working on my horrible swamp sweater (it is marled in stripes of very swampy colors of yarn [burgundy, olive green/gold variegated, teal, and a magenta/blue/black twist] and it is extremely soft and kind of ugly but in a goot way)

I’ve been wanting to draw more fem! twst and decided to tackle the Housewardens in a more casual setting. I would’ve loved to drawn all seven, but knew it would take forever, so I narrowed it down to four. I wanted Malleus to be the focus with her getting distracted by something shiny in a display and her inner dragon telling her she needs to buy it 😂

Designing the outfits for each of the girls was fun and I tried to really incorporate their personalities into the designs! Malleus and Vil are more mature and sophisticated, Riddle just screams puffy sleeves and poofy skirts, and Kalim is more flowy in style. I also made a quick bonus sketch of what Azul, Leona, and Idia were up to while the other girls were checking out the shoe store. I hope you all enjoy! ✨

Casual Clothing Refs Boards: Wonderlands x Showtime!

Collected most of the casual fits (and some collaboration/promo images, you can find them on the PjSk wiki) into drawing ref/inspo boards bc I can't figure out what kinds of clothes to draw WxS in. Sharing in case it's helpful! I'll update this post if/when I do the rest of the units.

Some notes/personal observations under the cut:

TSUKASA

I think the way we'd describe his fashion in the US is "preppy."

button downs, collared shirts, and polos.

likes layering with a knit sweater/jacket.

Wears T-shirts when rehearsing, but also sometimes has a light zip-up hoodie over it (does he get cold easily?)

tends to wear white with blue, orange/yellow, or beige accent colors.

He has a good variety of clothing, but sweaters or sweater vests seem to be a must with Tsukasa.

EMU

pink. so much pink. also white.

puffy jackets/sweaters, probably to contrast her small frame (and for the POOF).

honestly the pink poofy jacket is a part of her. DO. NOT. SEPARATE. (/j /lh)

generally oversized clothing for the cute factor.

likes shirts/sweaters with cute designs or fun patterns on them.

likes wearing shorts (with leggings underneath if cold), but not opposed to skirts. also an overalls fan.

NENE

comfy cozy neutral colors.

a lot of white dresses, paired with grey/beige leggings or tights, but also some navy blue.

I think the only time she's worn a short sleeve shirt (aside from rehearsals) is for the Kamiyama High Fest (and even then, she has jacket over it).

Simple, minimalistic clothing, all of her clothing seems really light and flowy (probably due to the lighter colors she wears).

Seems to favor comfort over fashion, but still looks cute.

actually wears a decent amount of neutral greys/blacks. but they're usually pared with an accent blue/green.

Ignore the shit lighting and quality but here’s the designs for my Asha and Star… who I’ve decided to name Cielo. Reasons will be revealed in the rewrite. If I ever get around to it.

Asha’s design comes from @mythartist21 almost entirely. The only things I added were the Rosas symbol belt and earrings, and crown. I modeled it after Amaya’s… also will probably design Maggie a crown too, bc I don’t think he has one in the canon movie.

She’s so fun to draw! Though her facial proportions are a bit hard, I’ll figure it out. I LOVE her facial proportions. Also women muscles. Because I am a disaster bi.

CIELO’s design is also very very very heavily inspired by @mythartist21! They did such an amazing job! I only changed up Cielo’s hair bc I like men with longer hair… so this Star is Hispanic, and Cielo’s literally means sky or heaven… plus an ai bot of Jaime Reyes called me that so now I’m attached to the name WHO SAID THAT

Anyways, poofy sleeves too, because… they’re fun to draw, mainly. Cielo’ cape fades into sparkles bc IT LOOKS FRIKIN AWESOME and uhhh I think that’s it

my stp brainrot has combined with my casual interest in historical dress youtube and I decided to draw the Princess in a more historically-inspired outfit than her original design

If anyone's curious, her outfit/hairstyle is supposed to be from around 1828 ("around" bc my main reference/inspiration was definitely from 1828 but I had so many tabs open with different inspo images from nearby years and I don't remember which ones I actually used. also did you know it is surprisingly difficult to search for royal portraiture from a specific year) because based on some cursory googling, it seemed a lot of the elements of her canon base dress (off-the-shoulder, sweetheart neckline, poofy sleeves, straight waistline around the natural waist, skirt that isn't super full/poofy) seemed historically plausible for that time period

