Sigrid Valsign she/her, lesbian ace, human, potion-seller and healer Sigrid has been living in the town of [name] for her entire life. She’s rarely left the surrounding area, only traveling long distances on rare occasions. She serves as a local healer, treating both the ailments of the locals and the wounds of passing adventurers. She also sells potions of varying kinds, healing and otherwise. She will never turn away a person in need.

Thorin Stonewell he/him, questioning, human, merchant Thorin used to be an adventurer, and he has plenty of stories to prove it. Just don’t let him get going, or he’ll never stop. He’s a outgoing and friendly man, always willing to chat or lend a hand. In his shop he sells all sorts of supplies the party might need on their travels, from weapons to food and beyond. He has a good heart, but don’t let him catch you stealing from him or cheating him. Then you’ll see his warrior side. He has a daughter who visits on occasion, but she mostly lives with her mother several towns away. He loves a good drink and game of cards, and tends to spend his evenings after the shop is closed at the tavern.

Malakai Lightfinger he/they, gay, tiefling, thief Malakai has never had a home. Not a real one, anyways. They’re used to sleeping in stables or on porches and doorsteps, wherever he can. He doesn’t actually know his surname, but he named himself Lightfinger as a teenager due to his talent as a thief. Theyves never been wealthy because of it, but he steals enough to keep himself alive and healthy. He’s rather mischievous and can be immature at times. They’ve spent the night in a jail cell numerous times.

Laverna Rosefist she/her, bisexual, tiefling, thief and magic-user Laverna is a thief, and a good one at that. She’s never been caught, and has pulled off numerous high-profile heists. Her mother taught her the art of thievery, and Laverna was a quick learner. She’s smart, fast, and careful. Not one to take unnecessary risks, she’ll make sure she has a good plan before attempting a heist. However, when a plan goes awry, she has no problems winging it. She’s also a bit of a flirt, and will flirt with anyone who catches her fancy.

Rowan Ashcourt she/her, lesbian, human, adventurer Rowan has never been one for sitting still. She’d rather be exploring the world than stuck at home. She’s a skilled fighter, and also intelligent. If there’s a way to avoid an unnecessary fight, she’ll take it. She travels light, with no companions save her horse, and only the supplies she needs. No point in burdening herself down with extra baggage.

Gideon Ellis he/him, bisexual, part elf, adventurer Gideon is running away. Not from something specific. Just running. His home life was fine enough, if a bit dull. But he got the itch for adventuring, and has been trying to scratch it ever since. His mother is a half-elf, the bastard daughter of an elven prince, which makes Gideon one quarter elf. He always dreads the appearance of his elven relatives, because they always make things.... difficult. He’s also very flirtatious, but refuses to settle down, preferring to find lovers in each town, and then move on without warning, expecting to never see them again.

Died for a bit since valentines day was coming up but I offer one hot witch sketch. She's one of the romancable companions!

Her name is Rowan and she finds you clumsy but earnest and endearing, often finding your fumbling cute as you bustle about the shop. She runs a magic item shop in town and will often come by for a Potion or two to keep the headaches away from dealing with the many adventuring parties that pass through your town.

Other tidbits about Rowan that I'll share for now include her height is 6'4" and she absolutely adores dogs and animals of all kinds. She also loves anything with fruit in it and avoids chocolate like the plague.

"The future only belongs to the future itself, and the future is Electric Youth".

Okay so, Time Traveler (The Crane Legacy) wasn’t a story in the beginning, it started as just gameplay about a young guy from the future, Robin Crane, a plumbot builder, who travels to the past and meets the woman of his dreams. Robin had a concern, though, in the Oasis Landing population files, no descendants of his were listed, so he became obsessed that he should start having kids right away, so much so, that he got into all the trouble that gave rise to the story.

Then, you know me, I started planning and writing a plot, taking posed photos for the characters, using special saves in both Aurora Skies and Oasis Landing to stage scenes, etc. And, since I had to follow a script, my characters’ lives were kind of on pause. But… in the original Aurora Skies save, where everything started, time and life continued to pass for the Cranes and the Shens (Juliette’s family), something that doesn’t happen in my story saves, where, due to technical reasons, life takes much longer to pass.

I've tried to keep secret what happens in the original Aurora Skies' save, so as not to spoil the story, but since Time Traveler is about, well, time traveling, lol, I thought we could do a little six-year time jump from 2017 to 2023 in order to introduce the next generation (3rd actually) of the Crane dynasty. So, without further ado, I present to you the third generation of Cranes.

From left to right: Carrie, Wanda, Rowan, Jessica, and Collin. Rowan and Jessica are the oldest with 8 (real life) years; and Collin, Carrie and Wanda are 6 (real life) years old. (Yes, they're all the same height cause I don't use height sliders in order not to mess my game).

As we already know, these five kids are all Robin's children, from three different moms, which are Juliette Shen (Rowan's mom) Kaleigh Chandelace (Collin's mom) and Ann Conners (Jessi, Carrie and Wanda's mom). Despite this, they love each other as if they were full siblings, cause they all have something in common: they have the same father, and some of them, (I am not telling which ones), also share Robin's alien genes. They are currently living their lives at the fullest, learning about their alien powers and preparing to compete among themselves to be Robin's successor. Who of them will make it? I still don't know so I can't tell, and if I knew I wouldn't tell. 😉

Sorry if this post was too long, or if it seemed like a spoiler, it's just I'm so happy with how this generation turned out that I couldn't resist, and I just can't wait for them to grow so I can tell their stories. 😋

I take this opportunity to say that Time Traveler (the actual story) is not over, it will be back, though maybe not too soon. I'm currently writing the episodes of Part Three: To the Moon and Back, where we will go to Robin's rescue after his abduction by an alien ship, and where, contrary to this post, we'll go back one generation to meet Robin's long-lost parents. It's a long way to go, but eventually we'll get there, then we'll let Robin take a rest as we move on to this brand new third generation.
