1. Kinda? I had art as a subject both on middle and high school but the former was before I got into art properly and the latter was more focused on the history of art so I didn't get formal drawing lessons or anything lol

2. Again, kinda haha, I have a few plans (I'm already set on the ending and pretty much all major character arcs) but there's stuff I still have to plan out and there have been changes to a lot of aspects, for example a few character arcs have changed, some characters gained love interests, and two characters so far have changed sexualities (I won't tell which yet though I want to make an entire post for it lol)

3. Yup! I got the idea to expand on school faculty from an irl friend, and the characters' species were decided by them as well lol

4. Of the main characters, I'd have to say either Willow or Gus (I love Labyrinth Runners lol) but tbh I weirdly like bg characters like Alador and Skara a lot too???

5. That's a weird question to answer because there's a lot of different answers LMAO like I started drawing for a small project on Reddit back on July 2020 where I made a lot of pixel art, but I started drawing digitally on IbisPaint on September 2020, though I already drew a bit for school and stuff before then :P

Not sure if you've talked about him already, but what's your opinion on Matt Tholomule as a character? I feel like he's one of the very few (if not the only) characters who wasn't reduced to a softie after redemption like Amity/Lilith/Hunter

So 1. Shockingly enough, I never have and I'll get into probably why in a moment. 2. I can't be certain in my analysis here as I have only seen clips of For the Future and I'm not going to dig for his parts for this blog so I haven't seen all that he becomes but I have an idea. That idea also says that... Yeah, you're not wrong actually. Arguably, Lilith is soft enough and treated enough like a joke in S1 that TECHNICALLY her personality is intact post redemption. However, even if you argue that, she still seems like a parody of who she used to be.

Which... is actually kind of true Matt too. Why it works better here is that rather than make fun of a character's trauma and disregard their background, Matt was always a bit of a joke and his final form is actually steeped in who he was. We were never supposed to take him that seriously which is... a mixed bag for him. I'm going to say a lot of nice things at least conceptually about where he ends up but I want to make something clear: I barely think of Matt normally. I will entirely forget he was in the show because he is extremely forgettable. The situation he's in and his plight are always far more interesting than "Kind of bad at being a jerk/bully" which is his primary personality for two of his three main appearances. He's just not got a strong enough personality for two seasons to leave much of an impression and for a supporting cast's supporting member, you need to make a bigger splash than he ever did to be remembered.

But then we get S3 where we get just that. The boy, from my understanding, turns himself into a god damn comic book character and its glorious. And... It actually makes sense. Matt always had an ego and a desire for attention but he was missing two things to get to the point he's at now. The first was a better morale compass so that he could be a good guy and that part we get to see. The other is a proper community and support around him so he wasn't always looking over his shoulder. I... don't know how much that part is true to For the Future but the clips I've seen imply that he's at least not being disregarded or constantly have to prove himself anymore. He's just another member of the resistance which is a HELL of a lot better than he's had before.

This leads to all that bubbling confidence coming out into a glorious mess that absolutely fits how some teens try to act 'mature' by acting confidant. By celebrating things like stubble and proclaiming to the mirror "I AM A MAN NOW!" Buuut it also seems like the show was kind enough to not make him purely the butt of jokes like this but actually allow him to show that he's a good guy nowadays. He still prioritizes things like Amity's safety and what not after all. Again, I don't know how accurately but what I've seen theoretically shows me that yeah, For the Future did do something right.

Hell, as a moment of positivity: In a vacuum, the main thing I truly don't approve of in For the Future conceptually is Kikimora. There is no reason to have her back, let alone not beat her there. But if this was a pair of episodes in a full 20 episode season, they could have potentially been a highlight of the season. There's a lot of good character stuff conceptually here and it's utilizing the fact that the side characters can be fun in TOH, even if many of them have been turned more into like the twins where they're pretty bland now that they're purely good as well. But... That's in a vacuum where this didn't end up being a filler episode in a three episode season where so many critical elements are just left hollow while we spend time with characters who haven't mattered for an entire season. *sigh*

Still, I'm happy for Matt fans that their character got such a good ending.

