as you can see I have too much free time on my hands. but I have a decent amount to say today, so prepare yourself

I’m gonna try and keep this organized and maybe short so 1: do you have any more thoughts on the avatar mako au to share because it’s been rolling around in my brain a lot and I want to know what you have to say about it bcs the way your brain works is so. hajdhskapxn/pos

2: mako learning to draw by engraving his parents’ faces in the dirt of an alleyway over and over and over for years even as he starts to forget their faces. mako who wishes he could’ve afforded paper and charcoal at eight to put down something permanent, something accurate. mako getting their family photo from yin and giving her the scarf, redrawing the picture on the nicest paper he can find to give to her as well. artist mako,, save me artist mako,,,

3: more fem mako thoughts but makorrasami love triangle/eventual polycule(?) except they’re all girls. I just feel like the pining after your team captain who you now do know is gay except it’s because she’s dating a rich girl who’s also very hot is just a whole lot more fun than what they had going on in canon because. girls but sports au. sooo in love w that. also I don’t think makorra would get together in b1 like canon did for a couple reasons. for one, the girl trauma in addition to general trauma of being a homeless orphan. touch and gestures of affection from a person she doesn’t know well yet would probably be a no-no, and korra seems like a very touchy person, just in the natural way that her space is yours and your space is hers. also her energy? like obviously mako would come around but korra in b1 is so much more excited about the world than mako and I think that would kind of, like, intimidate her. (<-also reasons makorra could’ve worked later on but not when they happened) but as the series progresses, korra mellows and mako gets used to her. it works.

but then how does masami happen so early? because asami is the moon to korra’s sun. she’s calm and a careful thinker and after korra’s exuberance breaks down mako’s walls a little bit, asami would be able to slip in being everything mako imagines herself wanting. also more than financially stable. so masami becomes a thing, and korra is jealous, but she’s not sure of who which I personally think is so funny

but yeah that’s basically it. I always love how you take my silly little commentary and give actual thoughtful replies, it makes my day 😭

girl for girl for girl makorrasami is really the best version of it tbh! love all your thoughts and actually that's a hilarious angle of korra getting the Sapphic Confirmation but it's not a good thing bc the love interest is actually dating a girl who is NOT korra except oh shit this girl is also super hot and attractive. what the fuck is this. korra my favorite girl in the world ever you're allowed to like all the girls in the world if you want and no one has the right to fault you for it.

Okay so I thought of making a post showing all my art related books. I shall begin with DC comics

I am a fan of the Legion of Super-heroes, it is unfortunate that they don't get alot of attention in todays media and are barely known in Germany. I had to import a bunch of them from America which was already a hard task to find a seller who'd be willing to do that. But I got them either way!

Only thing I didn't read here was this thick book I bought at a comic store all those years ago, somehow it doesn't speak my interest that much but it also showcases all the appearances of the legionnaires in the old comic books.

Then I have these 4 magazines from ImagineFX, I find the content really cool where they showcase so many different artists I haven't seen before. Also the old magazines have the extra content on a website where you can easily access the downloadable files of any other magazine from that time by editing the URL. Tho alot might not be useable or because I don't use Photoshop. Well I could pirate it, but also I am spooped of catching viruses.

These ones got recommended to me by a friend, I am so amazed of Simons works and the way the storytelling takes place. I wish to be able to draw like him one day, it would be so cool to be able to properly visualise everything I'd imagine.

Oh boy this is a big bunch.

I haven't read all of them thus far, my school stress and worries made me not touch some of them at all since purchase, but I'll try to change that the coming months.

I wasn't a big fan of Conan and Metro, it's not my taste in comics. Perdida for example was a really neat one with a huge twist at the end. It honestly flabbergasted me.

And Myre + Radius are my favourite ones among these comic books. They're the first ones I purchased from Splitter Verlag.

Oh boy and here we have all my books from 3D total (tomorrow I'll get a few more)

Some I still have to read, two I already finished and 3 of them I already started reading.

I got the Composition & Narrative one on Christmas day. The Hermes delivery guy was also playing music when he was at the door. Like a Santa Claus haha.

These ones are from all different kinds of book retailers. I saw the Procreate one in my local bookshop and was like, "I need that" and it helped me greatly.

I remember importing the Legends of the Guardians book directly from Australia. It took a while to arrive but it came in December of 2020? I believe. Really gorgeous artworks in there, I love owls so much.

4 of the books were gifted to me, which are equally as cool. I loove the animal anatomy books I got from my dutch friend.

Last books I have here are from different things. Firstly blender... I, I know there are free internet tutorials. But I am stupid so I need a book where everything is written down so I don't melt my brain trying to google a solution. It's reaaaally big

I haven't read the Nier artbook yet, but maybe soon.

