My other option for the V2 repairs is straight up the Terminal having the V series design and development docs that it would sell to Gabe for wayyy too many points. Best not to ask where they came from.
Would the Terminals even be able to sell weapon variants to Gabe? or would they just encourage him to use the hell energy.
Gabe getting peer-pressured by a vending machine.
(reference to this!)
honestly the terminals have access to SO much info, it's definitely possible they could have design information on plenty of the machines. but now i just love the idea that both hell AND the terminals were like. we've gotta make this happen. we've gotta get this guy to make that robot again. the dramatics and the comedic potential compelling both of them into making dead sure gabriel succeeds in repairing v2 lmaoooo
but oooooo the terminals maybe expanding their shop (again, likely with hell's help), and using those offerings to encourage the use of hell energy, as harnessing that power makes gabriel a far more interesting fighter (as i imagine fallen angels are the most sophisticated users of hell energy) they are highly aware that gabriel is feeling the loss of his arsenal...but gabriel is also incredibly stubborn, and a battle of wills ensues while v1 keeps looking through the catalogue it has for him like "SICK" "SICK" "FUCKING SICK" "SICK AS HELL" it doesn't really understand resisting the terminals but gabriel finds them weird!!! suspicious!!! he refuses to perform tricks for their little treats!!!

The pishacha are manifestations of evil itself, locked within a cursed amulet. The wearer of the amulet is at the mercy of the demon, known for possessing humans and feeding off their host's chakra energy. However, if symbiosis is achieved, the pishacha can grant its host a myriad of powerful abilities.
I just needed to draw something cool okay. I needed to draw some cool goop and some cool looks okay. okay. if I didn't post this I would have exploded okay

I was told that they look as if they are being eaten by a massive fungi. Which I consider a win regarding the look of the Symbiote ♥

I think the portrayal of Spider-Man 2099 in Across the Spider-Verse is in-character in that aside from like Shattered Dimensions he's always been portrayed as a bit of an asshole who slips into anti-hero territory at times and generally has a "needs of the many over the needs of the few" mindset and given his specific circumstances in the movie it's not unreasonable to think he could take the actions he does. However it does kinda suck that since like 99% of moviegoers had no idea who he was before the movie came out their first impression of him is when he's in an antagonistic role and people think "antagonist" and "villain" are synonyms so now I'm gonna have to listen to people who've never read a comic saying he's a villain or isn't a real Spider-Man for the rest of time or at least until he inevitably changes his mind in the third one.

The anemone, one day,
grown sober on filtered sunlight
looked at the clownfish swimming
fin-giddy in its tentacles
“How long have you
…been here?”
The clownfish blorped surprise
at the question
(but you shouldn’t read too much into that
blorping was one of its favourite activities)
“Oh it’s been years.
and years and years. I think.”
The tangled nest of pseudopods
That was the anemone
wriggled at this news,
vexed and toxin-pretty
“I eat fish that get close.
Usually.
I’m a death-wish in seafoam
Fluorescent.”
The fish swam a lazy circle
Its body a shrug waved horizontal
It didn’t take its eyes off
The anemone as it replied
(but again: read not too much
Its eyes were seldom long off its host)
“I know
Your cells are harpoons
Your body a net.
A cavern mouth surrounded.
You are the end of me.
Where else
Would I go?”
(I should sting it,
Thought the anemone
but something in the fish
Felt sweet
In a way it didn’t
Want to devour.)
“Besides, the snacks are good”
The fish continued
globbing up a corpsescrap
“and you kill
all those who come hunting”
The anemone sat silent in its lair
which was its body
It tasted the decay, wine-sweet
In the water.
Its skin was swelched in fine algae
draped in the little life, growing
Things had been good
For years.
And years and years.
Quietly.

