slowly, referring to her black tank top. Rhea grins at you before lifting it over her head and throwing it aimlessly to the room. You whine softly when you find she’s braless, eyes intrigued by her pierced nipples. On a whim, you straddle her, head dipping low to greedily suck on her tits. Rhea’s head tips back at this and the strangled cry that you rip from her throat has you wet all over again.
“W-wait.” Rheas stuttered croak has you tilting your head in confusion, but as she reaches for the bedside drawer she pulls out a black and purple strap. You raise your eyebrows at this rolling off her as she once again climbs on top of you, removing her pants in the process.
“I was kinda hoping to get lucky tonight.” She mumbles before thrusting into you. It feels like the air is punched out of your lungs and all you can do is cling to Rhea’s biceps as she quickens the pace of her hips.
“And seeing as I have,” she purrs her hand coming up to grip your neck. “I don’t plan on stopping anytime soon my love.”

---
You wake in a hospital bed, Morgan by your side, and a godawful pounding in your cloudy head. With a groan, you try to raise one of your hands to cover your eyes as Morgan’s head shoots up to stare at you with a relieved smile.
“Hey,” he says, catching your hand before you can lift it higher, “Don’t do that. You had a nasty fall, Princess.”
Satisfied that you won’t make any more moves towards your head, he sits back down at your side.
“Should I even ask how you’re doing or…” he trails off when you glare at him. “I’ll go let the team know you’re okay. Boss Man will be happy to hear you finally woke up,” and with that, Morgan is up and out of the room before you can even open your mouth because what.
Shifting around in the bed, you try to gauge just how injured you are, but the soreness in literally your entire body coupled with the haziness in your mind from the constant pain makes you conclude that you’ll leave it to the doctors to tell you what’s wrong. Sighing, you gently tilt your head to the side and observe the various beeping monitors.
The door opens and as you turn to see who it is, your mouth opens in disbelief. There’s no way. There’s absolutely no fucking way. This is fake. This is a dream. Your stomach simultaneously drops and fills with dread. How is this possible?
“You’re dead. You’re dead. We buried you,” you say in a rush, as none other than Emily fucking Prentiss stops by the side of your bed, looking at you confusedly. “Does this mean I’m dead? Are you a ghost?” you wonder out loud, and Emily looks behind her as the rest of the team, except Hotch, file in behind her, seemingly fine with her sudden appearance.
“How are you here, why are you here, what happened? You died. You’re supposed to be dead which means I’m probably dead,” you continue to ramble, frantically looking from at each member of your team and then back to Emily.
“What? Y/N, you aren’t dead. Just like I’m not dead,” she says like it’s the most obvious thing in the world.
“But you are,” you say shakily, chest tightening as your breaths become shorter and shorter.
“Y/N…” she says slowly, softly, “I faked my death four years ago.”
And with that, your ears rush and your mind goes blank. No no no no no no we buried her six months ago, she’s dead. You don’t notice the rest of the team trading glances around you as the world you thought you knew shatters and reforms in your mind.
“No,” you croak, throat suddenly constricting, but Emily only looks at you worriedly, Reid slipping out the door behind her.
“Y/N, can you take some deep breaths for me?” and your head turns to find JJ at your other side, hand on your shoulder. “Let’s breathe, you can do this,” she says, taking exaggerated breaths to demonstrate, smiling gently as you cooperate.
Reid enters, now, followed by a doctor who, immediately upon reaching your side, proceeds to shine a light in your eyes and asks you to complete all sorts of short tests while the team looks on.
“Now, Agent Y/L/N, Dr. Reid informed me that you seem to be having some memory issues, which is normal,” the doctor assures you, “especially with the head trauma you endured. So, tell me what you can remember and we’ll go from there,” he says with a helpful smile.
Fuck. What do you remember?
“Well…” you trail off, trying to pin-point an exact moment. “I remember Emily—Agent Prentiss’—funeral because it was six months ago, but apparently—” your eyes slide over the rest of the team, “—apparently, it was more like four years ago,” you finish slowly.
“And that’s as recent as you can remember?” the doctor pushes. You nod your head. “Well, Agent Y/L/N, it seems that you have post-traumatic retrograde amnesia, which isn’t a surprise, as I said before. My guess is that it’s temporary, and that you’ll recover your memories in time.”
“Any ideas how long?” Emily speaks up, carefully looking at your face.
“With cases such as these, there isn’t a definite timeline or standard procedure for memory recovery,” the doctor explains. “It may help to look at photos or videos and tell stories to try and help Agent Y/L/N heal quicker, but the brain is tricky,” and with that wonderful statement, the doctor turns and exits, leaving you and your team staring at each other, processing the fact that you don’t know when you’ll get your memories of the last four freakin’ years back.
“So, from the research I’ve done, it seems that—” Reid is cut off by the door flying open and Aaron Hotchner, your Unit Chief, bursting into the room with a concerned look on his face wearing a hoodie and jeans.
Morgan tries to grab his shoulder, but Hotch shakes him off as he walks right up to your bedside and grabs your hand. Holy shit. Heat rises to your cheeks instantly and you think your heart might have actually skipped a beat but, you cant help it, you’ve had a crush on Hotch for ages and he’s holding your hand. But you don’t remember a time when Hotch was so forward in showing concern for one of his agents.
“I’m so sorry I wasn’t here when you woke up, Sweetheart—” you’re pretty sure you’re dreaming because Hotch has never called you Sweetheart. Ever. You’ve also never seen him in anything other than a suit. “—Jessica called because Jack has the flu and then he wanted to talk to me and—”
“Hotch!” Morgan all but yells, interrupting Hotch’s update on Jack, as you stare pointedly at his hand, still holding yours, trying to control the redness growing steadily stronger in your cheeks. What the hell.
“Hotch,” Morgan states, softer this time, “The last thing Y/L/N remembers clearly is Prentiss’ funeral.”
You look up with a weak approximation of a smile, and watch Hotch’s face shift as he comprehends what Morgan said.
“That was years ago,” he says slowly, face hardening into a look you’ve seen too many times when he tries to separate himself from the information he’s received.
Looking down at you, you can’t tell what he’s thinking, so you divert your eyes to his hand in yours. Once he notices this, he gently lets go and you know it’s silly, but you almost reach out for it again. Who knows the next time Hotch will want to hold your hand?
“So you don’t…” he doesn’t finish his question, which leaves you even more confused. Don’t what…?
“Umm. If it’s happened in the last four-ish years, then umm… Then I probably don’t remember it,” you say quietly, apologetically. “Sir,” you add on quickly, not wanting to forgo formalities even if your memory isn’t what it’s supposed to be.
However, instead of nodding, like you thought he would, Aaron Hotchner looks sad which confuses you even more.
