i'm once again thinking about the beacon relic and where it might be bc like. chances of it actually being at beacon are either pretty low or someone is doing poor job finding it. the relic being in the emerald forest ruins is compelling but also funny bc that's. that's basically the backyard of beacon imagine oz planning to make finding the relic more challenging and coming up with a different hiding place for it compared to other academies and he makes it as far as his backyard. couldn't bother going any further.

I’m excited to hear you’re considering drawing Quiet, cause (as a Jaune Fan) it’s nice to see him get a song about him!!

And the callback to Forever Fall will always pull at my heartstrings, so I’m curious to see what you’d come up for it :3

I love Jaune as a character too (it's probably my fav male character in RWBY), and Quiet is a song I truly resonate with, and I really wanted to draw something for it ♥ I kinda already have the idea in mind.

And YEAH the references to Forever Fall or even Penny with some of the leitmotivs are truly making me emotional ;;; I'm happy to know other people like Jaune because I saw so much people be upset he had importance in V9, but he's such an interesting character like give him a chance--

It doesn't get said enough, but it's brilliant how RWBY is chock full of awesome women and it's just... never treated like a big deal? You want awesome women? We got em in all flavours, we got: -heroic women -monstrous women -butch women -femme women -women who fight -women who contribute in other ways -happy women -sad women -angry women -multifaceted women -stoic women -vulnerable women -various combinations of the above And not once does the show ever stop to draw attention to this or pat itself on the back. It is presented with the same casual effortlessness with which our colorful protagonist rips the head off a werewolf with giant gunscythe.

Watching RWBY exclusively online and switching to the DVDs for this year’s rewatch so I don’t have to fight my internet for good quality is interesting because I’m noticing tiny changes they made when making the DVDs

#like on dvd they took out the wilhelm scream in no brakes #forever fall pt 2 also has a little extra ten second I’ve never seen before #and the transition between v1e2-3 also takes out the little ‘do you think there’s a map or something’ #*if you watch it as a movie #rwby #anyway
