“You want one?”

The fry hangs from your fingers, flopping over in all its greasy goodness. You wiggle it in front of Steve’s face temptingly. He’s forgone fries this time — a mistake — and has been greedily eyeing up the bunch on your plate since your food arrived.

Steve squints at you like he wonders if it’s a trick. It’s not— you really are just a sucker for your boyfriend. When he realises it, a fond smile pulls on his mouth.

“Thanks, baby.” He says. Then he leans forwards and snaps this teeth around it with a chomp, just barely missing your fingers. You jump a little in surprise but the expression on your face is playfully aghast.

“Steve—” You begin to chastise but his hand is swooping out to capture your retreating hand. His fingers wrap around your wrist and tug your hand back to his mouth.

“Y’still got some of my fry—” He nips at your fingers and you squeal, releasing the last of the squished up potato and Steve catches it easily.

Only, he still doesn’t release your hand, instead beginning to gnaw along your finger— so soft it tickles. He plays it up, eyes closed as he pretends to moan and groan appreciatively at the good food. You laugh at his ridiculous antics and try wriggle out of his grip. You’re pretty sure half his bites are kisses.

“That’s not a fry, you doofus, that’s my finger!”

Steve stops his nibbling and pretends to look shocked as he finally looks up at you. One of his curls have flopped over his forehead and the neon lights of the diner reflect in his hazel eyes as they shine at you playfully.

“Really?” He asks, not at all serious. “Then why is it so yummy?”

He dives back in without waiting for an answer, this time his little bites trailing up your arm as fast he can. It’s wet and a bit gross and you can’t believe how much you love it. You shriek and bat him off, your delighted grin giving you away completely.

Steve finally lets your wrist go, pretending to pout in disappointment— his smile makes it waver too much to be anywhere near convincing.

You barely get a moment to calm down, giggles barely tittering off before Steve’s perking up again, his eyes fixed on your plate.

“Can I have another fry, please?”

And, well, you just can’t say no to him.

I just had a realization, idek if it works in canon but here we go:

So you guys know at the end of the original Undertale game in the pacifist run, you know when fighting against God Of Hyperdeath Asriel, Flowey absorbs all the monster’s souls in the underground plus the 6 human souls. Frisk interacts with (and SAVES) the monsters they know and met in their adventures, but what about the others? Even if they don’t remember/aren’t conscious, did Clover’s friends have a reunion with them of sorts? Did they get to see each other again? I like to think so.

Idk honestly, this just came to my mind while scrolling through UTY posts. It’s probably explained somewhere in the game, but admittedly I haven’t got that far cause one of my friends streams the game on Discord whenever he can, and I like to stay somewhat blind to experience the game first hand with friends. Maybe this is just old news, but it still made me genuinely go like “damn bruh what IF”

I’m preparing for torches and pitchforks for this but… what if the new patch that broke Astarion’s kiss animation is how it was meant to be all along? (Not a bug but a feature)

Now hear me out, knowing what he asks of you, knowing of what he admits about his actual feelings towards sexual intimacy, I always avoided the kiss animation. Didn’t feel right, felt more like a game mechanic for all romances in bg3 (one that clashes with what you learn about him). I think, on a path where he trusts you enough to share that trauma with you, maybe having the option for a scripted kiss in his last quest scene is far more powerful and meaningful to the character and his journey than an option in the dialogue tree (and on that note also a more meaningful moment for spawn Astarion than the sudden ‘nah I’m good with sex now’ option at the end of that scene).

Maybe it’s just me but I’m not really bothered by the bug. I have maaany thoughts about Astarion and his story (and only words of awe and respect for the way Larian handled the character) but right now I just needed to let this small thing off my chest.

It’s been on my chest for awhile.

But I’ve been questioning as to why I’m even in college for an art career or why I keep doing it all.

I’m almost to my jr year into university and I can wholeheartedly say I’ve learned NOTHING that will help me in my art or for a career in it. I’ve learned more from YouTube and my friends then what any professor has taught me. It just seems as long as you make good grades they just push you along.

I thought starting college would make me more confident to come back to social media and start posting my art more since I have improved. But instead It just makes me want to delete any trace of my social media and live like a gremlin in a cave. I just can’t stand it. It doesn’t help when the professors play favorites. (One professor will literally take students pencils and draw FOR THEM if you’re a favorite) how is that learning?. It’s not.

At this point I just know I’m not gonna get anywhere with a art career and I should just start looking for other options. Which I already have.
