A lot of time had passed since you'd reunited with your little brother years after your separation. Your h/c hair intertwined with red bangs had grown a lot and well as much as you hated to say that Naruto was now taller than you. To say that a lot had happened since your arrival at Konohagakure would be an understatement. The day he discovered he was the Jinchuriki of Kyubi, his entry into team 7, Orochimaru's attack, the death of the IVth Hokage, Sasuke's departure.

He was eternally grateful to have you by his side in those moments. Admittedly, things were different now, and he had many friends, but the comfort of family was of added value to him.

You still lived in Naruto's little apartment. This in itself didn't bother you, since you weren't really home-loving and were always busy together or on your own, being out and about. On the other hand, you hadn't slept with him for a while. In fact, you lasted 1 month, after which you couldn't stand it any longer when he made you fall out of bed rolling around in his sleep. So you put a second bed in the apartment.

When you say you, you mean you and Iruka. In fact, he was the 1st person you met at Konohagakure, the 1st person to earn your trust. You both feel indebted to each other. You because he trusted you and, thanks to him, you found your long lost brother. And he because you gave his favorite student back his zest for life and now he had peace of mind knowing that Naruto was supported and cared for.

Over time, however, this gratitude turned into something else. Both of you knew that gratitude had nothing to do with meeting up in the evenings after his class, in a restaurant or going for a walk in the cool of the night talking about various subjects. You decide to live the thing quietly without questioning or asking questions about your relationship, it's not like you've already kissed right ?

That's what Iruka was thinking. He didn't want to burden you with his emotions, he knew he was clumsy in this kind of situation. He knew that at some point he was going to screw things up. In addition., Naruto had started a training session. Naruto had started a special training with Kakashi and Yamato and Iruka was sure that your brother needed your attention more than he did.

Little did he know that on each of your "dates" you wondered if he'd have the courage to kiss you. With time, however, you realized that he was shy and reserved, especially in this context, and that for that to happen you'd either have to pray to a lucky star or make the first move yourself.

But for the moment you weren't too concerned about that. You accompanied Naruto to his training session of the day, which he had well like every other day with Kakashi and Yamato. By the way, speaking of Yamato, he was nice but he always made funny faces. He'd stare into your eyes sometimes when you used your chakra. At the time, you didn't really understand why. And every time, Kakashi would appear out of nowhere and tell you not to worry, giving you an apologetic smile. But even his smile left you with a funny feeling in the back of your head ( even Naruto could sense something strange in your aura, which reminded him of his own, but he decided not to worry about it, reassuring himself that you were brother and sister )

In any case, today you had come to attend Naruto's training session. He'd told you he'd made a lot of progress. And you were as eager as he was to show you how. That's how you ended up on the training ground with - you must admit - a grandiose waterfall.

But then things took a completely unexpected turn. To perfect his technique, your brother needed to channel a great, great deal of chakra. He therefore had to borrow some from Kyubi. Except that dealing with so much power had its risks, like losing control. And that's exactly what happened before your stunned eyes. You knew that this situation had apparently happened twice before, once on his first mission with the new Team 7, under Yamato's orders, and again during his training with Jiraiya, on his 3-year journey.

When you saw the face of the fox demon your brother was harboring, you panicked. Little by little, you saw the tails appear, just as the toad hermit had described. You counted one, two, three... seven tails... you were speechless, unable to draw your gaze from his lava-red form. He repelled the assaults of Kakashi and Yamato with the greatest ease, it was disconcerting.

What was equally disconcerting for the two men on the ground was the way you were running straight towards the half-transformed form of Kyubi through Naruto's body. You weren't planning on letting him deal with this alone any time soon. Suddenly you saw one of the tails rise up and run towards you. You put your hands towards your face to protect yourself from the blow, which you were sure was going to be of unparalleled force. And as you waited for the pain to arrive, nothing happened. When you opened your eyes again, your body was surrounded by a glowing aura, which served as a kind of protective shell. What the heck was going on ?!?

Clearly you weren't the only one stunned, for you saw the half-Kyubi half-Naruto in front of you freeze, tilting his head to one side for a brief moment. Yamato's eyes widened as his theory was confirmed before his very eyes. Kakashi smirked and said, "Do you think you could give us a hand, Y/n ?"

Your only response was a confident nod. You were unfazed by what had just happened when you saw the state your brother was in. So you took a breath and resuled your run towards him, hoping to catch him and block him before forcing him to become human again. Or else you'd use the brutal method and knock him out.

With each new step you felt the chakra inside you bubble and warm up, in a way you'd never been able to feel before. Deep inside you heard a voice urging you to confront this creature that was torturing your brother's mind. Suddenly, it was as if the link between you and that inner voice solidified, creating a bridge. You felt as if time had stopped as you stood there in your inner self.

You found yourself face to face with a .... erm orange fox ? lying on a kind of large cushion, its two front paws gently crossed in front of it, its head set on them. As you stared at him, intrigued, he surprised you by opening one eye. He looked at you with his red eye before finally speaking in a deep voice "Finally, it was about time ! I thought you were going to let me sleep here for the rest of your life. Even your brother managed to awaken the part of me he was hosting"

You looked at him with round eyes. Could it be that a part of Kyubi was also locked within you ? Without realizing it, tears welled up in your eyes and you began to pour down your cheeks. Minato, your father hadn't used you as a diversion like you always though. He trusted you with this, the proof being the part of Kyubi that had been sealed inside you. You were so happy he hadn't let you down.

"Hey kid, I don't want to spoil your emotional moment, but I think they need you out there" he told you this time, his voice holding an ounce of friendliness. This part of him seemed far less enraged than the one that was inside Naruto.

"Yes, it's true-" and just like that you snapped out of your trance to realize that only a second had passed in the real world. As you continued to dodge the attacks of those tails to reach him, you thought that maybe those two parts of Kyubi weren't purely identical, and that they both had their own temperament. With the incredible amount of chakra he lent you, you were able to skillfully avoid all the attacks and get closer to your brother's body.

