Top five suits? Cos that one in the Magic Man tent is a whole ass gender
oh, EXCELLENT question. you’re in luck, i have much to say about this, in particular.
1: world’s saddest clown.
Tumblr media
i’ve gone on record to say that this is my favorite saul goodman look of all, and that stands true. grouchiest, most broken clown you’ve ever seen and i love him all the more for it.
2: magic man.
Tumblr media
the orange is such a vibe, truly, and i’m a sucker for a monochromatic palette. you’re right, this is a whole gender, and among his best looks.
3: deserves a lil treat.
Tumblr media
i’m obsessed with this one, actually. purple has always been my favorite color, and the tie, omg. the pattern and varying textures and the pocket square to match, literally a fashion icon.
4: bisexual matlock.
Tumblr media
he’s so cute here, 🤧 was a huge fan of the cream matlock suits, this one’s undoubtedly my favorite iteration to date. and heightened by the fact that he refers to beneke as “johnny fabulous” while he stands there dressed like that,
5: king of complementary.
Tumblr media
i love this? unironically? again, love a bright orange and the pinstripes contrasting the paisley, and the pops of lighter blues and whites. fun! really, there are so many looks from this season that are maybe borderline ugly, but that their costume folks manage to make look kinda cool? beyond admirable.
honorable mentions:
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
i see a man is well-tailored blacks / grays and i go absolutely insane, what about it. and so what if lalo’s isn’t technically a suit, i audibly moaned seeing him in that turtleneck the first time, how could i not include it.

i saw your bdubs o.o, maybe grain as a bird???
Tumblr media
from what i’ve seen people always give him parrot wings because of those pesky birds in HC Season 7, but thought I might go a different route with a Chaffinch! Not only are they native to the UK, a lot of the colors match blocks Grian likes to build with (the light blue might be a stretch, but I’m a sucker for complementary colors anyways)!
The Grian/Grain situation is still funny to me after years of watching him :) at least you didn’t spell it groan like someone did on the Allstars MCC stream lol
thanks for the ask!

The less common pop culture dragon review (multiple heads) part 1
(While you may call these hydras... well the OG hydra has no legs and is mindfuckingly poisonus, and most of the dragons in pop culture with multiple heads aren’t that. Zmey aren’t all that good a category name either since zmey are kinda weird, don’t necessarily have multiple heads, and from my research lean more into the shapeshifting and weather control/magic magic stuff)
Barf & Belch the Hideous Zippleback from How To Train Your Dragon
Tumblr media
10/10. Lovely goofy design with a delightfully low slung lizardy body/stance. They each have their own tail too. Very good colorful markings. Also they’re shown to be pretty smart, having a solid understanding of physics and tools.
Nakarkos from Monster Hunter Generations
Tumblr media Tumblr media
9/10. A liar! The extra heads are fakes! Very good glowy and grim design with the beak adding a hint of cuteness. This dragon is a cephalopod-like critter. It also shoots death lasers! Unfortunately we don’t get to see its whole body.
Hydra from Disney’s Hercules
Tumblr media
4/10. Loses some points for being a version of the Hydra with legs. Tho, it apparently only has a pair of arms. The details are very murky and I couldn’t get a good read on the facial features.
King Ghidorah from the Godzilla franchise
Tumblr media Tumblr media
6/10. I can’t really say that I’m much of a fan of live action kaiju stuff, especially not the Japanese side of the Godzilla franchise but! There are several things that I like about this dragon. I am a sucker for multi-headed dragons having multiple tails too and I think not having the same number of tails and heads is a good call. I like his strange fan wings, they’re very distinct. I also like that doofy little crescent shaped middle horn some of his designs have. I’m actually not a fan of his new design in that recent live action movie since they took away the bits that make him distinct. Also this bastard is an evil shiny space dragon which is fun.
Yamata no Orochi in Nioh
Tumblr media Tumblr media
7/10. Very imposing and combines big imposing dragon with massive fuck off snake rather well. It might juts be the lighting but the belly looks red which is an aspect that a lot of adaptions of Orochi leave out. Unfortunately I can’t find the full body image to see if it has the 8 tails as well.
Hydreigon from Pokemon
Tumblr media
8/10. I love this goth bitch. Its lesser heads are just hand puppets, like there’s a whole elbow in those necks. The multiple ribbon thin wings are a nice touch. But wtf is going on with those legs? They look vestigial.
Snout & Peepers from Magi-Nation
Tumblr media Tumblr media
5/10. Would rate higher if their body was more interesting. I do like how different but complementary the designs of these two are. And also how they’re treated as two people who happen to have a body they have to share.
Lady Dimitrescu from Resident Evil 8
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
9/10. This lady is a fucking fungal vampire dragon centaur that spits clouds of flesh eating flies! SHe’s also a pretty neat Dracula shoutout. Human form is well dressed, tall as heck, and nicely curvy. I would rate her higher if she weren’t so pale.
The Eborsisk from Willow
Tumblr media Tumblr media
10/10. That’s so hideous and saggy I love it. Apparently a troll turned into a dragon via a botched spell, said spell causing the troll to turn fucking inside out at first. I love the jowls and lumpy nose and multiple teeny hind legs. Also like the big beefy turtle-like front legs.

Jon/Gerry/Martin from TMA
Or Ruby/Emerald from RWBY for the ship ask
Okay you get both! Thank you for the opportunity to talk about two of my recent hyperfixation fandoms lol. Ruby/Emerald who’s the cuddler: Initally Ruby, but that changes over a long period of time, Emerald once completely comfortable is the cuddler.
who makes the bed: Neither of them do, messy blankets4lyfe
who wakes up first: Ruby, girl wtf how do you get out of bed so quickly.
who has the weird taste in music: Emerald, I mean she lived on the streets and then with the weirdest fucked up group of people for quite a while so she knows exclusively niche indie stuff.
who is more protective: Both can be, but Ruby is more likely to put herself into danger (stupidly) to protecc. Emerald is better at subtle threats to those who threaten Ruby.
who sings in the shower: Ruby, loudly and at the oddest hours possible.
who cries during movies: Emerald simply because there's so many movies she hasn't seen that she isn't immune to the emotional climax moments.
who spends the most while out shopping: Ruby, she's just not quite as good at shoplifting (but she's learning!)
who kisses more roughly: Huh I hadn't even thought about this before but I sorta headcanon that kissing isn't a big thing in their relationship? I universally headcanon Ruby as a biter, but that's just me.
who is more dominate: They are pretty good at switching that up as per each other's needs.
my rating of the ship from 1-10: 8/10 Apparently I do ship Ruby with all characters of complementary colors to her :/// oops Jon/Gerry/Martin who’s the cuddler: They all are, but Jon is most *grabby hands* about it.
