I think this pile is definitely experienced when it comes to making big plans and carrying them through. Ground yourself through nurturing and soothing habits at home, something that lets you take off the "big boss" mask for a while.

Witch Tips: Where Lunar Magic is Involved - the TIME of the Lunation Matters

The reason that it's worth paying attention to astrology if you practice moon magic is simple:

The full moon was LAST NIGHT. (technically *today* for many places but in the very early morning hours - sixteen hours ago at the time of this writing).

The full moon is a point of exactitude that happens at a specific time when the sun and the moon are directly opposed to one another in the sky.

Can you do full moon magic on either side (the night before or after the full moon)?

Yes, absolutely. Will it have the same power as the night of the lunar event? Nope.

If you're looking to truly harness the energy of the lunation, +/- 5 hours of the point of exactitude will help you a lot. (even if it is during the day - the Sun is equally involved in full and new moons) Technically, tonight is the Waning Full Moon. Still powerful for removal magic, but less powerful for magics associated with the waxing phase.

TL/DR: the time of the full moon (or new moon) matters, folks.

Seeing how the astrology of my natal chart connects to the universal transits at any given time or how it connects to someone else’s astrological blueprint, was when this magical study of the above mirroring the below first became undoubtedly valid in my mind. I’m a skeptic by nature, so although just diving into my natal chart alone expanded my mind majorly, it wasn’t enough for me to say beyond a doubt that it’s all “real”. After all, when keeping just yourself in mind, it can be easy to distort the meanings slightly to make it fit. It can be easy to see what you want to see (or what you don’t want to see; i.e. your fears about yourself) when you come to your natal chart at the beginning and discover there are so many planets, signs, and houses fitting into the puzzle of you. I completely understand why skeptics of astrology think people into it just have confirmation bias. And also why when they then learn there’s a whole natal chart not just a sun sign, they might just think that all gives much more space for confirmation bias.

Frankly I agree that only studying your own astrology, or only natal charts in general, although it can still be useful, and is definitely the most logical way to first break into studying astrology in depth, does not ultimately provide the interplay of distinct forces which validates astrology’s connection in our lives in uncanny ways. Ways that I think would be quite hard for anyone to not take as proof of astrology’s validity, if they understood what they were looking at. Because there are statistics involved.

When you see where someone else puts a planet on one of your planets, that makes you feels so accepted in some distinct way you normally don’t by others, to the point that you could have guessed they had a loving planet interacting with that specific placement of yours at a specific place within the 360 degrees of the zodiac, before you even checked the synastry… When you date multiple people in a row who turn out to have the same major placement(s) at even around the same degrees, and it’s because you’re working through some issues of your own through them at that time… When you meet someone who highlights a certain placement of yours at the exact same time the universe is also highlighting that placement of yours… When you can connect the most major events in your life to major life transits… When I can even just feel the Moon switching signs or conjoining certain planets which I then confirm after having lost track of where it was….

These are all examples of things that make astrology way harder to invalidate. Yes, there was the space to see things how my mind just wanted to, when I was just looking at natal charts. But once I started to see how a cosmic blueprint actually interacts with blueprints outside itself or with the universal cosmic forces, that’s when I started seeing all the connections to things outside myself that astrology can illustrate with uncanny statistics… and that’s when I knew the dance of the planets does have connections to our lives down on planet Earth.

Virgo Venus/6th house Venus too(as it’s also considered a place of detriment for Venus) , it’s an endearing placement to have in our real world in my opinion. When healthy, these people stand on their boundaries, they recognize more than most, the world is a dirty place when it comes to the love hemisphere but if they’re not careful can turn into them being picky and micromanaging , they do it out of love but they may not be able to see how suffocating it may feel to the receiving end of the party.

Because of their painful understanding of the world we live in they are not wooed by mere romantic sweet words of nothingness. These people want to see action be put in. Promises being valued, respected and held* up to. It’s an earth sign energy after all that also rules the day to day life.

They value CONSISTENCY. and they can get real groggy with you if they witness you not making an earnest effort because often this Venus takes on the role of giving and caring not just spiritually but physically. These type of virgoean Venus’ practice what they preach so the things they require in their relationship they so gladly will do for you no questions asked. Taking on the burdens of everyday life for you so your existence on earth for the days you are with them feels just a little sweeter. It’s on the axis of Pisces/12th house so there’s bound to be some self sacrificing element here.

When/if they become completely tired of their back and forth with sacrifice they may just give up and just give the love they crave to themselves and allow it to overflow first from themselves, and let it overflow to you or whoever is receiving them.

OR they can be a miserable piece a pooh, making others miserable and traumatized in the process. However, eventually some may even completely reject the idea of dating or getting married to protect their peace this is often the more healed party, they don’t wanna participate/continue in perpetuations of manipulation that comes with the dating scene so they just remove themselves and watch from a distance. In the flesh they’re often a blessing gone sourly unrecognized. they want to work to accomplish your needs, they yearn for that in return; they don’t get it. Sad love story, very misunderstood set of people.

Also in relationships the people receiving the Virgo/6h Venus might not even be able to see their love language style/or even care to learn this Venus’s love style because the love they give does not include/ or care for the games and the dance of love interlock manipulation. Their love is a simple and a scornfully real type of love. So intertwined with the normalities of the mundane that..it goes unnoticed. That’s my own personal perspective what I’ve seen and witnessed.
