But what if Eddie realizes he's in love with Buck when he finally remembers everything about the day he was shot? We've seen him say he remembers things but what if he didn't remember everything? What if he doesn't remember his blood smeared all over Buck, on his face, on his hands, on his tongue? What if he doesn't remember trying to call out to Buck but only managing to mouth his name soundlessly? What if he doesn't remember the way he reached out to Buck while bleeding his life out onto the asphalt? What if he doesn't remember thinking Oh, it's him, it's always been him. I should've told him and now it's too late.
What if he finally remembers it all and he sees Buck laughing with the team, shining bright like he's Eddie's personal sun and Eddie is drawn to him like he's Icarus and thinks oh fuck. He had realized he was in love with Buck and forgotten.
And now he remembers. And now...oh.
(and he thinks, like Icarus, is he doomed to fall short and burn his wings before he reaches his sun?)

ROUND 1B! MATCH 4 OUT OF 8
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Propaganda Under the Cut:
Ruby Lucas:
she's cool, and a werewolf!
She's a red/big bad wolf combo, she's bi, she gets tragically underused like so many OUaT characters
She’s a werewolf :)
We first see her as Ruby in Storybrooke where she's initially depicted as a fun-loving flirt who spends her nights most likely in a bar while wearing revealing clothes that her grandma disapproves of (and is all in red. Absolutely everything). She lives with her grandma who runs a diner and that's where Ruby works. When Emma wakes up the sleeping town, she tries to leave Granny's and ends up helping in a case that Emma's working on by following her nose. That episode also has her backstory, but when we first see her as Red in the Enchanted Forest, she's confident and helpful and not afraid to use her lycanthropy. But the start of her story has her being an innocent young woman with a love for discovering the world and her boyfriend Peter (of Peter and the Wolf, I guess). She meets Snow while still living with her Granny in her cabin in the woods and takes her in. She's so hopeful - and then she turns into a werewolf and kills Peter (after they all thought he was the werewolf and had chained him to a tree). She is obviously quite traumatized by this and takes off with Snow. But that and her subsequent adventures gives her the growth she needs to be comfortable in her own skin, whether human or wolf. And, when the curse breaks completely, you can see the change in her - she would absolutely walk through fire to help Snow and the other good guys.
Another version where Red Riding Hood also ends up being the Big Bad Wolf. She eats her boyfriend which is sad but she falls in love with Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz in like Season 5. Her red cloak is what keeps her in human form which I think is neat. When all the storybook characters are transported to the modern world, she runs a diner with Granny.
She's one of my favorite characters from Once Upon a Time. She's a cool Red Riding hood wolf girl who is bi and has seen like 3 of her love interests and her mother die. She slays very hard so I nominate her. (Also I used to have a crush on her as a kid)
VOTE RUBY LUCAS FROM ONCE UPON A TIME. SHE WAS IGNORED BY THE WRITERS SO MUCH SHE DESERVES THIS SO MUCH. QUEER ICON!!!
Ruby Rose:
She has a scythe that is also a high-impact sniper rifle.
She is literally just based on Red Riding Hood and she's such an amazing character holy heck
Red Riding Hood but with a gun. (Specifically a combination scythe/high-impact sniper rifle called Crescent Rose). Also she's gone through so much she deserves it. She's trying to save the world and keep going despite all the people she's lost. Grew up dreaming of being a hero who fights monsters. She knows life isn't a fairy tale and wants to make it better. Just went through a mental health arc where she had depression from trying to live up to her (presumed dead) mom and from her friend dying for the second time. Killed the Big Bad Wolf with her magic eye powers. Her sister is Goldilocks and her friends are Beauty and Snow White. also I love her <3
She’s the little red riding hood but also a powerful fighter with a massive fucking scythe that is also a sniper rifle and she’s so skrunkly and so gender. Also RWBY’s whole thing (well one of them) is that their characters are all inspired by pre-existing ones from older stories and Ruby’s the main character so like, poster child of ‘character based off [insert relevant fairytale here]’ so I think she deserves to at least get pretty far
Aesthetics, themes, meta, personality and raw coolness.
She is the main character of her show. The most common monster they fight is a type of wolf (its been a while since ive seen it). Her job is to hunt them down before they can eat her. this story is very much about failed fairy tales, many of the side character's inspired arcs end in failure, but (having not seen the most recent bits) Ruby is still going strong, and i really like her cape, rose petals, and use of a scythe.
She is THE RRH character of all time. She has a scythe that's also a gun and she has to be the hero because she's got super rare main character powers. She is my happy girl. Also her mom was Sleeping Beauty and her sister is Goldilocks, and she fights to stop Rapunzel from destroying everything on the world, the gods, and then herself.
Ruby as a character is literally based on little red riding hood! She has a red cape with a hood
the Red trailer is better propaganda than I could ever write
She is a badass with a scythe, inspired by her uncle and fueled by her mother's death and her sense of righteousness
She has a giant scythe

If Only There Were a Word to Describe the Enormity
Tumblr media
Big doesn't quite cut it. So things went a different route, but walking a line along what our less recent arrivals did. This is a big, huge (no that isn't it) chapter for the Nika mythos. Sets the stage for a divine presence to cap off the end of another's story. I definitely feel that vibe with Bonney's role in all this, what a turning point and one that definitely reminds me a lot of little Otama. We've been here before with trying to predict Egghead. Opting for repetition of core themes, doubling down on what we had and making it bigger in scope over moving towards resolution. Interesting crossroads. This could swiftly turn towards that surface-level resolution but honestly I wouldn't be surprised at this point if we spin our wheels for a little more then go into that third cutaway, ending up with an arc around WCI-length.
The hook is an idea we're familiar with. Keep your eye on Luffy. Never see his eyes, how he just kinda leaps back in leaving this little gap about being fed and ending up downstairs unresolved. Mostly though, he's full-blown teeheemaxxing in a dire moment. Which is on brand for Nika but our whole idea is there's an undertone based on the notion the drawback to G5 is losing control. It all goes back to that observation our finale could be constructed a little more like a YuYu Hakusho type series than other shonen; you've gotten your ultimate power a little early because our ending will be more about learning to control it.
Tumblr media
Oh hey, these guys. Seriously...nice. The Giants are very important to my fandom. Y'all know how much I love Miss Goldenweek and by extension Little Garden. Oimo & Kashi are where I caught up the first time. I remember being about two weeks away from starting freshman year of high school at the tail end of a summer binging the hell out of so many anime thanks to this newfangled DSL high speed internet. The way that came up again blew my mind, and seeing Dorry & Brogy almost twenty years later is so damn cool it makes me forget all about the not being the Grand Fleet aspect.
I mean, that was always just a specific and early guess. They still have sprinkled into these cutaway segments though. This pair just saw the paper and hurried over. Maybe they were expecting Luffy to head to Elbaf next after his time in Wano? Which is a very interesting concept when we've talked about Egghead being a somewhat "lateral" move with no clear goal set to advance our main progress through the Grand Line.
It's also pretty interesting to blend two long-running threads through this Nika lore. How do Bonney/Kuma & the giants intersect? Does it reinforce the need to pop the mystique of the spectacle? Does Luffy jump from one legendary story to another? The Fleet was the way to end it here. The giants tease it out more. At least as long as Shanks isn't following. But there's one last little element that makes me interested in the undertone like always, as we started off pointing out how that's still very much an element if you watch for it:
Tumblr media
Robonosuke! Interesting how he's finally coming back around. It does look like he's reacting to the heartbeat but I'd point out we did let most of the chapter roll before showing this when Luffy went G5 at the start. The idea was always asking if that's a potential blip of something weird. The kicker with the Giants to me is how Dorry and Brogy seem to both be coming for Luffy and for the Sun God. We'll talk a lot more about them tomorrow and especially a titanic (oooh, yeah that's the stuff) wrinkle all around our beloved Strawhat Sniper Usopp I feel silly for not thinking of already. It's justified through what we learn of Elbaf in the Big Mom flashback.
Oddly enough, gets me right back to where I felt about Bonney right around the time this arc started. Remember? We're puzzled about Kiku's odd ending to Wano and all of a sudden Bonney picks up those threads in a big way. Now moving into more of that alternate protag space a lot like Yamato. Never forget, we know there was a rewrite behind that hiatus for a reason. So now...even if it's not the Fleet I can't help but notice how Dorry and Brogy specifically amplify the same ideas.
Either way, Robonosuke is coming online. We still have a little weirdness in the gaps. I'm curious as hell were it's all leading so bring on the big bois.