who makes the bed: Gerry does actually
who wakes up first: Jon does, technically because his brain just has an internal alarm clock for 'go to work' but he has learned how to go back to sleep. Martin is first out of bed these days.
who has the weird taste in music: Gerry and Jon can vibe about weird music taste. Martin is in the corner listening to Enya
who is more protective: This is a triad of protective in different ways though Jon and Martin mutually get their feathers particularly ruffled if something happens to Gerry.
who sings in the shower: Jon (look I'm a sucker for the 'the mechanisms existed in tma stuff)
who cries during movies: Gerry does the least, sucker refuses to wear properly waterproof eyeliner. Jon has cried watching nature documentaries- the hyper empathy is Intense. Martin cries at a well done meaningful emotional moment in most movies.
who spends the most while out shopping: Depends on where they're shopping, but if it's grocery shopping then it's Martin. It didn't used to be, he's recovering from the 'I don't deserve nice things' mentality and now buys nice stuff for himself and partners.
who kisses more roughly: Jon bites, like a lot? Neither of them mind it Martin is rough only if in public where he can show off just a lil Gerry's the most consistently mid-level amount actually, he's go with the flow.
who is more dominate: Martin, but in that service top way that they don't even realize how much they're submitting most of the time.
my rating of the ship from 1-10: 7/10 it is very good but hasn't been on my radar a whole lot. Polyam good, Gerry good, all of this is good.

I know this is going to be a little lazy but do you hsve any gil related crack ship for the ask game? In my case is gil/altera and gil / nero feel free to use this to if you don't have any
I...don't? :0 That's actually...kinda odd. I only mainly ship Gil with Enkidu and Arturia. And of course, in my dearest OT3 dynamic. I generally find it rather difficult to ship him with anyone else because he is just so complicated as a character.
Imma answer for Gil/Nero, but take this with a grain of salt as y'all know how I like to view things from a more serious POV.
Why don't you ship it?
Y'know, technically, I ship this platonically. Like as really good friends, especially because I think they have a commonality in vanity and the showmanship and flair that comes with that quality.
In fact, I think that Gilgamesh and Nero are rather similar in respect to their attitude, but arrive at such a demeanor through different reasons. (Like for example, you add 2 + 2 or multiply 2 x 2 and arrive at the same answer = 4. The answer is the same, but the process is different.) But while similarities can form the basis of a good relationship at times, they can also be cause for a difficult one.
Parallels?
They're so similar when you meet them as Servants. Both prideful to a fault, both haughty, both pretty vain. But the similarities end at surface level, because like I said, they arrive at that state through different means.
Nero's self-assurance (and this is my interpretation of her character) comes from a place of a need for validation. If from no one else, then from herself. Her character and attitude toward her past reflect that, because despite her numerous attempts at winning over the public, it seems she can understand why her people weren't on her side at the end.
Gilgamesh's is sourced in the actual fact that there is none other like him. He was literally the first king. But that aside, as what we know from FZ, he isn't plagued by the same insecurities about his rule as Nero here. Anyway, onto more things they have in common:
They're both selfish lovers.
I'm not sure when exactly but I think Nero does describe her love as being selfish at some point (I'm not a Nero expert), but we can derive that from her lore, because while she gave her best to serve the Romans, she expected their love in return.
Gilgamesh, well, is Gilgamesh. One of his main themes as a character is greed. He is a collector of weapons, treasures, and pleasures. A taker more than a giver.
Combined with the previous analysis, we get a relationship where both parties are expecting "love" from the other, but with a bit of an imbalance. Nero would essentially go through a repeat of her experiences, giving so much love out with a constant expectation that it would be given back tenfold. Gilgamesh (especially the Archer version of him) is in a place where he knows he deserves this kind of love just for being who he is, so to him this behavior is expected. And while a relationship like that could work for a while, eventually Nero is going to want her payout.
What would have made you like it?
I think if they were a little less similar it would be easier for me to ship them together. As it is, they kind of bring the same qualities to the table. They have similar attitudes, a similar fixation (Gil is to "treasure" as Nero is to "beauty"), and even the same red gold color scheme. Nero just has the added attribute of being human, which makes her easier to relate to and to like.
Also, I'm a bit of sucker for either "complementary" or "opposites-attract" type ships, which both require a little more dissonance in character for them to work. And the reason I like such dynamics is because they offer a chance for all the characters involved to improve, develop, and grow through interacting with each other. With Gil and Nero, I don't really see that as much as I see how they could stagnate.
Despite not shipping it, do you have anything positive to say about it?
Like I said I do ship this platonically, and I do believe they have a similar dynamic to Gil and Ozy that just hasn't been explored enough yet. Plus, they have the potential for a lot of comic relief stemming from misunderstandings and a lot of misplaced confidence in their own talents.
I may not be the right writer to explore this particular ship's potential, but there's definitely someone out there who can make this work. :)

 Zone 5 Quarantine Fair!
@killjoynest
gangs | neutrals
yes i know the context i was supposed to take this in. fuck it. neutrals aren’t worth my time. yes ik this is late i’m sorry i just wanted to write poison bein a nerd
Yeah, Party Poison’s kinda the leader of the Fab Four. Unbelievable, undefeatable, trigger-happy (did they really shoot their ex once?), vicious, whatever you want to call them, the bottom line is, they got a reputation here, and it’s not quite the reputation Mama’d like. Of all the many, many things they are, good with kids isn’t really one of them.
They’re.. nice enough, though, ‘n even if they never really spend time with the Girl, like the rest of them do, they’d easily fight to the death for her. But that’s all they’re meant for, fighting and anger and rebellion. It’s better to leave the kindness to Jet and Kobra and Cherri. She’ll grow up soon enough, and they figure she’ll get tough soon enough without them helping. Not yet, though, maybe.
They’re hiding behind the diner, sitting on the ground in the morning sun and scratching out a rough plan for a raid on shitty paper, when they feel someone tap them on the head. It’s Jet, which is fairly normal, but the Girl’s standing behind him, shifting from foot to foot, like she’s scared or something. There’s a wide smile on Jet’s face as he motions to the Girl to sit down. “She wanted to learn about colors.” Poison looks at him suspiciously.
“Figured you’d know more about it than me.” He shrugs, like it’s no big deal that he’s leaving them alone with a tiny child that they could potentially fuck up and expecting them to teach her things, and then he’s gone, leaving them alone with the Girl. She’s standing hesitantly, looking at the sand.
Well fuck.
Poison hesitantly motions for her to sit down, and she does, craning her head to look at their notebook. They smile a little.
“Just plans. Nothin’ cool.” They shift, pulling a beat-up tin of markers out of their jacket pocket. “Alright, kid. Whattyawannaknow?” She shrugs. “Everything.”