“Aaron,” Rossi begins slowly, “the doctor said that talking about what’s happened since then may help Y/N’s memory come back.” Hotch looks up, almost relieved. “So why don’t you tell her something that’s happened since Prentiss’ funeral.”
And with that, Hotch takes a breath before reaching across your body to your other hand and holding it up. Not quite sure what’s happening, you allow him to hold your left hand up in your line of vision and that’s when you notice a fucking wedding ring. On your hand. Which Hotch is holding.
“I’m married?” you screech, looking at the team, who are now all trying not to laugh for some reason. “Who am I married to? Holy shit, what?” you continue looking around. Morgan and Prentiss look like they’ll break into outright laughter any minute. What’s going on?
Looking helplessly to Hotch, who is suspiciously quiet, you don’t have to repeat your question before he is carefully letting go of your left hand to hold his own up next to it and since when did Hotch wear a wedding band? Until you notice the striking similarities between the ring on your hand, and the one on your boss. What the actual fuck.
“We’re married?” you say, whipping your head to the side—ouch—to stare at Hotch, who is looking a little more amused than worried. “What? When? I just…” you can’t even finish your train of thought because your head is spinning so fast.
“Is it really that much of a surprise, Princess?” Derek chimes in. “I mean, you guys have been in love with each other forever,” and with that, he and Prentiss dissolve into a fit of laughter, which they try to smother, but you’re too busy taking in this very new and very interesting life development.
At some point in the last couple years, you married Hotch. Which means he knows you like him. And he likes you. You dated Hotch and now you’re fucking married. And you can’t remember any of it.
“…I don’t remember it…” you say sadly, softly and the laughter ceases.
Running a hand through his hair, Hotch takes a step back and shrugs, a small, reassuring smile on his face.
“We’ll figure it out, Sweetheart—” your stomach erupts into butterflies, “—we always do.”
With a sigh, you sink back into the pillows on your bed and stare at the ceiling, head throbbing worse than before thanks to all the new information.
“I just…” you pause to think about your current dilemma. “I just don’t know where to start with all this…Getting my memory back,” you look to Hotch and then the team, unsure of what to do.
“Well, the doctor did say that photos and videos might help. I’d be willing to recount every conversation we’ve had since Emily’s funeral, if you want, including the ones that you weren’t a part of, but were about you or a case,” Reid offers with a grin, and your heart melts.
Slowly shaking your head, you answer, “Thanks but maybe later, Spence. I’m still stuck on the whole I’m-married-to-my-boss thing right now.”
“Trust me Princess,” Derek laughs “I’m pretty sure all of us could tell you about how everything went down like a damn movie.”
“Yeah…” JJ continues with a fond shake of her head, “You guys weren’t very subtle about it.”
Sneaking a look out of the corner of your eye, you catch Hotch blushing and staring down at his shoes before he also sneaks a look at you, meeting your eyes.
“See?” Derek’s voice breaks your gaze. “This is exactly what I was talking about. You guys weren’t subtle and still aren’t,” rolling his eyes, he laughs a little and you can’t help but smile.
“At least they’re married this time around,” Rossi supplies. “No more ‘secret’ glances and yearning,” he says with such contempt you can’t help but laugh as Hotch—Aaron? — lets out a small chuckle of his own.
“Now I just need to remember how we got here,” you say, feeling a little more at ease. Slowly, you reach for Hotch’s left hand, studying the ring the matches your own. “Remember us,” you continue, just to him, and the smile that overtakes his face is the best thing you’ve seen since waking up.
“You weren’t wrong, Morgan,” comes Emily’s voice from the end of your bed. “This is just like a movie. Ugh. But don’t worry, Y/N, we’ll help you sort this out.”
“And I know just the woman for the job,” Morgan adds with a mischievous smirk which immediately makes you wonder about whatever it is he has planned.
“Now as much as I’d love to watch the two lovebirds gaze into each other’s eyes, I actually have plans,” Rossi states, looking down at his watch. “So, I’ll be back tomorrow. Have a good night, Y/N,” he says before waving to the rest of the team and leaving.
The rest of the team makes their own excuses to leave, and you can’t help but feel like Morgan and Prentiss have concocted some sort of scheme to “help” you get your memories back.
Running a hand over your face, you sigh. What now? The sound of someone clearing their throat makes you look up and realize that Hotch hadn’t left with the others, but was instead standing near the foot of your bed, looking somewhat anxious.
“I ummm… I was planning on spending the night here to make sure you were okay, but umm…” he trails off, unsure.
“But since I have no memory of us being together you think it’s weird…?” you ask gently.
“Yeah,” he answers in a sigh. “I don’t want to make you uncomfortable by being here, especially because I know how frustrating and confusing this must be for you…”
“Hotch,” you start, but he can’t hide his wince when you call him that. “Aaron,” you try again. “Yes, this is incredibly confusing and frustrating because Emily should be dead and I didn’t think you had feelings for me at all,” you pause and see him smile, just a bit, “But I’d really like it if you stayed here. With me. Because—” you take a deep breath. “—Because you make me feel safe, Aaron, and I need that right now,” you say gently, not quite sure where the confidence came from, but Aaron’s eyes soften and his smile grows bigger as his shoulders drop in relief. Worth it.
“Then I’ll stay,” he says, and you can’t help the heat that once again rises in your cheeks as he continues to look at you.
You guys are married, dammit. Pull it together.
Averting your gaze, you turn your attention to getting more comfortable in your bed and decide to fuss with the placement of your pillows because damn was your back starting to hurt, but Aaron beats you to it. Within ten seconds of arranging the pillows behind you, he has them perfect.
“How…?” you start to question, but he just raises his eyebrows. “Right. Married,” you say with a shake of your head.
Aaron finally sits in the chair next to your bed and reaches, almost absentmindedly, for your hand before catching himself and stilling. You can see the fight in his mind—he wants to comfort you and himself, but with your memory, he doesn’t quite know where your boundaries are. Taking pity on him, you grab his hand yourself, weaving your fingers together so he knows it was on purpose. Okay so you really just wanted to hold his hand again, but you’re married! You’re allowed. He takes a deep breath and leans back in the chair, turning his head to really look at you.
“How’s your head?” he asks, brow furrowed in what you’ve come to understand is genuine concern.
You pause and consider for a moment.
“Not terrible, but not great,” you say slowly. “It’s like there’s a fog in my mind that I can’t see through. I know I’m missing stuff, but I just don’t know what.”
Aaron gently squeezes your hand, but doesn’t speak yet.
“I want to know what brought Emily back, how we happened, what it was that gave me this fucking injury, I just…” with an exasperated huff, you collect yourself. “I just want to know.”