Welcome to your official introduction into the AU/Rewrite of DP known as “Gravewalking.”

This au will be tagged with #gravewalking au

(fun fact I didn’t know that was an actual word until like 2 minutes ago I made it up like 3 months ago as a play on Grimwalkers from TOH)

A little summary of what you’re getting into, at least with season 1 winky face (this is the summary i wrote for when i eventually post this on ao3 or smth): After an accident that leaves Danny with ghostly abilities (because no, there’s no way he’s dead), said creatures seem to be coming out of the woodwork, sometimes quite literally. The 15 year old High School Freshman takes it upon himself to keep the town safe since his accident is the reason they’re getting through. Oh, and he keeps breaking the lights. That’s probably not important.

OR; A rewrite of Danny Phantom as a fruity No One Knows AU and I’m changing his powers to electricity based. Homie was electrocuted it makes more sense imo

Basic info you might want:

The AU itself: This is a no one knows au!!!! Sam and Tucker do not know. While they heard about the accident, in classic nok aus fashion, Danny is refusing to give them details and is pushing them away. In a classic Finch fashion, I made the death of a ghost correspond to their abilities. As such, Danny has electricity-based powers.

Genre: Superhero, obv, thats what DP is, a little comedy, but mostly HORROR ELEMENTS!!! I love horror. Psychological? Probably. Body? Definitely.

The ghosts: While some ghosts will not make an appearance (most likely at least. Look man i'm still working on it), your favs are going to be completely revamped! Every ghost that will show up I hope to flesh out well :) except maybe one-time villains/cameos. I have created a whole system of ghost typing ranging from Will-o-the-wisps and Shades to Liminals (who are often called, ahem, Gravewalkers) and Lords/Ancients. Each ghost typing has their own abilities and whatnot (think like the ghosts in Phasmophobia). And since some of my typings would BUTCHER a few characters including Danny, ghost types can overlap :D For example, in this au Danny is a liminal banshee, and by the end of the series he’ll be a liminal banshee and [REDACTED]! This mostly applies to higher level ghosts since those are more titular than anything, but it will also apply to a few of the main cast of full ghosts.

The characters: The characters you know and love are back, but a few with a bit more substance. Team Phantom is overall pretty similar, just adjusted to fit headcanons I’ve inserted into the au. Vlad is not an incel anymore and now is taking Daddy Issues to the extreme! This definitely won’t have any negative consequences for Phantom. Oh, hes also like, 5x more manipulative. Danielle is back and BETTER. While I quite liked her in canon, now she makes more sense. Instead of going by “Dani,” she decided to be less confusing and pick a cooler name (her words) and goes by “Elle!” Pronounced like the letter L shes built different (its not because I keep reading “Ellie” wrong or anything). She is also physically the same age as Danny. She also has a dual ghost type, but you can wait for that I’ll do like a proper character intro or smth.

Season 1 (the only season i’m giving you a peak of rn): Season 1 is mostly a learning period for Danny. Unlike canon where the origin story is left to the intro until a retcon in season 2, the Accident is told through flashbacks, Daredevil style. Overall, this season will be the slowest, as it’s more for building the world, establishing characters and motives, and other stuff to make the next seasons flow as well as possible. Think like the Owl House where season 1 has more filler that progressively gets fewer and further between as it continues. This season ends with what very well might be a rewrite of one of everyone’s favourite episodes from canon. You can speculate what one that is.

🌹 The Sun Can't Stop Us AU - An Apritello Rise of the TMNT AU based on the Greatest Showman movie where Donnie is an acrobat and April falls in love with him.

🌹 UDOA AU - Unwanted, Dead or Alive! A Fast Forward AU in which somehow, Leo is the only ninja turtle left standing as his family goes missing and their disappearance is pinned on him. With the help from the Dark Turtles, he now has to clear his name and find his family, all the while looking for the true culprit behind this and bonding with his kind-of-sort-of brothers.