They sigh. This’ll be interesting, at best. “M’kay. First, see, this is called a color wheel. You know all the colors, yeah? We’re gonna fill this sucker up with all the colors, but in a specific pattern. Like a rainbow.” They sketch as they speak, drawing a rough circle with sloppy spokes through it, then carefully handing the Girl the markers. “So, see, these three, right here, they’re called the primary colors. Cause you can make any color you want outta them. Just gotta add them together,” they draw a yellow stripe, and then a blue stripe, “and they make anything you want.” She nods seriously, then points at the red.
“What if you add this one?”
Poison laughs. “If you add red to that, you’re gonna get brown, huh? Brown’s cool too. And if you blend red with blue, it’ll make purple. Like sunset.” They keep talking, their hands moving quickly over the paper as they demonstrate how shading works, the difference between complementary colors and supplementary colors. As they talk, half-buried memories, faded, like everything becomes after too long in the sun, rise to the back of their head. Memories of painting, constrained and limited and censored, black-and-white, but still as beautiful as they could make.
They show the Girl the difference between secondary colors and tertiary colors, and as they talk, they remember learning all this shit for themself. How that was their first act of rebellion, committed for art’s sake; stealing a color wheel, bartering with friends and teachers and shop-owners for half-used tubes of shitty gouache paint that smelled horrible but were bright, so full of life and energy that they felt alive in their hands, saving whatever ripped-out comic book pages and colored photographs they could, pinning them to their wall at night.
The Girl points to a scrubby bush in the distance, gray-brown against the desert sand. “How do those colors work? Why are they so boring?”
Poison follows her motion. “Y’mean the grayish ones? That aren’t bright?”
She nods enthusiastically. “Yeah, those ones!”
They hesitate. Part of them wants to brush the question away, say, ‘those are lame, forget about them,’ say that anything that’s not passionate and brilliant isn’t worth her time, but really, they can’t, as much as they want to.
“Those ones, they’re called neutral colors. Neutral tones. They’re not as bright as some of the other colors, but they’re still pretty.” They shift, digging through their pockets for a set of colored charcoal stubs, soft shades of brown and green and gray. “You get those by adding a tiny bit of black, or gray, maybe, to some bright color. They’re really good for making something look peaceful, or natural, kinda. Like the cacti, y’know that shade of green? How it’s all dusty? That’s a neutral color.” They point to her faded blue shirt. “So’s that one.”
The Girl looks down at their paper, draws an experimental line with the brown charcoal. “Dunno if I like those ones as much. ‘S’like they took all the color away.”
Poison laughs. “Yeah, they’re not as, I guess, as alive as the rest of ‘em, you know what I mean?”
She nods. “’S weird. But they’re still pretty! I bet they get lonely a lot. Cause none of the Killjoys like them, cause they’re not bright.” She shrugs. “I like them, though. They look like the desert. Hey, how do you make lighter colors?”
They grin and flip to a new page. “Well, they work like this, see?”
The Girl shifts closer, resting her chin on their shoulder.
*jet laughing smugly in the distance*

Lair Review for JuniaEnigma
we have 7 dragons here for Junia~ Under the cut
@juniaenigmafr
Right off the bat I just want to mention that it looks like you have put so much thought and care into designing each and every dragon in your lair. They all look so unique and personable in their own way, so it was definitely hard choosing seven. I did include a bonus dragon near the end c:
Louhetar
Tumblr media
Louhetar immediately drew me in. the accent choice is stunning and gives great contrast to her reds and grays. I want to admire the sheer amount of spikes we get not only from her silhouette as a ridgeback, but with her bramble mantle item. It’s so hard to believe she’s only wearing 6 apparel items, because you have made the most of the space by including your accent as well. The little snippet of lore in her bio gives us just a taste of her personality-- and honestly I’m hooked.
Yule
Tumblr media
With Yule, I want to point out how the use of white stained to make pthalo a muted wintery palette is genius. Muted is exactly the feeling we get in winter when the snow dampens sound and everything has frosted over, and Yule encapsulates that perfectly. As for his Lore I really like how you’ve intertwined it with other dragons-- Brei and a nocturne hatchling. And his job where he sells mistletoe and hot cocoa gives me a sense of just how warm and welcoming Yule is. The muted browns in his color palette really do remind me of a nice, milky cocoa.
Aker
Tumblr media
I may have a soft spot for Wildclaws, but Aker just blows me away. The dusty moonlit accent just puts me RIGHT into a western setting with Aker. The hair and roses really remind me of Kissin’ Kate Barlow from the movie Holes-- not sure if you were going for that vibe with Aker, but that character is near and dear to my nostalgia, so Aker’s design is just as bad ass. It may be such a minor detail, but I really enjoy the blue eye and how it just contrasts nicely with this dragon. A very well done dragon indeed.
Matcha
Tumblr media
Matcha is a busy dragon, and I mean that in the BEST way possible. It works because it’s all so cohesive. She’s so intricate that I could honestly stare at her for hours and keep finding details that I love about her. And I really like how her pistachio matches with her gladegift ambassador familiar! The two are definitely peas in a pod. And omg she’s a wlw dragon <3 Honestly your little lore/personality snippets are giving me so much life. Matcha is a true blessing.
Spicy
Tumblr media
Oh my goodness what can I say about this lad. I’m a complete sucker for complementary colors. Spicy really brings the heat! Blue is also great for this guy because blue flames burn hotter. I’m absolutely losing my mind over everything about this dragon. I LOVE how the little lava droplets on the accent dip down into the underside of the tail. The little blue gem on the forehead and the lanterns really bring together his whole theme and I love imagining him at his little tavern with his partner playing the lute. I’m not crying I swear
Prisca
Tumblr media
I am always blown away by users who take xyz colored dragons and turn them into something as eye-catching as Prisca. Honey, she has the RANGE. She looks like she could kill me, get away with it, and leave no trace behind except for the sweet fragrance of roses. Her design is deadly without sacrificing femininity and, excuse me while I pick my jaw off the floor, I’m 100% here for it.
Fey
Tumblr media
Fey’s design is just so fun to look at. The Metallic/Alloy reminds me of the silky fabric that they use for halloween costumes, and of course the use of orange ghost to get those lovely purples in is *chefs kiss* icing on the halloween themed cake. I also really enjoy your use of the Riot vulture and Autumn leaves, it really just drives this whole look home. And with Fey being a Mpose Tundra, we get that mischievous side eye look that I love so much. This dragon is such a treat.
Honorable mention: Helmimarja
Tumblr media
Glancing at the lore, Helmimarja makes an EXCELLENT looking gatekeeper. I’m in love with the laying of the halos and the skin is an absolute stunner. Great work with Helmimarja, it was so hard not to include this dragon in my above picks, so I just had to give him a shout-out. Thank you, JuniaEnigma for allowing me to dive deep into your lair to view all these stunning dragons!

