With the support of David's arm, Justin made it, swaying slightly, to a comfortable bench near the cocktail bar.

"I can't walk another step, please tell me we can call a cab to take us to the bed."

Chuckling, David watched his companion shift awkwardly on the bench around the round table until he plopped against his shoulder. "I warned you these weren't the best shoes for dancing."

"But I'm taller than you in them."

"You'll always be the little not-brother, no matter how high your heels are." David said with an affectionate smile on his lips and kissed his forehead.

"You are so mean. Just finish this stuff and let's go." Obviously drunk and exhausted from hours of exuberant dancing, tiredness began to take its toll on Justin, who could barely keep himself upright.

He pulled his legs up, his shiny high heels gleaming against the black of the bench, then slowly slid off David's supportive shoulder and into his lap. David put an arm around his shoulder and watched as he struggled to keep his eyes open, but the blinking became slower, revealing all the colorful fireworks of his eye shadow.

"David?"

"Hm?"

"I love you, not-brother."

"I love you too, Justy."

Groaning, Justin turned so that his tired green eyes could meet David's. With an effort, he slid his fingers under the thick curls of David's neck, nudging him lightly with his nails until he leaned in far enough to kiss him.

"You taste like mango," Justin giggled happily.

Amused, David watched the colorful eyes close again before the giggle disappeared completely from his lips.

"This mango is now going to call us a cab and take you home, sweetheart."