🌹 Old Man Mikey AU - The year is 2275, and you have just graduated under your master with the title of chūnin. "Who will be my new master, though, sensei?" you inquire, unable to contain your curiosity. Your sensei names a person that you frankly didn't even think was real. "The Ancient One, of course." (Or, Mikey became the Ancient One long after Fast Forward.)

I'm trying to become a creator of a show called Mirage (a show I'm making of mine own)

LIKE a yt one.

Like helluva boss (not like helluva boss at all but antimatted shows on yt.)

I don't know how to antimate or anything tbh.

But I plan on getting a bachelor's degree in college for anitimatoon.

I'm not in college rn (still have years to go)

But I'd love tips.

I'm not sure if I should make it like a cartoon but still kinda be.. idk but AS like traumatic things to the chacters.

sum of up lore:

cob claxton who is a shape prince loses his mom (queen claxton)

father(king Claxton) becomes evil and depressed

at the age of 7 Cob is arranged to marry a diamond named Lupid who he met when he was 6 but he liked her. to cheer him up after his mother passed his father didn't want to deal w his sadness because the king is tough hearted now he couldn't see he was hurting his son

then one day Lupid and Cob

went to the park playing when Cob saw 2 boys their age (ages 7)

(Cobs father told him when he was 7 when he was 16 he'd marry her.)

He made friends with the 2 boys (wob and bonnie)

then a girl a pink heart came in with ice cream.

He fell in love with her instantly.

Oh, but wait! He likes Lupid, too. And he's getting MARRIED to her.

He put his feelings aside.

They became friends too

ok its been literally 15 minutes since the finale ended and im getting off the TOH tag.

I am SO DISAPPOINTED in a certain side of this fandom.

it took less than FIFTEEN MINUTES to see enough "lollllll lumity went canon and huntlow didn't, get WRECKED YOU STINKY STRAIGHTS LOL BURY UR GAYS UNO REVERSE LMAOOOOO HOW DOES IT FEEL NASTY ICKY BAD STRAIGHT SHIPPERS" posts to make me actually consider whether I'd rather the show have had a sad ending.

not bc of huntlow, i ship it but never put any hope or weight on it going canon. I'm not "anti-lumity" or whateverthefuck, I don't really think about ships that much in 99.9% of fandoms.

...yall are just extremely fucking

I'm queer. I understand how much pain we've dealt with even SOLELY in terms of media rep. I even understand the glee at the concept of "straightbaiting" actually being a thing that happened here.

I also understand the EXTREMELY JUSTIFIED concern and anger around some parts of the fandom seeming to abandon the BIPOC WLW main character/main ship in favor of the Sad Greasy White Boy Of The Week And His White Straight Girlfriend.

I DO NOT UNDERSTAND why so many "fans" are taking this EXTREMELY POSITIVE, LITERALLY GROUNDBREAKING and immediately turning it against their fellow fans. All this amazing rep, characterization, EVERYTHING and you still find a way to be cruel to your fellow fans.

this isn't a contest.

Lumity is canon.

Huntlow is not.

Huntlow was not a focus of the finale.

I can guarantee you that after that finale, NOBODY was thinking about Huntlow until yall started being fucking mean about it.

YOU brought up the thing you claimed to want the fandom to stop focusing on, for the SINGULAR PURPOSE of enacting some sort of "revenge" on shippers that you projected a whoooole lot of Racism, Homophobia, and Evil onto, despite:

Bi Hunter, Transmasc Hunter, Transfemme Willow, and T4T Huntlow all being EXTREMELY popular hcs/themes in and out of shipping context

A fair chunk of the fandom seeing Willow as BIPOC/East Asian -coded

ALL of the masc presenting queers w parental and/or religious trauma who have spoken out about how seen they feel bc of Hunter

I'm not saying Hunter was a perfect character. He definitely wasn't the main character, or even close.