Hey, just to put the ask out- does anyone want to join the TTRPG campaign I'm running? We've been in some mini-arcs while I try to put the next big arc together (very, veeeerrry slowly), and the second of those mini-arcs is about to end, and then we'll likely take a few weeks off due to scheduling issues and resume when the arc is done.
I wish I could say it was almost done, I just took a week of half-days with my PTO to try and chip away at it, and I did make progress, but it's not there yet. At the very least, that should give anyone who's interested time to get caught up with the campaign and come up with a character?
This arc is meant to be a big turning point in the campaign as things get closer to the climax, at which point it'll be up to the players as to what to do next.
EDIT:
Anyway HMU if you're interested! Info on what's happened and what the next arc is about below the cut:
The current story- based on a comic I wanted to make for a while, the setting is based on WW1-WW2 America, featuring a team of pilots (at first , before player turnover and replacement PCs) whose society was isolated in an ancient, cracked dome, and set out looking for ways to bring their struggling population out into the wider world- all the while, a war overseas with a secretive, strange army is getting more tense.
Throughout the campaign, the players have:
Saved a literal flying circus from arson
Gotten caught up in conflict between the mob and a corrupt power company, inadvertently leading to two horrific creatures from either side being mashed together into a spiraling deer-tree abomination they had to stop
Played heel-villains in staged superhero fights in exchange for money and strange artifacts
Been morphed into story-book pirates in a patch of warped reality, fighting the ghost of the pirate who kept them trapped there
Gone undercover in a Lovecraftian town where gathered businesspeople and international diplomats planned to awaken the ancient gods, only to get caught, panick, and blow up those diplomats, pissing off multiple governments and a clairvoyant lobster-worshipping cult
Partied and fought racist square-dancing vampires in a New Orleans-inspired town's werewolf jazz festival
Handled one crisis after another at an international war summit in a Wild West theme park, from anarchist moth-worshipping cults to a disgraced Thomas Edison expy burning himself and his workers out with psychic weather machines, to stopping the kidnapping of world leaders by a teleporting sniper who was trying to stop some pretty horrible colonialist violence; and narrowly negotiated their way out of being taken in by the secret agents who came to arrest them
Linking their brains and going on a mind journey in search of one-another's forms of happiness to help one of the PCs with her lifelong anhedonia
And now concluding soon, done a stint as radio interns in a Night Vale knockoff town, working to stop a StrexCorp expy from taking over.
This next arc will have the players exploring one of many ancient, destroyed domes like the one the original party came from, sitting on a native reservation in the desert.
(I confess I've had a hard time doing the research on the real life cultures and history this place is inspired by, I'll do my best about the representation but let's just say I'm glad this one will only be experienced by a small group, I may have taken some shortcuts for inspiration.)

Hunter Drones AU.
Don't know how far you are with May Zedong as the next, but if you could consider some of these ideas, I'd really be thankful.
So consider all the following with the thing that every next drone's AI, and their subsequent body, is derived from a baseline that seems to get more corrupted/fragmented and whatnot.
As an initial result, May 'spawns' with one poor or non-functioning eye, whilst the other one is extremely high functioning. The good eye compensates for her lack of proper depth perception by having multiple pupils in the same area where a normal person would have their one. It's basically several really, REALLY, high definition cameras put in a really small space; 24k resolution at minimum! She has an eye sharper sighted than an eagle and can see in infra-red, x-ray, nightvision and contains built-in flash protection among others. The game I Spy is one she's banned from playing.
May's body, whilst still a good deal stronger than an average soldier, is the weakest among the current line-up. All the processing power, materials and anything else relevant usually dedicated to physical combat prowess, has for the most part been put into Ballistic Trajectory Calculations and Recoil Management of any and all firearms. May can, and has, shot the wings of a fly from a mile away.
As for her body shape, popular horny fannon interpretation will probably do just fine. She does tend to conceal herself quite a lot it out of shyness, though. Up to you in any case.
Personality wise, is where I guess the real kinks would start to appear. Just like the others, May's got a less than healthy attraction to/obsession with Jaune. However, she's a bit more voyeuristic I'd say. She very much likes to watch him, and she doesn't even need to be in the same room to do so.
With her ridiculously large caliber and highly customised sniper rifle, accompanied by an assortment of smaller- but no less destructive -firearms, May's ready to be God and smite anyone who would endanger Jaune. No-one shall know what hit them and red mists will become rather frequent.
(DEEP INHALE!)
You little shit! This was basically what I already had planned?!
Haa… I’m not upset, just a little peeved you guess the next part, the May arc if you will.
Well, the idea was introduce the foundry to you, whilst it is repairing her body, making her Penny 2.0. So after that, Jaune would manage to get a new DAI to work. Not that well, but it’s functionality would be between Yang’s and Blake’s level of effectiveness. Which is higher than Ruby, and Penny. And, with that, HDDAI #5: Codname: May Zedong.
The fault in her design would be her only having one functional eye. The result of which she upgrades her right eye to hell, and back to compensate for this. While the rest of her sisters robotic eyes can see up to one klick each, May can see at least three klick with ease. Can take photos/videos like the rest of the in high definition. Her eye can double as a microscope in how precise she can look at something. The rest of the modifications her eye has the rest do as well.
Raw brute strength she would be the ‘weakest’ amongst them. She is still extremely strong as a means to compensate for the heavy weapons she fires, and the recoil of said guns. Just as you said.
As for shooting the wings off a fly. Well maybe with a dart gun if she doesn’t want to blow it all to hell.
Yeah, I will keep the big chested fannon, May. In her chest she has a radar system to help cover her blind spot. It can only cover about half-a-klick however. She has a stronger battery to compensate for this. Hence a bigger chest to store/protect the batteries.
I can come up with a cannon reason for her chest size, fight me!
Her obsession with, Jaune. Yeah pretty much it.
And for her gun. I expect her to walk around with a 20mm Caliber, Anti-material rifle. Along with various other types of firearms.
So yeah, thanks for hitting the nail on the head for contemplating my future plans.
Haaa…
Best start on the Penny in the foundry part…

Dragon Ball Super Manga ch. 33-35
Tumblr media
One more time!
Tumblr media
So the Dragon Ball Super manga has its own version of the Tournament of power, but it’s only ten chapters long, which doesn’t seem nearly big enough for a battle royale with eighty competitors. The leaner, meaner approach worked for the Destroyer Invitational Tournament and the Zamasu Saga, but I have a feeling it’s not going to work so well this time.
Not that it matters much. I already got to see a kickass Tournament of Power. Anything else this one can add to the experience is just gravy. I’m really only covering this to get to the Moro and Granolah arcs that follow, and from what I understand they’re each a lot longer than ten chapters, which should give Toyotaro some room to breathe. Anyway, let’s dive in.
Tumblr media
I like this bit where the U6 ran late because Caulifla insulted Auta Magetta. She was right to do it. Magetta sucks eggs.
Tumblr media
The characters in this version are all the same, but the eliminations and fights are different. For instance, the first guy to get eliminated in this version is Murisarm of Universe 10, by Android 17.
Tumblr media
18 takes out Prum and Jimiz like it’s nothing. The anime got a lot of mileage out of those two, but the manga clears them out like they’re nobodies. Jimiz doesn’t use instant transmission to save himself, and Prum’s lack of offensive capabilities is never mentioned. He just gets in 18′s way and eats a beating as if he’s a regular fighter, instead of the whole sniper duo thin he’s got with Harmira.
Mostly, though, I like this page because 18 says she’s a married woman (because Prum called her a young lady), and Zarbuto and the others seem angry about her being off the market. Brianne really thought she had a shot at 18, but oh well, I guess.
Tumblr media
Goku pretty much goes straight after Jiren and the rest of the Pride Troopers get in his way.
Tumblr media
Nice shot of everyone fightin’.
Tumblr media
Frieza “betrays” his team by telling Frost that Krillin, Roshi, and Tien are U7′s weakest fighters. Frost goes after them, but... he would have done that anyway?
Tumblr media
Krillin is the first U7 gut to get ringed out. Also Dr. Rota shows up on the bench and we don’t even find out who eliminated him. Champa asks why he didn’t use his magic, so this is the first time we get even the slightest indication of what Rota’s powers are.
Tumblr media
Frost takes out Tien, but backs off of Roshi when Goku jumps in to save him. Roshi is more annoyed than grateful, as though he thought he stood a chance against Frost. But Frieza suggests they take on some other teams now. He proposes that Frost fight for the first half of the tournament, and then Frieza will step in when Frost gets tired. What the hell is he talking about?
Like, I know Frieza is just playing Frost, but he’s only manipulating Frost into doing things he likely would have done anyway. Frieza’s “deception” also seems to depend on Frost having absolutely no idea how the Tournament of Power works. He seems to really love the idea of splitting off and forming a secret alliance with Frieza, but it doesn’t work. They won’t get a commendation for original thinking. It’s a battle royale, and the team with the most fighters left at the end is the winner. You can’t just make up shit and expect it to stick.
Tumblr media
So Frost goes all out against some Universe 9 guys, then Frieza agrees to tag in, but that’s when he kicks Frost out of the ring. So I guess Frieza’s scheme was to trick Frost into leaving himself open and tiring him out, as opposed to letting him sneak around, which is kind of what he did in the anime version. It still seems pretty dumb.
Tumblr media
The Danger Trio from U9 fight Gohan and Piccolo in this version, and Bergamo’s the last U9 guy to go. Piccolo has the shot, but hesitates, so Frieza finishes him off to end their universe. And this is really the only depiction of Frieza that makes sense in this. Having him play mindgames with the other competitors is kind of dumb, since the rules are too simple for him to manipulate that way. But Frieza’s ruthlessness makes perfect sense here. He’s uniquely qualified to condemn these teams to oblivion, in a way that the Z-Fighters are not. The question shouldn’t be “Can we trust Frieza?” but “How can we stomach working with him?”
Tumblr media
Back to Goku, he struggles to hold off the U11 players, but then he sees Jiren fighting Hit, and that gets him fired up.
Tumblr media
Specifically, he sees Jiren wrecking Hit, but you get the idea.
Tumblr media
So Goku charges Jiren at Super Saiyan Blue, but it gets him nowhere.
Tumblr media
But Hit stops Jiren from eliminating Goku, and tells him it repays him for conceding the match at the Destroyer Invitational.
Tumblr media
Hit reveals that he’s been training for strength since his fight with Goku, since his timey-wimey techniques weren’t completely effective in that battle. And Time-skipping didn’t work on Jiren either, but he has an idea that can work. He wants Goku to help him, but....
Tumblr media
... Goku declines, saying he wants to defeat Jiren on his own. Hit doesn’t understand, since Goku just got done using his strongest form on Jiren, with no effect. But Goku thinks he can overcome that limit before the tournament ends. It’s not that he’s confident, he just doesn’t see any other way to win the tournament. Well... there is another way, Hit just suggested an alternative, and Goku rejected it. I respect Goku’s decision here, but it’s weird that he acts like he’s got no choice when he was literally offered a choice.
Tumblr media
So Hit goes it alone, and tries the “Time Lag” technique, which I’m pretty sure is the same thing as that “time prison” he used in Episode 111, and Jiren manages to break free and eliminate Hit. To be fair, I’m not sure Goku’s assistance would have made much of a difference.
So yeah, that’s about a third of the Tournament of Power, and we seem to just be zipping through a lot of the story beats.
Unfortunately, the manga version of the Tournament of Power doesn’t have KISS performing live. Instead, they got... Winger. Sigh.