Suddenly, you saw an opening, you screamed gathered your chakra in your fist and you reluctantly struck a blow into his torso. Sending him tumbling into a rock, after blowing up a tree in the process. Yamato ran over to Naruto, who could be seen again the more Kyubi's chakra faded. He wanted to make sure he was all right and that Kyubi wouldn't regain control. Kakashi, for his part, walked casually up to you to congratulate you "Hey Y/n good jo-"

He didn't even have time to finish his sentence before you fainted. He barely had time to run and catch you on his back before you collapsed to the ground. He barely caught you and made sure you were secure on his back before standing up. He quickly ran his hand over your pulse to make sure your heart was still beating, and when he turned around he saw Yamato carrying Naruto on his back in the same way he had. It seemed that the siblings were as out as each other.

"I came as quickly as I could. Is she all right ?" a worried and breathless voice asked.

"But yes don't worry about that. She's just a little groggy, that's all. She deployed a lot of chakra" replied Kakashi in a relaxed tone. He knew you were going to get through this way easier than anyone thought. You were just like your little brother.

"B-but how did that happen ?" he asked stuttering.

"It would seem that Tenzo's theory about her having some of Kyubi's chakra inside her was well-founded-"

"Huh ?!? So that's what I felt ! I-I have to go see her" he said in a hurried tone.

"Well go on what are you doing here ? Go for it" Kakashi replied, pushing him towards your room.

Iruka, under Kakashi's guidance moved towards the door and after taking a deep breath before turning the handle and gently pushing the door open. He was extremely concerned about your well-being. In fact, when he saw you lying like that in bed, he felt his heart clench. He knew his fears were irrational, for you were a strong kunoichi, but he couldn't help the way his heart was beating at that moment.

"I'm sorry I couldn't protect you" he mumbled

"Why are you speaking as if I were dead Iruka ?" you said, turning to him. In fact you'd been awake for a long time, you were just staring out of the window. He yelped and jumped back before retracing his steps closer to your hospital bed. He took you carefully in a loving, longing embrace.

"How do you feel ? Are you feeling well ? You're not dizzy ? Or trouble breathing ? Maybe I'm choking you-"

"Hey relax Iruka" you said as you gently placed your hand on his cheek, looking straight into his eyes for comfort "I swear I feel fine"

At that moment he didn't know what got into him. His gaze dropped for a split second to your lips and it was as if he'd just realized that your mouth looked really soft to kiss. He felt unable to resist any longer. His voice was barely above a whisper.

"Can I-" but you cut him off as if you were thinking the same thing he was "Please."

And the red rose to his cheek as he pressed his lips to yours. Expressing all his love for you. The kiss was kinda sloppy because of his lack of experience, but that didn't take away from how good it felt to finally kiss the man you loved.

After a while, when he stepped back, he was out of breath and flushed. In short, adorably flustered. His hand couldn't stop rubbing his other arm as he looked down at the ground. He couldn't get over how good it felt.

"And now Iruka thanks to you I feel even better" you said smiling mischievously, adding a tinge of red to his flustered face.

"You're welcome" he stammered.

"Tell me, would you help me get even better ?" you teased unsure whether or not he'd play along.

"O-of c-course" he said, leaning towards you and pressing his lips to yours. This time his hands went behind your back and he pressed you a little closer to his chest. As you wrapped your arms around his neck. The kiss seemed much more passionate than last time, as if he had improved in such a short time.

You were just giving a series of sweet pecks on his lips when suddenly the door opened "Hey ! Nii-chan how are youUUUUUUUU ?!? Iruka sensei ! What the hell ?!? Are you kissing my sister ?!?" Naruto's voice dripped with surprise as it took on a high-pitched tone.

Poor Iruka jumped back 2 meters from your bed as he heard Naruto's high pitched scream "It's not what you think ? I came to see if everything was all right..." and as if he wasn't convinced himself, he sheepishly added "Okay, that's what you think, but B-but she means a lot to me. And with your approval, I'd like to see her again" he said, leaning in Naruto's direction. He wished he had Naruto's consent too, but he knew full well that even without it he couldn't help being away from you.

Naruto squinted his eyes at his former teacher "It's up to her to make this choice but I'll never be far away so be very careful" he said with a falsely threatening air that was menacing all the same.

Iruka nodded eagerly before turning his attention back to you. You took his hand and nodded towards him, rubbing your thumb over the back of his hand "It was about time right ?" you said hearing the part of Kyubi you beared chuckled lightly within you.

That's Right I Win Or I Thought I Would || Naruto characters x fem!Light!reader

A/n : Okay now this is really interesting, I'm affraid it'll turn angst but I love angst so tha'ts cool ahah. Also dear and everyine please if you have request I prefer to receive them on @moumouton4 which is my main account where I post my fics whereas @mrs-barnes-library is just a library where I gather fics of hundreds of amazing writers. That being said thank you and let's go

Kakashi Hatake :

You were very close to the Uchiha clan and you were devastated by the events of that famous night which had deprived you forever of your two best friends Shisui and Itachi.

It seemed to be a twist of fate when you stumbled upon a strange black notebook that you had found in the forest under a bramble bush - ouch

Once you got to know the God of Death, whom you discovered was called Ryuk, you decided to use the extraodinary power of this find to avenge the death of your friends and the Uchiha clan

The first person you used it on was of course Danzo Shimura, the one who caused the situation to go wrong

Of course you didn't do this in the normal way, you could have just written his name down and made him die of a heart attack but you made a show of it, you made him go to the public square, explain his crimes, show the eye he had stolen from Shisui and the eyes he had grafted in his right arm, after that you made him tear out his eye and cut off his arm before cutting off his tongue, the tongue that had caused so much harm before he stuck the kunai in his lung and let him die of asphyxiation

Of course everyone - or almost everyone - had witnessed the scene and was almost more shocked at what he had done while he was alive than at the violence of his death

Kakashi had noticed that day that the atmosphere in the village had changed, a climate of fear reigned

All thought it was made by a Genjutsu but Sasuke had disappeared, only Kakashi remained, who of course knew that he had done nothing. However he noticed that you didn't seem to be really upset, dare he even say that you seemed happy about it. After all it was legitimate but still