The other two are as seen from avatar and alita battle angel. I went through both of thwm and really enjoy the contents presented in there. I still remember watching Alita back in the cinema, I was soooo mindblown by everything, and the OST of the movie just rocks.

Oh boy I don't think my artbook obsession will ever stop, they atleast greatly help me learning new things for my own artworks. Yes there are youtube tutorials but I also would like to read up on things.

I can't wait to look at the contents of my new books tomorrow. I must absorb the knowledge into my brain!

Hello hello everybody! Whisper's been one of my more active muses lately, so I'll be posting this here. I go by Neo, though some have known me as Alex in the past, and I go by Jam in my art stuffs. (It's very confusing even to me, don't worry) I'm a 27-year old they/he/she enby. I've been in Isola for around three and a half years now, during which time I've had near constantly full muse slots, and would doubtlessly have more if I were allowed because I deleted Self-Control from my Contacts list. Current other muses in the group are Gaige the Mechromancer from Borderlands, Jester Lavorre from Critical Role, Margaret Moonlight from No More Heroes, Jinx from League of Legends/Arcane, Tatsumaki from One-Punch Man, Toph Beifong from Avatar: The Last Airbender, Eda the Owl Lady and Kikimora from The Owl House, and Anne Boonchuy from Amphibia. (Also the blog you're reading this from is Whisper the Wolf from the IDW Sonic comics)

I graduated college a little over five and a half years ago with a fine art degree concentrated in New Media and Design- lots of Adobe product stuff and some 3D was taught, though I've learned a lot more since graduating. I'm currently employed at a fast-food restaurant where I've been for far too long. =v= While working in animation, whether 2D or 3D, is my dream, I currently want to fill out a portfolio to get a job in video editing! I'm taking some online courses to get projects from, and I started a Youtube channel for video essays and such some time ago, though currently it's only for video essay, singular- only one video on there atm, about my Problematic Fave Kikimora. BUT I'm writing a script right now as a kind of follow-up to that video related to the most recent Owl House episode! Hopefully that'll be out soon and I'll get a newer video out less than eight months from now afterward. Maybe it'll even be one that isn't about a character everybody but me hates(jk, though I probably don't need much more than two hands to count how many fans she has in the fandom).

I'm a tremendous DnD fan, currently playing in two campaigns(one of which is using a homebrew Pokemon system). I also have one that I DMed, though it's been on hiatus for over a year now because of complications- hopefully everybody'll be interested in getting it started again when I'm good and ready. (I've even considered apping an NPC from the campaign here bc I've obsessed over her ever since her inception and the party hasn't even met her yet) Other hobbies include wanting to play video games and then not, drawing far too slowly, and puns.

I really like this idea!! Glad to really meet you all and I hope we can all have more fun together!

December 13 - 2023 Wednesday

10:37pm

This morning I made a sausage egg and cheese sandwich with rice. I was afraid of undercooking the eggs but I remembered just how little some people cook theirs and determined mine must have been fine as always. I started work a little late. I did a couple sketches for pics I want to do soon. I started the next commission but needed information so I had to stop and switch to personal stuff. I got a macaroni pic off my desktop. After stream I went out and chopped wood. I chopped the last of what was there and tried to see how well my survival hand chainsaw worked on longer logs my step dad bought. I knew it wouldn't be economical to cut logs like that but I could barely saw 1 off before my arms went totally limp. Next week I will learn how to operate the chainsaw so I can cut them. When I came in I planned to clean but I had little time so I showered instead. I really gotta clean my toilet and shower so maybe tomorrow I'll shake up my schedule and clean before my morning shower. For lunch I made beef stew. I watched Forsen and XQC before afternoon work. During work I had to draw an OC I absolutely HATE and it took longer than usual. I had XQC playing in the background and it was a bit distracting but I didn't wanna turn it off. Then I worked on a pic of the mane 5 and Kumatora. After work I set Starfield up and played for a little bit and had fun. Daisy started up Just Dance so I joined her but it was cut short by her game crashing. Then we chilled while she crocheted and I got Unity set up for my upcoming avatar work. We watched a little She Ra too and she discussed some of her recent stresses with me. When she went to bed I played Neopets and cured the swamp people of their swamp disease.

Today I felt detached from myself. I struggled in the afternoon finding purpose behind my art. In general I was disconnected from everything I was doing. Maybe because of the diligent routine I've naturally found myself in lately. I have to put in effort to break it. The good thing is I have more to talk to my therapist about tomorrow since I've been narrowing down some things I think are important for me to address.

Chapter 1: The Boy in the Iceberg/The Return of the Avatar

“Who are you and what are you doing on my ship” A stranger's voice sounded in my ears.