Hello!! I’m new to your blog so I wouldn’t mind a lil infodump about your clone OCs or if you have any others? :)
-@coruscant-sewers <3
Aaah thank you for the ask! It's the only one I got so I really appreciate it 🥲😂
Also welcome friend, I hope you enjoy the Crosshair dominated random madness.
The non clone OCs I have are ones related to the boys' story so I guess I'll go with my clone sons here! I don't know if you've come across any of my other posts about them but they essentially form an impromptu squad with Crosshair after escaping the Empire.
I kind of liked the 'Crosshair as a leader' part of season one so I took that and ran with it. I wanted to have a character arc for him where he overcomes his flaws and his new family is meant to help him with that.
There's Ghost, the medic, whose life he saves after making his own escape and the two of them work together as hired guns for a while, unknowingly bonding over their abandonment issues. Ghost caught an alien virus early on in his deployment and his company gave up on him, leaving him in the care of the local population on the planet they were stationed at.
The illness left him looking different from other clones - he's paler, smaller and more sickly, hence the name - and he was never quite accepted back into the fold because of it. He did manage to form a close bond with the locals that took care of him while he was sick, coming to love their culture, language, traditions etc. (he has a tattoo in their language on his left temple).
Anyway Ghost is a soft sympathetic soul that helps Crosshair lower his walls and his position as a medic means he compliments Crosshair in their jobs by being his support and following his lead.
The other three (aka the chaos trio) join them after a job gone wrong in an imperial base where they're held prisoner for seditious behavior.
There's Reckie, short for reckless, who's an advanced class cadet, meaning he was part of a special training program on Kamino. He specializes in hand to hand combat and he's the baby of the squad (he's around 8-9 years old when they meet as the Kaminoans deployed the ACCs early in response to the escalating war situation).
He's my adhd darling and he worms his way into Crosshair's heart through sheer stubbornness and charm. He's optimistic, ridiculously talented, a self proclaimed mechanic and just a ball of sunshine overall.
Next is Stiff who's the ultimate big brother figure. He's the slow lazy type with nerves of steel and a nonchalant attitude. Super social, super chill, an unmatched gambler (and cheater) and the one who usually handles any tensions in the squad.
In some aspects he's just your run of the mill guy but he's invaluable to the squad as its most stable presence. Oh yeah, and his name is a play on the fact that he's anything but stiff.
And finally we have Bundler who I'm particularly fond of because he's such a bastard. Imagine Crosshair's attitude multiplied by a hundred.
The most prominent thing about Bundler is his weird biology, owing to the fact that he got infected by a plant toxin at one point during the war, resulting in glowing green eyes and improved eyesight among others. And yes, as you can guess he's Crosshair's sniper protege because of that.
His batchmates used to ostracize him pretty badly so the power rush he got after his body was altered sort of pushed him over the edge. He's mistrustful, an asshole, pretty cryptic and just loves intimidating or provoking people for the hell of it. He's the one that makes Crosshair pause and self reflect because that's a mirror of his worse qualities right there.
Anyway I could go on about Bundler for hours (he's my diva, my introverted violent anti social little menace who's secretly an art kid) but I'll stop myself here.
There's lots I haven't said here but if you're curios about any of the boys, don't hesitate to ask! I love talking about them but I always worry about it going on for too long.
Once again thank you for the ask, I really enjoyed answering!! 💖

(pls tell me if this gets annoying)
i played origins last but i love the variety of the spells. i mean, yes, it was A Lot to deal with but once you got your combos down it was like those streetfighter games where you just line up your shots like a sniper & destroy every encounter. but yes Hasted Bea would be !!!
oh yeah. i mean i was toying with the idea of Ava being tranquil & the Breach curing her but your idea is so much better imo so instead healing it = very cool. & yeah maybe when Lilith finds out it’s kind of her Big Trust Moment with Ava & Ava immediately goes a bit nova over the feeling she gets - from Hope - that she could do something like that.
& like, tranquility is so messed up & she definitely had loads of her friends taken by the Templars & made tranquil because Ava would make friends with the most downtrodden/ disobedient kids in her Circle for sure. & like, it’s a very OCS thing, right? watching everyone you love get taken from you, & Ava constantly getting left behind because she’s a spirit healer which makes her juuuuust barely too valuable to be casually made tranquil, hence the fact that she’s killed once the Circle falls. (oh no Diego?? i think there ARE some standards in the circles of not making anyone tranquil before they are a certain age, but maybe he’s not a very strong mage and it would have been almost guaranteed that he’d be made tranquil. kinda like how frances would have killed Diego too). i just... I love the surana/amell origin & i really love the idea of Ava being a circle mage and now being able to reverse tranquility. hell yeah!
coooould Dorian just be an advisor? i mean, i think Ava would rarely bring Solas with her, so in a similar vein? i think Ava would like half the time want to hit Dorian over the head with her staff but he’d introduce her to good wines and food & take her seriously when she wants to talk shop so she’d be like …. alright.
& yeah, Michael as Felix but idk if the blight sickness is a thing with him? or Mary could be like…. yeah i have a solution for that but ur not gonna like it (cue her sending a raven to Shan like ‘ayyy is anyone on this continent in possession of archdemon blood so we can make warden-potion?’) & yeah Bea would Heavily disapprove of all things Tevinter but again they would have things in common & Dorian is pretty responsive to ppl calling him out on things. (some poor writing in-game aside) Bea would be like 'reluctantly.... perhaps i can fix him?' & Ava would be like 'oh when he starts to sound too Tevinter i just mess up his hair. it works really well!'
it would definitely make the Hinterlands shorter if they were, y’know, delegating lol. & then you get all the party dynamics and also the smaller group dynamics when they split up. (oh, the Exalted Plains mission. what’s it called? All New, Faded for Her. Ava would be genuinely devastated - as a spirit healer she’d understand exactly what was done to the spirit & would be so angry & probably Bea would need to calm her down to stop her from drop-kicking the mages responsible through a wall - she’d never kill them but ‘i could be okay with seriously injured, Bea. i could.’
AW YIS Josie & MS!! fjghdkskhgd yes MS getting Leliana’s out & out mischeivous side, mediated through Josie. oh, and would we have MS follow Leliana’s arc of either being ‘hardened’ or ‘softened’ based on the decisions in her personal quest? bc i feel like s2 MS is soft Leliana whereas s1 MS is very post-Justinia Leliana.
i agree i don’t think Ava would use the Well of Sorrows - being beholden to a sketchy elven god? she is too atheist for that shit, & besides the kick that Ava would get out of Morrigan realising who Mythal is and the ‘lmao so now u have to do whatever ur mom says?’ is too good to pass up. :’D and i think ava is already thinking that she has enough things contending for possession of her body - what with the anchor/ Hope/ the Inquisition, & previously templars. she’s finally *somewhat* free and shes not about to give an inch of it away.
hmmm. in HLtA no Bea yes for angst reasons, watching her fall, not necessarily seeing her tear open the Fade. Bea bloodying her fingers and draining her magic lifting the rubble, sifting through for their bodies, finding nothing. :((((
Ava has to be there, naturally. I think Lilith (fuck, could they… like… leave Lilith in the Fade? to fight the nightmare/ do the Stroud thing? and that’s yk the whole getting killed by the Tarask and coming back?? and she does! step out of the Fade, but she’s different? she can’t be possessed because Seeker, but there are other Fade shenanigans that might be possible, and imo bonding with a spirit is not the same as ‘being possessed’. just a thought but like... seeker Lilith who Came Back Wrong but also has this different view of the Fade and of mages and possession and everything her order has scaremongered about for years... hmmm)
so, if that, then Lilith for sure in HLtA. and then since lil is warrior we could have mary or cam (i like mary, because parallels to lilith’s ‘death’ + her worst fears being HoF Shannon going to her Calling in the Deep Roads is very drama). after that i’m not sure. Solas is always a funny pick because he acts like he’s at the beach & it’s very side-eyes of him to be so at home in the Fade. plus he knows things, but also Dorian because Ava needs someone to joke with or she’ll freak in there (i imagine coming from Aeonar she has some potent nightmare material).
oh shit! Hope in the Fade. remember Anders and Justice? it was just Justice when they went into the Fade! I wonder if that is optional, though i would think… not, but again it’s kind of different because Ava is not dreaming, per say, she’s physically in the fade in her physical body, so i don’t think abomination rules work quite the same, but I think Hope would be more present, & she should glow. as a treat.
do you think that Ava would let the Wardens stay after HLtA? i get the feeling that she would, mainly because imo sending them away is kind of … not the best option. better to keep an eye on them if they’re sketchy, or have their aid if they are not.
and the Winter Palace! who is she siding with? i can see her being ‘yuck Gaspard’ but ALSO ‘yuck Celene’ once she realises that she burned down a whole alienage when the Halamshiral elves tried to campaign for rights/ ‘rebel’.
so i could see her giving a big middle-finger to Orlais and appointing Briala, or making Gaspard/Celene puppets of Briala. (have you read The Masked Empire? it’s like, the one Dragon Age novel i will heartily recommend. also the Cole one (called Asunder i think) because Cole my bby my precious and also Aeonar! anyway in TME Celene and Briala are SOOO fucked up and it’s honestly kind of amazing).
but yeah, Ava being very ‘then perish’ at Halamshiral & taking special pleasure in actually fucking dazzling the court, much to Bea’s astonishment. 100% court-approval Ava Silva. she totally duels someone. : D
If Ava learns how to reverse Tranquility, then she could work with Lilith to reform the Seekers with the added function of acting like an appeals court, where they could determine if the Rite was used appropriately and reverse it if not. They could also act as a kind of rehabilitation service for newly un-Tranquil to help them adjust without causing problems (I'm picturing a mind-body wellness retreat on steroids). Mages would be allowed to join the Seekers as they once tried to in Ameridan's day. They wouldn't have Seeker powers necessarily but they would balance the overwhelming Templar-ness of the organization and act as investigators and judges. This would do so much for Circle reform as well.
Dorian and Solas are probably equal in how often they're called on for missions. Ava respects their insights and maybe takes them on short jaunts or specific missions, but long journeys might just create unneeded friction. Maybe Dorian goes somewhat more frequently so his Thing with Bull can develop while the party watches in embarrassment. And yes, when he starts rambling on about all the ways Tevinter is better than the South, Ava steals his jewel-encrusted mustache comb.
Does Lilith get stuck in the Fade??? Maybe... If she does, then maybe she meets a Spirit of Faith, or even the Faith that made her a Seeker in the first place, and bonds or otherwise interacts with it to become, like the most Seeker-y Seeker to ever Seeker (which is literally what she's always wanted given to her in the most Traumatic way possible, poetry in motion). She reinforces reality so hard she gets punted straight out of the Fade (You KICK Lilith? You kick her body like the football?!) Consequently, this means she can never physically go back to the Fade again, so no Trespasser galivanting for her, and she might even become like the Dwarves, unable to dream or connect to the Fade in any way (big implications there).
Ava definitely glows in the Fade, and everyone is like, "Don't you have a dimmer switch on that thing? You're alerting the demons." She would let the Wardens stay too (exiling them is just a silly decision, don't fuxking alienate the only people who can save Thedas from the Blights, okay? YOU STILL HAVE TWO ARCHDEMONS LEFT!)
I don't think Ava would just let Celene die, but she wouldn't cry about it either. If it happens, then she uses the blackmail on Gaspard to give Briala the true power over the Empire.
The ways you win approval in Halamshiral are so hilariously arbitrary that yes, Ava, with her natural charm, is surprisingly proficient. The only time things might get tricky is if Bea's parents are there, because hoo boy. But then! Vivienne (who is there of course because what's the point otherwise) swoops in before Ava can start throwing hands and so tactfully humiliates them that it's an instant +20 Court Approval and they immediately leave. Afterwards, Ava will thank Viv sincerely with a "you were pretty cool back there" and Viv will preen and act smug like "Of course, my dear, hohoho!" But she is genuinely pleased to help Bea and know that her efforts have been appreciated.
Actually, a note on Viv. Getting possessed is one of Viv's greatest fears, and so Ava's whole deal is like a full existential crisis for her. If Viv goes to the Fade in the HLtA, maybe it helps her get over that fear a little. One because, hey, she just fought her way through the freaking Fade and didn't get possessed despite being surrounded by demons. And Two, she sees Ava and Hope together in a tangible way and realizes that they have a genuine, positive bond, so maybe, just maybe, Viv doesn't need to be scared of every spirit that crosses her path for fear of it trying to control her. I love Viv so much, she's so nuanced, she has The Range.