“Well, Emily should be the one to tell you her part of the story, and as for us,” he gives you a smile “it’s a longer answer, at least for me, so that will have to wait—Sorry, Sweetheart,” he says when you pout. “However, I can tell you about what landed you in the hospital. How does that sound?”
“It’s a start,” you tease, and yes Aaron smiles wider and rolls his eyes.
“We were chasing an unsub, and Garcia had tracked him to a warehouse not too far from Quantico. We went there and—” his voice wavers. You squeeze his hand. “—and the unsub had set explosives around the perimeter of the building. I guess you got too close to him when trying to talk him down and he triggered the whole set.” Aaron sighs, and his eyes are glazed over like he’s reliving this—which he probably is—and there’s nothing you can really do besides let him take his time.
“You weren’t right by any of them, but you were thrown back and had hit the ground before I could even yell at you to stop—not that you would have listened,” he says pointedly with a watery laugh. “You just laid there, Morgan and I carried you over to the medics as soon as the dust settled and they took you away as we cleared the rest of the scene.”
“And the unsub?”
“He didn’t survive the explosion. As soon as we figured that out, we left it to the local PD and crime scene techs.” He looks at you softly. “We came straight here after that.”
“How long was I out before today,” you ask lightly, curiously.
“Three days. Dave had to convince me to go home and shower on the second day.” He looks down before sneaking a sideways glance at you.
“Well I’m glad he did,” you tease, scrunching your nose.
“And I’m glad you’re awake, Sweetheart,” he replies, squeezing your hand.
You laugh and look away before mumbling, “I don’t think I’ll ever get used to that.”
“Get used to what?” he waits a second. “Sweetheart?” Motherfucker. He knows what he’s doing.
“That! I woke up convinced you didn’t have feelings for me at all,” you say with a glare, “and now I know we’re married and you keep being so nice and understanding and calling me Sweetheart and I just don’t know how to deal with all of this!” you finish in a huff.
“I just feel bad that I can’t remember this, us” you add, gesturing between the two of you. “I’m trying and there’s just—” you make a frustrated noise and flop back to stare at the ceiling. “And my head still kind of hurts,” you add softly, almost pouting.
“Oh, Sweetheart,” Aaron whispers. He clears his throat before continuing. “You’ll get your memories back,” he leans forward to stroke some hair off your forehead. “And until then, you know the team and I will do what we can to catch you up and help you remember.”
You push your head further into his hand with a sigh. He runs his hand through your hair a few times before pulling back and you almost whine. You yawn instead. Settling down, you tug the blanket up higher across your chest and turn to face Aaron as he also gets comfortable. He turns on the small television in your room and at some point, you fall asleep holding his hand.
---
You wake to the sound of the door opening, followed by the unmistakable click-clack of heels worn by none other than Penelope Garcia.
“Rise and shine! Time to regain your memory, lovely Y/N,” she sings, coming to a stop by the side of your bed as you roll over with a yawn.
“Pen—” you groan. “Let me sleep. Please.”
“Oh no, my little profiler. Do you have your memory back?” You shake your head. “Then we need to work on that! And don’t you dare tell me no; my wonderful Derek Morgan and I were up all night making this for you,”
You raise your eyebrows.
“Sadly, not like that. But, we compiled a presentation-slash-video montage for you about what you’ve missed!”
That catches your attention.
“Wha--? How? Penelope where did the footage come from?” you ask, more awake now.
“Well, I may or may not have used security cam footage for a lot of it, but that’s neither here nor there, so, without further ado, I present to you: your life for the past four-ish years!” and with that, she somehow connects her tablet to the TV and you see a picture of the whole team; Penelope then produces a remote from the depths of her purse and then proceeds to the next slide.
Which is a photo of you. And Aaron. Standing by the coffee machine in the office and smiling at each other, clearly unaware that the moment was being documented. The image is embellished with what must be close to fifty moving, sparkly hearts, obviously done by Garcia.
“First thing’s first,” she starts with a flourish. “Your husband!” and as if on cue, Aaron walks into the room, cup of coffee in hand. Much to your surprise, Aaron just rounds your bed to sit in the same chair you assume he fell asleep in, watching the screen.
“What is happening,” you say softly to yourself, looking from Aaron to Garcia and back.
“The doctor said photos and videos might help restore your memory, so who better to put something together than Garcia?” Hotch answers dryly, a small smile flashing across his face. “The rest of the team should be here shortly,” he says directly to Garcia.
“Oh good. I always work better with an audience,” she replies as you continue to process just what the hell is happening since you woke up approximately five minutes ago.
Within a few minutes, your hospital room is overrun with the rest of the team. Sitting, standing, leaning wherever they can find the space to view Penelope’s presentation with you in the middle of it all.
“Don’t you people have jobs?” you grumble.
“C’mon, Princess. Who better to help you remember the last few years than us?” Derek says with a cheeky grin that makes you roll your eyes.
You turn your gaze to Aaron and find that he’s already looking at you in concern.
“If you really don’t want all of us here we can leave,” he says just loud enough for you to hear.
“I just…” you take a moment to try and collect your thoughts. “I guess I just don’t know how to feel about all of this, but you’re all here so— “
“So here we go!” Penelope cheerfully finishes your sentence before turning back to the screen. “As I was saying before, part one of Operation Get Y/N’s Memories Back is all about—drumroll please—our very own Unit Chief, a.k.a. Hotch, a.k.a. loving husband to our very own Agent Y/L/N.”
With a shake of your head, purposefully ignoring the way Derek and Emily are whooping and whistling, you settle in and gesture for Penelope to continue. God, let’s hope this works.
---
It doesn’t work.
Fuck.
Three almost four hours later and nothing has changed for you. However, it’s a lovely opportunity for some team bonding and creating new memories, but you’re still disappointed. It’s not for lack of trying, though. Penelope did a wonderful job of pulling together a presentation-slash-video montage of your life, complete with titles such as ‘Your lovely husband,’ ‘The Miraculous Life, Death, and Subsequent Resurrection of Emily Prentiss,’ and even ‘Badass BAU Babies,’ which was a collection of team photos and news clips of cases you guys had closed in the past few years.
The whole team had gotten a kick out of each section, especially the last one, as Penelope had spared no one in her quest to help your memory; ugly selfies sent in the BAU group chat, embarrassing footage of you tripping up (and down) the stairs to the bullpen—courtesy of the security cameras, Reid doing physics magic and narrowly missing Rossi’s coffee cup, it was all there. But nothing worked, there was no magical ah ha moment where everything came rushing back. If anything, it really was like watching a movie; it didn’t feel like you were the one is all of these clips and photos. Not even Reid’s commentary made you feel any closer than before to recovering your memories.
It wasn’t all bad, though. Penelope had a veritable stockpile of photos of you and Aaron, ranging from the office, to cases, to the occasional night out with the team. Your engagement announcement, wedding photos, freakin’ everything on the two of you and yet, nothing seemed to make a difference to your brain.