So he decided not to worry but to keep an eye on you, not because he suspected you but in case the author of this act tried to come after you

But if only he knew

After that you started to go on missions for the Hokage, without telling him, you always took missions that would allow you to be in the same area as the enemies that you wanted to get ride of with your Death Note and thanks to the power of the Shinigami eyes

No one ever made the connection between your missions and his unexpected deaths

Well, nobody except Kakashi, who noticed that the deaths were taking place during the same periods as your absences, he just didn't know where you were going or where the enemies you were killing were

He had also noticed a strange change in your aura, a kind of melancholy associated with eagerness but what he didn't know. It also seemed that on the rare occasions when you were in Konoha and he came to spend time with you, you refused to go out all the time and even did everything to get him out of your house as soon as possible, as if you had better things to do

He would have advised you to sleep, because of the dark circles under your eyes that showed your lack of sleep

But EVERYTHING went wrong one evening, when he was walking in the forest to clear his head, he stumbled upon a familiar figure lying on her stomach on the ground behind a bush, writing frantically and laughing psychotically

His eyes widened and he stepped on a branch that cracked making you stop moving before whipping your head towards him

"Y/n what are you doing here ?" he asked his voice shaking as if it knew something more than he did. He held his hand out to you to help you up, but it didn't have the desired effect at all

"Don't touch it ! Stay back !" you yelled clutching the Death Note against your chest, he took another step in your direction, resuming in you throwing a kunai at his feet made him stop his advance

"Y/n what the hell are you doing ?" he asked surprised in his voice clear and noticeably out of breath

Another noise was heard and Anbus ninjas, which obviously took you in tailing for a while already, unfortunately your measures did not allow you to escape

"L/n Y/n you are under arrest" one of them shouted at you but you didn't listen to anything

You quickly wrote their names while avoiding their attacks, they all started to fight again one another and the last one fell down dead of a heart attack in the next 30 seconds under the frightened eyes of Kakashi

"I'm ridding the world of evil and creating a utopia. No matter how much time I have, it won't be enough. I have no time to loose on you"

He couldn't believe his eyes, his legs were shaking slightly and his breathing was shallow "Oh no not again" he thought, he felt like the day he had seen Obito again after all those years thinking he was dead

Your wild eyes locked on his, and he took a step backwards for fear that you would decide to attack him if you felt rushed by his proximity

"Please Y/n put that down we'll settle-"

"No ! I did this for all of us ! I have avenged the village and I will continue to purify the world as a vengeful and protective deity-"

"Protective deity ? Can you hear yourself talk ?!?" his brain was working at full speed, how should he handle the situation, should he arrest you or let you execute criminals at all, should he go as far as killing you- no no it's impossible, he already lost everything, he can't afford to lose the person he cares about the most to die, not by his hand, not again ( I'm not saying that he loved Rin only that he killed her with his hand )

"Don't you find life in the village better now that I have blessed it with my power ! Don't you feel the serenity of the place ?

"Y/n..." he said sadly, his voice low, "You are rambling. You are not in your right mind. Let me help you-" he took another step slowly towards you

"Not one more move or I'll have to clean the village of your presence as well !" your trembling hand holding your pen, holding it perpendicular to the page of the notebook, your voice echoed in the moonlit forest in a frightening manner

Kakashi couldn't believe his eyes you were going to coldly kill him, but he couldn't let you do that, however he couldn't bring himself to kill you either, but little by little he realized that it was either you or him, and who knows what you would be capable of doing after killing the man you had shared your life with for all those years

Suddenly you saw him put his hand in the pocket of his bag and you rushed to write his name on the notebook

"Kakashi Hata-"

Too late, an erasure coming down from your "A" scratched the bottom of the page as your hand jerked uncontrollably as the pen - your weapon - slipped from your hand, as the kunai in your throat made you choke, so that you spat blood on the open page of the notebook and dropped it to the ground

Kakashi had acted without thinking, out of survival, he didn't think either when he set fire to the damned book he thought was cursed

He took you in his trembling arms, tears forming in his eyes, he uttered apologies expressing all the regret that consumed him secondes after what he did, but nothing reached your ears which could only hear a white and continuous sound, like a whistle

You continued to flail frantically in his arms as you watched your Death Note burn, until exhaustion forced you to close your eyes

You wondered if it was the kunai that would take your life first or if it was the burning notebook that would have the upper hand, but wasn't it you who started it all ?

"It was the right thing to do... you'll be more useful to them than me" you coughed blood on his chest leaning over you, as if the old you wanted to speak one last time

"Don't wear yourself out, I-I'll take you back to the village, you'll be fine, I-I love you please stay with me" he was talking so fast, but yet he was slowly realizing what was happening and that maybe you wouldn't make it

You closed your eyes in exhaustion, feeling his love surround you, it almost didn't hurt anymore with his warmth against you

He panicked as he felt your body relax in his arms, he repeated your name over and over frantically like a mantra, tears flowing from his eyes like streams

And just like that it was over, after a lifetime together with each other, you were going separate ways for the first time

Kakashi would continue to curse himself for the rest of his life for not knowing how to handle the situation in a better way and for not realizing it before

However what was done was done and he would have to live with it, he just hoped that once everything was over he would be able to find you, in heaven or in hell

During his next battle he will be informed that his pupil has changed, thanks to you he developed the Mangekyō Sharingan

Shikamaru Nara :

Let's say that if you found the Death Note and got the Shinigami eyes 5 months ago, well he was suspecting it since the first month

Actually you knew each other since your first year at the Ninja school and you were dating for almost 3 years now

His intelligence helped him a lot but contrary to what we can think it's not a change of your behavior that made him have this intuition

In fact, your intelligence was neck and neck with his, so you always pretended to be less intelligent than you were, so that those who thought were manipulating you would be caught in their own trap

However in this case you got caught in your own trap, at first you only used your eyes to know the names of the people you had to kill for the sake of the Ninja World - you were convinced of that, after all who could have done it if you didn't

But it only lasted a month and soon you turned to bigger and bigger criminals, which of course attracted the attention of Konoha's intelligence services

