Sorry but Strangers by Ethel Cain is so the relationship between regulus and Tom riddle
Like the vindictive way Ethel asks if she’s making her murderer feel sick is the same way that Reggie taunted Tom in his letter after taking the Horcrux
And the way Ethel still somewhat cares for the guy who literally eats her is so Reggie vibes cos of course he’s still gonna care for the man who put all this energy into him
Not to mention Ethel making references to her lover in ‘A House in Nebraska’ Is just Reggie talking about James
It’s always a little too cold for Steve in the trailer in the cooler months, so he brings an extra blanket along. Steve insists it’s not a gift for Eddie, it’s for him, and when Eddie points out that Steve left it there, Steve’s like well yeah, carting it between your place and mine all the time would just be weird! Eddie doesn’t bother to also point out that the blanket is way more his style than Steve’s (and, in all fairness, he has noticed Steve does run a little cold, so he figures it’s not for him or for Steve but for them and that feels nice)
imagine collecting stickers with jungwon as a little custom in your relationship. when jungwon gets a duplicate? “oh y/n it’s yours now.” and vice versa.
GOOD NEWS EVERYBODY IM BACK I HAVE ANSWERS so we looked at my teeth etc and I’m not gonna die of sepsis bc despite all the shit my toothache caused me there’s no infection. so what was it, Bronwyn? good question!
I remember seeing people saying it was stupid of Alphonse to believe Barry and become convinced that he’s essential Ed’s big metal puppet with fabricated memories and I just? Never agreed?
That episode is so heartbreaking to me because for years Al has been deprived of everything that’s supposed to make you human. Of COURSE he’s questioning his humanity. His memories are, in his eyes, the only thing keeping him a person. So Barry goes low and takes a shot at the only sense of security Alphonse has.
Of course if he thought about it longer Al doesn’t ACTUALLY believe Ed is the kind of person who would do that to him. But. But. The last and only thing keeping him human in his eyes is questioned for the first time. Of course Al begins to doubt himself. It was never about Ed. This scene is the culmination of years of doubt and fears finally reaching a breaking point when the one constant he never thought to question is at risk of being taken away from him. He’s a 14 year old kid who’s been through more pain and trauma than any person should ever have to go through, if course he’s going to make mistakes. Anyways stan Al Elric he’s never done anything wrong in his whole entire life