I'm saying that yall have demonized this part of the fandom SO MUCH that after THAT FINALE.

I don't know how to get it through your heads that a heavily T4T-headcanoned, likely biracial-coded ship that is CANONICALLY a healing narrative for trauma survivors

Hi! I'm Natie, I use she/her pronouns. I post mostly fanfiction but I occasionally post other things too. My AO3 and Writing Feedback Form (if you've read any of my fics, I would appreciate you taking the form) are both liked in my bio, along with my sideblog where I reblog stuff! and talk a lot!

Requests are allowed! Send me a request with a prompt and a ship! If If you don't know a prompt, you can just ask for a ship. I'll write a oneshot for you! Use the SEND ME A REQUEST to send anything (questions are also allowed). I won't write everything I get asked, only what I have motivation and interest for.

My sideblog is for reblogs and shitposts. This blog is for fanfiction, polls, and reblogging stuff that's important (like spreading awareness). Although my old posts probably have some dumb shitposts on them. SEND ME FIC REQUESTS ON MAIN! SEND ME DUMB ASKS ON MY SIDEBLOG! I'll probably still answer them if you send them on the wrong account, but if you can try submitting to the correct blog that will help me out. Thank you!

Fanfic lengths -> Ficlet -> less than 1000 word oneshot Oneshot -> 1000-5000 word oneshot. Oneshot with a preview and link to read in full on AO3 -> greater than 5000 word oneshot Multi-chapter stories will only have the links.

Right now, I'm pretty much only posting Total Drama stuff. If you followed me for TOH or SVTFOE or DT, you should probably unfollow. I doubt I'm going to talk about them for a long time.

On my AO3, it's clear I have series for every total drama fic I write. Certain fics are connected through that series. On Tumblr, I tag everything under the series name. I have two currently, so theres a tag for each series:

"natie wawanakwa high school fics" - Wawanakwa High School series, Noah/Cody. Complete.

"natie hometown fics" - Hometown series, being rewritten currently only Alejandro/Tyler. Incomplete.

and of course "natie old hometown fics" is the original series with Cody/Trent and Courtney/Gwen. Marked as complete because I won't be writing any more for it.

I've called him noc, no objection certificate, Mu. I never expected to him to go away so suddenly, that's for certain, he was so full of love and life.

He loved NBA. This one time he went specs shopping and crushed, well, half crushed on a girl that was wearing a Lakers t-shirt. Unfortunately, well, it was her brother's and she didn't know about Lakers. He was disappointed, mera bhai. We talked about it in dms and he was so disappointed.

He loved writing. Writing those beautiful, intricate poems. Once only he could write, in his own distinctive style. Now that I think about it, his account poetic-child-of-night was one of his favorite side blogs of mine, even more than the main one.

I've known him since his chaotic-child-of-night days, which turned into sweet-child-of-night. Meeting him through tuser Gopikanyari was perhaps one of my best decisions. Although I will admit, one of my first actions on his blog was to check his pronouns and sexuality, solely because I thought at first he was the bf nya told me about. He wasn't, of course.

And oh god, the crush anon. Nuisance. But I don't think noc would want us to talk about those creepy anons on the day that we're remembering him. Remembering our best moments with him.

I think,personally, I've never had as good a rapport with any of my male moots as I did with him. Perhaps it was because the first time I defended him, he went ahead and called me didi (which later when we realised that I was actually younger than him, changed into age main chhoti didi lol) and that immediately made me feel bith safe and responsible for him. Sort of. Being called an older sister in your native language does that to you ig.

And when I realised he was coming to Mumbai! Dear god, I think the only time I was ever that excited was when I realized one of my moots literally lived in the same district as me.

He wanted to enjoy mumbaiyya cuisine, well, street food.

His last days, those posts about him being alone, I wanted to talk to him about it, but I didn't know how to. I miggtve sounded a but too insensitive in the one comment I made, perhaps. I think that would be my greatest regret. I hope he's happy wherever he is and gets reborn as a kitten <333