It was Shikaku, Shikamaru's father, who realized that the killer had to be from Konoha, because the deaths happened just after the said criminal had harmed Konoha in any way

Of course to complete your mission you had to infiltrate the Intelligence Service to keep up to date with everything that was going on and so you know about their progress on the investigation

Shikamaru noticed the dark circles under your eyes, or the twitch of your eyes the moments when someone made you angry, you could really look mad in those moments but being the relaxed boy he is he didn't pay more attention to it but he smtill kept it in a corner of his mind... just in case

The moment you got caught was the moment you let your feelings show the most

Indeed, Azuma sensei had been killed by Hidan's hand with the assistance of Kakuzu his Akatsuki companion. Shikamaru, Ino and Shoji were devastated

Shikamaru's eyes were full of sadness and hatred, which made you do what would start the process that would end your reign

Just two days after this tragic event you returned to your room and retrieved your Death Note which you had cleverly hidden in a wall in your room. You had been on the said mission which had ended with the death of your boyfriend's sensei, so you had thanks to your Shinigami eyes been able to see the first and last names of Hidan and Kakazu, and it was a piece of cake for you to remember them

You began to smile unhealthily as you wrote down the little story you had prepared for their grand finale

You made sure to manipulate Naruto ( sorry bro but I had to ) so that he asked the 3 ex-team members of Team 10 to go near the Konoha village gate

As you expected, Hidan and Kakazu arrived, all your friends who attended the scene mouth agape for some and jaw clenched for Shikamaru, he tried to use the Shadow Possession Jutsu to stop them but nothing happened for the good and simple reason that the power of the Death Note was greater

The two men continued to walk with ease, in an almost robotic way until they reached the group. Once they were at a decent distance, they bent down to 90 % and in a monotonous voice apologized for what they had done. Kakazu gave a kunai to Hidan, everyone jumped backwards but Hidan turned the weapon towards Kakuzu and pierced all his hearts and he died in a pool of blood. Then Hidan ( I'm so sorry baby T.T ) took the kunai and after apologizing one last time he stuck it in the throat, under the astonished eyes of everyone

Of course you knew that because that's what you had written, for obvious reasons you couldn't risk going to blow your cover on the field

Of course this was hidden from the other members of the village and the Intelligence Service started to do the necessary research to find the origin of what had just happened

After this eventful night, Shikamaru went to the Intelligence Office reluctantly, he went to get the information about the serial deaths. Of course it didn't take him long before he was caught by a colleague of his father and was thrown into his office. His father half-heartedly made it clear to him that you were the prime suspect and Shikamaru reluctantly explained what he had seen change in you over the past 4 months

And so in the same way that L found out that Kira was living in Tokyo, it was broadcast on your television that Shikamaru had died, killed by the same cold hand that had perpetrated all these murders, and you had run to his house, losing all notion of your plan, forgetting that it could only be a crazy scheme, and you had screamed that you it wasn't possible, taht something else must have killed him and that the killer was going to pay from your hand

But as you were about to go home to think, you felt that you had lost control of your body and you were completely frozen in place

"Shadow Possession Jutsu now complete"

When you recognized him you burst into tears, not only out of relief but also because you realized that you had they must have found out

"No I-I-I did everything for the good of the village y-YOU CAN'T DO THIS TO ME ! NOT AFTER ALL I'VE DONE !" as you started to scream your voice had changed in a frightening way and you started to shout to - it seemed to someone that nobody else could see - to do something

Shikamaru was frightened and disconcerted by the situation, he grabbed you in his arms as if he suspected that it might be the last time he could hold you like this, he understood why you did it but he couldn't validate your way of doing it

"Ryuk you FUKCING PIECE OF SHIT I'M YOUR MASTER YOU MUST OBEY-"

"Shhhhhh Y/n please don't make it anymore difficult" Shikamaru's voice slightly broke which made you look up at him, your crazy eyes staring into his, a pang in your heart was felt when you saw the tears rolling down his cheeks

You tried to bring your hands to his cheeks but you couldn't move any more "I did it for you Shikamaru, for us, for the village" as you spoke you thought of everything, maybe you could give up the Death Note and get the Shinigami eyes back until the division of your life expectancy would be not enough to keep you alive but unfortunately it was impossible the Death Note was still in your house

You were thrown into the dungeon, of course they tried to make you talk, but nothing happened as they expected, it seemed that you had found a way to get a piece of a page of the Death Note with which you proceeded to assassinate Ibiki, his screams were almost hidden by bursts of voice as you stood over him "I am righteous ! I'm the Hero who's liberating people from fear. I'm the Savior who's going to be like a Goddess of this perfect new world !"

Then everyone agreed on the fact that you were a threat to Konoha and they chose to end your life as quickly as possible

Of course back in those days no one knew what had happened to you and Shikamaru didn't learn this until years later when he was hired as the Hokage's right hand man.

The news took him back to that very dark part of your childhood and he was once again devastated

The harsh reality of war is, that not everyone makes it. You did everything you could do, healed those who were able to survive their wounds, helped us seal Kaguya, and have this village back into the good place that it needed to be in all along."

Still staring at my feet, I tried to listen and he wasn't wrong, but it still didn't take that pain and horror away.

"And I know that you will continue to be the great kunoichi and help keep not only our village but the whole world safe," He spoke more softly, holding my shoulders to have my head up straight, a small smile behind his mask, "I'll also make sure that you're not summoned for any missions for a bit. Let you have time to relax."

"Thank you, Kakashi Sensei," I whispered, hugging him softly to show my appreciation, squeezing softly as he patted my back:

"You'll know where to find me if you need anything, okay?"

I simply nodded, wiping at my eyes before exiting, taking my time to gather myself and clean my face before I headed back out.

It was sunset already and for a change, the sky was quite beautiful, trying to take my mind off things and attempt to put myself into a content place with a stroll through the village, in no hurry to get back home.

"Hey! Y/N! You're back in the village!"

Sort of.

Buffing the Byakugan!

The Byakugan was written as an antithesis to the Sharingan but got mostly forgotten. I’m here to change that.

