Really like the idea that: No regressed hermit should be left untenanted with redstone. It's a dangerous medium to be close? yeah, but the principal occasion for this specific rule is: eating redstone. More than one time someone had problems ingesting the electrical medium. In reality it's a common thing to every redstoner to have ingested at least some good quantity of unbrewed redstone in his life time, mostly from small quantities, being too close to an machine while pressing their lips together, licking it's fingers to pass the page from a book, holding things in it's mouth. besides that, redstone it's not that bad right? it's used to potions. But the catch is that too much of unbrewed redstone can cause bad effects, mostly a bad stomach ache that can't be cured even with an strong tonic, and somehow the person that ingests the redstone becomes a power source itself. It's somehow a small commotion every time that it happens, a worry because of an sick regressor and friend/family.
Waiting out the stomach ache is probably incredibly frustrating. Most of the aftermath, other than keeping the sick Hermit comfortable, would have to be dedicated to keeping them calm and finding things they can do while they recover. The last thing you want is for them to accidentally ingest more redstone because they went back to working on a project, and the only way to keep a redstoner from trying is to find something else to occupy their mind with.

Ancestor prayer/meditation beads.
So, as more of a norse pagan, ancestor veneration is an important aspect to the norse faith.
Ancestor veneration is a practice where you connect with your ancestoral line spiritually to worship and give thanks to the ancestors. They are also around you all the time helping to guide you.
Through ancestor veneration it's possible to heal family curses and trauma in the ancestor line. It is also helpful in protection. The ancestors can be a fierce force of protection in your life as well.
Norse practiotioners traditionally do not use meditation/prayer beads but I find them helpful in connecting spiritually with what ever entity they are made for. I am neurodiverse and I think tools like this help me to focus.
I have a set for freya as well but I've been wanting to make a set for my ancestors for over a year now. I finally made a set of beads. I also made a matching bracelet as a reminder that they are always there.
From what ive gathered from my family history there is alot of trauma in my ancestoral line. I am hoping I can help heal that and that's also why I made blue clay beads.
My aunt gave my mom a rose bush on Mother's Day a year before she died. Occasionally I'll pick from the bush and put those roses on my ancestor altar. The last time I did it, I saved the petals. So I ground them up and rolled them in polymer clay to make ancestor beads.
I like how these turned out and they are currently sitting on my ancestor altar with offerings so that they can be blessed by my ancestors.
Freyas beads were previously posted.
