Gorgeous 1945 Santa Fe style home in Denver, Colorado is so colorful and well-cared for. Love the orange and blue exterior. ($900K)
Classic Santa Fe style windows w/a railing.
Lovely front porch with the typically colorful tile decorative touches.
Original door in bright orange.
The living room is so bright and look at the checkered tiles on the fireplace. The ceilings have typical Santa Fe beams.
The sunroom is a place where you just want to chill and maybe read a book or do your needlecrafts. It would also make a great atelier.
Step up into the dining room.
So cozy, and I love that colorful chandelier. (Does that convey?)
Kitchen isn’t huge, but it’s well-equipped. Love the traditional tile backsplash and the glass fronted cabinets.
The house is relatively small- just 2 bdrms, but the main bdrm is room and has those beautiful doors to the patio. I hope that wasn’t a fireplace that was converted to a cabinet.
I like this 1945 style bath.
The 2nd bdrm is unique- it’s a good size and has a niche for an office, studio, whatever.
Well, they clearly reno’d this bath to an ultra modern little spa.
Beautiful yard, too. Perfect little place.

For those who don't know, Meow Wolf, an interactive Art Collective has just laid off 10% of it's company and man power. Most of these layoffs were hourly workers already working with stripped hours, bare bones crews, and wages that still made it hard to live in the cities their exhibits lay in, all while going against the union contracts many of these workers were apart of.
Meo wolf has had a history of going against the union and making calls that go against the contracts their LLCs have established. The workers of Meow Wolf deserve better than the union busting company they work for. I should know, I was one of the worker who were laid off.

Thanks to Curieously for finding this beautiful Santa Fe style home. It was built in 1966 in Sonora, CA. 4bds, 5ba, asking $1.05M.
The entrance hall has closets with original doors and a log beamed ceiling. Love the wall niche, too.
Lovely, cozy, bright living room with an unusually sculpted fireplace.
Between the kitchen and living room there's a dining area.
What I love about the kitchen is the cabinet stain. I love colored wood stain. You can see the knots in the knotty pine thru the transparent green. The cook top is original and the exhaust hood was sculpted into the ceiling. It looks like the tile counters may have been replaced.
This bedroom has an alcove-like area.
There's also a nicely refreshed 3pc. bath.
The primary bedroom has beautiful columns that could be an alcove, plus a ceiling with 2 skylights. There are also built-in shelves and an en-suite.
En-suite has an unusual feature- the tub has an ached entrance with two columns.
A small family room has a wine fridge and corner fireplace.
Patio with a pergola and colorful tile water feature.
There's also a lovely big fireplace.
And look at the wonderful guest house. Look at how cute it is. The fireplace with a niche and shelve, the little closet, and the open niche above the doorway are such adorable touches.
There's a kitchenette in the corner.
A very nice vintage bath.
And, in the living room, across from the fireplace, is a sleeping alcove.
Such a pretty property and it's on a .25 acre plot.

I’m being a little bitch about it but I kinda hate seeing meow wolf expand nationwide. They were such a unique attraction for Santa Fe and such a cool reason to visit NM and now you can just give that tourism money to wealthy cities Vegas or Denver or Dallas instead. Which like. I’m sure a lot of people will do, who wants to go to Santa Fe when vegas has so much more to see🥺

I just ran through the posts for the MeowWolf tag and it is shockingly little stuff. Like okay, I get that it's a geography based thing, but holy shit even then more people should be talking about these places.
They have multiple locations (Denver, Santa Fe, Las Vegas) with more in the works and features some of the coolest, trippiest, mind blowing interactive art I've ever seen. So if you are anywhere near one of these make the time to see it.
I don't know where most of you are based, so @gallusrostromegalus is getting called out as definitely based on The Front Range. You should take a gaggle of your quilting crew for a field trip at Convergence Station. I'd pay for the commentary out of such a trip.
