No shut up, I’m reading Bobby Shaw (Trevor Wilson) fan-fictions and bitches writing these fanfics are making me cry.

Like I want to hug that poor boy so bad, he lost three of his friends on the same night, do you know how SAD that is or must be?? Like my poor boy must have definitely been depressed or something after that.

I haven’t even watched/seen the entire show and it’s making me feel sad, like, someone tell me he gets a hug. Like lie to me if you have too, I would allow it. Just please

I rewatched jatp today because I needed a comfort show, and as much immeasurable joy it brings me (which is a lot my plan totally worked), I am also filled with renewed rage at the absolute disservice Netflix did to all of these actors, creators and most of all fans. I've fallen out of the fandom recently but god it was like watching for the first time again. I genuinely think I teared up in every episode, both sad and happy and it frustrates me that I still feel helpless about a show that was wrongly thrown in the bin. A lot of people depended on this show and a whole lot of good came out of it so it just all sucks. Anyway that's my rant over. Miss them and their potential.

future/married juke where julie and the phantoms are the musical guests for snl but julie is the host, and during the promos it’s just multiple variations of takes of julie going “hi i’m julie molina (patterson?) and i’m hosting snl this week with musical guests julie and the phantoms.” but luke will hit on her every single time, like “so julie, you got any plans after this?😏” and she goes “yeah i do actually. with my husband,” and then flashes her diamond ring at the camera, he pouts, she rolls her eyes and kisses him. snl ends up using it

Hello, I think that if Julie and the Phantoms got a second season(let me live in dream world for a sec here), they should up the rating just a bit for like one episode, exclusively so 2 things can happen. 1. So Willie and Alex can properly make out. They deserve it. 2. So Willie can fully cuss Caleb out for all the manipulation and trauma and stuff, again, cause Willie deserves to be able to do that, and Caleb deserves to cower in fear at the wrath of this usually friendly, happy skater ghost boi. Let Alex Mercer be the pettiest haunter.

While Luke and Reggie are blasting music and turning on showers to scare people, I think Alex goes a bit subtler. He lives(dies) to cause millions of minor inconveniences. Like taking the ink cartridges out of all of the pens(and I mean all of them). Or unplugging power chords just enough that it looks fine but won't actually charge stuff. Or the water pressure in the shower being really weak for no apparent reason.

When Alex full on haunts someone, he doesn't want them scared, he just wants them annoyed and miserable. So he just makes them have lousy days by messing up all their stuff.

(bonus, Willie finds out about this and goes, "Hey, do you know how to use a seam ripper?"... And then the chaos just grows and they have little haunting dates of ripping seams and moving around all the CDs on people's shelves.)

Okay so I did a thing... There's a point in Heartstopper (the show version) where Mr. Ajayi tells Charlie, "Don't let anyone make you disappear," and that just... stuck in my brain last night. Hey JatP gang. I know it's been a rough year, both with the show and in people's personal lives. I just wanted to hop on here and say that even if we all drift away to other fixations or hobbies or pieces of media, there will still be a huge piece of my heart here for all of you. In 2023 when Julie throws her cap in the air at her high school graduation, I love you. In 2024, when the band releases their first full album, I love you. In 2025 when Alex and Willie have a small wedding in the Molina garage, I love you. In 2026, when Edge of Great hits platinum, I love you. In 2027 when they start their first world tour, I love you. In 2028 when they win three Grammys, I love you.

And in 2032, when Alex chases Reggie all over their huge studio for saying that he'd be the one to leave in a blowup, I love you.

In 2035 when they release their sixth album, I love you.

In 2041, when Luke is able to stand and speak and hug his dad at Emily's funeral, I love you.

In 2049, when they raise over a billion dollars to help LGBTQ+ youth through a series of charity concerts, I love you.

In 2054 when they play at Ray's retirement party, I love you.

so it’s almost over now but -- today is my fave pansexual superstar’s birthday! julie molina, oh miss juliana rosaline molina, how i love you so - now julie may not be a character created by me, or have been around for super long (though we will be coming up on two years in a couple months), but i love her all the same. hands down one of my favorite muses ever, and one of the absolute top muses. it’s so funny because when i first watched jatp, i connected with alex immediately and knew right away i’d be writing him -- julie honestly was more so added to write with riles’ and to write juke -- but over time i’ve fallen so deeply in love with julie and i absolutely adore her beyond words. very much a comfort character now and legit just take a look at the tags on my personal blog or ask my friends if you wanna know how much i truly love julie molina (heck my discord was ‘number one julie molina stan’ for like over a year???)

but julie, the sweetest girl you could ever hope to meet. a true shining star, absolute ray of sunshine. always looking out for the people she loves and she’d always do anything for them, though sometimes i wish she could think of herself a little bit more. the girl who gives and gives and always puts everyone else first. but she’s also so incredibly resilient and strong and even if she’s my muse and younger than me, i honestly admire her a great amount. i think that the scene in episode one where the boys realize that people can hear them play is so important to reggie’s character.

the first gif is from when julie yells at them to stop playing. reggie is the first one to stop, and you can see how quickly his face changes from happy to nervous. he’s probably used to yelling and knows that when someone yells, you listen. he’s also the only one who seems affected by julie shouting.

the second gif is when julie says “stay out of this” to reggie. there’s not much explaining to this BUT LOOK HOW SAD HE LOOKS. he immediately goes quite, looks down, and starts fidgeting with his hands. like he’s used to being yelled at.

i just think it’s so important to realize how much reggie is hurting. it’s addressed that his parents fought with each other a lot, but honestly i think his parents yelled at him a lot too. he’s the only phantom that gets genuinely scared whenever someone raises their voice and it makES ME SO UPSET BC HES JUST A CUTE HIMBO WHO DESERVES THE WORLD i’m gonna stop typing now bc i could talk about him for hours

Phantom Carols

For the @jatp-adventevent prompt: Ice Skating

Day Twenty Four: I Would Teach My Feet To Fly <-AO3!