Thelreads, Vigilantes 85, Replies Part 1
1) “And thus, we start a new era of vigilantes! The queen hast fallen, and McBee got McFucked, his plans were thrown into the trash, and he swore revenge. Koichi is in a big pickle. Oh this arc has a lot of potential- famous words said before a disaster, I know, but I still keep my hope! At least we won`t have Fires georg here to be annoying.”- Not unless you count his appearing in a tv for a scene or two anyway. 2) “IT`S PHELPS
NICE SEEING YOU HERE MY MAN, WHY THE SUIT, YOU GOING TO YOUR SISTER`S WEDDING OR SOMETHING?”- He needs the suit because it’s time for MHA Law & Order: Special Quirks Unit. 3) “Oh, they got the bastards? That`s unexpected, they technically didn`t do anything, there`s no evidence they helped koichi, besides the giant net to break his fall.”- I mean, they could technically hold them in custody, but honestly, it’d be a waste of their time and resources, especially sicne they’ve got the means to sic Makoto on Phelps via Koichi if needed.
4) “Now Puto that was the most suspicious bullshit you could have said, but honestly that is more believable than what the other guy said.
Jesus, it seems you guys at least bothered to agree on a single story.“- You just know that Soga had them all agree on the cover story, but Tochi just had a massive case of stage fright and fumbled his lines. 5) “Now, how far do your “knowledge” about her not being a typical villain goes, I wonder…”- They at least have physical evidence that there was something fucking around in her brain and altering her cognitive processes, but that’s something that would have to be saved for a court of law, and Nomura and AFO aren’t planning on letting things progress that far 6) “And after that she fell into a coma, we aren`t sure when she`ll wake up.”-
youtube
7) “That sigh better be about postal workers on strike, because if she does have amnesia or is in a coma I`m going to fucking lose my shit.”- ….Cough. 8) “Oh jesus, is that an hospital or a prison? Did they brought Pop to fucking Tartarus or something?”- High-security hospital wing, but honestly, with the kinds of powerful Quirks naturally embedded into people’s bodies, taking extra precautions and security measures isn’t that bad an idea – not even counting aberrations like Nomura who have multiple abilities through surgical experimentation and can sneak a bunch of assassination tools in under the radar, like exploding fists. 9) “IT`S MOM☆STEP AGAIN
HOLY SHIT, SHE IS INDEED ALIVE
and no sight of DAD☆STEP, I wonder where he is.”- Chugging beers with Izuku’s dad, would be my guess. 10) “Oh, this is interesting. How is she now? Did the Bee affect her personality and made her permanently unhinged? She was pumped full of trigger pretty much all the time, there`s no way that hasn`t given her a few lingering side effects.”- Pop not only needed immediate surgery, but also immediate protection, especially with Nomura’s declaration of war fresh on Koichi’s mind. They wanted her stabilised, but also put in a position where It wouldn’t be easy for Nomura to reach her and make Pop have a ‘tragic accident’ during the surgery. 11) “Phelps please, you know where your brother-in-law is, don`t be stupid, you don`t think he`s at home right now? I bet he didn`t even went to that secret warehouse, he`s probably on his bed as we speak.”- He’s presently training himself for playing Sniper Elite, IRL version 12) “Yeah, no need to bullshit him with things like “I don`t know who you`re talking about”, he knows he was involved, he always is, especially when it comes to Pop.
Being direct here is the best option, Koichi is busy hunting his hunter.”- It might be the worst possible spokesperson, but Soga is making the good points to be made about the vigilantes’ involvement in this case right now. 13) “For fuck`s sake Phelps, don`t get started with that crap, you let him run around doing as he pleases for two years, you know he is innocent, and if you really wanted to talk to him you`d ask your sister for his number.”- One way I see this is Phelps being concerned for Koichi’s well-being, wanting to have him in police custody so he doesn’t put himself in harm’s way between a dangerous unknown villain and the efforts of the police and the heroes to counteract this threat. 14) “The Muscle, yeah I agree.
Because he surely as fuck ain`t the brains.”- Also a nice acknowledgement that Koichi has now far outstripped the trio he initially struggled to fight against in chapter 1, and is now capable of being an independent vigilante on the streets if he needed to, present crisis notwithstanding. 15) “What? Like, four heroes? Five at most? Phelps, you are talking like Koichi personally threw a bus full of orphans into a volcano, chill dude.
Also, now we suddenly have a body count for Pop`s acts? Suddenly it wasn`t just a bunch of harmed civilians, now she actually killed someone? How convenient.”- I think Phelps was trying to guilt-trip Soga into giving up Koichi location by implying the damage done was far more deadly and serious than we’ve witnessed, only for it to fall flat because Soga’s unphased by that accusation and instead deftly turns it around on him. 16) “I do agree but shut the fuck up Soga, go talk like that to him when you survive a pointblank shot with a rubber bullet.”- Soga speaks truth, which is a good thing, but then again, it’s Soga speaking the blunt truth, which is bad. 17) “Yeah it was him, as we can see by Phelps` pissed-off face.
But I`m still surprised that they haven`t actually met, I would think that taking over Knuckle`s operation would require him to establish contact with his old assets, just to make sure they are okay with him when he needs their help.”- I’m guessing Soga’s distrust of the authorities extended to even the contacts Knuckle had on the inside, not to mention Tanuma’s department wasn’t directly linked to pop’s villain assault at the time, so he wasn’t a way ‘in’ for them during that situation. 18) “yeah yeah, get a room you two, we are here for business, just let him go already since you don`t have anything on him.”- I have to wonder what Soga’s future is after all this; if he’ll step into the role of a younger vigilante Knuckles for good or if he’ll wind up doing something else instead. 19) “Oh we`re gonna use some metaphor now, I see.
But you know Knuckles, there wouldn`t be holes in your socks if you didn`t bought cheap-ass socks.”- He needed to save up for all the back-alley drugs, equipment and improvised weaponry he bought instead.
20) “tthe fuck kinda metaphor was that knuckles my guy”- I dunno, it does kinda make sense. People ignore the need to replace what they already have if they can cover up the ‘holes’ or imperfections in the current possession so it all looks fine at a glance, but that doesn’t chance the fact that there’s still a hole there and it’s continually getting worse and worse underneath from all the wear and strain until you start getting a new hole torn into the cover-up…and there’s only so many socks you can wear before you need to face the root of the problem head-on.