I opened my eyes to see a boy around my age, with a scar on his left eye and his dark hair in a ponytail, being the only hair he had on his head, “What where am I?”

He looked slightly taken aback, “You are on my ship, how did you get here?” He threatened again. I turned my vision to my surroundings and saw that I was indeed on a ship and not in my bed.

“This is a dream, I was just in my bed.” An older man, who was very plump wear grey and red robes walked over to us.

“Prince Zuko it appears that this girl is just as confused as you are, maybe you should treat her with more respect.” The boy, who was now dubbed Prince Zuko scuffed.

“I wouldn’t treat any stowaway with respect.”

I stood up from where I was on the floor, wobbling slightly, “Now hold on, I’ve caught that you’re a Prince and all, but I don’t like being disrespected as much as the next guy. I am not a stowaway first of all. I don’t know how I got on this ship, I swear I was just in my room about to fall asleep and now all of a sudden I’m on a ship. I don’t want to be here as much as you don’t want me here.”

“How do I know you’re not a spy? Or sent here to assassinate me?”

“You can search me I don’t have any weapons buddy.”

The prince grinded his teeth, “Don’t call me buddy. And how do I know you’re not a bender?”

“A bender? What are you talking about?” I was so confused the only kind of bender I know about is a robot from a cartoon I watched.

“You know someone that can control the four elements. How do you not know what a bender is?”

“You can’t control the elements. That’s not possible, are you from a different planet or something?”

He opened his palm and a small flame ignited, “Does this look impossible to you girl?” I was taken aback, maybe even more so than waking up on a ship, he frowned when he saw my surprise.

“Where am I?”

“The waters near the Southern Water Tribe, where are you from?” Zuko asked

“I’ve never heard of the Southern Water Tribe, I’m from the United States of America. I think I’m from an entirely different world than you.”

“I think she might be right Zuko, I’ve heard stories long ago of multiple worlds. She showed up here as soon as we saw that light, it must be connected.” The old man said, “What is your name young one?”

“I’m Ayaka, sir.”

“It’s nice to meet you Ayaka, I am General Iroh, and this here is my nephew Prince Zuko, we are from the Fire Nation. We can talk more later about this world. I apologize for how my nephew treated you earlier, that was unkind and disrespectful."

"It's okay General Iroh, sir, I understand why he must've responded the way he did. He had to keep his crew safe and there's a stranger on his ship. I would be weary too." I tried to remain understanding, there wasn't much else I could do, I was stuck on a ship with him in one of the poles of the earth, I didn't want to anger him.

"You seem very thoughtful Ayaka, you can just call me Iroh by the way. I'll show you some place you can change until decide to leave."

"Thank you Iroh, I appreciate it." He walked me into the lower decks of the ship and to a room with a small bed with red bedclothes and a red tapestry with a flame on it. There was a desk set up next to the bed and a wooden chair, as well as a trunk at the end of the bed.

"I know it's rather small but it's the best we have. I can grab clothes from this world as well so you don't draw attention to yourself." Iroh said and left the room. I sat on the bed and reached in the pockets of my pajama pants, great I was in my pajamas that whole time, I pulled out my mp3. I was so thankful to have it at least I have the music I like still. I untangled my headphones and put them in. I felt something on my face and lifted a hand to wipe it off, only to find that it was tears. I opened the port hole and starred out a glacier we were sailing past, a lone ship was raised out of it by ice, there’s no way that was naturally done. A flare shot out of the ship and I heard Zuko shout to the helmsman. Pocketing my mp3, I went above deck as we set course for a small village that lied on the barren landscape.

“Why are we stopping here?” I asked Iroh.

“We have found the Avatar, he is the only person who can master all four elements. You see Zuko was banished by his father three years ago, and he cannot return without capturing the Avatar.”

“Why does he want the Avatar?”

“The Avatar is the last of the airbenders, and he is meant to keep balance in the world. The Firelord, Zuko’s father, is carrying the legacy of the 100 Years War by controlling all four nations. He cannot do that unless the Avatar is stopped.”

“That’s cruel, but why hasn’t the Avatar stopped the war yet?”

“He disappeared a hundred years ago when the Fire Nation killed all the airbenders.”

“That’s horrible.” That reminded me of WWII from my home, it was sad people being killed for who they are.

“It is, hopefully one day my nephew will see that, but he has to realize that on his own.” I nodded. We landed at the village and Zuko stepped off the ship to retrieve the Avatar. I stayed aboard with Iroh, he was teaching me how to play Pai Sho and he made us tea.

“Wow this tea is really good!” I sipped on the cup, it really was good, I usually am not a fan of tea. Coffee was my go to most times.