I also drew her hair in a more historically-accurate style for the period (but don't ask me exactly what's going on there because I'm not entirely sure myself) but I kept her canon tiara because it seemed plausible enough. anyway this was really fun to do!!!

hair: the brown with lightened ends is meant to mimic tubbo's, but it also sort of reminds me of burnt scrambled eggs, so we'll pretend like that was on purpose.

horns: EGG! same thing with the pattern of the tail. was very fun to do

face: yall have no fucking idea how hard i struggled on the face. i literally spent 20+ minutes slowly descending into madness as everything i tried failed until i eventually landed on this

dress: cute!! puffy!! fun!! princess sleeves... a little kitty face in honor of the cat head...a big ribbon... poofy fluffy skirt... also very fun to do

jewelry: a little bit of extra color!! and homage to the bright blue diamonds... ideally both hands would have little diamond rings on each middle finger but neither wouldve been visible here so you just have to use your imagination. also, crown!

shoes: SNEAKERS!!! she is a little kid and she runs around after people so often. she needs some sneakers. she definitely thinks they make her run faster. im also SURE she does not know how to tie them herself.

Lee Rang watched from a distance, his eyes trained on your form. He hadn't met someone like you before nor could he guess what you were.

Your hair was pulled into a high ponytail, hanging down to your feet and you wore black and green robes. A sword hung on your waist and Rang wondered how you got it. You were his age, only 16 or 17 years old, and he doubted that you had already earned it at that age.

"She's a goblin." A voice behind him spoke and he looked up to see his older brother, who was also looking at you. You seemed to have heard him, turning your head and connecting your eyes with Rang's. They were a bright golden color, reflecting with the light that shone on your face. You didn't move your gaze, keeping it locked on Rang before smiling at him.

"Didn't think foxes lived here." You spoke, your voice holding a taunting melody that made Rang shiver slightly. You turned around fully, taking slow steps to the pair of brothers until you stood in front of them completely. Bowing your head to Lee Yeon first, you greeted him with respect as he was the ruler of the mountain. Then you turned to Rang, smiling brightly once more.

"Aren't you a cute one." You spoke, leaning down slightly to reach his height before patting his head.

"Might I steal this one?" You looked at the older man, who only nodded before disappearing from sight, and leaving you and Rang behind. You turned back to the younger.

"What do you want?" He asked and you couldn't help but scowl at him. "Watch your tone, I'm older than you." You said and Rang frowned, asking your age. You were two years older than him, of course.

"So, do you know any good food places around here?"

"You look ridiculous, noona." "Have you seen yourself, Rang?" You replied and the fox looked down at his clothes with a frown. He was dressed in denim and other bright clothes, socks pulled over the bottom of his jeans. His hair was covered by a beanie and his eyes by sunglasses that looked like they were made a thousand years ago.

"At least I look in fashion, noona. You look like you're wearing the same clothes as when I met you." He replied and you scoffed, pulling your dress up slightly with a smile.

"I like these, that's the important part. Besides, those jeans are itchy." You pulled at his pants, snickering when Rang pushed your hands away.

The market was fun to be, reminding you of the markets you went to as a kid. The joy of the children that ran around, the vendors loudly yelling out for anyone to come to their stalls and of course the smell of food. You missed it every day, so coming to the market once seemed like a fun thing.

"Right, how is that girl you found? Yuri, was it?" You asked and Rang nodded, shrugging afterwards. "She's hiding in her room, still. Last time she hissed at me. Can you believe it?" He said and you laughed.

"It'd do the same if I could."

"Okay, what about this?" You asked, getting out of the changing room in burgundy dress. It was an off-shoulder dress, the sleeves poofy and reaching to your wrists, and the bottom part was more flowy, reaching to your knees. In the middle was your corset, a black design with golden flowers stitched into it. Lee Rang looked up from his phone, staring at you from the couch before nodding at you.