The photo on the screen was one of you and Aaron on a case. You were tucked under his arm, snowflakes visible in your hair and his as you look up and laugh at something he said while he just smiles gently down at you. Penelope had put hearts over both your eyes.
“Actual heart eyes! I had to! You guys are so cute!” she basically squealed when the photo came up.
“What did I tell you,” Rossi said teasingly, “Yearning.”
Prentiss and Morgan hadn’t stopped laughing for this entire segment, with JJ and Reid occasionally joining in if there was something exceptionally ridiculous Penelope had included, like fucking heart eyes.
A hand covering your own makes you realize you had spaced out, and you look down to see that it’s Aaron’s hand, wedding band catching the light.
“Anything, Sweetheart?” he asks in a low voice, carefully watching your face.
You shake your head. “It’s like it’s someone else’s life, but I know it’s mine; you’ve told me it’s mine, there’s photographic evidence that it’s mine!” you say in a huff. “It just doesn’t feel like it’s mine,” you whisper, voice breaking at the end. Tears gather in your eyes and you bite your lip to stop it from shaking as you desperately try and control your overwhelming emotions. You can hear the team in the background, strategizing new ways to help you, but Aaron’s face hovers in front of your own, drawing your attention.
“It’s okay,” he says lightly, stroking your cheek with his thumb.
“No, it’s not,” you insist as a few tears make their way down your face. “It’s not, Aaron. What if this is it? What if I just don’t get my memories back?”
Letting out a long sigh, Aaron raises your hand to his lips and kisses your palm before folding your hand into his.
“You will. I know you will,” he says with such conviction you might just believe him if it weren’t for the way he rapidly blinks to keep his own tears at bay.
“Yeah, Princess.” Morgan chimes in from somewhere across the room. “We’ll figure this out, you know we will.”
And with that, you see something click into place in Aaron’s eyes and suddenly, he’s looking at you in such a way that your heart picks up—thanks, heart monitor.
“Aaron…?” you ask cautiously.
“Princess,” he says it so simply, like it’s the most obvious thing in the world. You only have time to raise an eyebrow at him before—
Oh.
Kissing Aaron Hotchner is something you could definitely get used to. His hand comes up to cradle your face as he gently moves his lips against yours. You sigh and can feel his smile against your mouth before he’s tugging your face closer, tilting your head just so and—
There.
It’s like opening a window to let in a breeze. Soft and sure, filling the space in a way that’s all-encompassing without being suffocating.
Like snowflakes falling and settling on his black jacket, like Aaron down on one knee sliding your engagement ring on your finger while you smile so much it feels like your face will break. It’s leaving cups of coffee on his desk during late nights in the office. It’s playing soccer with Jack as Aaron smiles and cheers both of you on. It’s being in bed late at night, falling asleep in the comfort provided by the man you love. Your wedding vows, promising to love him forever.
And you know.
With a gasp, you pull Aaron closer, kiss him deeper, harder, moving your lips more frantically against his. I remember I remember I remember and you think he gets it because he pulls back and looks at you with so much hope it almost breaks your heart.
“When I said I’d love you forever, Aaron Hotchner, I meant it.”
And his face breaks into the biggest smile you’ve ever seen as he laughs in disbelief before capturing your lips with his again, returning the urgency you had kissed him with just moments ago.
Someone clears their throat and you pull apart, smiles obvious on both your faces as you turn to the team who are looking somewhat confused.
“Would you mind enlightening us as to why you two are suddenly acting like teenagers?” Rossi asks, eyebrows raised.
“Well,” Aaron starts, grinning in your direction, “It would seem that— “
“Nuh uh. No way,” Derek interrupts him. “Are you seriously about to say that you kissed her and she magically remembered?”
You can’t help but laugh at his disbelief because what the hell and nod, unable to speak through the giddiness overtaking your body. You remember.
“Ohmygod! You guys!!” Penelope squeals before launching herself into your arms for a hug which she promptly pulls Aaron into as well; he doesn’t protest.
“What made you do that, Hotch?” Reid asks curiously once Penelope has let you and Aaron go. “Did you know it would work?”
“Princess,” Aaron says with a nod towards Morgan. “In Jack’s storybooks, a kiss always wakes the Princess so she and her prince can live happily ever after.”
Okay that’s adorable and you can’t help but aww with the rest of the team at Aaron’s confession.
“Happily ever after, huh?” you say, tugging on his hand. “Who knew you were such a sap, Hotchner?”
Rolling his eyes, Aaron just smiles. “Wasn’t it obvious from Garcia’s presentation? I’ve been in love with you forever, Sweetheart. And besides, it worked, didn’t it?” he says with a smug smile.
You pull him down for a short kiss before moving back just enough to murmur “My Prince Charming.”
“I can’t believe you guys,” you turn to see Morgan shaking his head. “A literal fuckin’ fairytale,” and then he’s laughing and the whole team, you and Aaron included, are laughing with him because yeah this is pretty surreal.
“I can’t believe you thought I was a ghost!” Emily says once the laughter has died down, her arms crossed in mock-anger.
“Can you blame me?” you retort. “The last thing I remember was burying you and suddenly you’re here? Nope. No way. Ghost. Only explanation.”
“I have to say, Y/L/N, I’m glad you’re back, if only to stop Aaron’s sad puppy-dog eyes every time you called him ‘Hotch,’” Rossi shakes his head. “I don’t know how much more yearning I could take.”
“Hey! Be nice,” JJ admonishes, swatting Rossi’s shoulder. “I think it’s sweet.”
“Yeah guys,” you echo. “Be nice! Don’t think I forgot you two,” you say, leveling Morgan and Prentiss with glares, “and all your laughter when I couldn’t remember that my husband and I were married!”
“Oh c’mon, Princess,” Morgan groans. “It was pretty funny. You were trying so hard not to look completely in love with your husband.”
“In my defense,” you start, “I didn’t know that you guys already knew how much I love Aaron, so excuse me for trying to hide my love,” you say with a sniff.
“Well, it was pretty obvious. Whenever you looked at him or he grabbed your hand, the heart monitor would register an increase in your heart rate by—” Reid starts to ramble but your laughter cuts him off.
“I get it, I get it,” you continue through your laughter. “I’m very in love with Aaron, even when I think it’s a secret, but as Penelope’s presentation so eloquently demonstrated, I’m not subtle and neither is he.”
Aaron leans over to kiss your cheek as the rest of the team continues into a conversation about Penelope’s presentation and how the hell she collected all those photos and videos in one day.
With the attention no longer on you—for now—you smile at Aaron, who smiles right back. He slumps back in his chair with a sigh, and you can’t help but pull him back closer to you.