Reggie is lounging on the couch, a mindless Rankin Bass claymation special playing on the television when Flynn comes barging in. “Hey bun-bun, how’s tricks?”

“Are you busy?” she asks without answering.

Reggie waves at the TV and emptied bowl of popcorn at his side. “Crazy busy.”

“Good. Put on actual pants, we’re going out.”

Reggie groans but gets off the couch, trading his sweats for some not ripped jeans, a fresh flannel and runs a comb through his hair. “Where we goin’?”

“I have tickets to see my favourite pair of ice dancers. Was gonna take Kayla, but she has pneumonia.”

“Gross.”

Flynn shrugs. “It’s what happens when you work with kids. Anyways, she’s sick, you’re free, Merry Christmas.”

“Taylor you had better not be using this as my gift,” Reggie replied. Flynn simply looped their arms, pulling him towards the ice rink a few blocks over. The place was packed. “Geez, who are these dancers?” he asked, taking in the giant crowd.

“You ever hear of Molina and Wilson?” Flynn asks.

“You mean the pretty queer girls who fought to do same sex pairs competitions at the Olympics? Fuck yeah I have! Is that who we’re going to see?” Reggie asks, and Flynn nods. “Didn’t they place third in the whole world?”

“Second.” Flynn replies, and Reggie lets out a low whistle, finding their seats.

The show started soon after, and it was phenomenal. The girls skated together with grace and finesse. They did a few simple lifts, but it was their jumps, twirls, and coordinated spins that had Reggie riveted. The lights of the rink made them sparkle, catching on the sequins of their costumes, and if someone were to ask him how he felt right now, Reggie would have to reply that he was enraptured.

He leapt to his feet at the end, applauding so hard his palms hurt, but those girls deserved it, just for the mastery over the form they had shown. They shuffled out, but then Flynn saw that there would be an autograph signing, and dragged Reggie towards that.

Though he honestly would have gone willingly. Maybe because of the rabbiting of his heart when the screens had shown close ups of the skaters, maybe because of how their performance made him feel. He's not sure, but he dutifully follows Flynn.

The line was long and winding, but it moved rather quickly, and soon enough Flynn was at the front, Reggie right behind her. They paid for the glossy photos the skaters had on hand, clutching them to themselves, and Reggie let Flynn go first, lest he gush all over these athletes. Then he was ushered forward.

Julie Molina and Carrie Wilson offered him sweet, genuine smiles. Reggie tries to ignore the swarm of butterflies that sets off in his stomach. “Hi,” Julie said. “Who should we say it’s for?”

“Reggie. You two… you were beautiful. Definitely gained a new fan.”

“You came without knowing us?” Carrie asked.

“Yeah, my friend Flynn brought me, and you two immediately captured me. It was like.. Poetry in motion or something. Way better than I could do,” Reggie said with a small chuckle.

“You don’t skate?” Julie asked.

“Nah,” Reggie said with a shake of his head. “I just wobble and then fall on my dignity, so I gave up trying.” He rubs the back of his neck. "Maybe if I had teachers as gorgeous and talented and sweet as you, I might have made more of an effort. Now I think I'm best off leaving it to the pros, because... wow you two are just.. amazing."

The girls exchanged a glance, and then an assistant came over, probably urging them to move it along. Carrie signed the photo, then passed it to Julie who did the same, then flipped it over to add another note. “Well, thank you for coming out Reggie. Hope we get to see you again soon,” she said with a wink.

Reggie thanked them and moved off towards Flynn, and it wasn’t until they were a block away that he flipped the paper over.

Beneath that there were a series of digits, and a small X and O.

“D-did you seriously get the number of not one, but two Olympians?” Flynn asked.

“I… I think I did?”

“If you score then I am totally calling this as your present then,” Flynn replied. “Are you gonna call?”

“D’uh. Even if it’s a prank, I’ve gotta try. Worst case scenario, I get a few free skating lessons from silver medalist. Best case...” Reggie and Flynn shared a grin. “But I’m not calling them in front of you, so you can forget it.”

A few days later, Flynn got a text from Reggie.

Reggie: Thanks for the gift

Below it was a picture of him, cuddled into Julie and Carrie as they stood at centre ice, two distinct lipstick kisses on his cheeks.

Flynn: I expect something equally fabulous in return.

And it's not two talented, famous, beautiful girlfriends, but Flynn does willingly accept the day long spa visit he gifts her all the same. Plus she forever gets bragging rights, and when the three of them have a commitment ceremony some years later, Flynn makes sure to mention it in her Best Woman speech.

julie molina is just such a wonderful and amazing character and i love her so much

#i know i talk about luke a lot (which is for hm reasons we shall not get into) but julie!!! the actual star of the show!!!#its about the way she cares so very much about all the people in her life (even the ones who probably dont deserves it. looking at you #carrie or the ones who just randomly fall into it one day out of the blue) and is willing to put them first but also knows when to put her #self first? like yes. she tried for everyone around her to get back into music. but at the end of the day she did it when SHE was ready #and idk i think that's such a lovely message? to care so much and so deeply about the people around you but to still be able to see when #you're not ready for something. and to see when you are #not to mention just how freaking talented she is!!!! like this girl doesn't NEED the band. not really. she could be a baddass solo artist #and still absolutely rock everyones world. but she picks to have these people around her and idk im loosing my train of thoughts here #i just hink julie molina is amazing and we should all remember this is her show. there would be no jatp without Julie Molina 😌
