Cute and silly drabble about Levi trying to convince you to quit your job and let him take care of you ♥️
“You’re not happy.” He states as he picks up his cup of tea by its circular top.
You chew on your bottom lip for a moment. “I know.” You reply softly.
“So quit.” He shrugs as he brings the cup to his lips.
You roll your eyes. “I can’t just quit, Levi.”
“Sure you can. I’ll even write the resignation letter for you.” He smirks before taking a sip of tea, his eyes meets yours as he drinks.
You chuckle at that. “I wish…”
“It doesn’t have to be a wish, Y/N…”
“I don’t have another job lined up.” You remind him.
“So?” He places his cup back down on the table.
You look at him incredulously. “What do you mean, ‘so?’ How am I supposed to make money, Levi?”
“I would give it to you.” He states simply, as if the answer was obvious.
Your eyes narrow at him. “And what would you get in return, Mr. Ackerman?”
He shrugs. “Nothing I don’t get already. This isn’t an arrangement-“
“So I wouldn’t be your sugar baby?” You ask jokingly.
Levi looks disgusted. “Absolutely not.”
You pretend pout. “You don’t want me to be your sugar baby?”
“Y/N.”
“Okay, I’ll stop.” You giggle.
“I’m serious. If you need to quit-“
“Levi, I couldn’t possibly do that. What if we break up?” You ask, your mind jumping to the worse possible conclusion. “What if we break up, then I would be without a partner and without a job.”
“Why would you assume we would break up?”
“I’m just thinking of possible scenarios!”
Levi pinches the bridge of his nose and lets out a breath. “Look, I know it would be a big deal. I’m not saying it isn’t. I’m just stating the option is there.”
“I don’t know, Levi…”
“I know it’s scary, you would have to rely on me-“
You cut him off again, trying to explain yourself. “It’s not that I don’t trust you-“
“I know. I know, Y/N.” He says with a chuckle. “I know how your brain works. Just think about it.” He shrugs.
You pause, digesting his words. “Would I get an allowance?”
This makes Levi chuckle again. “Would you want one?”
You shrug. “I don’t know, man, you tell me.”
Levi playfully rolls his eyes. “C’mere.” He gestures for you to sit on his lap. You follow his command, now you’re snug against him. “Whatever you want, you’ll get.”
You nod.
“I love you, and I just want you to be happy.” He murmurs against your skin.
“I know, I appreciate you. I love you too.” You think about how lucky you are to have someone like Levi. “I don’t deserve you.” You mumble.
“Tch, don’t say that. I’d argue it’s the other way around.
“Absolutely not.”
“I guess we’ll have to agree to disagree.” He places a small trail of kisses on your skin.
“I guess so.” You giggle.
Maybe you would take him up on the offer.

what do you think kate, aleria and farah’s fav pet names to call their s/o’s, or even if they like pet names! i absolutely loooovvvvvvveeeee your stuff by the way, love! <3 you are feeding the lesbians in the cod fandom
Hey there! Thank you! I'm glad to hear that I can make something for the women lovers in the CoD fandom! That was my intention all along!
Pet Names That Valeria, Farah and Laswell Use
Valeria: I don’t think she’d use too many pet names as she does believe they’re somewhat embarrassing. Will absolutely not use any in public, but might use some when she’s drunk and alone at home with you. When she’s drunk she usually speaks some Spanglish, so chances are, unless you know both languages, you won’t fully understand her. And even then, her pet names are very few and far in between. They’re also nothing too special. Something along the lines of cariño/a or querido/a. Really, it’s nothing too fancy as Valeria isn’t usually one to show her affections through words. However, you can call her jefa and she’ll go wild internally. Naturally, she’s the boss among the two of you, but it’s nice to hear that anyway. Also the implication of you being family is nice.
Farah: Unlike Valeria, Farah is all for sweet pet names. Loves calling your romantic things that show you just how much she cares about you. She can go either way as well, either calling you something adorable in Arabic or English, she’s fluent in both languages after all. Calls you “my love”, “my moon” or “my heart”. It’s important to note that she usually puts “my” in front of your pet names since it’s important to her that you are hers. However, in Arabic she’ll call you something along the lines of habibi/habibti, rohi or ya amar. Maybe I should mention that she’d also love nothing more than to be sweet with you in Arabic, so her saying things to you in that language aren’t restricted to just pet names. She’ll compare you to the most beautiful things in existence. Farah can be quite eloquent in Arabic, actually, so it’ll always be sweet.
Laswell: Oh, she can probably go any way. Laswell knows so many languages, there’s a good chance she knows yours as well. So she likely wouldn’t be above calling you a pet name in your own language. Besides, if she doesn’t know your language then she’ll simply learn it, she really wants to indulge in the joy of speaking your native tongue with you. So she’ll definitely learn some sweet things she can call you in your language. However, if we go by English alone, then she won’t be too fancy on that one. She could be, don’t get me wrong, but she usually chooses to stick with something that will convey that she loves you, but won’t go overboard. You can expect something along the lines of “my love”, “sweetheart”, “sweetie” and, if she’s feeling especially daring that day, “cutie” from her.

Levi when you’re Sick
When you get sick you don’t have to buy any medicine because the cabinet is stocked full with them, courtesy of Levi.
When you get sick, you expect for Levi to avoid you like the plague but he actually does the opposite. However, you know this man is disinfecting everything. He won’t do it when you’re around, he doesn’t want you to feel guilty.
You’re a little embarrassed but you do get a little more clingy when you’re sick, and Levi knows this. If he can, he’ll take the day off to take care of you. That or he’ll work from home, working on his laptop as you’re in and out of sleep next to him on the bed, snuggling into his side.
When it’s necessary for him to be at work he’ll make sure everything is set up for you before he leaves. You’ll wake up to the following text: “Ordered soup. It’s on the counter. Eat it before you take the meds.”
You’ll also get texts throughout the day reminding you to take care of yourself - “Drink water. It’s important for you to stay hydrated.”, “It’s 1pm, remember to take your medicine.”, “Put a wet cloth on your forehead.”
He’ll make tea for you consistently. He’ll definitely make sure the tea you’re drinking has medicinal properties. You’ll involuntarily scrunch up your nose at the taste of one of the teas and immediately regret it, not wanting Levi to feel bad. “What, you don’t like it?” He’ll ask. “No, no it’s fine.” You’ll say quickly before taking another sip, forcing yourself to smile even though the tea is revolting. Levi will chuckle, playfully rolling his eyes. “Give me the tea. I’ll make you a different one.”
When you’re both about to watch something together you sit on the opposite on the couch since you know how Levi feels about germs. Five minutes into what you’re both watching, Levi catches your attention and tells you to sit next to him, lifting up his arm as a gesture for you to come cuddle. “But what if you get sick?” You sniffle, knowing how he feels about germs. “Come. Here.”
At night he’ll rub vapor rub on your chest and back. “How does that feel?” He’ll ask as he massages you. You’ll sigh happily in response, closing your eyes at the soothing feeling. “Good.” He’ll murmur.
He’ll check your temperature on a consistent basis. “We need to get this fever down.” He’ll mumble to himself if your temperature is too high, gently taking the thermometer out of your mouth before he goes to get more medicine.
Levi doesn’t care when he gets sick but he hates when you get sick. Although he knows it’s silly, he gets frustrated that he can’t take away your sickness. He has to watch you struggle and there’s not much he can do about it besides what he already does.