“Thank you! The secret ingredient is love.” Iroh smiled, “I wish Prince Zuko would learn to appreciate tea.” He chuckled

“I’m sure he will one day.” After about 15 minutes, Zuko was back on the ship holding a twelve year old boy with arrow tattoos.

“Set our course for the Fire Nation, we’re going home.” Zuko told a crewman, then he handed the kid off to some of the crew and they headed the lower deck with the boy. I shook my head, and went to the lower deck myself, wanting to talk to the Avatar and see who this kid is. I walked past the guards leaving a room, acting like I was going to my room, and once they were gone I snuck into the room.

"Hey there!" I waved at the bald kid with arrow tattoos.

"What do you want?" His eyes squinted and eyebrows furrowed.

"Right, you think I'm one of them but I'm not I promise. You see I just want answers and I'll set you free, I don't like war as much as the next gal." I laughed a little, and fidgeted with my hands, "Look Mr. Avatar, I'm not from this world and I woke up on this ship around the time that you did. I think it's connected and I wanted to know if you knew anything. I'm Ayaka by the way."

"You can just call me Aang. I wish I could help you Ayaka, but I'm new to this and I don't know anything, but if you come with me I can help you." He looked at me with softer eyes this times, full of apology.

I thought about his offer, I mean it would be nice to get off this boat to find out with Avatar and help the winning side but I woke up were I was for a reason, I think and I think I'm meant to stay here, "Aang you're offer sounds great but I think I'm meant to stay on this ship and be here, I don't know how but I feel it. I promise to help the good guys but I feel like I'm meant to do that here where I woke up. Do you understand?"

"I think I do." Aang nodded.

"Okay I'm gonna get you out of these chains, but you have to make it look like you forced you're way out of them." He nodded again, I looked to find the keys on the wall and I unlocked his chains and put the keys back, "Okay now do whatever kind of bending you need to do to make it look like it wasn't me."

"I'm sorry if this hurts." He took one deep breath and airbended me into the wall, and I slid to the ground.

"Ow! Good job now run!" I said to him and he thanked me before running out. Some crewmen ran down and got me picked me and dragged to the top of the deck, only to see Zuko and Aang going head to head. Zuko kept firing blasts that Aang deflected with his staff. Two blasts had Aang nearing the edge, and one more sent him over the edge. I ran to the front of the ship and over the edge to see if I could spot him. When we thought it was over the Avatar came rising out of the water with a funnel of water levitating him into the air and he bent a part of the glacier to break off and it fell towards us, and on top of me specifically, I held my hands up wanting the snow and ice to turn to water or something so that I wouldn't get crushed. To my surprise it wasn't snow that sent me tumbling, it was water that pushed me to the ground. I groaned and opened my eyes to see a big flying beast fly away with three people on it, including the Avatar. I slowly rose to survey the rest of the damage, the bow was completely covered with snow and ice.

"Good news for the Fire Nation. The Firelord's greatest threat is just a little kid." Iroh said

"That 'kid' Uncle, just did this." Zuko motioned to the mess left behind, "I won't underestimate him again. Dig the ship out and follow them!" He looked to see three soldiers encased in ice, "After you're done with that." His commanding posture faltered. This kid is gonna be a piece of work.

Thinking journal for season 12 Prime Empire 😎😎😎 (2/2)

Here we go with the next part! I really hope we get some major big plot twist at some point, because it's all really cool but I need something to really change from good to GREAT

For now, let's focus on the next episodes!

It's the 17th of April and here we go!

GENERAL

I feel like there's little time to really pull up something, I don't know. Like, what plot twist could happen now that there just half season left with only Unagami/Dyer's identity and maybe Scott's past as mysteries? There's little space for more plotlines, that's what I think

Overall fighting scenes, character designs and game backgrounds are AWESOME!!

Let's see how it goes, maybe I'll be surprised. Wouldn't be weird for Ninjago to pull a bomb last episode 😅

ONE STEP FORWARD, TWO STEPS BACK

ZANE AND PIXAL FINALLY!!! IT'S DETECTIVE TIME!!! 😎

Okay, so there is a photo, and there is a friend. As I thought, Dyer might not be Unagami at all, I feel like there's a lot of backstory coming along. I wonder if Scott has a part in this... WHERE IS SCOTT 💙

Ah, of course Kai would spend his credits on an avatar, I should've known, my flame babe can be such a dummie sometimes I mean why would you even do such a thing as buying an avat-

NEVER MIND I LOVE IT 😍😍🔥🔥 I thought him being blonde was going to bother me, I actually kinda like the change. Still prefer my baby brunette, but it's really cool as well. The best of this season are definitely the characters designs

Was that "let's fight an ogre mission" a hint for next season? I wouldn't be weird, but it's been a while since I've seen forshadowing for new season in this show