Warframe: 7, 8, 9, 10
TF2: 6
thank u for letting me be an annoying cunt 😌
WARFRAME ASKS
7. What character did you begin to hate not because of canon but because of how the fandom acts about them?
the closest i can say is wisp. i technically don't hate wisp, i love her both as a warframe to play as well as aesthetically but also she is so obviously tryhard sexybait, and with the amount of porn i've seen it just goes around to becoming a complete turnoff. i automatically hate any porn fanart of wisp but i love love love fanart of wisp that shows off her beauty in other ways. u can show erotic beauty without being straight up pornographic
i do recognise the hypocrisy in this with the shit i've drawn of other warframes but i like to think it's just me balancing everything out
8. Common fandom opinion that everyone is wrong about
again, not everyone but a BIG FUCKING CHUNK of the fandom: margulis isn't a bad choice and is just as much of an identity of "her" as the other facets of her identity (though i am aware of how many ppl chose margulis solely bc boobs and face, rip). they're parts of a whole, just that post-new war she has to prioritise different values. i'm someone who very much appreciates compassionate characters and i think the margulis identity encapsulates that very well and in some cases would be helpful especially for the drifter/operator. but i personally believed that natah was a clean slate for "her" to start over, and that post-new war needed a driving force to protect in the grand scheme of things - compassion wouldn't be enough
somehow it's only lotus-pickers who seem to have a superiority complex over this - i've never seen a natah or margulis picker who had beef over what other ppl chose 🙃
9. worst part of canon
all of the early quests especially alad v's questline have bloody awful storytelling. alad v's quests are a complete mess and even i still don't know the proper order of what happened to him (i'm pretty sure i did all his quests save for the amalgam arc in reverse). almost all of the early quests are based on retired events/operations and new players aren't even given background summaries explaining them. vor's prize as a tutorial and story quest is HORRIBLE. so much pre-sacrifice stuff has been retconned, even lore from tsd/coh/tww
10. worst part of fanon
any ppl who thought natah/lotus deserved to die for 'betraying' the operator and were even hoping we'd have the option to kill her LMFAOOOOO y'all stupid to think they'd include that
runner up contender: THAT artist who made not-explicit-but-is-most-definitely-horny fanart of nef anyo cannibalising solaris united workers
TF2 ASKS
6. which ship fans are the most annoying?
scout/sniper - i fucking hate that ship i see it everywhere and is the only tf2 ship tag i have blocked on tumblr. most basic bitch shit ever
heavy/medic - i love this ship with all my heart but its shippers need to calm the fuck down bc they think this ship is canon just bc the voice actors ship it as well. at best it's heavily implied in game but is ultimately still not canon, and shippers get so mad when you tell them that. very a much a "stop making the rest of us look bad" moment
ask game here!

Custom Toonami Block Week 125 Rundown
Inuyasha: So I’mma be honest I kinda tuned a good deal of this episode out while watching it because this one’s really predictable. I remember watching this one the first time because this is the big one where Kagome finally admits she loves Inuyasha which everyone and their brother has known for like sixty episodes, like the movie that has them kiss comes way before this so this confession is basically meaningless at this point in the series but it’s still a milestone I guess. The Baby is still trying to fuck with Kagome’s emotions and forces her into enough introspection to force the confession, telling her it’s normal to be jealous and bitter because that’s the human heart which is ironic since HE’S a human heart. But Kagome finds the strength to purify their attempts to control her and come to terms with her feelings while also admitting despite some intrusive thoughts she doesn’t have any real ill will despite her natural jealousy which is kind of neat, lots of magical macguffins react to Kagome because she’s pure of heart or whatever but I think this is what they mean, that it’s not that she’s without flaw but she’s always compassionate and bears no hatred in her convictions, would’ve still be down for an Evil Kagome arc but it is what it is. Anyway Inuyasha busts through and the baby puts up a barrier to monologue long enough to tell Miroku that he’s technically Naraku’s heart but not the loving Kikyo part that was just all dead weight so he’s basically all the nihilism and cynicism without the horny on main thing that got Onigumo into trouble. But yeah, the day is saved cause Kagura’s not about to 1v4 the main group while holding a baby and Kanna’s not allowed to do anything until the end so yeah, Baby’s gotta take a nap cause groping Kagome’s tits tired him out but we’ve essentially gotten nowhere.
Yu Yu Hakusho: I actually had to look up the timeline for when this arc aired compared to when Diamond is Unbreakable was written because the vibes are just so similar and there IS some overlap so idk what that means but I’ve connected the dots, I’ve connected them. But yeah Yusuke and company have to scout the city for the barrier breaker squad and other various Stand Users, so Yusuke and Genkai take the two red shirt Stand Users to scout the town and Kurama, Kuwabara, Botan and Taboo Kid try to find the center of the hole which… of course isn’t above ground. I mean Yusuke firing Spirit Guns over and over until he makes a crater might get you there but shonen heroes never take the ‘bust through the wall’ Kool Aid Man approach because the villains have a lovely array of sequentially ranked mooks in a labyrinth waiting for you and it’d be a shame to waste it. Meanwhile Yusuke’s group finds a random Stand User that can read minds and Yusuke bullies him by just being too deadass strong to be fucked with even if you read his mind (there’s a little loophole shenanigans here with the mind reading but it’s fine, the effect is Yusuke’s basically a demigod at this point and a telepathic Stand User isn’t going to stop him). They use this guy to do a sweep of the city for anyone thinking about murder or opening a demon portal, luckily Sensui just happens to pass by and his brain is just ‘murdermurdermurdermurder’ on a constant loop so they peg him pretty quick but because Sensui is totally not Yoshikage Kira and seeing his face isn’t allowed, the dude gets taken out by a pencil eraser chucked from the next zip code with the speed of a bullet. The funny thing is the telepath tells them the code names of all of Sensui’s seven associates even though Sensui was way out of range when telling it to Sniper and said he was ‘rehersing a speech’ which is really fucking funny because it means Sensui is thinking about his evil monologues for his underlings like way ahead of time and was mentally preparing it and that’s why they now know the titles of each enemy Stand User. Also they’re in the hospital now for that episode everyone loves with the Doctor and the crazy animation next time and everyone’s just shocked Yusuke had the restraint to not chase after Sensui right away and they’re like ‘oh shit has Yusuke actually grown as a character?’ and Yusuke’s like ‘well kinda but also this guy’s aura is twisted and curvy so I really didn’t wanna fuck around with the dude right this second’.
Fate/Apocrypha: So we’re still in Jack’s coma dream and she’s tortured Atalante into submission with a child mob while Jeanne’s like ‘wait a minute I know this shithole, we’re in England’and there’s a lot of navelgazing and jumpy editing here but what I THINK is what they’re trying to get across is that Jack as a Servant is an amalgamation of lost children that died in poverty after being cast off by society and I don’t know HOW exactly that intersects with all the murders since Base Jack does seem to have technically existed and actually been the murderer but it may not have been idk. Anyway Jeanne finds the child mob and is like ‘okay time to go Anakin Skywalker on these kids’ and Atalante shows up and is like ‘holy shit bro aren’t you Catholic isn’t murdering children bad?’ and she’s like ‘Yes I’m Catholic but these are ghost kids so fuck off’ both Atalante and Sieg are kinda not happy with this answer but the kids are all ‘oh, we get to die? Sweet’ and as much as I’d have liked to see Jeanne rip a bloody flag through a horde of children to really seal the trauma they try to convey with this moment she just kinda… says a prayer and the kids die in a glowy light, like they don’t even make it visually clear that Jeanne killed them except for everyone shouting that she did. I mean I get the basic idea that Jeanne was healing the wounded souls that made up Jack and Atalante wanted to help them live rather than help them die but they treat this like Jeanne just waded through orphan guts and Sieg is traumatized and that is not what just happened, like this is supposed to be Sieg’s big ‘man the world kinda sucks’ moment and it’s basically a Konso from Bleach. Also just kinda wondering how Atalante’s philosophy works like when do you stop being a kid and she stops caring whether you live or die, like is it 18 or 16 like when does she say fuck off I don’t love you anymore and if she got her wish would all kids just stay kids forever or would all adults turn into kids? Idk her philosophy just doesn’t make much sense if you treat children as growing humans instead of static ageless characters.
Speed Grapher: So we get a decent shot of Suitengu’s plan in action here as his goons enjoy the vast wealth the plan has made and they use Saiga’s photograph of Kagura as the Goddess for the branding of their new cosmetics line that’s been laced with Euphoria because nothing says cosmetics like a dead-eyed hypnotized fifteen year old in fetish gear silently judging you. While all this is going on turns out Saiga and Kagura have been living together for a bit, Saiga working as a fisherman to get passage to international waters so he and Kagura can drop off the map because yeah, Suitengu basically owns the government so fighting probably isn’t worth it, might as well go live on an island somewhere with the like two years Kagura has left to live. Though they’re scooped up by the coast guard and it turns out the armed foreigners are NOT Suitengu’s group despite a red herring of him finding out where they are but they’re actually with Saiga’s doctor friend who now has a sponsor in the form of a journalist turned politician that is using a small country’s embassy to host Saiga and Kagura to testify to take down Suitengu (and the Prime Minister backing him that will probably help this guy’s chance at getting office but that’s just a side note no worries) Saiga and this dude do some regular boxing for a bit and it’s pretty cool to just watch a brawl happen. Saiga’s understandably kinda hesitant to let Kagura just be thrown into a media circus especially with how her condition keeps getting worse There is a pretty funny scene where Kagura tries to pull the ‘hey I can’t sleep lemme come to your room’ and Saiga lets her in and fucking leaves, like she’s like ‘I can’t sleep if you don’t get in bed with me’ and he’s just like ‘then don’t sleep’ and dips out of that cliché real fast it’s hilarious, like it has ‘then perish’ energy. Turns out Kagura is somehow still exhausted, the tumor’s prolly not doing her any favors there and Saiga’s doctor budy says she’ll be fine but there’s this scummy dude that wants to get Kagura to a regular hospital and get a sample of her that exaggerates her condition and spills the beans that Saiga will go blind without treatment to kind of try to force their hand in the whole testifying thing. Like admittedly this dude is definitely an asshole and probably on Suitengu’s side but he’s barely lying, Saiga will go blind if not die from the Euphoria Factor and Kagura’s condition is terminal, I don’t think anyone’s told her how bad it is yet so scummy dude may have a point in telling her.