Well all know that with the Byakugan you can see the chakra points and have x-ray vision + almost 360 degree vision. Additional powers include:

Microscopic vision: Byakugan users can look at blood samples and whole bodies up to a cellular level. Their eyes are basically a substitute for a microscope, x-ray scans, ct-scans and mris. That part where Sasuke could see Deidara‘s cellular bombs with his Sharingan? We’re scrapping that. Only Byakugan users can do that.

Immunity to most visual genjutsus. Byakugan users can see when someone is using or under genjutsu and have a natural immunity against most Sharingan genjutsus, with only things like Tsukuyomi or other powerful Mangekyou genjutsus posing as an actual threat.

Splitting anything chakra made in half. We’ve seen my man Mukai Kohinata doing this to Itachi’s fire ball jutsu and in Neji’s fight against Kidomaru. Using their gentle fist, anything that is made of chakra can be split in half or atleast damaged. This includes Susanoos. Also, Byakugan users can disable the necessary chakra points of an Uchiha to activate the susanoo.

Detecting shifts in mood. There are changes in your chakra when your mood changes, it’s canon. Byakugan users can see when someone is angry, scared, happy, horny, you name it. They can also tell when someone is lying. If someone is trying to suppress their chakra, they can see it too.

Releasing chakra from all their tenketsu. Neji has done it in the fight against kidomaru. Basically it means they can release normal or elemental chakra out of their chakra points, which makes taijutsu pretty useless against them. Ex. when a Byakugan user releases fire chakra while someone is trying to punch them, they’d burn their hands. Medic nin who have a Byakugan can use this tactic to release healing chakra on their whole body, allowing them to heal themselves without using hand signs or the palm technique, if their chakra control allows it. A Byakugan user can also release tiny portions of chakra on their elbows or legs to make their punches stronger or highten their jumps.

There’s no next level Byakugan like the Mangekyou is for the Sharingan, however Byakugan users suffer no permanent damage from overusing their Byakugan. They temporarily have bad eyesight or even blindness, but it passes.

When you're alone, you feel lonely. But in reality, many of us feel this loneliness. That deep sorrow that devours us from the inside when there's no one to tell about our day or the things we've discovered. It's a shared feeling despite what we might think. But sometimes it's when we least expect it that loneliness gives way to a warmer feeling.

These warm feelings Naruto doesn't know what they are. He's never really asked himself. He always thought it was the way it was supposed to be. But as time went by, he realized that he felt empty, empty from being alone. He envied the other kids whose parents picked them up from the playground or took them out for some noodles. That's when he realized that it wasn't possible for these other children to feel as empty as he did with people around, and that this feeling was abnormal.

Alone, lonely, growing older he had managed to put a word to it. With no one to spend his day with, he could say he was alone. With no one to hold in his heart, he could say he was lonely. He tried to fill this void in a variety of ways. First, he tried to make friends at school. But nobody would mix with him. And the only ones who had the misfortune of being seen with him were scolded by their parents.

He was tired of being alone. Of eating alone. Going to school alone. To play alone. To walk alone. Of coming home to a house where he was going to be alone until the next day or guess what he was going to be alone again. Oddly enough, he got into the habit of saying "I'm home" when he arrived home, as if to signal his presence in the empty house.

Sometimes he wondered if it was his fault he was alone. If he'd done something to repulse people. But no one ever answered these questions. Sometimes he even doubted his own existence in the village with how no one acknowledged him. The only time he felt he was noticed was when people talked about him behind his back and thought they were being discreet. Because yes, he might not have heard the content, but he knew full well that it was him who was being talked about.

In the end, he settled on the idea of attracting attention in another way, by messing around. He figured they couldn't do any worse than leaving him alone. Like painting the Hokages' faces. An unconscious way of getting closer to one of them, maybe.

On a school-free day when he'd had enough of being cooped up alone in his house, he decided to go out and get some fresh air, hoping to clear his head. As he passed along a shopping street, under the glare of passers-by he tried not to pay too much attention to. He noticed a store selling tengu masks. His eyes lit up and he went inside to take a closer look. Suddenly, a man's voice startled him.The bastard yelled at him to get out of his store, despite the boy's words that he wasn't about to do anything foolish and that he was only looking.

With a crash, he threw the boy into the street, before the eyes of all the passers-by who seemed to have gathered around him, looking down on him as if he were a curious beast. The shopkeeper threw the mask in Naruto's face before shouting at him never to set foot in his store again. In a fit of sadness, the bewildered blond cried out to passers-by why everyone was treating him as if he'd done something awful. He grabbed the mask and quickly ran away from this terrible scene.

With disgust and dismay he decided to return to the coldness of his home. At least there'd be no one there to judge him. A feeling of disgust grew the longer he stayed on the street. Well, today he was going to stay home. It's not as if he had anything better to do elsewhere. And little did he know that he couldn't be more right about this.

Just then, as he walked slowly up to the house, two people were already there. "Are you telling me he lives here all alone ?" a soft voice asked.

"Unfortunately, yes, we can't say that life has been kind to him so far," replied an equally gentle and slightly sad male voice.

"I see... And is he surrounded by anyone ? Supervised at least ?" the voice sounded worried.

"Well, not really. I know his future sensei came to check on the house but other than that nothing. I think it's about time the fate of your paths converged again" he said, taking a seat at a table in front of the front door. With a serious face, laced with slight excitement, the second person came to sit opposite the first to continue their discussion.

Naruto, for his part, had just put his keys in the door lock. Turning mechanically, he then, as usual, said to the empty house "I'm home", except that this time it wasn't quite like that.

The two people in the room tensed. Both you and Iruka - Naruto's first sensei. The latter entered the room, struggling to conceal his surprise "Erm tell me Iruka sensei who is this lady ooooof-"

He didn't even have time to finish his sentence as you leaped from the table, giving him a bone crushing hug. Naruto's eyes widened, he had no idea what was happening. But he couldn't deny the warmth awakening in his heart at this affectionate contact he'd never had the chance to experience before.