HECK YEAH THE DANCING EPISODE!!! I was waiting for this, Jaya is so cute while they are on the dancefloor 😍 They have chemistry 😘😘😘

I like the implication that Nya was really bad at dancing before Jay, like Kai covering his eyes because he cannot handle her sister not being perfect at something 😛

And Cole being the dance expert, that little tango moment with Kai I bet made many lavashippers super happy 🖤❤🖤❤

THE TRIPLE TIGER SASHAY ALL THE WAY FROM SEASON 1-2 ABSOLUTELY YES YES YES!!! AND HE DIDN'T ROAR, HE STRAIGHT UP SAID "NO ONE PUTS COLE IN A CORNER" I'M DYING!!! With this and Nya's 'catch me', I expect so many Dirty Dancing AUs from this 😂👌

JAYA BEING AWESOME HECK YEAH ❤💙❤💙

JUST LOOK AT THEM!!! Nya better say I love you back soon, like Kai and Skylor are a little behind, Zane and Pixal already said it, Jay can't stop doing it, come on girl it's your turn! 😎😎

RACER SEVEN

SCOTT IS BACK YES!!! 😍😍😍💙💙💙

Okay, I think my theory won't happen 😅 Feels like there are not enough episodes for a good reveal, and it doesn't seem like Scott is that influenced by Jay. My last idea is that perhaps he has spent so much time in the game like Jay said (POOR BABY 😭) that he doesn't remember. Maybe the moment he will come back, we will find out that it is Jay's brother/twin, I mean he still has those dragon and lightnings drawing on his back... yeah I like this theory a lot, gonna hold on to it!

So Scott is indeed a person trapped in a game, at least that's confirmed 👍

Also he's got some major issues, the poor thing, and I think there is some special reason behind him not wanting to race besides having just one life.

HERE IT COMES

OH MY GARMADON 😂😂😂 Okay, okay, it's actually better than I expected really. The scarf is cool, and so are the golden tattoos, the suit and the golden sleeve. It's just the mohawk that will take time to get used to, it's not even bad, just weird 🤷‍♀️

Racer Seven is so cool! Always nice seeing a new female character in this show that is not a love interest. I do love Nya, Pix and Sky to death, but I love variety too 💪

Really, really nice the piece of all Racer Seven's crashes! Impactful and sad, a never ending loop that she wants to break through from. That's the heavy stuff I like!

Okay, ready for the race! And I'm... scared? Like, a lot of they guys have one life?? KAI HAS ONE LIFE?? 😱😱 I hope for the best I guess 😅

THE SPEEDWAY FIVE-BILLION

Might be my favorite episode yet

Seven is SO COOL, it's another reason why I'm sad these episodes are so short! I really would had liked see her more, truly have her bond with the guys

Soooo... I guess since Scott's been in the game for 30 years it's safe to assume he's not Jay's brother/twin. To be fair it's really hard to tell a LEGO person's age😅 At this point I guess he could be either Dyer's friend, even if it sounds unlikely, or... idk, still think he could have a connection with Jay. Maybe he's like... an older brother? Libber had him a long while ago?

NOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! WHY DID SCOTT HAVE TO DIEEEEEEEE??? 😭😭😭 Just when he was getting more involved, come on! He even said he wanted to try that hero stuff, I love him! WE WILL SAVE YOU MY TECH BABY!!!

Cole getting a ride from Kai, this season has some pretty good lava material ❤🖤❤🖤

I've got some major Ninjaball Run vibes from this, that brings me back 😂 Even the no rules thing is there, come on, there has to be a little bit of inspiration from it!

Still don't know what I think of the rats, kinda seems useless and annoying, gonna be honest. But it's a nice race, exciting with nothing big happenin-

Kai and Cole sacrifice for Jay

I KNOW I THOUGHT ABOUT IT BEFORE BUT I'M NOT OKAY WITH THIS!!! MY FLAME BABE AND MY ROCKY BABY!!! 😭😭😭😭 WHY PEOPLE KEEP DYING IN THIS EPISODE???

I so, so enjoyed how they did it. Like, one look between them to realize that yes, this is it, Jay is the expert and needs to go on. This is the end of our race... AAAHHH!! (Infinite shipping potential too)

Omg Nya screaming her brother's name and Jay his best friend's name, while Lloyd looks so devastated (those masks are actually kinda espressive, I really like them). Wow. This is the angst I needed, finally👌

YES SEVEN WON!!! HECK YEAH GIRL!!! SO HAPPY FOR HER!!! Also Okino in the background being happy, nice touch!

And now they are three... it's gonna end up with only Jay huh. I... I'm not ready actually, my heart 😢 They better all hug when this is all over!!!

