Whumpee writhed on the gurney, each strap digging into their skin as they thrashed.

"Please," Whumpee pleaded, "let me go! I feel fine!"

The nurses ignored them as they wheeled Whumpee down the halls of the ER.

"Where's Caretaker?" Whumpee asked, "I need to talk to them!"

A hand clasped Whumpee's as they were brought into the operating room.

"I'm right here, Whumpee."

Whumpee looked up and saw Caretaker, their features etched with worry. Whumpee relaxed a little on the gurney, at least Caretaker was here.

"You gotta tell them to let me go," Whumpee begged, "I'm fine!"

"Whumpee, you're not fine," Caretaker said softly, "you're really not fine. Let the doctors do their work. I'll be waiting for you when you wake up."

"Wake up?" Whumpee's eyes widened as they realized what Caretaker meant, "No! They can't do that, I don't wanna go under!"

Whumpee resumed their thrashing, but the straps held them tightly in place.

"Shhh." Caretaker ran a hand through Whumpee's hair, "don't panic. It's gonna be okay."

A nurse came up and whispered something to Caretaker.

"Do I have to?" Caretaker asked them.

The nurse nodded. Caretaker sighed and gave Whumpee's hand one last squeeze before turning and leaving the operating room.

"No! Come back, please!" Whumpee cried.

The nurses held Whumpee still as one of them inserted a needle into Whumpee's vein. Between the straps and the strength of the nurses, Whumpee was completely immobile.

"Let go of me!" Whumpee screamed.

"You're alright, we're going to take care of you," one nurse said.

The nurses slowly let go of Whumpee as the drug did its work. Whumpee's thrashing became weaker as their limbs grew heavy and their breathing deepened.

"No..." Whumpee said, their voice barely audible.

Whumpee's head lolled to the side; their eyes fluttered shut as they were dragged down into a forced sleep. The straps finally came off as the doctors began the operation.

Location: #1. During the film's cold open. #2. During Mike's fourth(?) night at Freddy's

Well, the scene in the trailer was unfortunately the extent of the bondage in this film.

In the film's cold open, the security guard before Mike is captured by the animatronics who strap him into a torture chair. His fate is... grizzly.

Later on, after Mike falls asleep during his fourth (I think) night on the job, he wakes up strapped into the same chair. Mike succeeds in escaping owed to the other guard's struggling attempts having loosened the restraints.
