"Planetary Parade"

Stargazers and astronomy fans take note! Our night sky is about to get a lot busier in the days to come as a large planetary alignment takes place around March 28, 2023.

In the evening, just after sunset, Jupiter, Mercury, Venus, Uranus and Mars will gather together and be visible in the western sky. These planets will not be visible in a straight line, but rather than arc shape appearance from just above the horizon to much higher in the sky, near the quarter moon.

March 28 will be the best day for observing, but, you could also see these planets both a few days before and after that date. You'll have an easier time seeing them with a nice pair of binoculars. We'll also, of course, need clear skies!

A planetary alignment occurs when planets gather close together on one side of the Sun at the same time.

This also occurred last year on around April 26th,2022 in the eastern sky just before sunrise.

VENUS RETROGRADE IN LEO

On July 22, 2023, Venus, the planet of love, friendship, money and pleasure will Retrograde in the extravagant sign of Leo. It’s been many years since Venus had its retrogradation in this sign; therefore, it’s considered as a special astrological event. Venus will be very close to the Earth for the next several months until September 3, 2023, for that reason this energy is more internalised and rather heart based (Leo).

Issues regarding self-love and self – value tend to be part of our personal agenda. Themes around our resources, money and our personal self -worth could be revised and reconsidered. We may question our love/marriage relationships, friendship or business partnerships: Are they really aligned with my values and personal needs? Do they (relationships) contribute as much as I do or in contrary…All these issues and questions, mentioned above, will come up within, from the heart, in aim to trigger our independent being, and to invite us to work on and respectively to improve on our self-confidence and image.

On the other hand, this could be a great time to focus our energy on spoiling our inner child; to treat ourself with respect and pleasurable things in life, regardless of outer circumstances, and other influences. It is an encouragement to focus on ‘Me’ first; to be a centre of attention no because of others but for your own sake.

It is a good idea, to take a holiday, to pumper yourself and to enjoy beautiful things in life, but be careful with food, sweets and money spendings which we may tend to over do it with Venus in Leo. Reconnecting with old friend, even ex –partner/lover, intentionally or not, it’s also very possible.

During Venus Retrograde period, Jupiter and Uranus (in Taurus) are making a square aspect with Venus. This could be another conformation for over spendings and over indulgence as well as currency/economic instabilities in a global level. Be careful with beauty treatments; especially, when it comes to drastic body or aesthetic procedures or interventions; postpone such after Venus goes direct, if possible, because things may not go as expected in this regard.

We also tend to express a rebellious behaviour (Uranus) when it comes to love, money and pleasures (Venus) which could be in clash with social norms, personal values and believes (Jupiter). However, artistic ventures (if you are in this field) could be original, attractive, expansive and successful under this energy influence.

Click, Clack, Clack, Click.

Went the keyboard, its meticulous user frequently glancing over towards the sides of their digital displays to gaze upon the distant stars only to studiously insert that collected data seamlessly into a constantly shifting, isometric, graph.

Her mind wandered, eyes analyzing the distant constructs and her fellow monster-kin simply going about their usual duties without a care in the world. U-Pasokon found this lackadaisical, jaunty attitude… challenging to grasp wholly. Having been born from a personal computer, the Daimon’s mind functioned identical to one. Constantly asking questions and computing scenarios, replaying them, and navigating through a seemingly infinite storehouse of knowledge contained within the cyberspace. At times, it even overwhelmed her being.

Always thinking, imagining, and with an insatiable appetite of learning new information. This mebairt never impacted her social relationships or camaraderie, but it did affect her own perception of self. She was a scientist by nature, the head scientist of the Moon’s Crystal City, which resulted in attempting to perceive all avenues logically rather than emotionally.

Whilst your wits are of grim importance, “following your gut.” as she’s been told, is equally imperative. Logic is logic, but it does not supersede empathy or even common sense. A lesson she’s been fortunate to learn.

The brisk beeping of her terminal snapped them out of their express train of thought, announcing a rather vexatious warning. Letting out a prolonged sigh, U-Pasokon swiped away her star charts with a finger, bringing up said notification.

She assumed it was another false alarm, initiated by Regulus or Nekonneru toying with the city’s security systems once again. A common occurrence, given the feline monsters’ proclivities for disrupting logistics at their leisure.

Just as she prepared to dismiss the alarm, an unknown signal popped up on the radar. Blinking, flashing, and… approaching closer with every second. Odd. Pasokon thought silently. Recent surveillance and predictions hadn’t predicted any potential asteroids on a wayward collision nor human missions to the moon.

But then another dot propped up. And another… and another. Until the radar blipped with increasing dots every passing second. Those… Those couldn’t be asteroids.

Darting out of the tower, past the door, descending the stairs, and reaching the outdoor balcony, U-Pasokon observed the endless cosmos stretching above like a blanket. Crystal clear with only the faint twinkling of distant stars. Even her on-board scanners failed to pick up anything worthwhile.

Growing increasingly uneasy, a sudden flash of light engulfed her lithe frame, quickly transforming her body into a ground-based, space telescope hybrid. Tilting the mirror upwards and multiplying the magnification- her fears were given form. Invaders. Invaders clad in white, cream colored scintillating armors. Swiftly transforming back into her normal form, she turned and without reservations nor hesitations shouted-

“COMMANDER CENICIENTA! WE’RE UNDER IMMINENT INVASION! A CURSORY ANALYSIS OF OPPOSITIONAL FORCES, IMPLIES A SEVERE TACTICAL DEFICIENCY!”

For the past 18 months the lunar nodes have been in Taurus and Scorpio, and will now shift into Aries and Libra. The nodes are significant not only in our personal lives but also in a much broader global sense. They can indicate trends or things we can expect or must address collectively.

This is a good time to inspect your own natal chart, and place your finger on the cardinal signs, Aries, Libra, Cancer, and Capricorn. Do you have any planetary placements within the last 5 degrees of these signs? This is where the lunar nodes will be activating first, known as a cardinal cross, or cardinal climax.

From July 2023 through till January 2025, we will experience the tonal expression of this Aries and Libra transit from the lunar nodes. This means that the eclipses will move further into the signs of Aries and Libra. The previous cycle we had like this was from 2004 -2006. So take a moment to reflect on that time period of your life. What was happening, what changes did you make? You might consider, what unfolding or progression from the last cycle and through this next is necessar right now.

The North Node pushes us through Aries to find our confidence, take risks, take charge. The South Node in Libra challenges our relationships, is it time to let go and move forward, or stay? Issues of codependency can be highlighted. But with the energy of Aries we can find strength to either step away or to lean in if it is healthy.

SATURN RETROGRADE – JUNE 4 to OCTOBER 23, 2022 What does it mean and how it could affect us? Each year, Saturn, the planet of time, responsibilities, truth; limits and regulations is retrograding for approximately 4,5 months. At the moment this takes place in the sign of Aquarius which represents one of the astrological houses (area of life) in your birth chart. When a planet retrogrades, in astrology, is considered that things in certain area/s in your life are slowing down or needs to be revisit, reflect or re -do. Because of the nature of the planet and its representations in astrology Saturn tend to delay things and during this retrograde period this could be felt more significantly. We tend to experience retrogrades more internally on a physical, emotional, mental or spiritual sense.

Saturn retrograde in particular may ask as to go back and correct mistakes, to re-do things where a certain standard is not met, to go a check detail and to amend and adjust; to study and master your craft thoroughly before put things into practice.