The music of the old school section was actually very nice, reminds me of the past, I kinda hoped The Fold were going to release some game themed songs. Been a while since I have one of those 😍

Okay the design of the temple of madness is REALLY cool, you can immediately tell it's from an old videogame. Gives me the double vibe the googles for the first 3D movies used to give me 😂

The fighting scenes are really, REALLY good! So fluid and active! This fight was really pleasant to watch, not gonna lie 💜

So Unagami was the first name of Prime Empire and is also an AI that got crazy and was shut down, but now is back after programming the game itself and wants to get to the real world?... I'm down with it

So I'm guessing we won't get much of a Scott backstory... Eh, let's see how it goes!

I THOUGHT ZANE WAS GOING TO TAKE A BREAK FROM LAST SEASON, WHY ARE THEY MAKING HIM SUFFER AGAIN??? 😭

Oh finally the backstory of Unagami I'm really curious about what happened in the past and what exactly brought the shut down of Prime Emp-

I LITERALLY CARE ABOUT NOTHING ELSE BUT THIS BEAUTIFUL GAMER BOY IN REAL LIFE!!! 😍😍😍😍😍

So Scott was the first beta tester, Milton asked Unagami to make the experience as exciting as possible, and that ended very badly so the game was shut down and THEY LEFT HIM INSIDE FULLY KNOWING HE WAS THERE??? I HATE DYER NOW!!!

Although it is really interesting knowing a tech genius like him, until now we got Dr. Julien and Cyrus Borg that were plenty open about the idea of AI with feelings as meaningful as humans'. While he doesn't get that, they are only machines for him and that's the reason why he doesn't understand how much Unagami is mad and filled with need for revenge.

This is why I want more than 11 minutes, the themes of this season are really, REALLY cool. I would have loved more introspection and development.

I guess Scott being Jay's brother is officially debunked 😅 Although I am curious about the life he left behind, since he was stuck in that game for 30 years. He still has those lightnings on the jacket I don't understand...

DON'T YOU DARE LET ZANE BE DESTROYED AGAIN PLEASE I STILL CRY WATCHING "THE TITANIUM NINJA"!!! 😢😢😢😢😢😢

The portal is open, Zane might get destroyed, Unagami wants revenge, Jay and Nya are the only one left and I'm pretty sure Nya will be killed as well leaving only Bluebell so there's THAT. So yeah, this is actually pretty cool!

THE TEMPLE OF MADNESS

This felt a little simple if I'm gonna be honest. I felt like the last mission before facing Unagami was a little basic, with nothing really exciting. Still liked it, but this is probably my least favorite episode 🤷‍♀️

Of course, put Jay is a sushi restaurant-themed level and he will kill you with puns 😂 I love this prankster

Again, the fighting scenes are dope. Definitely one of my favorite things since they changed the animation. You lose something you win something 😙

Wooo, Jay saying that he had trained for years just for kick his butt was actually cool! Bluebell is unleashing!

Wow, I actually love this ending?? A LOT?? After last episode I didn't have much hope, but after seeing it I gotta say, it was really great 👌👌

Jay taking charge is quite rare and when it happens you know things are about to get crazy 😂 It was really nice seeing how sensible he could be, telling that Unagami wasn't evil after all, that he needed closure and answers

I know I miss the animation peak we reached with SoG and Hunted, but I gotta say the atmosphere of the city with the lightnings and the gray sky was really awesome. Very cool.

Pff, that part with the elevator though, reminds me of the one in season 1 that made me start watch Ninjago ✌ Also it's always Borg's Tower indeed 😂

OKINO KICKING BUTTS HECK YEAH LOOK AT OUR RONIN GO!!!

And wow. WOW. I didn't expect Jay to drop the I'm adopted bomb on us, I think I never heard him talk about it since Skybound (that technically never happened so 😅). It was SO good seeing him sympathize with Unagami because he was also left with no explaination. His desire to know, along with the hope that the past is the past, but they had a good reason for. Also he freaking said he didn't have the chance to ask because Cliff is dead and I 😭😭😭😭

And here I melted, because we finally see the situation for what truly is, the way Jay also sees it: Unagami is a kid, a child that doesn't understand how the world works, that just wants to make his father proud but got rejected instead. The confrontation was actually touching, I really wish we had more time for that. Even a little resistance from Unagami, another fight, and a finally reconcilliation with Dyer.