Lair Review for nevvermore #132590
Buckle up, folks, because this review is a doozy! Over 30 dragons, and ALL OF MY LOVE. As is par for the course when we’re talking reviews. ♥
Tumblr media
I absolutely had to start with Morrigan, partly because I wrote her lore for you, and partly because I’m such a sucker for that gold/brown aesthetic. Back in 2017, I was this close to moving to Earth instead of Light, if that tells you anything about my aesthetic preferences. But I also really love that little pop of Shadow around her head! It ties in well to her heritage, and sticks out very neatly!
Plus, she’s ambitious as hell and I adore her for that. ♥
Tumblr media
Blue-green and brown is another outstanding combo, and Silail wears it so very, very well! I don’t know anything else about her beyond the implications in Morrigan’s lore (yes, I did notice they’re sisters!), but I’m in love with her anyhow. She just has this very fluid grace to her, and I also think you picked a perfect skin. Plus, Imperials can be super hard to dress, but you’ve pulled it off so well here! Great work on this gal!
Tumblr media
Akatsuki is a perfect example of a subtle accent taking a dragon to the next level. Without that Trick of the Light skin, I think his mane would look way too flat, making him a lot more dull over all. This skin, though, adds some brightness and depth in a way that works really well! Plus, I love that he looks like a Fire dragon or Fire-adjacent at first glance, but he’s actually got Ice eyes!
Tumblr media
First of all, I love this skin so much. I’ve got it slapped on one of my own Water dragons, and I just adore the way it works. More importantly, though, I’m impressed with how you dealt with Neptune’s tert! Normally, I wouldn’t love Thicket paired with Blue and Teal, but the lantern apparel actually does a huge amount of legwork here. It makes it seem like the green of her tert is actually a result of the lantern’s light, a little bit of ambiance on your deep sea friend. Great work dressing her!
Tumblr media
What can I say about Felix except that he looks SO HUGGABLE? Seriously, I just wanna give him a big hug. That skin is absolutely adorable, and it’s making me like a male snapper, which I find hard to do a lot of the time. The big boy beans are typically not my favorite. But this boy? Best boy.
Tumblr media
I feel like a big chunk of this review is going to be me commenting on your A+ skin and accent usage. Sparkplug is deceptively simple without much apparel, but I really, really like the accent, and the implications it has for a dragon that (I presume) is part of your flight reps. Did she build it herself? What happened that she needed prosthetics? Or is it armor? I’d love to know more!
Also, Lightning unusual eyes are SUCH a pretty shade of blue.
Tumblr media
Again, you’ve got another blue dragon here with a green range tert, but I think I’m fixing on the accent. It’s so cute, all those little shells stuck to Terpsichore, and it makes me wonder if they’re decoration, or if she’s just that lovable to shellfish and can’t bring herself to peel them off.
Unlike Neptune, who you’ve dressed super well and pulled off an odd tert for, I don’t think I care much for Pistachio paired with Periwinkle and Twilight. That said, I love that you managed to make a purple range secondary look blue for cohesiveness!
Tumblr media
Turns out Artim is NOT wearing Windbound Plumage, like I thought when I first saw him in your lair. That skin is a solid mimic, though, and I really like it. Plus, it adds a lot of depth and color where Artim would otherwise be a little bit flat and boring, so once again, props for your skin usage! I especially like the way it makes it seem like Artim is growing out of the foliage, rather than the foliage growing off of Artim, if that makes sense. He seems very woodsy and very comfortable.
Tumblr media
Sometimes I forget how stinking cute M Faes can be, but Xenon just reminded me PERFECTLY. He’s so swirly and soft and adorable, and I wanna put him in my pocket and take him everywhere! White and Sky make for a classic combo, and that accent makes it look like he’s wayyyyyy up there in the atmosphere, just cruising along.
Also, the little hints of pink in his wings thanks to Facet add just a touch of extra color and depth. He’s perfect!
Tumblr media
Chaorite is wearing a Ravenhearst skin. That alone means she’s looking absolutely beautiful as hell. That is all. ♥
Tumblr media
I’ll admit I didn’t care for this accent during last year’s Trickmurk, but you’ve made it look great on Ashrah! I can’t decide whether those little fellas are her minions or if they’re pestering her, but I like the way they look on her nonetheless. It’s a shame that purple in the accent isn’t a touch more pink to complement the rosy tones in her primary and tert, but that’s not exactly something you can control.
Tumblr media
Triple Terracotta, especially with PyMorph, is truly *chef’s kiss* and I LOVE HER. Can’t say much else about her, since she doesn’t appear to have lore or apparel or anything, but I love her nonetheless. She’s just prettier than hell.
Tumblr media
Brigit is wearing one of my all time favorite festival skins, AND she’s rocking another classic color combo. She’s also worth a mention for her unusual familiar. I’ve noticed you’re normally pretty good at familiar matching, but the Deepwater Traveler you’ve put on her doesn’t match at all. Is there a lore reason for that, or are you just awakening your familiar ASAP?
Tumblr media
Ooooh, a primal fella! He’s...so bright you can’t avoid looking at him. Honestly, he actually reminds me a little of a paper kite with that skin, like a kite that gained sentience and flew off on its own (but also just wandered because what’s a kite to do when the wind says “NOPE NOT THAT WAY, THIS WAY”?)
Tumblr media
Pretzel is an ABSURDLY cute name for a dragon whose species is known for literally tying themselves in knots out of boredom. And yet again, your skin usage is a blast! Love the blue tones this adds to Pretzel, but it also works awesome with her existing orange colors. She’s very Halloweeny.
Tumblr media
See, this is the power of a good skin or accent. I rarely like triples because they can be kind of boring, even with cool genes. But you’ve taken Phobus to the next level with a complementary accent, and I ADORE IT. The tiny horns it gives him are so cute, and I’m a sucker for florals when it comes down to it. Plus, those little butterflies on the wings are extra cute! He’s just soft and sweet all around.
Tumblr media
A Ravenhearst skin strikes again! I’m not sure how I feel about black and brown together (Sand seems like a shade too brown, where something lighter and a hair closer to the yellows might be nicer with this skin), but at the end of the day, she’s still a lovely, pretty gal. Plus, all the eyes on the skin are like multigaze but more eldritch horror than site-approved cuteness. There could be a lore goldmine there.
Tumblr media
Ahi is SO GOOD. An XYY Bane with complementary colors is no small feat, and I really like how fiery he looks despite being an Ice dragon. Have you considered Skink for him, though? That also has orange accents!
Tumblr media
I’ll confess that I’m writing this lair review BEFORE writing your lore, but I couldn’t help but pick Varrick. He looks every inch a bard, and I really like that you’ve given him a Shabby Cane! Since it blends in with his wing, at first glance, it almost looks like it could be a bow. That works doubly well with his familiar being a Ghosthost Viola!
