Hey pals!

I have recently created a Patreon account for my diary comics, which I have been focusing on during this challenging stay-at-home time. Some of you know that comics are my absolute favourite, and some of you may also know that comics are the most difficult art for me to make. For some reason, drawing and writing comics makes me feel like I have ripped out my heart, and replaced it with thousands of angry bees -- I presume this to be the physical manifestation of fear, for me.

Currently there are a few comics from 2018 that are viewable even if you aren't a patron, so you can get an idea of what type of comics I make. My goal is to post two new diary comics each week, but there are also other tiers where I can do what I do best, and that is to foster YOUR creativity and YOUR stories via a monthly video chat! Let me tell you how brilliant your art is, and then let me set you some new challenges so you can raise the bar to be supremely yourself, and also supremely PROUD of yourself . 

All this to say, I am very frightened to do this, but I thrive on deadlines, and this sure as heck sets some deadlines. 

A VERY IMPORTANT BIT: Please do not feel pressured to support my Patreon if you are in any way anxious about your own financial situation during this uncertain and challenging time. Often my test strips are more interesting to me than the actual pieces I’m currently plugging away at. Testing a new brand of ink today! I don’t like the new scarlet I picked up, but I adore the blue and bright yellow.
