HAVE COURAGE TO BE DIFFERENT - 28 Days on mostly fruits 💪😍 - from 1st November consistently only fruits. It has been an amazing journey so far. It also has been easier, same when in 2018 I did only mango’s for 17 days. After 17 days that time a pain in my shoulder went away. I couldn’t lift my arm and shoulder far up without feeling strong discomfort. I was amazed that I didn’t feel the discomfort and pain like after 17 days on mango’s mostly, a simple fruit cleanse. Some weeks ago, not sure how long could be 2 months I experienced pain in my left nipple a few days ago the pain is gone. 🥰 It’s good to live in a different reality, exploring the higher levels of consciousness and experience. We can either live in fear, in a state of starvation and survival or we can dwell in the consciousness where we trust providence to carry us along when we don’t know anymore what to do. ❤️ So I continue on the fruits, no feel the need to pull back (with a salad or steamed fruit veggies or greens) on the regenerative detox experience I am going through now.