Good Morning Indeed
absolutely no plot whatsoever, just a bit of husband and dad harry in the midst of the family’s morning chaos 😂
Tumblr media
Harry
“Go get the condom on.”
“I’ll pull out, I promise.”
“Your pull out game is weak.”
“Oi, them’s fightin’ words.”
“There’s a reason we’ve got six kids.” Says the missus with a roll of those pretty—but sometimes deadly (please don’t tell her I said this)—eyes. “‘Sides, I’ve just changed the sheets yesterday. You are not coming on the sodding sheets.”
“Fine,” I sigh and reach down to the bedside table. Why is the drawer filled with sodding Duplo and those tiny, pricey Sylvanian Family bunnies? I’m guessing kid number two, three and four have something to do with that. A few more seconds of rummaging before I finally found my treasure in the very back of the drawer. I lay on my back as I sheath myself up, and seeing as I’m already here… might as well, right? I smirk at her as I say, “hop on then.”
“Fat chance that,” she mutters. “Do I have to take off my top?”
“Nah,” I shake my head, it’s cold, and I’m a considerate husband. “A flash will do. Just give me a visual.”
She rolls up my shirt that she wears to sleep, a really old white rolling stones t-shirt that has two holes and a loose thread hanging on for dear life from the hem. She looks homeless. Gorgeous homeless though.
“Nice,” I flash her a boyish grin, like a teenage boy seeing his first pair of tits. “You’ve got great racks.”
“You’re just saying that…”
I know what she sees when she looks at herself in the mirror and I wish she could look at herself through my eyes.
“Hey, don’t you dare. My babies grew in that body, that’s everything.”
Her tender smile hits me right in the gut. “I love you.”
“Love me enough to ride me?” I say with a playful flick to one nipple.
“Nice try.”
“I love you,” I mutter near her mouth and give her a searing kiss. I run my tongue over her bottom lip, then I kiss her down her neck, her cleavage and her breasts. I slowly circle one nipple, and she giggles, knowing it’s a well-rehearsed move that is guaranteed to do what’s needed. See, her tits are kind of like start buttons. No matter the situation, a little attention to those bad boys switches things around real quick. Her head slams back against the pillow. And she moans, holding my head in place.
We’ve got ignition lads.
I nestle my body on top of hers, and there’s a bit of wayward angling and poking until I find my way inside of her. And then it’s on. Two bodies writhing on the bed. My hips rotate in long, slow circles.
“Bollocks!”
“What? The condom isn’t broken, is it?”
“No, it’s bin day. I forgot to take out the recycling bin.”
“S’fine, we’ve got time before the school run.”
The bin’s sorted, back to the shag…
I slide my hands under her, bringing us closer. Rocking us faster. My forehead hovers close to hers and I open my eyes so I can watch. What can I say? I’m greedy like that. I want to soak up every gasp, every flicker of pleasure across her face. Pleasure I’m giving her.
Her breathing changes. It turns panting and desperate, and I know she’s close. I move harder, grinding against her, inside her, with every forward push. Warms sparks tickle my spine and heat spreads down until every nerve in my body is shaking. I slam inside her, burying deep as her hips jerk upward. She spasms hard around me, gripping me tight.
I rock back my hips and pull almost all the way out, but then I freeze. Because a dreaded sound echoes across the room, grabbing our full attention. It’s coming from the baby monitor. It’s a rustling, the sound of cotton rubbing cotton. Like snipers in the jungle, we don’t move a muscle. We don’t say a word. We wait, until the rustling stops. And all is quiet again.
Too bad it’s not for long. Because two thrusts in, a light comes on in the landing. Followed by small footsteps heading down the stairs. Shit.
“Harry, just come already. They’ll all be up soon.”
“I’m close… don’t rush it, you’re scaring it away.”
She grinds her hips. Also another well-rehearsed move that she knows will get me off. But I freeze again, because there’s a second set of footsteps and the sound of a toilet flushing. Oh, and the babies next door are starting to whimper.
Great.
“I’M HUNGRY!” That’s James, darling little cockblocker number four who likes to be fed on time. He’s three.
“WE’LL BE OUT IN A SECOND!” My wife shouts over my shoulder. “Harry for the love of god-”
I pick up the rhythm. Small beads of sweat form on my brow. She grinds her hips again, and I try to focus. “Just like that, fuck, keep doing that.”
“Sshh, keep your voice down.”
“IS THERE ANY BREAD THAT ISN’T 50/50?” That’s Eleanor, child number two. She’s seven, and she’s one of those children who seem to possess a discernible palate that knows when we’ve changed brands of baked beans or attempt to bring sugar-free fruit squash through the doors.
“IT’S THE SAME,” I reply.
“NO, IT’S NOT. DO WE HAVE OTHER FOOD?”
“THERE ARE SHREDDIES.”
“DON’T LIKE ‘EM.”
“PORRIDGE.”
“I’M NOT A BEAR!”
Honestly, seven-year-olds gunning for a fight this early in the morning can go do one.
The babies are starting to gather volume next door so I try to focus again. It only takes a few more thrusts before ecstasy wrecks my body, making me shudder. I press my lips against her neck as I come back down to earth. But I don’t move yet. I know we should get going because things are already chaotic outside our door, but I just don’t have the will yet. I’m considering going back to sleep for a minute or two. She won’t mind, will she? Well, I’m wrong. Because she proceeds to perform the move that seems to amuse every sodding woman on earth. And causes every man to squeal like a bloody pig. Without warning, she uses her powerful muscle to squeeze my extremely sensitive cock.
Girls, grab a piece of paper and write this down. I’m speaking on behalf of every man to walk on earth here; we hate that. We don’t think it’s funny.
I jerk back, pull out, and roll off her. I try to look annoyed as she giggles, and obviously I fail, because that freshly fucked, flushed-face makes it impossible not to grin back.
“CAN I HAVE JAFFA CAKE?” That’s Victoria, child number three. She’s five, and she’s yelling as she thunders up the stairs.
“JAFFA CAKE ISN’T BREAKFAST,” my wife shouts back as she sits up and hands me a nappy sack. “Harry…”
I wrap up the condom with it and toss it to the bin. “You’ve just taken me life force, woman, give me a moment.”
“CUSTARD CREAM?”
“NO.” We shout in unison.
“HOBNOB THEN?”
“STAY AWAY FROM THE BISCUIT TIN!”
“You want to wrestle a biscuit-hunting kid out of a cupboard and 50/50 bread drama or fussy babies with full nappies?”
“Babies.” I hear a small child get whacked by a sibling downstairs and I feel like I may have got the better deal here.
Next door, the twins are not happy. They’re six months old now, and they’re both teething. Thing one glares at me as I walk into their nursery and thing two stares at me stroppily from the corner of her cot. Their cheeks are scarlet, and thing one proceeds to bark at me like a seal. I pick his warm, sleepy, cuddly body and cradle it close to mine as I lay him down on the changing table. I smell the dampness. It’s definitely wee. He’s soaked through, I think I didn’t tuck his willy in when I last changed him around three in the morning so it sprayed in some upward motion and drenched his clothes. See, this is why girls are better than boys. There’s no way they can pee upwards.
After I put a fresh nappy and a change of clothes, I put him down on the rug so he can wiggle around while I grab his sister and sort her out. After six kids, I’m definitely a pro with baby duty and can practically change their clothes one-handed. The whole thing takes only a few minutes.
I cuddle the babies on each side as I walk downstairs and into the kitchen. They immediately reach out to their mum who’s cracking some eggs as soon as they spot her, knowing she’s the only one who can cure their hunger this morning.
“Uniforms!” She says to the big kids as she takes one baby into her arms. “We’ll do breakfast after. Please, please, please…”
Desperate pleas lead them to saunter out and up the stairs. I follow my wife into the living room and hand her the other baby as she plops down on the couch. She rolls up her shirt and the babies latch instantly. Tandem nursing is harder now that they’re a little older and aware of their surroundings. They’re trying to scratch each other’s faces as they nurse. “Oi, what’s this? You each get a tit, stop fighting.”
They seem to somehow listen to me and have stopped trying to poke each other’s eyeballs. We’ll see how long that lasts. “Finish the eggs?”
I nod. “I’m on it.”
I brew some coffee, finish the scrambled eggs, and pop the slices after slices of bread in the toaster. Breakfast is done just in time as my wife walks back into the kitchen with two full and happy babies. She puts them in their high chairs and I scoop a bit of eggs on each of their trays for them to nibble on.
George appears back in the kitchen clad in his uniform with his also dressed brother trailing behind. We always lay his clothes the night before on his bed and he gets dressed all by himself in the morning. And he’s getting better at it, seeing he only missed a button on his shirt.
“Hi mate,” I say as I fix his button and he flashes a toothy grin at me. I plop him down on the chair, he’s graduated from the high chair now but still uses a booster seat.
“No toast!”
“What do you want then?”
“Chee-yos?”
I nod before I grab a handful of cheerios and set them on his plate next to his eggs. Then I take a few steps back across the table. “Hey, James, set it up.”
He flashes me another toothy grin before he opens his mouth wide and keeps it open. I hold a single Cheerio between my fingers while I bend my knees and bounce my hand as if I were dribbling a basketball. “Three seconds left on the clock, down by one. Styles got the ball. He fakes left, he drives in, he shoots…”
I toss the Cheerios in a high arc. It lands right into his mouth.
“He scores! The crowd goes wild!”
James holds both hands over his head. “Core!”
“Viv stole the biscuit tin, you know? She ate three jammie dodgers upstairs.” Eleanor says as she walks in with book bags and school shoes.
George, seeing his sister walks in, proceeds to open his mouth wide and flashes her the half-chewed eggs on his tongue. It’s his current thing and it annoys his sisters to death. The young’uns think differently though as they double over in laughter.
“Eeewww!” She shrieks. “You’re so gross!”
“VICTORIA, PUT THAT BISCUIT TIN DOWN AND GET YOUR BUTT IN THE KITCHEN! AND GO GET THEM HAIR TIE THINGIES…”
“I didn’t have any biscuits!” She yells and runs down the stairs.
This kid is the quintessential daddy’s girl. She climbs up onto my lap right away, handing me the brush and a hair tie.
“See, poppet, I would’ve believed you if you didn’t leave evidence all over your face,” I arch one of my eyebrows as I sweep a speck of raspberry jam on the corner of her mouth.
“You always do a ponytail,” she huffs.
“Either that or I give you a bowl cut with kitchen scissors. I reckon that fruit bowl will do. Your choice.”
“Can I have some more eggs?” George asks with his mouth full of his last bite.
“God, that’s like your third serving,” Eleanor grumbles.
“Nag.”
At that insult, Eleanor flings a piece of toast like a ninja. Before George can retaliate, my wife gives them both the look.
“Viv, will you at least have some eggs?”
“No.”
“Fine,” my wife sighs. “I’m gonna get changed then.”
I glance at the clock and, well, shit, I should get dressed too. “Can you lot watch the babies and try not to kill each other for the next five minutes?”
“Five quid each?” Eleanor tries to negotiate. “Babysitting isn’t supposed to be free, you know? That sounds like child labour to me.”
Bollocks.
“Two quid each,” I give her my dad look that says the offer is final and indisputable.
“Deal.”