“I love you,” you say kissing the back of his hand.
“I love you more, Sweetheart,” he replies softly.
Yeah, this is happily ever after.

Rewatching GG 2.0!
And now, to episode 4
Why didn't the school board suspect it must be the other teachers keeping gossip girl? I mean, kinda obvious
The way Audrey and Aki worried about Max and tried to reach him during the whole week even after he revealed their secrets to each other...
Julien is good at improvisation
Don't Monet and Luna ever get tired of carrying the show on their backs with every word they say
They are even funnier rewatching
WAIT WAIT WAIT I RECOGNIZE THESE BAGS
THEY USED AN OLD SCENE FOR THE NEW TRAILER
Tumblr media
THIS WAS IN THE NEW TRAILER!!!
I freakin' love Lola Morgan
The more I watch the more I am convinced that the shy and kind Aki that most people see it's totally not what he acts like and deep down he's just like every other character
"girl" "girl" "girl" Oh Obie
Julien's face lol
Is it just me or did Julien do a full 180° between the first (or first couple) episodes and the rest?
She's definitely growing on me anyway so
Not the point but God it has been so long since I last ate a waffle or a crepe Obie dude why must you tempt me like this
The way Obie knew Julien probably her entire life and dated her for who knows how many years but still didn't knew what the day meant
"Clack, ding. Clack, ding."
"Is that why you asked me if second cousins was incest? It isn't. I hope." Okay I might strongly dislike Jordan but he's funny sometimes
Kate prioritizing GG over her actual work... Bro
Luna is cute when she's lying
Again, Audrey and Aki caring for Max after promising their best friends they would stay away from him
"Who are you calling?" *Clearly Max's voice* "My mom"
Their "bye" was cute
Okay it's a fact I love hallway scenes
"Handful of our friends" you have absolutely no common friends??? She literally has no friends
"You want me to murder my sister?"
I just wish Julien and Zoya weren't being kept apart by basically everyone they know
Okay this episode is funny
Obie's "I don't think this is about a party" face
Like, why was he smiling?
Obie is fully willing to spend money on Zoya when it's him controlling what she wastes it on
Milo Sparks! Can't believe this is the same baby Georgina pretended was Dan's son and then ditched one day to go on a beach trip making Dan think she had left him for good
Eight grade is 10 yo in USA? In Brazil it's 13-14 yo
Georgina raised him right... by her standards at least
God I wish I could punch Rafa in the face now that I know it was all a game to him
Why is Kate so cheerful
Okay but I really want to see Zoya keep the outsider tradition and take over GG, or at least become aware of who it is
Georgina's wall having a giant picture of Blair Waldorf is still absolutely perfect
Audrey's smile looking at the options notebook <3 if I knew how to screenshot things on my computer I'd add the pics
Obie whose side are you on?
Idk why but I just hate how he tells Zoya who she is sm
Family reunion! Love the drama in those
For two people who hate each other Davis and Nick do not seem to hate each other at all
I want Zoya and Julien to be friends but I also love their fights aaaaa yes I regret saying they will never be the new Blerena bc while they really won't be they might be good frenemies after all
Zoya dong that hand thing synchronized to the music... Love it
Why is Keller yelling like girlie I know this is the magic of teen shows but people should be able to hear you
Why is Kate so obsessed with like a 17 yo?
Aki's face lmao
Another scene I have memorized ✌️
Milo being in no one's side, every scene makes me see just how much Georgina must be proud
Shhsjsjs I cannot listen to a word Obie says
I literally cannot watch this scene
Let me just put this on 3.0 speed so it's bearable
I still don't get why in hell did Lunet think showing the director's cut would be a good idea for anyone involved
Here comes my comfort Aki × Audrey scene <3
I really hope they never have a real fight, no matter whether or not they end up together
"For you to get your shit together before I find someone else to care about" just realized what he meant by this
Fck Bella!
Zoya crying breaks my heart
Friends!!!
Can't believe I didn't notice Julien still liked Obie
The exact moment I started to really loathe Rafa, again!
Time for second comfort Aki × Audrey scene
Calloways and Lotts bonding, love it

I've said it before and I'll say it until I fucking die;
Arthur Morgan should be the standard. What boys and young men should aspire to be like.
And don't come for me like, "hur dur oh so we should go robbing and killing people huehuehue" fuck off with that shit, we know what I mean.
I think a lot of guys who played Red Dead 2 genuinely think Arthur is popular among female fans just because he's good looking. So many times I've seen or heard comments by men such as, "As if a guy like that can't get any" (such indignation from them bc they can't get laid in game).
But come on, Arthur is way more than his looks. We all aren't idiots, there's reasons people are calling him one of (if not the) best characters in games, the best protaganist Rockstar has ever made...he is even more popular than JOHN FREAKIN' MARSTON.
Remember when the trailers for rdr2 came out? Everyone was keen as hell- but not because we gave a damn about Arthur. Hell, even in the opening of the game, most of us weren't all that impressed. I can admit I wasn't. I thought he was hot, sure. But other than that I figured he was just gonna be yet another broody male protaganist. No cowboy would top John motherfucking Marston in my eyes.
Arthur is so well-written, so genuine as a character. Objectively he isn't perfect (but lbr he is). We all know he starts the game off as a "bad man", and he himself continues to keep beliving that throughout the game despite most others telling him otherwise. And his actions showing otherwise.
Now I'm gonna get a little more specific, toward his treatment of women. He is always polite and courteous. Frequently in cutscenes and missions he is helping women, just cause he can, literally offering out his hand to help them in one way or another. And is always respectful about it too. Even with Sadie, who constantly turns down his offers of chivalry (being helped into a boat, for example), he still gives her the option to take his hand, and then drops it when she doesn't want his help. He respects her choices and boundaries.
And let's not forget how he just generally speaks to women. He does so in such a way that is just...speaking to a person. I know this is an odd thing to bring up, but in the game itself the other men (even raccoon man John) have moments of speaking to women in a condescending or derogatory way. The easiest examples that come to mind are Dutch and John (I do love ya, John I swear). They both have dialogue where they are dismissive of their partners- usually when they are trying to talk about something important such as Abigail trying to talk about Jack- and multiple times say things such as, "be quiet woman!". I know that may not seem like a big deal as it isn't a swear or what have you, but it is damn rude. There is a reason women hate it when men call them "woman" or "girl" instead of our name...BECAUSE WE HAVE A FUCKING NAME.
Now don't anyone get on my case defending Dutch or John- they are simply examples of the common behaviour shown in game (and mirrors irl). The point here is that Arthur, despite being a "bad man", does none of that.
He doesn't make sexual comments to any women, even Mary, who he is in love with.
He respects their choices and decisions.
