Also not to make another post regarding this topic. But even IF the mun themselves are feeling sad... why is it a bad thing they channel that through their muse and write their muse being sad, too? If you listen to a depressing song, guess what? The song is likely written when the songwriter was feeling sad or they're talking about their personal experiences. It's not "creepy" or "weird" that they're venting out through song. Many humans vent with art, and usually the best kind of art comes from a human's authentic emotions. If somebody's feeling happy, they might be better at writing something light and fun. If somebody's feeling sad, they can write their sadness into that character and the said sadness will feel way more real. People are SO paranoid about writing with "self-inserts," they're literally feeling aversion to natural writing processes.