Tumblr media
Lethe is giving me UNREAL steampunk ghost vibes. Between the apparel and her tert, she strikes me as a Victorian waif with steampunk enhancements come back to haunt whoever tried to make her more automaton than flesh and blood. And do you have lore plans for her? Is Lethe an intentional name? Can she make dragons forget things? I’d love to know more about her!
Tumblr media
Cinder absolutely screams “oh no, sir, it’s such a tragedy my third husband died just like the other two and left me his entire fortune, so terrible, so awful” and it’s making me laugh a little! Not that she’s inherently funny-looking so much as the idea of a murderous widow dragon entertains me A LOT. What are your crimes, Lady Cinder? WHY DID YOU KILL YOUR HUSBANDS...
Tumblr media
You have SO MANY PERMABABIES and of all of them, I think I like Banshee the most. But that’s probably because red is my favorite color, and I think baby pearls are honestly such cuties, even if they do have to spend all that time adding to their pearls in...such a gross way. Ew.
Tumblr media
Green/brown/yellow range dragons are one of the most powerful forces on this site, and Swamp alone is a color with outstanding power. I said what I said, and I’ll stand by it. It makes Medeni a stellar dragon without any lore or apparel.
Tumblr media
I remember when Stained first came out, and I brushed it off as a terrible gene to charge gems for. It was a ripoff, slapping a color overlay on a dragon!
How wrong I was.
Coriolis is a perfect example of how Stained can be used to soften a dragon and given them a lovely, lighter air, and it pairs so well with that accent! She makes me think of that stretch between summer and fall where the colors on the trees are beginning to change, but it’s still warm enough to wear shorts as long as the sun’s out. ♥
Tumblr media
Another triple rescued from a dull life by a good skin! Obviously, the point of this skin is to evoke a prisoner in the Fortress of Ends, but what could Raiju have been imprisoned for? What warrants all the chains and ice? Is it a fair punishment?
Tumblr media
It feels a tiny bit like cheating to pick another dragon I’ve already written for, but I really do adore branch! All the red accents add some cheer to her, and they make her stand out a little more. I think she’d be maybe a little too green otherwise, but you’ve dressed her perfectly! It also makes her seem approachable and warm, which is great for a healer.
Tumblr media
I’m genuinely impressed that you have this little Goat Spiral army, and CiumaObake is my favorite of them all in terms of color. Do you just love baby Spirals with Goat eyes, or is there a lore reason behind this tiny baby army?
More importantly, is this lair tab just the FR version of corralling a pet or a toddler while yelling “WHAT IS IN YOUR MOUTH”?
Tumblr media
I wasn’t part of FR when this skin came out and I am JEALOUS because it looks so nice on Mist! It’s extra frosty and pretty, with that tiny nosy hint on the rose and wings that makes me think she’s looking at a sunrise. She seems very warm and approachable despite the classic Ice aesthetic, and I think she’s outstanding without a drop of apparel.
Plus, you’ve done wonders with yet another triple!
Tumblr media
Vedette is getting a mention for that skin alone. It’s so odd-looking in the best way, and I would love to see if you have lore reasons for his appearance! Is he a mutated Gaoler, or is he another creature entirely?
Tumblr media
Between that skin and her Speedy familiar, Lusa is really rocking that threateningly pale witch aesthetic. I’m not sure I’d like to meet her in a dark alley. Or even a well-lit alley, to be honest. She’s vaguely menacing in a great way!
Tumblr media
I see you, Bill Cipher. I see you.
Tumblr media
And last but not least, Mr. Unnamed, living in your projects tab. He’s got some GREAT colors, and I can’t help but see the potential in him! Using Veined with that Sunset tert could really give him a magmatic sort of appearance. I’d love to see what your ultimate plans for him are!

Monster Musume | My Life as a Monster (Halloween Special!)
Tumblr media
Pairing: Ri/De and Ta/Ni for Ultimis & Primis!
Summary: It's Halloween time! Both supernatural crews are finally able to show their colors without fear of their existence!
Notes: [First Section is Primis, Second is Ultimis] A special request from a server I'm in! We all brainstormed together and came up with the idea for each of the characters' monster, so I wrote it and they drew it! This is really short (only 1000 words) but was very fun to do. Special Tags to my technical husband @danktempsey and my best "father" figure @griffincastle. Kudos if you can find a refrence to two shows in this one. Please enjoy!
═══════ ◈ ═══════
Halloween, a spooky spectacular for children, teens and adults alike. Dressing up as myths and legends, young ones knock on doors for candy or party whilst the older ones go to gatherings or dates.
Unbeknownst to society, monsters do, in fact, coexist with them right under their noses—and Halloween was the one time they weren't afraid to show themselves off to the world.
"Dammit Edward, what did I tell you about wearing my stuff?!" Dempsey yelled from across the room, seeing the Vampire has stolen his thick flannel and heavy jacket, wearing his own set of pants and some nice boots. "I like it. Besides, you're not using it, remember puppy?" He teased, baring his fangs teasingly as the werewolf bared his own in response. "Children, Children, you're both adorable, now please be quiet," Takeo hissed, running a hand through his hair as his tails swayed behind him. "Oh hush, Tak. We've all got sensitive ears, alright? Calm down," Dempsey retorted, lip curling downwards but quickly turning up when he feels arms wrap around his chest.
"I'm hungry," He whined behind his ear, Dempsey's tail lagging behind him as he sat down on the loveseat. "Then come here," He purrs, ears flopping to the sides as he helps Edward into his lap. Cupping his face, he gave him a passionate kiss as he relaxed into him, letting Edward sink his fangs into his neck with a hiss of pain. "Did you have to bite that hard, Eddie?"
"Of course, it leaves a really pretty mark!"
"You two are sick," Came the gruff voice of Nikolai from the doorway, wings folded back and tail idly swaying behind him. "All sticky and sweet all the damn time. Rotting my damn teeth," he huffed, but immediately turns his head at a noise in the hallway before he pulled away. A familiar purring of Takeo catches both of their ears as they laugh, holding hands lovingly as they stars at each other.
"Are we that gooey, Tank?"
"Why the hell not? Shows all those other blood-suckers that you're taking by your supposed "Mortal Enemy" bullshit."
"Gosh, I love you Tank."
"I love you too."
"Alright, Time to go!" Nikolai yells from the hall, Edward tugging his boyfriend along as he grabs his umbrella and flicked it open, pulling him outside into the evening light with a loving hold and a sweet smile. Halloween would be great this year.
· · ────── ·𖥸· ────── · ·
"Waffle House? I've never been here," The Oni hummed, slipping his mask on the side of his head as he lifted a finger to open the door.