He LISTENS to the girls in camp, Tilly being a great example. He admits he doesn't know much about her situation and listens to her as she worries how they are heading down south. And what's more? He swears to protect her. And stands by it.
Mary- oh...Mary. Say what you want about her. Whether you like her or hate her is irrelevant, because she does use Arthur. As Arthur puts it, "you call and I come". Arthur helps Mary without condition. He says a nasty thing or two about her father but with fair reason. And either way, if she asked him to give his life for her dad, he would. That's the kind of man he is.
I forgot who it was that said it, Mary-Beth, I think? But someone referred to Arthur as a sad poet. And that is damn right. Just flipping through his journal we get to read all of his innermost thoughts and worries. And despite being insulted by many people throughout the game as being stupid, Arthur is anything but. He is thoughtful. He is artistic. He is kind. He is loyal. He is respectful. He is clever.
He may not seem too bright at first- but that is not for lack of a brain, but rather, I believe, the fact that he finds it hard to articulate his words. At least, when speaking. The way he talks is quite different compared to how he writes. Which makes sense, given how writing your thoughts down gives you time to reflect.
There is such an endearing charm to Arthur Morgan that I find hard to describe. Part of it has to do with his shyness. Whenever a woman shows him any affection like a kiss on the forehead, he visibly gets embarrassed and shy, with a little smile. It kills me every time, it really does.
I'll stop now, because I could probably keep writing about why I love Arthur forever, and this was supposed to be a short post. But I will say it once more; Arthur Morgan should be the standard, not the exception.
And I will end this by leaving my favourite quote from the game, which I really feel sums up Arthur;
"Take a chance that love exists, and do a loving act."

Avengers Endgame reactions - part 1: tears + good stuff (spoilers, obviously)
1. Tears: Yes, I cried. So did the friends I went with. So did a bunch of other people in a relatively uncrowded theater. I cried through Natasha’s death. I started crying before Tony’s death in the middle of the battle, about the time he hugged Peter, because I knew what was coming. I also cried early on when Steve comes to visit Natasha and I realized that he had abandoned the Avengers entirely...more on this later.
2. Natasha/Black Widow: Natasha’s death was both more emotional and better than I expected. Someone on reddit commented that Nat’s death was another horrible misstep in portraying female characters in the MCU. The line that stuck with me was something like, “what is this? throw a woman off a cliff and get a prize?” I still think this is a legitimate criticism, especially because we have two “Sacrificial maiden” characters in the space of two movies. It seems gratuitous. But I freaking loved Nat’s final words to Clint about how she believes that even people who have done bad things have value, how she believes that Clint can make himself a better person again because he once believed that she was capable of making herself a better person. It was beautiful. I cried so hard, but I was so amazingly proud of Natasha, who was the badass leader of the Avengers when we first saw the five year time-skip. Nat is holding everyone together. Nat is coordinating the Avengers. She is the one who believes in everyone and is trying to do good in the world. Maybe she’s trying a little too hard. Maybe she’s a bit obsessive about it. But she is the true leader of the Avengers (Nat, not Steve).
3. Paul Rudd: God bless Paul Rudd for the much needed comic relief, the funny taco scene, the turning-into-a-baby scene, his conversation with Tony about time travel, just...everything. He was a breath of fresh air in otherwise oppressively melancholy moments.
4. “And I...am...Iron Man.” I knew this line, I knew the line he was responding to, I’d even seen the freakin’ gifs on tumblr. But it was still awesome. I still love it. I love that this one line invalidates everything that the giant-grape has said and literally reduces him and his abhorrent ideology to dust. But even more importantly, I adore that no one can take this away from Tony. He is Iron Man. Always! There is no “killing Iron Man” to give Tony his retirement because Iron Man is part of who he is. (I would prefer that he retired; this is still my ideal ending. But to give him a retirement without diminishing his identity as Iron Man would have been difficult to do...it’s totally possible, but difficult...probably too difficult for these writers/directors to pull off successfully. Yes, I am dissing the Russos and Markus/McFeely. Get used to it because this won’t be the last time). So the triumphant declaration of who he is and his role as a hero is perfect. The giant-grape-nazi never gets to reply. Tony has the last word... as he should. It echoes Tony’s other two most important endings.
“The truth is...I am Iron Man.”
“You can take away my house, all my tricks and toys, but one thing you can’t take away...I am Iron Man.”
No one can change who he is or take that away from him. He is the Strongest Avenger, the Heart and Soul of the team and of this franchise, the Smartest Avenger, the most selfless one, the one with the biggest heart, the one who changes and grows the most... He wins the moral victory as well as the physical one. Tony just... wins. He wins it all.
5. RDJ: This man is both smoking hot and an amazing actor who conveys so much with every single look, with a quirk of an eyebrow, with his expressive eyes, with his stance and his body language... It will truly diminish the whole franchise not to have his talent and his presence in these films anymore.
6. Nebula: Everything about Nebula is amazing. I realized halfway through the movie that none of the spoilers I remembered reading conclusively said whether she lived or died and I panicked--thank goodness she survived! I love everything about her: the paper football game, her tenderness when she picks Tony up off the floor, her obvious camaraderie with Rhodey, her emotional appeals to past-Gamora, and the way she doesn’t hesitate to kill her old self--obviously showing that she rejects all of those old beliefs and mistakes and is ready to live as a new person. I’m not a big fan of the previous Guardians movies, but I’ll watch the next one just for Nebula. Bonus points for Nebula’s response to Gamora’s incredulity that she would hook up with Quill: “It was either him or a tree.”
7. Rhodey: I love Rhodey all the time. But I will always cherish the way he calls Quill an idiot within one minute of seeing him (just like Tony calls Quill a dipshit the first time they meet. Tony and Rhodey are best friends and it shows). Rhodey knocking Quill out made me actually cheer. And then there was the “What’s up regular-sized man?” moment. So good. I loved that he’s essentially Natasha’s right-hand man in the early parts of the movie. I wish he had more interactions with Tony, but we get him hovering over injured Tony, gathering around Tony’s sickbed and reporting to the Avengers (because only the Iron-Family are allowed in Tony’s sick room...well, and Bruce, I guess, since Rhodey says that Bruce gave Tony a sedative). Actually, this leads me to...
8. The “Iron Family”: I won’t lie: this could have been, and should have been, done way better. But we do see Tony’s family, the characters from the Iron Man films, rally around Tony in a way that is separate from the Avengers. We see the entire Iron-Family (Pepper, Rhodey, Happy, and Morgan) together in the house when they listen to Tony’s message. Rhodey is crying. Happy is doing everything possible to take care of Morgan. They get their quiet moment as just the Iron Family...no avengers needed. This is a small acknowledgement, and I wanted a lot more, but I’m grateful we got at least this.

OK KO Let's Be Heroes TKO
Well I've watched it and checked for well on TV.