Still in the blur of this unknown woman suddenly taking him in her arms, he felt her shake before she spoke again "Otouto-san" ( little brother )

He blinked slowly ( like a cat / pun unintented ), otouto-san ? him ? so that meant... Without him even being able to hold them back or notice them, a warm liquid beaded on his cheeks. Wetting them with salty tears. After holding you for what seemed an eternity, you parted carefully from the little boy. Now your face was close to his and you could see the resemblance, like the little whiskers on your cheeks. Of course, you had red strand of hair amongst your h/c ones, but overall you looked very much like him but older and more feminine. You ran your hand through his hair before saying softly, "It's amazing how your hair has the same shine as his" But when you saw his strained cheeks, you then thought that maybe you shouldn't have jumped on him at the risk of overwhelming him "I'm sorry" you said, backing away.

Iruka came and put a hand on your shoulder before clearing his throat "Naruto I think she is better suited to answer you"

As the boy's face fell on you, eagerly awaiting your answer, an answer that could potentially put an end to a lifetime of loneliness and sadness. You took a shaky breath before opening your mouth, "I-I'm Y/n Uzumaki, your older sister. The eldest children of our parents... well and actually the only other kid of the family besides you"

And then nothing, his face seemed blank for a moment. The truth is, he felt a range of emotions so strong and numerous in a short instant that his face couldn't express them all : surprise, amazement, joy, sadness, relief. Suddenly he let out a big sigh, like a weight he'd just dropped, and a broad smile appeared on his lips before he leapt at you, his arms encircling your middle ( First fanfic where reader is taller than the other character woohoo )

You lowered yourself to his level when you heard him sobbing. You took him in a much softer hug, guiding his head onto your shoulder and your hand running soothingly over his back. "I'm sorry it took me so long to find you," you said, feeling your tears fall as well. I never gave up hope of ever seeing you again. But I've got you now"

Your little brother could only nod against your shoulder, while his smaller arms were clinging onto you. It broke your heart, you felt how much he lacked affection and silently vowed to yourself to fill the void in his heart.

"I think my work here is done" said Iruka "If you need anything you know where to find me" ( Y/n x Iruka ?!? 😱😂 )

"Thanks a lot I'll make it up to you" you said in a soft voice.

Looking at Naruto and feeling him so relieved, Iruka replied "It already is" and with that he left.

Once you'd closed the door, you refocused all your attention on the blond boy, "So, tell me, would you make room for me in your little house ?"

He pulled out of the cuddle and nodded at full speed getting excited every second "Yes ! Of course ! I can let you room in my bed or we can ask a neigbhour for a spare mattress ! Oooh and if you want we can go and eat somewhere, I'm sure you'll love Ichiraku's ramen ! They're divine dattebayo !"

You chuckled at this, he sounded just like your mother. You gave him a wide smile that reflected how pleased you were that he'd accepted you so quickly "Sounds like a plan. It's on me today you can take whatever you want"

His eyes sparkled as he engulfed you in another quick but sentimental hug. Before putting his shoes back on, ready to go out again, this time with a sense of ease and confidence he didn't have on the way home. Even as the villagers glanced at you as you walked, his hand in yours. Though you never looked away, forcing them to mind their own business.

It wasn't yet the right time to explain how you'd ended up in this situation. How after Kyubi's attack on the village, "Madara" threatened your dying father, the 4th Hokage, and your mother, Kyubi's jinchuriki, to find you. Because he thought that, as the eldest, they would seal the biju in you. However, before he died, your father had asked that you be sheltered away from Konohagakure in another village - knowing that you would inevitably find your brother in the future. You served as a diversion, but thanks to this, Naruto remained safe until you found him. You didn't even know if Naruto was aware of the colossal power he harbored.

But for now, you planned to enjoy your time with him and take it step by step. Get to know him, train him if he wanted, create good memories with him and make him feel like any other child his age. In any case, you weren't planning to leave any time soon now that you'd found the last member of your family.

Certainly loneliness was a feeling that had been part of his whole life. He wasn't the only one who felt lonely. And yet, without warning, the solitude left, and for once he was glad to be left. He knew now, thanks to you, what it felt like to feel his warm feelings. Thanks to you, he'd found his family again. And it was well worth the wait.

Deep within Naruto, unbeknownst to you both, was resting a smirking Kurama who since you had arrived felt a chakra similar to his when Naruto stood close to you. And given his calm and collected demeanor, he assumed that this other part of him was still asleep within you. As fate would have it, just like your brother, you'll soon learn a truth you hadn't even considered... that of being a jinchuriki. It's curious that you still haven't realized it. Kurama closed his eyes again as he thought about it "Damn Minato. Going against the threats of the enemy and sealing a part of me in your eldest child, even on the brink of death you never cease to amaze me"

Naruto Uzumaki - Words of Affirmation

This man is your #1 fan. Everything you do he is behind you cheering and hollering the whole way. It doesn't matter if it's something stupid like trying to do a bottle flip, Naruto is gonna hype you up. He just adores you so much and wants you to know that! He wants you to know that he believes in you fully. When he isn't being a hype man, Naruto is just genuinely complimenting you and showing his appreciation for all you do. Nothing you do will go unnoticed, you WILL feel this man's love

Sasuke Uchiha - Gift Giving

Sasuke is, uh... kinda rough when it comes to romance. He's gone through some shit and even after all these years doesn't quite know how to deal with it. He isn't good at words, is wary on physical contact, and isn't around often. But the one thing he succeeds in is giving you gifts. Everytime he leaves to go who knows where, he will always return with an incredibly thoughtful gift. Sasuke doesn't just grab whatever he see, he knows what you like and what you appreciate. You though SASUKE was bad with feelings? Dear lord you gotta have a lot of patience with Sai. Unlike Sasuke though, Sai tries his hardest, even if it's a bit rough. He tries to say nice things and touch you, but it's still incredibly foreign to him (not to mention he can get a bit brutally honest about some things). The only thing Sai is confident in is his gift giving skills. He loves to draw art for you, pretty much everything he sees inspires more art to give you. It's gotten to the point that you have a whole room filled with them (Sai keeps telling you it's okay to get rid of some, but you refuse! They are so pretty!). On special occassions, Sai loves to bring his drawings for you to life, enjoying the look of amazement on your face