"I like to hang out here sometimes; lots of light, great food—tastes like America!"
"America? Tastes more like blatant capitalism," Nikolai scoffed as he scratched behind his bear ears, Dempsey walking up to the stand-by waitress to get them a table, immediately getting one due to the lack of foot traffic. Sitting at his favorite corner table, Nikolai and Takeo took one end and the animal/insect men took the other. "Edward, why do you insist on keeping the mask on in public? We're not on your damn bridge," Dempsey huffed, watching the German remove the mask from his face to set it on his hair. "Only because we're going to eat. Besides, I'll get to scare some more trespassers later tonight," he hummed, leaning his head against his nothing boyfriend's fluffy neck.
A waitress arrived to their table, her body wrapped tightly in dark clothes and adorning a beautiful tattoo from her leg down. "It is so nice to see my own out this time of year," She speaks, her voice softly accented in southern drawl which made Dempsey smile. "Louisiana?" He asked without context, her giving a warming smile. "New Orleans—got family there? You picked up my accent quite quick." He leaned forward, bringing Richtofen to his lap in the process. "A good chunk of family, yup!"
Giggling softly, she held out a pad and a pen and gave a small chant, letting both float beside her. "Ready to order, lovely gentleman? And may I say it, you four look adorable together—you make perfect couples," she cooed, making Richtofen blush slightly along with Takeo. Taking their orders back to the kitchen, she left a complementary "witch's brew" (which was the equivalent of make your own drink anywhere else but with a bit more magic) as they waited.
"Have you always known there's been a witch here?" Richtofen asked, looking over at his boyfriend as he idly stirred the cauldron. "Yeah. She's usually in the back, though. The special little pentagram on her hand glows when she does anything with magic, most of the humans just think it's parlor tricks," He explains, pecking his lips with a grin. Chatting amongst themselves, their food arrived rather quickly as they began to eat. The ambiance of slow Halloween music along with the period tapping of utensils to plates were quite soothing, small chatter amongst themselves and other customers (whom only seemed to be monsters at the moment) another welcome noise.
For the majority of the time, it was food and small talk, getting to know a bit about their waitress and enjoying the food, knowing they'd have to leave soon due to their normal routines. Leaving a token of appreciation and their billed paid, both couples parted ways with goodbyes as Dempsey and Richtofen traveled to their "shared" bridge. The clack of his hooves against the wood made him smile—he was home again, even if it was just a bridge. The sweet smell of swampy water and the soft sound of a nearby waterfall was enough for him, leaning against the creaky wood to inhale the familiar scent.
The sun slipped under the horizon as the sky painted into murky Navy blues, a signal of showtime as Richtofen lit one of his oil lamps. Watching Dempsey get drawn to it was quite cute, pressing a small kiss to his cheek. Pulling through skull mask over his head, he gave a genuine smile, turning devious when the distant sound of teenagers caught his ears.
"Let's have some fun today, okay?"
"Course. Make me one of my special lamps after all this?"
"Anything for you, you fuzzy demon."

Hi! I would like a match up with the marauders, mcu, blades and perfect match! My name is Eleni and I'm from Greece. I'm straight,I have dyed black hair, brown eyes and I also have a nose piercing.I love music, movies and books. I'm really close with my brother and friends. My Hogwarts house is Slytherin.I am loud and open if I'm close to you otherwise I'm a little closed off.I love going out and spending time with my loved ones.I'm also a good listener and I will be there for you if you're for me.
(so because I only accept up to three fandoms in a single request, I combined Blades & PM together as Playchoices and did only Blades. hope you don’t mind!)
I Ship You With...
Sirius Black (Marauders Era)
Tumblr media
Not many people can keep up with the great Sirius Black. I mean, it’s not cockiness from his part to proclaim it - it is a fact. He knows he can get a little... intense. That kind of energy is not for anyone, right? Well that’s what he believed until you came barreling through in his life, shaking up every misconception he had about him, about others, and about Slytherins. Because he didn’t expect to fall so hard and so fast for someone who is, in any way, linked to the world he desperately tries to flee from.
I headcanon that Sirius speaks at least English and French (what with the Black family history being intricately linked to its French roots), so he'd already be pretty good at languages and have a knack for them. He’s fascinated by your Greek, though. The sounds that roll off your tongue are so smooth and effortless that he can’t help but listen to you dreamily when you speak.
He likes that you’re loud and open, just like him, outgoing and apparently fearless, because it allows the both of you to be chaotic and reckless together, in the most complementary Gryffindor-Slytherin way. But he also enjoys the times, albeit rare, when you’re just quiet together, talking about nonsensical stuff that you’d like to do when the war is over and all the dreams you share
Knowing that you’re waiting for him outside of the decrepit walls, he’d be able to survive a hundred years in Azkaban if he had to, no matter how unjust the punishment is, no matter how innocent he knows himself to be, no matter how desperate times are. He doesn’t have to, though. It isn’t long before you find a way to break him out from there. There’s a lot to be done to reconstruct your lives, but you are not afraid, because you are together.
Stephen Strange
Tumblr media
To compensate your bustling energy and loudness, nothing works quite as good as his cunning silence and intelligent gaze. He’s not the quietest in the bunch, but he is a little calmer than you, which you both appreciate. It makes your working, as a superhero team first, and a superhero couple later, surprisingly agreeable.
I think you’d get along well too because you both exhibit strong Slytherin qualities. Like, I’ve seen Strange classified as a Ravenclaw before and I agree, but he’s definitely very Slytherin in some aspects. You’re both focused and ambitious, in your work as much as in your love. Meaning that it’s not unusual to witness a few romantic gestures from both sides. He’s a perfectionist, so he does what he has to be assured you know how much he loves you and how much you care for him... but you remind him that he can let go, he can be himself with no worries. You like his sincerity most.
Although you are a bit closed-off at the beginning, you feel comfortable in Stephen’s presence, and you have no problem sharing a little bit of your vulnerability, step by step, comforted by his presence and benevolence. You know he cares for you and he’d never do anything to hurt you, judge you, or make you feel uncomfortable.
I bet he’d love how unafraid you look, from your personality a little brash at times to your appearence itself. I’m pretty sure he’d be a sucker for your long hair and nose piercing. When the black color starts to fade out, he’d unconditionally love your natural color of course, but he wouldn’t help but miss how well it suited you
Mal Volari (Blades of Light and Shadow)
Mal Volari is a lot to handle, for sure... Thankfully, you can, and you will, and you love to. (And he loves you for giving him what he needs: a partner, an adventurer, a lover, a second half, and also at times an ear and a heart who listen to him.)
