So when researching the term “changeling,” I came upon the Scottish legend of Tam Lin, a human who was kidnapped by the Queen of Fairies when he fell from his horse. At one point in the story, he asks his pregnant human lover to save him. “He instructs her to rescue him by pulling him down from the white horse - so Janet "catches" him - and holds him tightly.”
I didn’t really consider what a lagoon was until I looked up reference photos! They’re secretive, often gorgeous little inlets and coves - sometimes inexplicable wells of water. They’re also a key part of any self-respecting witch’s beauty regimen.

When I hear “undead,” I think of lich kings, wraiths, and nasty old high priests that pepper a lot of video games. And in my opinion, they need more women in their ranks 💁♀️