MY NINJA BABIES ARE BACK I MISSED YOU GUYS SO MUCH!!! ❤💚💙🖤💦💎

Okay, very nice to see Seven and Okino out there and deciding to live their lives in Ninjago, nice to see some others like the rats going back to Prime Empire. As Unagami said, he gave them a choice, it's up to them at this point

But I'm sorry, WHY ARE WE NOT GOING TO TALK WITH SCOTT??? That guy's been trapped inside the game the longest, not even a "Hey bud, you're alive, cool cool"? I know I've been overbearing about how much I love Scott, especially since I had all those theories about him (still don't know why he has lightnings on his jacket and hat, is it just a style thing? Idk), but come on! Well I guess if he's happy I am 🤷‍♀️

Is that his girlfriend or something? After 30 years? Or maybe she got trapped with him a while later? Or maybe that's his... mom? Look, we all know determine the age of LEGO characters is hard, give me a break please 😅😅

Overall, very nice ending, it brought everything together quite nicely. I'm satisfied, yes!! 💜💜

FINAL THOUGHTS

As I said, the episodes' lenght I really think gets in the way of making this an excellent season. There is so much that could be explored more, the choice matter, all the amazing characters, and the AI feelings stuff from the latest episodes. There is room for more, I wished we got that

The characters though were really amazing. Between Scott, Okino, Seven and Unagami himself, there were very different personalities with very different dreams and thoughts, that made this ride much more interesting

Fighting animation was 👌👌👌

Comebacks from past seasons were 👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌

Maybe it didn't really focused on Jay as much until the end? Yeah it was about him, but we got to see his sensibility and his past only last episode. He loves Nya, he likes videogames, of course but there's more about him than meets the eye! Wished we saw that, but in general it was nice seeing him first line again 💙

I liked this season. It has flaws, but I enjoyed many parts and at the end I was left satisfied 👍

Just... wasn't Jillian supposed to be in this? Or is it next season? She said a mom was going to come back, I took for granted it was going to be Edna. I'm curious about next season now... FINALLY A COLE SEASON EVERYONE!!! 🖤🖤🖤

What got you into Star Wars?

Literally, a lightsaber being stuck into my hand, at 7yrs, and being asked to be Vader to my cousin’s Luke Skywalker. I’d never heard of SW till that moment, and I fell headfirst into the Dark Side and in love with the galaxy far, far away! Its been the one franchise that as been a constant for me, the whole time growing up, and I’ve loved having something SW to look forward to every few years. SW and Reylo lifer! 😁😁😎😎

When their hands touched? I screeched in that theatre! And I may have yelled at Luke as well. Walked out and hunted for Kylo/Rey fanfics and the rest was history!

Why do you write / make art?

I do because the stories show up and make it impossible for me to do anything else but tell them. They buzz and breed and drown out all other sounds, like manic mosquitoes. They can be quite a nuisance that way, but... *throws up hands* ... I gots to do what they tell me to do! 😆

I like Adam every which way, but my favorites are with facial scruff and slightly shaggy hair - Phillip Altman meets Ben Swolo. Oooh, anytime he is a sweater (or half out of one!) or with his shirtsleeves rolled up. So, um, yeah... 😁

Favorite Star Wars Movie

The Last Jedi was the most beautifully written and shot movie in the entire franchise, with a depth of characterization and exploration of symbolism that was brilliant. This will always rate as the best for me. A close second, and one I will always love, is Empire Strikes Back. That was quintessential Star Wars and an amazingly good watch - snark, action, angst, love, betrayal, rescue, OMFG!

What do you like to write / draw / paint the most?

Until I started writing Reylo, I’d never been able to write fiction. I could never visualize the stories. And once I started, I haven’t been able to stop! I’ll write anything Reylo, I’ll try writing anything at least once (so, yeah, there may be dark fic as well one day!). My style defaults to either mildly angsty, or humour-laced fluff, or depraved smut. So, not sure what that says about me 😂

I’ve always had Taz as a nickname, for the Warner Bros Tasmanian Devil (yes, I’ve been known to be exactly like that! 😂). Wren is a nod to Kylo Ren, and the fact that one of the earliest fanfics I read had Rey naming her son ‘Wren’ as a backhanded pointer to Kylo! So I’m, Taz, a Knight of Ren.

There are so very many in this amazing fandom! The one that I’ve loved from the beginning, though, is The Art of Broken Pieces - a beautifully written Bendemption fic.

Favorite fic you wrote or favorite art you made

God, this is hard! My recent favorites are Brooklyn Bridge Blues, Caught Between Beats, and A Taste For Two - I like that I’m able to explore a variety of stories and emotions through them. I’m most proud of Confidences To A Stranger because I was able to explore a storytelling medium that I hadn’t before.

Favorite SW character besides Kylo and Rey

Padme Amidala - she reminds me of my mother and grandmother, both of whom were strong women, who got shit done, while always taking care of their people. She was a queen in more than just name. Han Solo - I am weak for a scoundrel/villain/bad boy in a leather jacket, with a hardass, snarky exterior that hides a heart of gold. The reluctant hero.💙

So, while you're on vacation, I think I'll drop off these ideas: You would get one Jewel for every leftover Event, Raid, Coliseum, Trial, and/or Union Coin you have at the end of the event. That way, nothing really goes to waste. The Item Shop's "Premium Keyblade" Banner would be unlocked after you get Moogle of Glory, and would work like the Spirit Blind Box Banners: You'd see how many Keychains you have left, and you would always pull a new Keychain from them.