Ino Yamanaka - Gift Giving

This girl is gonna treat you RIGHT, believe that! She's is incredibly open with her feelings, especially when it comes to flowers. You will be getting flowers for every occassion, sometimes just randomly. She'll buy you other gifts like jewelry and clothes and books, but her real love language is flowers. Her bouquets aren't just randomly put together either, Ino carefully hand picks each one and take in mind the meaning of each one. The longer you date you will soon learn the different meanings, which makes her so proud. Although she doesn't really expect anything back every time, make sure to get her a lil something for special occassions, she'll appreciate it~

Shikamaru Nara - Quality Time

We know Shikamaru is a lazy bitch, but that's what we love about him! He may seem distant and seemingly uncaring, but if you look closely you can clearly see how he shows affection. Sure he may not wash you with praises or get you expensive things, but he stays by your side. Always. Somehow he always is in the same room as you, even if you are doing two different things. You're always together in some sort. He'll definitely deny it, but you notice he doesn't leave still. It's kind of like a cat, ya know? Shikamaru gets especially clingy when you're in bed together. This man doesn't get up for hours, and you aren't getting up either. You will lay and sleep with him for 3 more hours, no discussion

Choji Akimichi - Acts of Service

Just... just so sweet. My boy is such a sweetie oh my god. Choji is quite nervous in your relationship, both due to low self-esteem and just anxiety in general. Just you surprising him with a hug is enough to fluster him for a solid minute. Since more direct ways get him anxious, Choji prefers to do things for you, and his favorite thing is to cook for you. This man can COOK like no one's business! You guys will go out to eat on the weekends (there is nothing like fresh barbecue), but through the week he is in the kitchen cooking your favorite meals full of love. Seeing your giant smile and hearing your satisifed eating makes his heart soar. Also, you are one of the only people who he'll always share his snacks with, no hesitation (the other is Shikamaru, obviously)

Kiba Inuzuka - Physical Touch

Kiba is a toucher, hands down. He LOVES to just touch you all over. He is always in contact with you no matter what, appropriate or otherwise. Hands on your waist, head on your shoulder, fingers in your hair, sometimes he will just randomly pick you up to get a reaction out of you. Let's be real, Kiba's a dog through and through, and dogs adore attention. Whenever he wants your attention or love, Kiba will poke you and bug you until you give in and cuddle with him. Spooning is his absolute favorite position. Give this man his head pats and belly rubs god dammit, and don't forget Akamaru!. Oh and uh, warning, this man is also perverted. Quite perverted. Your cuddle sessions will devolve into him dry humping you 50% of the time. You gonna get manhandled and groped quite a bit (every touch full of love <3)

Hinata Hyuga - Words of Affirmation

You thought Choji was shy? You haven't seen nothing yet. Hinata was already a sweating mess when you were just friends, the moment you asked her out she literally fainted and collapsed on the floor. Thankfully she is better now (and didn't get brain damage), but it's still nerve-wracking to be in a relationship with you. You're just so... perfect. And Hinata wants you to know that. Throughout the day she is normally very sweet and appreciative, but whenever you are on dates or cuddling in private, she lets all her feelings out. She shares her admiration for you, her appreciation for you, and just how happy she is to have you in her life. It always makes you cry, which makes Hinata feel bad, but you always assure her they are happy tears

Shino Aburame - Acts of Service

Shino is a man of little words, and you knew that going into a relationship, so you have no issues with that! It makes the times he does speak up mean even more. Since he's inexperienced with relationships and romantic gestures, Shino's main way to show he cares is by protecting you and keeping you safe. He always is ready to defend you in public, and whenever you go somewhere alone he gives you one of his bugs so he can know you're safe. Anyone who even tries to harass or injure you is getting shot down immedietely. Losing you or you getting hurt is one of his biggest fears, and he'll never let that happen. You'll never feel unsafe when Shino is around

Rock Lee - All of Them

You can call this a cop out, but let's be real, Lee is the embodiment of EVERY love language. He never stops gushing to you about your beauty and skills, and screams how much he loves you from the rooftops. Anything you ask him to do will be done in record time perfectly. He loves to give you extravagent gifts for your anniversaries and random occasions. Spending time with you is his favorite thing in the world, especially when you train together. And physical touch? He is always happy to hug and kiss you all over. Lee is just full of love for you!! He knows he can be a bit overwhelming at times and will calm down if you tell him. He just is so grateful to have you in his life, and wants you to know that every day for the rest of your life

Neji Hyuga - Words of Affirmation

It may come as a shock to most due to his sharp tongue, but the way Neji shows his love is by words. To most he is aggressive and stand-offish, and ocassionally is to you too. It's just how he is unfortunately. But unlike with others, he is noticabely incredibly soft with you and is much more open. Neji isn't afraid to compliment how you look or give praise when you succeed at something. Even when he gets annoyed he doesn't raise his voice or throw insults at you, he stays respectful. The fact that he calls everyone an idiot except you says a whoooole lot about how he feels about you. Wear that honor with pride

Tenten - Quality Time

Tenten is pretty easy going and prefers a partner who is the same. Of course some spice and excitement is greatly welcomed, but at the end of the day she just wants to sit back and relax with her partner. So spending time together means a lot to her. She loves going on dates where you guys try something new (just no long hikes, please) but if needed will default to the local weapon museum. By the way, everytime one of you has to go on a mission, Tenten will act cool but will secretly pout the whole time until you meet up again

Gaara - Physical Touch

As he's grown, Gaara has turned into a real sweetheart. With you he is incredibly gentle and cares for you deeply. You are his treasure, you deserve the world. He still is dealing with social anxiety, and can be a bit awkward sometimes. But Gaara is always comfortable touching and holding you. His touches are gentle and kind, and sensual when he wants. He likes to give gentle kisses all over you throughout the day, and whenever he leaves for work he gives you a loving kiss before he leaves. Gaara also really values cuddling together. This man is touch starved like no one else, everytime you hold eachother he feels like a part of him is healing. Please reciprocate, he deserves it