I'm gonna tell you this and their will be spoilers in this. Yet I did miss a bit of the first part but that might of been mostly the intro and a little bit of the beginning. Because I was watching some videos waiting and it's Film Gob a new channel I seem to really like yet it makes me think.
But I didn't think I miss much. Including my mom, my cousin T's baby, bro, and dad came back from this party the 2nd part where I paused on well still the start of the 2nd part but KO of how he was acting like. Because decided to say hi to my dad and mom and that baby so I wouldn't be surprised.
Honestly felt a bit tense or weird because didn't wanna anyone bothering me. Yet I'll talk about the episode now. Along with other stuff.
I really did like this special. Including from what I seen it's the first in a way special. While the first two episodes basically make up of one story. This is one that's not divided into two episodes. So it's a special I just wanted to inform people now okay I sound stupid sorry.
But again I really enjoyed it. Will say first it was quite silly and I think chuckled is the right word for it at times or a quiet laugh. Basically for a first special episode it's very nice. Including some other stuff with it as I talk a bit in depth about it.
I'll just talk about the story a bit. Basically from the promos of this special. Someone wants to help KO reach more of his full power. Which results and this was teased in, "Face Your Fear" his dark side. Including this honestly a lot of the other episodes had serious moments with some emotion. Yet okay not the first because other episodes have teased certain stories. But this is where it gets a bit more serious.
Such as KO releasing his dark side and becoming a dark version of himself named TKO which is the name of the episode. At first it seems a bit cool with Rad and Enid but it turns sour including Carol worries a bit too.
Then it results in TKO trashing a shit ton of the plaza. Including will mention his first appearance to his friends is basically destroying a giant version of Darrell.
I will mention the show while quite light hearted and I'm trying to make sense and not twist my words. Their are moments where you feel for the characters. Including this episode deals with the idea of KO feeling like he's not gonna be the hero he seriously wants to be, and thinking he's being talked down too. When he becomes TKO it effects his friends and family. Yet nothing extreme I sound stupid saying that basically okay not murder or...he wants to destroy them okay we will go with that line.
Including who helps him reach this low is I think mysterious stranger they littertly called him. Before the episode aired I had a stupid theory that just the voice itself sounded a bit like Steven Ogg who voices Professor Venomous in this show. Yet it could be the same voice actor. Okay I don't know if the credits pass they also go by real fast. Honestly it seems to be different character including the chin and face a bit. Mainly I wanted to be sure of who it was. Really it's meant to well yeah keep the character mysterious until later. Which sets that up in the end.
Also what's quite nice and it goes with the episode. The whole focus thing and that's it's a long road for KO to become a hero. Including when he realizes going this route but basically in his head theirs two sides of him. His regular self who we know and love and this dark side version of him named TKO and when he realizes in a way his dark side goes too far. He and TKO start fighting in his mind. In ends with KO remembering what is mom said about focus and other stuff and winning.
Again it was really nice. Including the funny moments. Honestly some of them stick out such as Rad's moments. Him being emotional being rejected by TKO and the whole stuff when he goes against TKO he's gets punched so hard. He goes through the plaza roof and up in orbit like Enid says and falls to the ground in a cater however it's spelt saying my skeleton. Which catches the attendance of the skeleton and bear who's names I don't fully know sorry but can't remember. Then the 2nd time gets his ass beat when TKO breaks out and grabs his finger lazer again slamming him in the ground now wanting to stay down.
Then we also have Mr. Gar honestly I feel he's level 11 and could take on TKO even when TKO starts trashing the plaza where is he at.
Yet I feel like he might not want to hurt KO. Also TKO is pretty freakin powerful just taking out a giant robot very quickly.
Basically the moment is Mr. Gar yells out very nervously saying he loves KO's mom it's silly. Yet Carol tells him it's not that thing.
Also a bit of the how TKO acts a bit when he's first around which Enid likes at first but soon realizes something is wrong.
Okay I did talk about the episode a whole lot sorry. But I did enjoy it. I have thought really I should see the other airing of it later to maybe understand more of it.
I honestly really did enjoy bit. Including remember during the episode of how it was handled. I'm guessing I recommend me it's a tv show and I'm thinking most fans are gonna see it. Okay I'm sounding stupid it's not a movie.
Now about the other thing before this. I had thought of a stupid theory I think before the episode might of gotten promoted but forgot. Including it's silly yet stupid along with...I some what hate it because I feel it isn't right. Along with honestly this is Ian's show and anyone else who works on it.
I was thinking of my early years as a SU fan thinking of ideas and over time. Honestly with SU no hate. But I agree with some reasons why people aren't liking the show as much. Including in a way was thinking a show like Wander Over Yonder made me happy and I feel OK KO is impressing me more. Also the whole they are already setting up stuff or just stuff isn't getting dragged along that's the thing.
Sorry I'm getting off topic. This is not my show I really enjoy it and it's Ian's show and other people's not mine. I will try to understand and respect certain choices they make unless just I'm sounding stupid. Basically I will try to understand what they might do later one. Okay sorry but back to the stupid theory.
The stupid theory of mine is about KO's dad of how Carol doesn't wanna talk about him because it's grown up stuff and the weird flashback that's been shown three times even Mr. Gar has mentioned it in, "Face Your Fear" the stupid theory is imagine if KO's dad is actually a villain or a hero turned villain.
Basically Carol had sex and some nice time with a villain or a hero before he became a villain.
Mainly I thought of this because yeah the whole grown up stuff thing and KO's very young despite...I think Ian made his age weird and even thought he did that on purpose. But also the dark side thing. Honestly anyone could have a dark side yet in a way how KO's dark side is portrayed with TKO is portrayed something a bit more. Yet I could be wrong I'll admit that.
Really I thought of this theory as stupid and funny. Imagine the voice actor I'm being silly I have thought of Jeffery Dean Morgan, Clancy Brown, and Tim Curry. But mostly I thought I thought of how it would go his dad's totally cool but turns out he's real fucking douchebag who's also a villain. Along with he's a villain none of the other villains wanna talk about because as a joke but also going off against Lord Boxman's line in, "We're Captured" forgot the title where he says he's a villain not a monster. But the theory is KO's dad is a literal monster which is why everyone hates him.
Including other shit I keep thinking he's like went insane and became God damn Doomsday...from Superman...I like Doomsday.
Really I thought of this theory as silly and stupid I will say okay it's a bit predictable or maybe I saw a reblogged post by someone I follow who likes Lapis about the post saying something possibly might have happened to KO's dad.
Including just...it's kind of dark yet fucked up almost left ducked.