LOSER'S BRACKET! MATCH 2 OUT OF 8
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Propaganda Under the Cut:
Ruby Rose
General Propaganda:
Loser's Bracket Propaganda:
ruby rose makes me go :D so i picked her here <3 hope this helps
luv them
Ruby Rose is my blorbo in law and I need her in because of that
Amy Lee
General Propaganda:
Evanescence was the sound of a generation
Loser's Bracket Propaganda:
Nostalgia and also for my edgelord girlies.
luv them

Clone Wars Preferences: You Have an Extended Stay in Medbay (Bad Batch + “Regs”)
(Author’s Note: Heyyooo, I hope this preference finds you well.
Whether you’ve had surgery, are healing from an injury, or for any reason had to be at the hospital for a while, or if you just need some Clone Wars comfort, this is for you. I love and pray for you all, and I hope this puts a smile on your face).
“Regs”
Rex: For the first visit, he’d arrive almost in a panic after hearing that you were in the medbay. He’d calm down after a few minutes and focus on being there for you. Rex wouldn’t want to overwhelm you, so he’d probably ask when it was a good time to visit and how often because he didn’t want to show up too frequently and disturb you if you preferred to rest alone, but he also didn’t want to visit you too infrequently and have you feel lonely. Rex would be a little mother-hen when he visited, fluffing your pillow, asking if you wanted the blinds open or closed more, and making sure you always had water or a snack. Don’t be surprised if sometimes he walks in, and you see some of the other 501st at the door peeking in to say “hi” because they all heard you were there.
Cody: He would be at your room right away if he found out you were in medbay, though he could be a little more calm and collected. He’d ask you how you’re doing or if you needed anything. Cody would visit as much as he could. Being the marshal commander meant he had a lot more responsibility, but he’d manage to get away for you. Cody would be Mr. Smooth talking to the doctors and being able to have nice conversation with everyone to lighten the mood. He might be a little too fussy every now and then and call the nurse in too many times to get you something and make sure you’re settled, but it’s because he cares and wants to make sure you are comfortable. Sometimes he’ll bring Waxer and Boil with him if you were in the mood for more company.
Fives: You can count on him being a little extra and showing up to your room for the first time with a balloon and a get-well-soon teddy bear. He’d be very relaxed, talking about the usual things like his work as an ARC trooper, drama in the barracks, and listening to your stories as well, and his familiar presence would be just what you wanted. Fives would definitely visit as much as he could, but not so frequently to bug you. If he could manage it, he’d try to bring to food that wasn’t the usual rations they served at medbay. He would of course get you anything you needed, but wouldn’t want to irritate you by being over-the-top fussy. Once in a while, Echo would tag along to chat with you and hang out.
Echo: This man would arrive at your room for the first visit and ask lots of questions. His way of showing that he cares is he wants to be as helpful as possible, so he’d probably have access to health databases and would look up your situation and figure out the best things he could do to help. He’d also be quite mother-hen and want to make sure you were comfortable as possible, but in a pleasant way while the two of you chatted about a variety of things. Maybe you’d discuss something you’d read recently or share a funny story. Either way, it would be a nice time whenever he visited, which was frequent. You could count on him to be there like clockwork. If he felt you were in the mood for more company or needed it, he’d bring Fives with him (who was already bugging him constantly to see you).
Wolffe: Though he’d be worried, Wolffe would show up and be somewhat quiet. He was frustrated for you (not at you) about your having to be in the medbay for a long time, but didn’t want to add to your stress by showing it. He just didn’t want you in any pain. After a visit or two, he’d be a little more talkative and better company. Wolffe wouldn’t always know what it was you needed, so he’d insist you simply tell him, and he’d very gladly get it for you, whether it was a cup of water, another blanket, or something to read. He might not visit frequently at first because the last thing he wanted to do was bother you, but if you reassured him that you enjoyed his company, he’d visit a lot more. Don’t be surprised if he falls asleep and ends up spending the night in the chair next to your bed every once in a while because he hates leaving you and wants to be by your side. Sometimes, a few members of the Wolfpack would stop by to see how you’re doing and bring you a little gift.
Bad Batch
Hunter: He’d show up to your room and walk in with your favorite snack when he heard you were in medbay. He’s cool as a cucumber and might ask a few questions if you’re comfortable before moving on to other topics. Hunter would be a soothing presence whenever he visited. Sometimes the two of you would simply sit in a comfortable silence to read or watch a holovid. He’d visit pretty frequently, but also ask you every time whether you were up for company or not. He’d be pretty in tune to your needs and grab you water or request another blanket before you even needed to ask. At one point, he’d bring a plant to set on the table and lighten the atmosphere. Every now and then, the rest of the Bad Batch would follow him to the medbay and all spill in at once to see how you’re doing and overwhelm you with questions before Hunter had to tell them to tone it down.
Wrecker: This man would be a little over-the-top from the first time he visited. He’d show up with a big stuffed animal and talk a little loudly when asking how you’re doing and if you needed anything. Eventually, he’d calm down a bit and be quite tender with you. If you needed anything, he’d want to make sure you got it right away. His smile wouldn’t leave his face as the two of you talked. Wrecker might visit so frequently, but would understand if you needed some alone time. He’d also be chatting with the people in the next room over and bringing them stuff when he made snack runs for you. His kindness and upbeat attitude would lighten the mood for everyone in your hall, especially you. On a day you were up for it, he’d bring the rest of his squad in for an afternoon to hang out and catch up.
Tech: He’d arrive at your room for the first time and ask how you’re feeling while he did his own scans and analysis. It wasn’t that he didn’t trust the medbay, but it gave him a sense of comfort to know what was going on and how he could help. He’d also bring you a little stuffed animal in hopes it would make you smile. His visits would be frequent, but would understand if you asked to be alone for a while. He could be a little fussy about the silliest of things like the position of the holo-screen so you could better watch holovids from your bed or even how many windows were in your room. It was his way of showing he cared and wanted you to be comfortable. In the end, he was good company and spent his visits talking with you about anything and everything interesting. He’d talk with you for hours and into the evening, and he might even hang his head over and fall asleep in the chair beside your bed. Tech wouldn’t want to overwhelm you, so he’d bring one of his squad members to see you at a time.
Crosshair: He’d show up at your room after hearing you were in medbay, leaning against the doorframe for a moment. He wouldn’t be as good at medbay visits, so wouldn’t really know what to do. Of course he wanted you to be comfortable, but he wasn’t quite sure how to help. Eventually, he’d start to warm up a bit and talk with you, which still wasn’t a whole lot but Crosshair was never really the conversationalist. He would be glad when you asked for something because then he’d have a better idea of what you needed and could get it for you. Crosshair might not visit a whole lot at first because he didn’t want to bother you, but would start to visit more frequently when he realized you enjoyed his company. He’d be a little over-protective of you and might get a little snippy with the nurse if she does anything to cause you even mild discomfort. He calms down a bit when you assure him it’s okay, but still keeps his sniper eyes peeled. On a good day, Crosshair will let Hunter come along because he feels in his mind that he’s the least embarrassing in the squad and won’t overwhelm you.