He knows every sailor song of the country, having spent so many nights in the taverns, telling his tales of true wonders, gold and monsters. He knows the ballads they play in the last hours of the night, when only the worthy and very much in love remain on foot and dance until they can’t anymore. He knows them all, and he teaches you every single one of them. The happy, lively, townfair dances first, and then, when he’s more comfortable, when his guard drops down a little and you can see a true, devoted and scarred soul behind his dark eyes, the slow dances and the love songs.
You try not to be too morally corrupted... but with Mal as a boyfriend it’s sometimes borderline impossible. He likes to consider himself a true adventurer, a warrior for the ages, and what adventurer has never had to resort to some insignificant larceny to move forward with their quest? Turns out that you are extremely good at distracting wealthy, arrogant merchants who won’t give away some item you need... and that running away from the guards, Mal on your heels, is much more fun than you anticipated.
Sometimes, though, all he needs and longs for is a gentle hand in his palm, and a heart that will capture his deeper feelings. When the warm glow of a campfire illuminates your attentive, smiling face, turned upward to him, he stops talking for a second, and can’t help kissing you soflty, without a warning, without a reason. He doesn’t really believe in anything, but he’s willing to accept that you are a vision, an angel, a form of that Light thing - whatever. But you are too good to him, and he can’t fathom the thought that you come from this very realm of madness and grime.

RPG Campaign Setting Thoughts - Alignments, Death, and Outsiders
Continuing on from this post here, tonight we have some VERY sketchy notes about the Outer Planes and associated stuff, which is going to spill over from world-building into mechanics and this is all too loose for me to bother with anything resembling in-book presentation.
The Outer Planes have traditionally always served two purposes in this cosmology of D&D and its derivatives which are honestly somewhat at odds with each other. They are both the actual afterlife of the setting, where the souls of the dead end up, theoretically for eternity, and they’re where all the demons and devils and daemons and angels and maybe gods and a bunch of other really weird things that exist mainly for the sake of symmetry generally hang out when they aren’t being summoned so they tend to prominently feature as a way to go bigger and more epic late in a campaign. It’s also very much a tradition (which is weird because I can’t think of a single religion that actually works like this) where all of these supernatural creatures are what the souls of the dead BECOME in the afterlife. If you’re neutral good, when you die you become an angel. If you’re lawful evil, you become a devil, etc. (and there’s a lot of weird exceptions because there’s way more outsider types than alignment combinations, and that’s before also factoring in undead and reincarnation and so on).
The problem here of course is that sometimes, the PCs are going to end up dying, and having friends who die, and when you’ve established that that turns you into one of these cool types of monsters, and that those monsters can be summoned, dying turns into this weird sort of power-up, and this was fixed with a very... game designer sort of solution. Namely, when you die, you completely lose all your memories, skills, personal connections, and really by any reasonable standard straight up cease to exist, being replaced with some new outsider springing into being on whatever other plane who’s really just a different character doing their own thing. And, yeah, that solves that problem, but it creates the new one that WOW, THIS AFTERLIFE REALLY SUCKS!
Now, I did already establish for this setting the concept of a layered prime material plane, where you can essentially have your high level alternate universes as weird little pocket dimensions you can honestly just walk right into without even using magic... but I mean, visiting the outer planes is still a cool fun thing to do, and fighting demons is a cool fun thing to do, and your soul transforming into some weird thing in the afterlife is just neat. So I don’t want to drop any of that, but I want to make some tweaks.
Also? Death sucks game mechanics wise. Players, as it turns out decades down the road from when this whole RPG thing first began, tend to be really attached to their characters, and don’t want to just rip up their sheets when they die. They want to cheat death. Which is fine. But the way you cheat death is you pay a bunch of money and either have your cleric cast a quick spell (or rush back to town to find one) and tada, you’re back with some temporary experience penalty you either kinda walk off or buy off. Which is all very... weightless. And straight up losing cash sucks if you’re saving up to buy fancy magic stuff. AND you don’t even get to visit the afterlife really.
So... the standard raise dead spells? They’re gone or at least getting alterations (gotta keep reincarnate in some form because I have a soft spot for it). Plane shift? Also gone. Instead we are going to dust off our old pal Astral Projection, have it at a reasonable level, and no, when someone gets killed, you have to cast that sucker, chase them across the astral plane, maybe to one of the outer planes, and have this whole mini adventure of rescuing their soul and shoving it back in their body.
Also? I am sticking to a hard and fast rule that the material plane is the physical plane, and all the outer stuff is all souls and magic. Nobody gets to bring their body with them which also means you don’t get to bring all your fancy equipment. You’re either a ghost getting sucked into hell or you’re a demon that used to be a ghost or you’re still alive but effectively a ghost tethered to home by a silver cord.
By the same token, outsiders can’t just physically come over to the prime material plane. This is kind of a big fundamental shift in things, but at the end of the day, isn’t it just freaking weird that there’s never really been a place in D&D for demonic possession?
So, tada. That’s a thing now. Outsiders on the material plane need to borrow something to use as a body. A willing person to possess, or an unwilling person subjected to a proper ritual first, or a recently sacrificed corpse, maybe some kind of magical focus stone. This is one of the sketchier parts of the idea here, but no matter how it works out it’s a built in adventure hook, and it doesn’t really change a ton because obviously being possessed by a whatever dramatically transforms the host into the standard existing stat block until its defeated. Summon spells kinda need a material component or a focus I guess, or maybe even not because like you’re calling up a whatever but you can’t really anchor it so it just has this unstable body made of dust and debris and temporarily conjured matter.
I’m also tempted to straight up invent a new divine caster class to fit in with this theme that’s all about having some outside pal they let possess them in combat. Get the whole Devilman sorta thing going, Maybe in a little subsection with a really dex-y fighter and a different take on an arcane type and a rogue type for a really non-standard but complementary core 4.
Back on the side of dying and visiting the other planes though, I say this is a good place to wedge in a good ol’ corruption mechanic. If you die,and your friends manage to catch up to you while you’re streaking across the astral plane, cool, no harm, no foul. Once you end up in whatever plane though, you gradually start to turn into whatever sort of outsider. Subtle cosmetic stuff at first, sprouting horns and getting weird colored hair and maybe a tail first, some slight shifts in personality, and over months or years you just kinda naturally lean into that, and your class levels fade away, and you just kinda naturally go all in on being a mephit or an azata or whatever the hell thing.
And then when your friends do get your soul back and shove it into your body again, that weird metaphysical transformative soul corruption deal doesn’t just go away. That’s partially demonified you possessing your old body now, so, you keep the horns and the flaming eyes and stuff as a permanent reminder of that time you died for a bit and you can be all angsty about it and maybe rededicate yourself to something because that’s not an afterlife you want to go back to, and honestly if you’re the sort of person with a real thing for dramatic mid-campaign transformations and you want a character to look all furry or glowing or be a hot demon gal at higher levels without the mechanical baggage of transformation magic, hey, the door’s open a crack for you.