Really I wanted to mention that yet it was kind of long. But I feel it might contribute to this like relate to it oh stomach. I thought about talking about it before the special aired but I wanted wait if the theory could have some weight to it. Yet I don't know it sounds like fan fiction of mine. Honestly oh head fan fiction isn't bad yet I'm just thinking would they have the balls to do that. I'm sounding stupid really okay if they want or if they have plans it's a stupid theory of mine. Because I honestly quite like how light hearted the show is. That seems to be the direction they are going. If they wanna go in a more serious direction or they seem to planning on it I'll respect that.
Really I like the show a lot. It's just the stupid theory and KO is such a nice kid the idea imagine his father is like a litteral douchebag a villain that even other villains hates. That's going a bit too far it's like saying we have our mind villain that kind of sucks. Okay I'm sorry I'm going on too long. Yet again I wanted to share that and I feel with the special it would be the right time.
Also they said theirs new episodes each day the I gonna check all of them. So alright I looked and say down no new episodes tommorow on the HD channel it doesn't say on tv. It's where the showings air first.
Theirs no new episodes from 10 am to 11am and 3:30 to 4:00 pm. They said new episodes on Friday yet it showcased Teen Titans Go honestly that would make sense. Honestly I'm just telling you guys in case if your interested. Yet I could be wrong it's best to check whatever guide on TV or what Cartoon Network says or some shit.
Looked at the tags I mean theirs a blue line under the hash tag I checked three times I think. I'm guessing it will show it. But I just wanna post this so I some what trust this. I'm hoping it works. Anyway oh head good episode. Honestly I enjoyed it I'm sorry for talking too muxh

Review: Sweep Volume 1 (Spoilers!)
Tumblr media
Hello friends! If this is the first post of mine that you are reading, welcome! If you have already read my spoiler free version of this review and are back for the spoiler version, thanks for coming back! This makes only my second post, so this is still all very new to me. I hope you enjoy anyways!
This will be a review of Volume 1 of the Sweep series by Cate Tiernan, and it is jam packed with spoilers! Volume 1 includes The Book of Shadows, The Coven, and Blood Witch. If you haven’t read this volume yet, then get out of here! You’ve been warned!
Okay, so here we go. I don’t even know where to start with this volume! I guess right from the beginning. So Wicca. It’s pretty freakin’ cool. As I mentioned in my other review, when I first read this series I was so interested in Wicca that I studied it more on my own. Everything it stands for is so pure and beautiful and I was completely fascinated. Tiernan does an amazing job making us feel like we’re learning right along with Morgan. While the writing style of the book isn’t my favorite, I think it overall does a great job describing everything from Morgan’s point of view.
Bree breaking off her friendship with Morgan over all was probably what surprised me most about The Book of Shadows. I mean, come on Bree! Cal can’t be worth ending a 12-year friendship, right? Wrong! She totally goes through with it, and I don’t blame Morgan one bit for being angry and hurt and lashing out at Bree. The things Bree continues to say and do throughout the next two books definitely irks me, and I wish they would talk it out and move on in the friendship. But you know, Bree getting in with potential baddies might make that a bit harder. More on the possible foes later!
And then there is Cal. As a high schooler when I first read this series, I definitely swooned hard core for Cal. I thought he was dreamy and wonderful and everything any girl deserved from a boyfriend. Now that I’m 23 and not a teenage girl anymore, I realize that Cal is actually a bit much. Like how can you seriously already be dropping the L-bomb when you two barely know each other and you just kissed her literally a day ago! I’m not down for that at all. But putting all of that aside, Morgan and Cal are pretty cute together, and I like how supportive he is on Morgan learning more about herself and growing as a witch.
Robbie is a character I haven’t quite gotten a feel for yet as of the end of book three, but I think he is a supportive friend to both Morgan and Bree and I can tell he loves them both a lot (and he love Bree a lot a lot). He forgives Morgan quickly after she uses him as a guinea pig for her first spell, and that seriously a good friend right there. Although I doubt he would have been as forgiving if she would have done something to make his face look worse instead of better.
Morgan finding out she was adopted didn’t really surprise me all that much. I think there was a lot of foreshadowing that hinted towards her adoption and the reveal wasn’t as revealing as it could have been. Nevertheless, in added that extra layer of suspense and wonder to the books, making us want to know more right along with Morgan. And when she uncovers Maeve’s Book of Shadows (BOS) and we learn we’ve been reading excerpts from it for the whole book! That was great. I really enjoy how Tiernan weaves others into each chapter by including BOS entries, even if we don’t quite know who those characters actually are yet (who is Sgàth?! And Giomanach?!).
Okay so book three. We were previously introduced to Sky and Hunter right at the end of book two, but we don’t know much about them yet. They begin to play a much bigger role is Blood Witch, where we see them emerge at those possible baddies I mentioned earlier. Bree and Raven have left Cirrus to join Sky’s new coven, and we learn she asked Bree to give her a piece of Morgan’s hair. And Hunter just starts showing up randomly, throwing all this information, truths or lies, at Morgan trying to get her away from Cal. It’s hard to tell at this point whether these two are truly the “bad guys.” We haven’t known Cal all that long, and Hunter was obviously telling the truth about some things (brothers?!) so we don’t know for sure what else could be true.
Then we get to Morgan’s 17th birthday celebration. She is still pretty nervous about getting intimate with Cal, and I’m totally with her there. She still barely knows him! It’s only November people! They’ve known each other for barely three months and are already using the L-word! I’m not against doing it whenever you want with whomever you want after whatever length of time you’re comfortable with, but obviously Morgan cares a lot about her first time and has every right to decide when she is ready to take that step. Cal’s snippy reply when she turns him down definitely peeved me a little, but he makes up for it by having that circle for two.
But then Hunter shows up! Dun, dun, dun!!! Epic showdown time! Okay, it wasn’t all that epic, but seeing the fight between Cal and Hunter had been something we were all waiting for the entire book, so I was satisfied they got around to beating each other. And then Morgan throws the athame at him and Cal pushes him over the cliff! Like wow, that got dark real quick. And that’s how the end the book! We have been left with so many questions!
Is Hunter dead? Why was he trying to bring Cal in to the International Council of Witches in the first place? Less important, but is Cal Morgan’s mùirn beatha dàn? What did Sky want with Morgan’s hair? I could go on and on! Good thing there’s 12 more books and they are already all on my bookshelf!
Disclaimer: As I mentioned, I originally read this series about 10 years ago when I was in high school. So I do know everything about this series. I am rereading them again now though, and I am writing these reviews as if I was experiencing it for the first time again.
If you read my about me or my spoiler free review, you already know all about my Liters of Tears Meter, a scale of 1-10 that I use to rank the amount of tears I shed for a certain book. Since this volume is just getting into the nitty gritty of the series, I didn’t quite shed any tears, so volume 1 ranks a 0 on the Liters of Tears Meter, although I expect some to come later on ;)