Temari - Words of Affirmation

Temari is fiery as hell, and you knew that the moment you met. And her words are just as sharp! She isn't afraid to tell off people who annoy you guys (especially when you are on dates, they are DEAD). With you she is still mildly aggressive and intense, but in a more lighthearted way. She just gets so worried about you, she can't help herself from scolding you for being an idiot. Every word she says (positive or negative) comes from the heart. When you manage to not be a fool Temari is vocalising her approval and pride. Oh, and she has a habit of openly bragging about how amazing you are to your peers (much to your embarrassment)

Kankuro - Quality Time

This man is a teeeeeease (in a good way or bad way, your decision). He is constantly joking and making fun of you, reveling in your cute annoyance. He even likes to annoy you physically like blowing on your neck or pinching your butt. Kankuro is quite playful pretty much 95% of the time, but the other 5% he's actually quite sweet. Spending time with you is his favorite thing in the world! Yeah it's fun messing with you, but he likes to just have genuine connections and going on more mature dates. His favorite thing is dancing surprisingly, and he honestly is quite good. Holding you close and swaying makes him content ... Until he sneaks in one of his puppets halfway through, scaring the shit out of you in the process (he slept on the couch but it was worth it)

the moment it was announced that you were going to be a part of naruto and sasuke's team, you knew it would be difficult.

being both alphas, they're naturally in competition most of the time, but adding an omega to their quarrel made things even worse.

it's in their nature to seek their close omega friends' attention. you didn't particularly favour any of them, but naruto was ready to prove anyone else he could be a better partner to you than sasuke.

from this day on, the two of them started to fight even more than usual.

THEIR DYNAMICS

sasuke is a silent type of alpha, but you noticed he didn't particularly try to drive you away. he didn't seem to get annoyed either when you talked to him, you figured it was a privilege reserved to naruto alone.

actually, it's safe to say that sasuke always made sure you were out of danger while out on missions.

he wasn't exactly doubting your level, but he didn't trust you and your abilities fully. his nature made it hard for him to just ignore an omega in possible danger.

it was kind but subtle gestures, noticable to those who paid attention.

whereas for naruto, he was eager to replace you, to tell you to stay away and let him do the work. he didn't mean to come off as condescending nor disrespectful, he was just extremely preoccupied by your safety and wanted to show you he could take care of you.

it didn't take much time for you guys to become a real little pack. both had their antics and grudges, but deep down you knew they both liked each other in their own way.

you played a big part on how they interacted with each other, without you realising. your calming presence and gentle scent helped the two alphas chill down a bit.

your nurturing instincts also contribute to the cohesion of your team. you sometimes act like a mediator, having little to no trouble to resolve conflicts. kakashi has even given up trying to appease those two when they start arguing and directly lets you do your thing. you always succeed in maintaining a good harmony between the three of you, he's really thankful!

your secret trick is letting naruto scent you as long as he wants, he loves to be able to claim you like this, it appeases him so much! it does get on the nerves of sasuke who curses at him to let you go though.

moreover, they may fight once in a will and throw snarky remarks to the other, but if it comes to you, your safety or your mood, they immediately work hand in hand to reassure you.

it would be one of the rare time you'll hear sasuke be so openly mean at someone. he doesn't even foster the idea of an enemy targeting you.

come back injured and you'll be heavily questioned so he can track the one responsible.

both care so much about you, it's safe to say you bring a sense of unity that wouldn't be present if it wasn't for you.

if the three of you were out at a restaurant for example, it was a tacit rule for you to sit between naruto and sasuke.

they pay extra attention to you, naruto in a more exaggerated manner than sasuke, but you noticed sasuke warmed up to you really quickly after you guys first met.

none of them will ever let anybody disrespect their partner, and they trust each other completely to look after you.

sasuke might let his scent spread widely around you, to hold off other people. whether you notice it or not doesn't matter, he will do it regardless.

don't be fooled, they both are very jealous alphas!

naruto expresses his openly, whether it's a friendly interaction that seemed too close for comfort or a compliment directed at you, he'll playfully pout or at least put his claim on you to reaffirm his position as your alpha.

sasuke's is a bit harder to perceive but present nonetheless. you're able to notice it in the way his jaw tightens, the look of his narrow eyes and protective stance.

they both consider you theirs, it's only natural they drive away other alphas. now that they grew much closer, they only accept gestures of affection directed to you, if it comes from one of them.

they also understand you're an omega and your needs manifest differently than theirs. if you need alone time, guidance or to get away from any situation... they got your back! they'll go even as far as giving you their strongly scented clothes and note down every food you like and dislike to make sure you get your favourite next time.

sasuke is at peace with how he feels about you : he likes you a lot and wants to keep you safe. the long days and hours you spent together as teammates forced the three of you to build an unbreakable bond.

their initial alpha rivalry transformed into a playful banter now. they tease each other and use their omega's laughter to measure their victory against each other.

sasuke still likes to mock naruto in front of you, because he knows it makes him embarrassed and it makes you laugh. they love the sound you make, and your lighthearted scent is like a reward.

you might not notice it, but sasuke pays close attention to you and you can expect sweet gifts from him, like pretty flowers which caught his eyes while on mission and reminded him of you.

during training, both of them become very reliable teachers. they want to demonstrate, help you with certain moves... but always having in mind to keep you away from harm.

the same goes for missions, they'll always step in if they assume you're in danger. and they'll do it over and over again, they don't even consider that as annoying or a burden to their mission.

if you think they're doing too much and you want them to calm down with all their protection, they'll understand and let you manage your thing alone. just know that they'll still have an eye on you.

naruto is very passionate and yes, he'll jump in front of you to shield you from anything. he's like a steadfast guardian you know you can count on, no matter how much he likes joking around.

however, sasuke is protective by placing a vigilant eye over you. he assesses potential threats and his actions are calculated. his protective nature is rooted in a silent commitment to keep safe what he holds dear, in this case, you.

during missions, both will offer their hand or arm to cross a particularly tricky path, they'll regularly ask you how you're feeling and if you need a break. if you do, they'll let you rest and go search for some food while the other is inspecting the surroundings.

overall, they are very careful and attentive.

and it really does make you feel protected and safe. you wouldn't trade you team for nothing in the world!