Also speaking of succubi, while I’m playing around with outsiders, this one has always bugged me. Say we’re going all 7 deadly sins. We’ve got our wrath demons- big angry spikey jerks, maybe on fire. We’ve got our sloth demons- big gross sluggy things who can barely move. Our gross-Kirby gluttony demons, etc. But then we get to lust and it’s this super hot seductress. That breaks the pattern and I hate it. I am definitely kicking them out of that niche and replacing them with proper lust demons, evoking super creepy long-fingered horny dudes.
And really there is room from there to expand into a two-tiered system of outsiders for every plane where there’s the things that are there because they’re what happens to the average person who had this alignment as their reward/punishment, and then there’s the things that are their to make sure things run the way they’re supposed to, are generally more powerful, and are formed from the souls of people who really actively served their patron deity in life. I’m mainly looking at this from the angle of “do the members of the cult of this demon lord realize that in the afterlife they’re all going to become lemures and realize how much that sucks?” but even on the good side, you have to figure the average paladin doesn’t want the blissful retirement package after death, they want to do the whole holy avenging archon sort of thing and continue to kick evil’s ass, right?
Which segues me into alignments. A lot of people absolutely hate the traditional law/chaos good/evil alignment system, but I find as long as you’re careful to use it descriptively rather than prescriptively and you don’t use really messed up alignment definitions (AD&D 2nd ed had some DOOZIES), it’s cool. There is one missing element I would like to formally add in though- An extra variable for mundane and divine/committed/radicalized versons of each. Breaking this down with specific examples...
First and foremost, I am a big big fan of neutral as the default alignment nearly everyone falls into, with everything else being a bit of an outlying extreme. On the good/evil axis then, neutral if for people who you would generally describe as basically good people. They know right from wrong, and generally always try to do the right thing, but they have a strong sense of self-preservation. Truly good people go past that and will, as a general rule, really stick their neck out and take major personal risks or do full-on self-sacrificial things to help people. Evil people are all about looking out for themselves first. Or put more simply, seeing someone being attacked/persecuted/in great need, a neutral person will think “someone should do something,” a good person will think “someone should do something and I’m that someone” and an evil person will think “sucks to be that person” and try not to think about them much.
Meanwhile on the law/chaos axis, lawful people have an unflinching commitment to some form of faith in the system/some particular authority/a rigid personal code of some kind.and will always work within that framework. If that’s always obeying the law, any plan that’s explicitly illegal is off the table, and if the law is unjust, working to change it is the way to go. If they’re super religious, doubting their own deity is never on the table. If they’re strict adherents to a code, they don’t make exceptions. “I’ll never allow suffering” never gets a quiet clause of “unless the person suffering is a scumbag who deserves it” they’re really going to intervene over that.
Someone who is chaotic meanwhile actively has a chip on their shoulder about any sort of bureaucracy, full stop will never “have faith in the system,” generally assume any sort of authority figure is a power hungry scumbag, and while it’s hard to translate this into fantasy terms, be the sort of person who always jailbreaks their phone and has a strict no-DRM stance on all their software.
The vast majority of people are, again, neutral, falling between those extremes. Follow the law, trust that calling the cops will usually get things sorted out, but when push comes to shove, most rules are really guidelines and you can make exceptions where you have to.
All of these represent real, realistic attitudes normal real-world people have. Most are true neutral. The corner alignments are the rarest (always going by the book and always sticking your neck out is demanding, looking out for number 1 without bowing down to the powers that be really requires a certain sort of lifestyle, etc.) but there should be people you can point to at all 9 points on the grid, and none of them should really clash so hard that people can’t be friends or live in the same society, and they should all be functional alignments for adventurers since a good adventure should have a mix of personal stakes and rewards and a good party should all like each other enough to stick together through whatever comes up.
Then there’s the more extreme versions of these alignments. Where neutrality becomes about “maintaining the balance” or actively rejecting society as a whole, evil is actively causing harm for harm’s sake, chaos is constant change, law is absolute rigidity and caste structures and such, and good gets really extreme about scope. These are still worldviews actual humans CAN hold, but more typically these are the sort of things supernatural forces get bent out of shape about and have as sources of constant conflict.
Again, lots of loose sloppy notes here, but you can hopefully see where I’m going as far as moral philosophies and cosmology driving games in fun directions, right?

I love how Ava and Kleo are so precisely opposites that they absolutely must work together.
Yeah that’s the whole thing about their dynamic. I’m a sucker for opposites-attract tropes. Their differences are also reflected in their designs in complementary colors (Ava has yellow hair and a blue suit, Kleo has blue hair and a yellow suit).

Lair Review
@xenon-rising has a lot of amazing dragons and just peeking through the lair real quick I can tell it’s going to be hard to choose dragons to spotlight SO
In no particular order, some who catch my eye! (I’m picking out of dragons with familiars since you mention you have an exalting lair.)
Tumblr media
We’re starting with Damien (on page 5, NO RULES NO METHODOLOGY) because Marigold Poison is one of my top favorite gene/color combos. I am a sucker for purple and orange and just look at how well he rocks it! The orange could have been a little overbearing because of the Cantaloupe Bee, but you added wing apparel in purple and it offsets it really nicely. He has good balance!
Tumblr media
Hopping back to page 1, we have Shuyler! Gorgeous colors, a nice mix of apparel that I don’t usually see together that looks GREAT on him, and adorable lore. I love the idea of a delivery tun who uses herbs for scent memory boosting. So clever! And his aaaaart. Y’all need to click through and see his art.
You know what? Imma pick a dragon from each page. These are just all too good.
Page 2! I wasn’t sure who to pick here, because there are so many good options, and then I read Molfri’s lore. Holy HECK, what a story. (Click through and read it. It’s a ride.)
Tumblr media
And also a gorgeous icy dragon in general. Just looking at her makes me feel chilly. I really like that you chose the white hood because the way it whitens the eyes adds an extra bit of ICE MAGE to her look.  (Side note, Susurrus is a great name and a great word.)
Page 3!
Tumblr media
Mata! Look at how gorgeous they are! And the balance in the apparel is perfection. The way everything matches and also spreads the dark color from their wings around is awesome. Am I explaining this well? The pop of red in the apparel pieces is nice too. It’s a good complementary color. And their blurb leaves me very curious, and also a little afraid.
Page 4! Simun.
Tumblr media
You have so many good Poitox dragons. I can’t handle it. But look at this guy’s apparel, too. He’s got a headlamp. He’s got tools. He’s got his leggies protected. He looks like a digger, and his lore blurb makes me laugh a little and worry about him a lot. I also like his gene plan! He’ll look great with Firefly, and it will also be more light, which is good for a digger.
Tumblr media
Page 5! Again! NO RULES, NO METHODOLOGY.