ANYTHING THAT WOULD GIVE MORE JEWELS WOULD BE AWESOME GIVE ME THAT. Like yes plz I would kill if that was a mechanic.

That said, Cross Coins would be in the game as Union Coins for the Weekly Union Boards. You'd earn them by completing Party Objectives and by decreasing the revive counts of other Players. At the end of each month, the Five Unions would be ranked against each other in the Coliseum according to each Union's Number 1 Player. The five representative players would each receive and Illustrated Moogle while the Unions are rewarded according to Coliseum Rank.

(This one was before I died for two weeks so let’s scream) MORE FREE JEWELS YES. Although the fact that it goes to top rank means it’s probably given to somebody who’s pay to play but meh.

One Skill that would be present in the MMO AU is "Counter". It sometimes triggers when the Player is attacked by the enemy, and has the Player use the Medals normal attack on the Enemy that triggered it. NPC Companions would automatically attack any time one of the participating Players finishes their turn. Shared Medals would earn double EXP in order to simulate the fact that they're getting extra use in Single Player Portals. All of Hades' quests would reward Guilt upon completion

Counter would be hella awesome if we had that. I also like the idea of more frequent NPC attacks some of those honestly saved my ass before EX medals broke me.

MMOAU Boosters: Booster U (Sun Gem, Upright Medals), Booster R (Moon Gem, Reverse Medals), XIII Booster (Organization Insignia, boosts Medals depicting Organization Members), Sora Booster (KH3 Sora, Boosts Medals with Sora and Data-Sora), and Art Booster (Illustrated Chirithy, Boosts Key Art, Anniversary Art, Illustrated, and Toon Medals). The Extra boosters beyond "U" and "R" are inspired by the canon "Mickey Booster" that you sometimes pull from Medal banners, apparently.

The unique boosters are honestly really cute. I’d hope they’d release more, there are so many medals and I’d cry if I had something like “Xion booster” or “Foreteller booster” or anything like that since that could very much help my Keyblade.

Each Quest in the Game would have a description, a picture of the current target(s), your progress, and the prize you'll earn upon beating it (or a question mark in the case of Story Quests that either unlock portals or reward Key Items such as the Power Bangle, Light Bracelet, and Keychains). Once you've met all the requirements, you'd be able to hit the "Complete" button. Story Quests would automatically prompt you to "Complete" them once you've met the prequisites

That’d actually be pretty useful to keep track of stuff, at least. I like it. Plus it’d probably mean more of the daily quests type of things.

Okay so, upon creating their Avatar, and getting rescued from a Darkside, the Player's first quest would be a movement tutorial, which tasks the Player with collecting the Quest Item: "Medals" (small items containing power from the future). As soon as you walk into the Green Sparkles you'd activate the cutscene where the Moogle snatches them up and tells you his "First come, first serve" motto before offering to sell them to you. "Complete" your Quest for the needed Jewels.

Your SECOND quest would be to pull from the "Keyblade Wielder's Starter Kit" Banner, which would grant you your first 3 Medals, and I'm not sure whether to go with the canon starting kit from the mobile game or whether to start you off with KH1 Sora, KH1 Donald, and KH1 Goofy (Sora being the default friend Medal). After doing that, push the "Complete" button on the Quest Menu to turn in your quest and get a Cheshire Cat and 10,000 Jewels to start. Story Quest 3 would be the combat tutorial.

So yeah, Quest #3 is the Combat Tutorial, Quest #4 would have you opening 3 treasure chests (one small, one medium, one large, each one costing more AP to open than the last), Quest #5 would ask you to upgrade your Keyblade (with Starlight Materials spawning on the ground to accommodate), Quest #6 would pit you against your first Raid Boss (a level 1 Darkside, with 6 NPCs helping you out), and Quest #7 would send you to Dwarf Woodlands to fill your Quota. Quest #8 is where your journey begins.

Fuck u Moogle.

Anyways in all seriousness I do like the idea of the medals being Sora/Donald/Goofy and all of those are Story Drops. So share medal Sora alongside Donald and Goofy. And maybe that first forced draw still gives you Mickey so you can swap off that useless Donald pretty quickly. Xp

This definitely does sound like a good way to get the players to start off strong, not to mention the potential drop of the 10k jewels early would cause players to go nuts over the ten medal draws early and get really strong really quickly. Or at least I’d hope it would.