So I’m aware of the long history of vampires-as-a-sex-metaphor, and I’m not denying it, but Dracula daily has made me aware that the underused metaphor is chronic illness.
which. that is not groundbreaking, especially not when a lot of real-world history involves attributing what we currently understand as disease to vampiric feeding. so literally the most unoriginal take. maybe even an undead take.
But still, I would really like to see an adaption that focuses on chronic illness, but specifically the unsexy and non-terminal kinds, aka the kind of chronic illness that people just have to learn to live with. Especially the bit about the world generally being in disbelief about what’s going on. YOU know what’s going on, but you’ve somehow got to convince everyone

comparing malevolent and venom (or: why private eyes and symbrock are the same ship in different fonts)
spoilers ahead for the venom movies, various venom comics, and s1 of malevolent!!
Arthur is a PI, Eddie is an investigative journalist. Both of them ran into their body mates through their investigations (specifically movies!Eddie, comics!Eddie does not share this origin)
The Entity takes the name John through experiences with Arthur. When Arthur is in a coma for a month, the nurses don’t know his name and refer to him as John Doe. The Entity notices this and finds solace in it. When Arthur wakes, the Entity tells Arthur to refer to him as John. In the Venom comics, their collective name “Venom” came from Eddie being deranged about losing his job as a reporter. He tells Peter to call them Venom, because that’s what he’s paid to write at the shitty tabloids he’s employed at.
(from Amazing Spider-Man #300 [1963])
Though the Venom Symbiote has a name from its home world, many characters throughout the comics refer to it as Venom, implying they kept the name Eddie gave them.
In episode 9, John and Arthur argue until they give each other the silent treatment, leading to them getting caught by the police because John did not warn him there were officers. After realizing they need to work together, John and Arthur escape from the officers (and the supernatural lake monster). Towards the end of that episode, John tells Arthur that “you and I are one, and I need to begin to see us as one.” In Venom: Let There Be Carnage, Venom and Eddie have a rather dramatic break up that ends with them separating from each other. Eddie then gets arrested and brought in as a suspect in Cletus Kassidy’s escape. Venom, in Anne’s body, comes back and breaks Eddie out of police custody. After some apologies from Eddie (though if you ask me Venom also should’ve been apologizing but alas) they bond with each other again. Later through the power of love symbiosis, Venom and Eddie acting as one are able to defeat Carnage.
In episode 12, it’s revealed that John is a fragment of The King In Yellow. The cult gives the King the ability to fully realize itself and take over Arthur’s body, but the King is unable to. The part of itself, John, has become so entangled with Arthur that it cannot fully erase Arthur from itself. In the Venom 2018-2021 run (I know, I’m drawing on Cates. i cannot believe I’m using him to prove a point), the King in Black, Knull, is trying to take over Earth. It corrupts symbiotes, makes them nothing more than servants for it. Knull was unable to corrupt the Venom symbiote specifically because it could not burn the light (Eddie) out of it.
(from Venom 2018 issue 3; 5)
Other smaller similarities between Malevolent and Venom (some of which I only noticed because I’m insane):
guy named Eddie
Arthur chokes someone out while not in control of his left hand (episode 2); Venom chokes Dan after taking control of Eddie’s hand (Venom 2018).
both John and Arthur and Eddie and Venom bicker like old married couples
Arthur and movies!Eddie are just,,,, such pathetic wet cats of men

Random thought, fnaf events told by outsiders would be really interesting.
Like, say, for example, Ennard controlling Michael, told by one of his neighbors years on, wondering what happened to him.

His grip fumbled on the box and he caught it swiftly before it could crash into the floor.
Miles eyed him strangely. “You, uh…good there, Pete?” He looked at you quickly, as if to assess whether his mentor’s sudden malfunctioning would send you running for the hills. But you weren't faring much better. You weren't sure if you'd breathed in the last few minutes.
Spider-Man, in civilian clothing, was blinking at you rapidly like there was a chance you might be one of Mysterio’s illusions. You thought you saw his ears turning pink.