"No commentary this time?" You asked and Rang scoffed at you, putting his phone down. "It looks good, no more to say." He said and you smiled, hopping closer before leaning down.

"It doesn't look beautiful?" You asked, trying to get a reaction from him. Unfortunately, he had outgrown the shyness in the last years and thus barely reacted. But you did see the corner of his mouth twitch and this said enough for you.

"Thank you." You smiled at him before hopping back to the changing room and changing back in your own clothes. Once out, you pulled Rang along to the cashier.

"I'll pay." Rang said and you wanted to protest, but the girl at the cashier interrupted you.

"What a nice boyfriend you have. Wish I had one like him." She said, eyes turning to Rang in what seemed to be some sort of seduction. Rang didn't even look at her as he scanned his card.

"I wish you good luck in finding someone like that." He then spoke before pulling you along, arm thrown around your shoulders as he carried the bag in his hand.

"So, you're my boyfriend now?" You asked and he laughed softly, pulling you slightly closer to him.

"We've already kissed and slept with each, doesn't that qualify at this point?" He asked and you pushed his head away before kissing his cheek. You skipped ahead of him slightly, still holding his hand as you turned back to face him with a smile.

"I could spend an eternity with you as my boyfriend."

This is the first one I did, very sharp and not anything like chloe’s style, but fun to come up with! I love how I drew her bangs in this. This might be closer to a lazy Queen Wasp (or whatever her name is) redesign

This is a more moth-y bookish Chloe, very soft colors and a cute little vest. As you might have noticed, I really like poofy sleeves <3 I also love the little hair bow/tie

ok, and this one is a little more joke-y but I love it and most likely will do a more fleshed out version. Basically Chloe likes to think she’s a Queen but she’s more like a joker, so that’s what pollen dressed her up as! This would require Pollen to actually have a bit of a spine tho 😅

Imagine kavetham having to go outside for work in the bodyswao at and alhaitham finding out that he can lift shit easier now, and Kaveh realising how lonely alhaitham actually is

the more i think about it, the more i get lost in how fun this au would be if putting more work into it

kaveh and al haitham learning things about the other they werent even aware of/paid attention to (sorry for rambling now)

al haitham in kavehs body...

...realizing how strong he actually is despite his looks, therefore realizing how he fools everyone with his poofy clothes that hide his muscle (and are comfy)

...noticing the bad posture. he already knew before but now that hes actually in the architects body he feels the pain in the back and neck. in the time hes in kavehs body, he corrects his posture to relieve the strain and aches (not only for himself but also for kavehs body, giving it some relief and comfort)

...puts kavehs hair in a pony tail because the way his hair tickles his neck annoys him

so much going on in kavehs life; people constantly chatting with him once they see him on the streets, noise everywhere, people everywhere, so many sensations

...enjoys kavehs scent. not the oils or perfume or any other products kaveh uses for himself but the underlying scent thats entirely him, warm and spicy and comforting; hes so aware of it he just cant help burying his noise into his sleeves and memorize his scent

while kaveh in al haithams body...

...learns that haitham is ambidextrous; kavehs dominant hand is right, he often sees haitham writing with left, so while he tries to keep up his work in his body and uses his right by instinct hes amazed to see his handwriting is still neat

...corrects his bad posture while he is in haithams body. whenever he catches himself slouching, he immediately corrects it so he doesnt cause the scribes body the same stress he causes his own

...learns just how sensitive and reactive haithams body is to sound and touch

...truly notices how lonely (by choice) haitham is; people avoiding him because theyre intimidated/scared of him, some of the ones that actually talk being really rude and arrogant that it makes kaveh want to snap at them

...admires haithams hands up close. long and slender fingers, not too knobby knuckles, slight calluses but still soft; the hands of someone who wields both pens and swords. he always found the scribes hands beautiful so being able to look at them properly, it really.....

once theyre back in their own bodies, some things have changed between them; its like they now know each other a bit better after spending time in the others body and life: kaveh lowering his volume a little bit when theyre in the same room and haitham telling him to change his posture when he notices kaveh slouching for too long again

i didnt dare draw this ask bc i just know my brain will turn this into a multi chapter comic too, so i just rambled AHAHJKABSCK