Okay but I am not over how Buck was so clearly framed as the "person who had to watch their love almost die right in front him but now has to take the full responsibility of taking care of their son and continue to work all while being a complete and emotional wreck".
Like when Buck had "the hardest job" - Chimney perfectly put it- and went to tell Christopher about Eddie and was trying to reign in his emotional turmoil, once he saw that Eddie had made it through surgery he just could not keep it in anymore. He completely broke down and CHRISTOPHER was the one to comfort BUCK before they both comfort each other. Which I always go absolutely feral about bc even though Buck wears his emotions on his sleeves we all know how he tends to put others first. We saw how he was trying to reign in his own grief so he could be there for Christopher. Because being there for Christopher was the most important thing in Buck's eyes, his own emotions be damned. An yet once that he saw that Eddie survived surgery and was going to be okay, he could not control it anymore.
And then we see him staying at the Diaz house and taking care of Christopher. However, Chris is the one who has to wake up Buck to school. That lil moment reminds me so much of a scene in Practical Magic where Sandra Bullock's character, Sally, is grieving the death of her husband and her daughter tries to wake her up to take her to school while Sally is numb just completely overtaken by her grief. We see Buck be the same way. And even though he does get up and takes care of Christopher and goes to work, we see how not okay he is. so much so that he wants get shot by the sniper as well
Which leads me the integral scene with Buck and Bobby. We all talk about the BLATANT parallels between Buddie and Bathena that this episode beautifully showed, but I gotta talk about it again. Right when Eddie had gotten shot, Bathena had the biggest fight of their marriage. But once they got their feelings out from the fight and was effected by the shooting, they had a honest conversation about what was bothering them. Which hugely consisted of Bobby talking about what it was like to witness what happened to Athena and how it effected him. Which brings me back to the scene with Bobby and Buck. When Bobby tells him that what happened to Eddie wasn't his fault, we get a DIRECT parallel with Buck saying "No but I was just the guy standing there who couldn't do anything about it" to which we get Bobby just staring at him in what seems to be a knowing look mixed shock and recognition. Because that was what he was literally what he was talking about with Athena. In the end of s3 with what happened to Athena and then in this season as well (especially this season) we see Bobby talk about and deal with witnessing HIS WIFE having a traumatic near death experience. Which was blatantly paralleled with Buck's trauma and grief with Eddie. (Two ppl having to witness the person they love most/their spouse almost die.)
But the parallels don't end there folks. No sir.
Not only do we get a hospital scene with both Bathena and Buddie but there are so many parallels in the Bathena hospital scene with Buddie. First we have the obvious of Athena sitting at Bobby side like Buck sat by Eddie's side as they both have emotional conversations. But whereas Buck mentions how he thought it'd been better he had been the one who had gotten shot instead of Eddie, Athena talks about saving Bobby.
Which I would like to point out the parallel of Buck helping Athena save Bobby and his knowing look when she said that it had to be her to save her husband. He understood that need and helped her be the one to save Bobby and not the actual firefighters (of course there's other reasons for Athena being the one like the guy having a gun but still).
But back to the hospital scenes parallels. In Bathena's hospital scene and the second one for Buddie (aka the Will™ scene), both relationships have a certain... shift if you will. Bathena's issues are fully solved and their relationship has grown even more for the better. And with Buddie the shift is also a growth in their relationship, just in a different way.
Because seeing how Eddie getting shot effected Buck and made him think so lowly of himself that he thought it'd be better if he was the one who got shot but also saw how Buck to continued to take care of Christopher despite of it, Eddie decides to finally tell Buck about the will. It's not only a shift of finally acknowledging the will after keeping it a secret for so long but a shift in how they're relationship is going to be for now. Sure, they already planned to always be in each other's lives but this seals it.
And what helps both relationships shift as all is what Athena and Eddie tell Bobby and Buck, respectively Athena tells Bobby that she couldn't let a little fire keep her from saving her partner. That right there is Athena reaffirming that Bobby is her partner, that she acknowledges the issues they had talked about previously about not acting like equal partners and reaffirms that they are fact partners. But then she also shows how much she loves Bobby. He's her partner in every way and she would (and did) walk through literal fire for him (which in LS we saw Judd use an example to show how much he would show Grace how much he loved her). Athena not only reminds Bobby how much she loves him, how she feels, but also tells him what he needed to hear that moment with what they were going through (especially with his lingering issues with what happened to Athena s3).
Now, with The Hospital Scene™ with Buddie, we get Eddie telling Buck about the will (which, given the fact that he kept it hidden for a year ass year indicates that it was a pretty big deal for Eddie to finally tell him) and Eddie does it because of what he also tells him. That Buck, Evan, in fact not expendable. That he knows Buck's perception of himself is that he's expendable, that Buck thought it'd be better if he was the one who got shot.
So how does that parallel the scene with Bathena? Well, Eddie shows Buck just how much he trusts him with Christopher (aka his heart and soul). They are partners already, but this just takes their partnership even further bc yeah, Eddie had already told Buck that 'there's no one else in this world I trust more with my son than you', but this both reaffirms that and takes it a step further. Because he made it legal that he'd rather Buck take care of his son more than his family. This reaffirms his trust in Buck, their partnership. Just like Athena reaffirmed hers and Bobby's partnership. Just like how she showed Bobby just how much she loved him by walking through literal fire for him, Eddie shows how much he loves and cares for Buck by entrusting Buck with the most precious thing in the world to him aka his son. And just like how Athena telling Bobby that is what he needed to hear, Eddie telling Buck about the will and showcasing the biggest insecurity that Buck was going through at the moment, that he's thinks that he's expendable but he's wrong.
Both Eddie and Athena saw how what happened to them effected their partners and they both have these things to help their partners with it (and themselves).
In conclusion, all of this shows the framing of Buck being the "grieving partner who had to deal with watching the love of their almost die". Because almost all of those Bathena parallels dealt with what Bobby had to deal with witnessing Athena almost die and how the aftereffects which directly paralleled with Buck was currently going through in that episode. And the of end episode (as well as Buck's season arc) getting a reaffirmation from his partner and consolation of how what happened to them effected him. Just how Athena did with Bobby.
Say it with me folks: Choices were made.
Thank you for coming to my Tedtalk.

Can I request some fluff of future Pyrrha and may helping one of their kids overcome their fear?
Ps love the blog!
Of course you can! I really do feel that this blog has become like 40 percent fluff, 30 percent smut, 20 percent dark as hell smut, and 10 percent just whatever at this point. Also I seriously need to think of names for these kids, and make like an actual post about it if I keep getting future asks.
A young boy with dark black hair and a dark complexion, rocked back and forth on the heals of his feet. Blaidd was his name, currently 13 years of age, biological son of Jaune Arc and Ciel Arc, actual son of just about everyone else.
His nerves grated against themselves as he eyed the paper in front of him, his mind racing heavily as he tried to verbally speak the lines. "Why do I have to do this?"
The pen in his hand hovered over an empty line, the prior text reading, "Career path-"
"I'm only 13! I don't even know what I want to do!" His balled fists slammed against his desk. He couldn't help it, he didn't know what he wanted to do, he wasn't even sure if there was any big goal that he had in mind.
The future was terrifying to him, it was absolutely horrific. He knew his mother had always known, even his father had figured things out before he knew it! All his brothers and sisters, and all his moms... everyone seemed like they had a plan. Like they had a goal in mind.
But him? He didn't, he never did. He was smart, and he wasn't just tooting his own horn here. But that didn't mean he wanted to do something like education. He could be a hunter... but well... he never saw the need to, or had the urge to. Call him a coward, but he'd always felt pragmatic on making sure he was alive.
Then there was the option to be a medic! That had always appealed to him... but it was scary... especially with the world they lived in.
"Okay." He exhaled, "Calm down, just... just calm down."
Try as he might, his hands quivered, and his teeth clacked as tears streamed down his cheeks. The future was a scary thing, and he wasn't sure he would ever figure out what he wanted to do.
KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK
Three knocks at his door, three very soft knocks, that was enough to tell him who was at the door.
"Come in mom."
His door slowly opened revealing not one mom, but two. Pyrrha and May, shield mom and sniper mom as everyone liked to affectionately call them.
"Everything alright honey?" May spoke first, taking small steps towards her son.
"We heard a loud crash. and got worried." Pyrrha followed after her, both women taking to his left and right respectively.
"I... I don't know... I just, I don't know what I want to do." He turned his attention towards the paper, it wasnt like him to skirt around the issue, so telling them right away was the obvious choice.
Both women looked at it, a sense of understanding slowly dawning upon them.
"Oh sweetie."
Pyrrha gently wrapped an arm around his shoulder, while May lowered herself nuzzling her forehead against the top of his head.
"I always hated these things."
"You did?"
"Of course!"
Pyrrha quickly jolted up, raising her hand upwards. "You know, I never did want to be a champion. Tournament fighting had always been more of a means to an end, I had always known I wanted to help people but... but there were a lot of ways I could have done that." Pyrrha took a deep breath.
"Same for me... I wasn't sure I wanted to be a huntsman. And even more I wasn't sure what school I wanted... but I honestly didn't have a choice. Not in Vacuo anyways."
May took a seat on his bedside. "There were a lot of things that we could have done, but I was honestly pretty terrified when I went to Beacon, I almost had an anxiety attack."
Blaidd's brows furrowed, "I don't see how that's supposed to help me."
May laughed, "Yes well! You see, it was all a random decision, and because of it, I got to meet all your moms and dad!"
"What May's trying to say is that, sometimes we don't know what we're going to do, or how we're going to end up. And that's okay? THis paper?" Pyrrha grabbed it and shook it a little, "This paper means nothing in the long run. Whatever you want to do will change from time to time, and that's alright. Your future isn't set in stone, and it's never too late to try something new. And even then? No matter what you decide, we'll always love you."
Blaidd seemed to finally relax, "I see..." Both women turned to him, pulling him into a tight nit hug.
"Thank you.":
"Anytime Blaidd."
